At the dark night at an unknown cave guarded by about 40 anbus and sevrals seals around it.A huge scream can be heard throughout the cave .

Biwako : Just the last push Kushina and the child will !(cut off by Kushina in middle)
Kushina:I am trying please take him out do not repeat the same!
It was a panic a around the room even the 4th hokage the one of the most feared shinobi around the shinobi world ,nicknamed as the yellow flash of konoha was in a panic well the wife of the third hokage Biwako sarutobi and the medic-nins in the room.
Suddenly the loud cry of the baby can be heard throughout the cave.
Biwako: Congratulations kushina & Minato here's your little namikaze.
Kushina:he is so cute !

Suddenly the child was no were to find in kushinas hand.(A panicking Minato) As every ones eye was shifted to man in black cloak,with an orange mask with 9 pattern like line were made on his orange mask.A kunai was in the man's hand pointing towards the little Namikaze.
The little Namikaze was covered in a black sheet ,In the hand of the unknown man.
Mask guy:ho lord fourth you have a beautiful baby ,but it seems it's in the worng hand, come and get it because time is limited tick,tick,tick,too!
Minato:you won't you Bastard,don't touch my baby!
Mask guys smirks.
Minato rushes towards the mask guy as well the mask guy also rushes towards the yellow flash of a kunai in there they make contact Minato had a smirk on his face but the smirk vanished too quickly,as he pass through the man.(Minato was shocked)
As the mask guy was now behind the yellow flash of konoha and was going to stab at his back but suddenly a yellow flash appeard and Minato was gone ,as man guy take a backflip as a kunai pass by his head .
Mask guy:As expected from the yellow flash of konoha .you used your hurricane kunai to escape.
As Minato was standing on the wall . Suddenly he vanish again at the back of the mask guy ,as he was going to attack him ,the mask guy threw the baby in the sky ,Minato also thew an kunai at upwards and disapperd in a yellow flash .
As Minato teleports next to his baby and grabbed him and threw the blanket/sheet far enough ,as the sheet got then looked around the room he found his wife missing and all people on the ground he rushed towards the Biwako.
Minato checked Biwako pulse and found she was only fainted by the mask guy .
Then he kept his son at the soft gone through hand sings and Slams his hand at the ground and shouts Summoning jutsu as a little frog appeard .
Frog: Why you sum
mon me Minato -sama!
Minato:turomo There's an emergency ,I want you to inform sarutobi sensei and Master jiraya!
(A few minutes later)
Turomo:Ok I will tell them Minato-sama.
As turomo was now disappeard in a puff of minato then vanish and appeard at his home when take out his hokage cloak,On the cloak was written in red words Fourth Minato wears the cloak .And take his huuraicen kunai and vanish in a yellow flash.
At unknown place near konoha
Kushina was tied by both of her by chains .As the mask man was trying to realeas the seal ,as after few tryies,The kyubi was out flaring it's nine tails .As the mask guy had a smirk at his face under his mask .As the famous kyubi made eye contact with the mask guy he then revealed his three totem sharingan ,and made the kyubi under his genjutsu and make him under his control.
As he made the nine tails to attack at konoha ,as kyubi was making a huge tail beast bomb and launched it at konoha as the bomb was going to make contact with the face of the ex hokage craved on he mountains ,but it vanished and blast off some far away from lord fourth can be seen at his face head .
As Minato vanish and appeard next to his wife had grabbed her and teleports to the room were little Namikaze was and laid her down next to his child ,as Kushina then hugged her baby.
Kushina:Minato let's keep his name Naruto .
Minato: As you wish my dear honey.
As Minato vanish in a yellow flash and was now standing a few metres away from the mask guy and was staring at him as the mask man showed his sharingan ,which made Minato confirm his theory that the mask guy was Madara Uchiha.
As both rush towards each other they both get through each other ,as they made there position and where going to rush at each other ,as minato create a rasengan at his one hand and hold a huuraicen kunai in his other hand ,they rushed at each other.
As minato threw the kunai at the head of the mask guy it pass right through him ,as the mask guy was going to touch Minato ,Minato vanish in a yellow blur and appeard right top on the mask guy and imphale his rasengan and grabbing his huuraicen kunai ,as the rasengan imphale him creating a huge crater and taking off the mask guy one arm as the right arm was no more .The mask guy then escaped by using some teleporting jutsu.
At konoha
The Biju was destroing building by his tails as the hole village was in panic As sarutobi was in an full battle Armor and was trying to get the civians to safety.
Hirizun sarutobi: Where are you minato boy!
With Minato
After facing the mask man Minato vanish in a yellow flash and took his wife and his child and vanish again to where the fox was .
Kushina: where think you are taking my Naruto-kun!
(Minato remaining. Sielnt)
Kushina :You won't make my child a jinjurinki and make him the same fate aI share ,you won't seal the damn kyubi inside of my Naruto-kun!
Minato: Soory Kushina ,but it has to be done for the village good.
Kushina: I hate you monster!
As minato laid down his son and wife turn to kyubi and perform several hand sings and shouted Reaper death seal!
As the kyubi start to get seal away in little Naruto and Namikaze Minato as the yin part was sealing in Naruto and the yang part in Minato,As seeing that's he was going to be sealed in a new person he try to resit as from Kushina back a several chakra chains appeard and stop the kyubi from resistin the seal due to the chains ipmhail through him.
As the sealing was almost completed the fox then seeing no way out he try to impale the child by his long ,sharp nail but before it two people take the nail through them stoping the fox to kill the baby .As the two people were non other than namikaze Minato and Uzamaki kushina.
Sarutobi enterd into the scene and was allread knew what had happened.
Hirizuen: Kushina, Minato!
Kushina: Hirizuen -sa please take care of our baby ,his name is Naruto.
Few days later
As the kyubi accident happened it was a great deal because of the damage happened to the after Hirizuen had to again sit on the hokage chair.
The funeral had take place of all people who died in the kyubi attack .
