Zuko and Akiko pulled up to a prestigious five-star spa, it was the crème de la crème. This spa got booked up quite quickly with appointments. The young teens had an appointment today because their mothers were friends with the proprietor.

The spa's owner, a young woman named Rei, had been a dear friend to the family since their mothers' school days. Consequently, she'd been more then thrilled to arrange for Zuko and Akiko to celebrate their anniversary at her spa. The exquisite female personally welcomed them at the door. "Zuko! Akiko! It's been far too long! How are your mothers doing?" inquired the ebony-haired lady.

"My mother is currently busy supervising several charities. Plus, being a part-time model for our godmother, Xiaoying. So I'm confident you're conscious of her upcoming fashion show, correct?" Akiko inquired.

Rei nodded, "Affirmative. Since our friends circle continuously supports one another in every endeavor we tackle. "

"That's useful to know," Zuko replied before adding. "As for my mother? She'd been kept quite occupied assisting in Grandma's flower shop."

"Lots of summer weddings, I take it?" Rei inquired, to which Zuko nodded.

"Yep, an abundance of those keeping the shop extra occupied attempting to keep up with the rapidly increasing orders."

"Well, I can see why you two desired a break from that. So come on. Let's get your pampering started. They'd crossed the threshold only to be blindsided by some older lady causing a scene at the front desk.

The receptionist kept conveying to this lady she didn't have an appointment. Nor could she revise the policy that unquestionably stated you could not give your appointment up to someone else. Their policy had consistently been in case of no-shows, then the waiting list had priority. Yet this demented woman wouldn't discontinue her ranting that it wasn't accurate and that she did have an appointment.

They're two women of similar age nearby. Both women looked highly mortified by this insane lady's brazen behavior. Rei muttered to Agni to give her the strength to deal with this bitch.

She firmly walked over to the lady. It quickly became unmistakable that she didn't know Rei was the owner, given that the first thing out of her mouth was proclaimed to know the proprietor. Furthermore, they find this unacceptable.

Rei gave her a threatening look before calmly stating. "Ma'am, I am the owner. We clarified yesterday, and the day before that you don't have an appointment. I feel incredibly sorry for your daughter-in-law. Unmistakably you've coerced her into giving up her appointment in a fruitless attempt to take her place.

Now that is unacceptable, as is your current conduct. I'm incredibly saddened that I'll have to notify her she won't be receiving a refund. I won't be surprised if she goes nuclear on you for it.

Furthermore, you're banned permanently from this establishment. No one who mistreats my staff or clients is permitted on the premises. So now kindly leave before I have to call the police to remove you forcefully," Rei pointed to the glass doors.

The lady refused to budge even with Rei's threat. Instead, she threatened a lawsuit if they didn't accept her today. Hence security had to be called to escort her out. Plus, stand by until authorities arrive to take her to jail. Rei then apologized to everyone for this ridiculous Karen's outlandish conduct.

She told them to enjoy the rest of their day. She also informed the other two ladies she didn't blame them for what happened. After the shit show had ended, everyone got back to getting pampered. Of course, Zuko and Akiko were pampered to a royal degree and relished their anniversary.
