Nazarick against Earth
Chapter 1: Portal achieved
"We are ready Professor Donald-san" a brown-haired girl said to an elderly scientist standing in front of a giant machine, the scientist wore a strange mask that covers his entire head, and he was sitting in a wheelchair. The girl wore a military uniform and carried a box in her left hand and did a salute with her right. The scientist looked at her made a wide smile.
"Of course, General Annie-san" the scientist replied to the General. The girl was General Annie Stephen, she and her squad was ordered to assist the scientist. Her squad is an all-female that came from different parts of the world. They are the American Government's strongest soldiers, they call themselves "Operation black"
He went closer to the machine and pressed at a red button.
The machine was a large black door.
The machine made a loud unpleasant noise as the machine seems to absorb the air around them. The place shook as if a massive earthquake took place, and unbelievable black smoke came out of the machine.
"Soldiers!" Annie yelled, "Wear your mask now!" she commanded. Her squad behind her quickly obeyed her order and wore a strange mask that resembles the one the professor wore, only it covered the face part only.
The process took a roughly 3 minutes before the entire electricity shut down.
"Is there a problem Professor Donald-san?" Annie asked in the darkness.
"Of course not, General Annie-san. This entirely expected" the professor moved his left arm, the arm revealed to have glove that had some sort of device built in it. The device was a bunch of buttons with different colors from the fingertip all the way to the wrist. Every single button was labeled.
The professor used his right hand to press the button on the center of his palm. The electricity came back, but the machine stayed the same; it didn't do anything.
"Of course It didn't work" Annie said in disappointment, "Why did we ever spent-"
"Shhh" the professor turned around and made a 'be quiet' gesture, surprising the soldiers.
"Excuse me?!" Annie said, "Who gives you the right to-"
"WhO GiVEs yoU tHe RiGHT tO- Blah blah blah" the professor said in a mocking tone, "You are nothing more than an impatient brat! This is a project I have worked on for 37 years of my life, be patient you husbandless virgin"
"How dare you use that tone against… fine, I will wait, for one more hour. If you cannot prove that it works, I am shutting down your project and burn this retched place to the ground" she said with her arms crossed.
"Let us proceed please General" the professor, once again, used his right arm. This time, to press the button at the very edge of his thumb. A sudden earthquake was formed again. But this time their surroundings started to float. The machine started to glow blue and in an instant, an explosion occurred.
Bang
"Professor!" Annie yelled, despite the fact that she disliked the professor he was still an important person and losing him will result in their government losing one of its brilliant scientists.
Her mouth dropped; the machine worked. The machine showed a place on the other side of the door. It was a forest, full of trees, with blue skies and full of animals roaming around.
"Hehehe" the professor snickered. He waved the smoke in front of him to get rid of it. "Like what you see?" he moved the wheels on his wheelchair closer to the working portal. "For years, I have tried to make a portal to another world. You have no idea how many times I have failed, how many times I have felt discouraged, how many times I tried to end my life every time it didn't worked. I abandoned and broke every relationship I had, from my wife to my three children to make this masterpiece. And now, I have done it. I did it, I have made the impossible possible" he lifted his arms, "I. AM. SO. HAPPY!" the scientist burst into tears.
Annie grabbed into a walkie talkie and spoke to it.
"Mr. President? We did it. Operation "Into another world" has been completed"
