Where we last left off, kim and ron now had figured out that khalil was the shadow brawler. but now he has arrived back home from doing something and was met by the sight of kim and ron in his house and saw his secret. Let's continue the story!

Chapter 6: SECRETS REVEALED pt 3

Ron: AAH! Khalil!

Rufus: pops out of ron's pocket and screams too

Kim: gasps Khalil? What are you doing here?

Khalil: umm…I live here? Duh. he says in a wise guy tone

I should be asking, why are you guys here?

AWKWARD SILENCE

Ron: KP, should we tell the truth?

Kim: takes a deep breath Guess we don't have much of a choice. Kim faces Khalil We kinda figured out by piecing the clues together, and from talking to tara, that you're the Shadow Brawler. And all this weapon stuff and tech stuff that you have proves it.

Khalil: ah. Right. "note to self make a passcode lock" And wades help too. 'Cause I know you guys asked wade to hack to find where I live.

Kim: nervously rubs hand behind back Yeah, we asked him to hack into the Middleton High permanent records.

Ron: Wait KP, Do you think Barkin's going to put that on our permanent records?

Kim: No. At Least I hope not.

Khalil: He won't. I doubt Barkin even knows about this. But that's not important now. Now that you guys know my secret. What now?

Kim: My main question is...why? I never even do the whole superhero-secret identity thing.

Ron: Ooooh...like that time I spent with Timothy North as the Fearless Ferret. And that I saved the Tri-City Convention Center from smelling like a rest-stop toilet that hasn't been flushed in five years.

Khalil: heh. Yeah that was a riot. Before you ask how I know that, you should really learn to keep your website private Kim. looks at ron

Kim: Yeah, but how am I going to save the world if I turn my site private?

Khalil: …Good point. I'm sure you guys have some questions on why I'm doing this. Right?

Kim and Ron nod their heads

Khalil: sighs this'll take a while. Okay Hold on I'm gonna order some pizza

30 MINUTES LATER

Khalil ordered two pizzas, one for Kim and Ron and the other for himself. After the pizzas arrived Khalil went back to his room with Kim and Ron and explained his story, and why he became the shadow brawler. When he was a kid his mom and dad used to teach him parkour and martial arts and they were once in the military until their tour of duty was finished and became police officers, or at least his mom did while his dad considered going back to the army after a few years of being a cop. Unfortunately his dad got framed for a bank robbery and was sentenced to Life in prison before he could re-enlist. Ever since then his mom was trying to get to the bottom of the crime trying to figure out who was really behind the robbery and put them away. Khalil on the other hand decided that he wanted to help but his mom disapproved, Khalil Decided if he was going to help his mom with the crime he was gonna use the training and knowledge that his Parents gave him in his own way.

Khalil: sighs so, I made the costume and mask and made some custom made nunchucks and…here we are. eats a slice of his pizza

Kim: …Wow!

Ron: Eats a slice of pizza I know, right?! They didn't put enough toppings on our pizza.

Kim: Not the pizza Ron! I was talking about Khalil's story!

Ron: Oh! Right. Sorry khalil.

Khalil:Yeah. It's pretty crazy.

Kim: eats a slice and faces khalil So what can we do to help you out?

Khalil: Looks at Kim huh? What do you mean?

Kim: I mean, since I do help people on an everyday basis, we can help you prove your dad's innocence.

Khalil: feeling his heart warm up and getting surprised at Kim's thoughts on the matter, Khalil struggles to let out a sentence you…y-you'd really do that for me kim?

Kim: Of course I would! Smiles at khalil

Khalil: Kim…Thank you. Really I-I Don't what to say right now.

Kim: It's no big! Again, I help people out with Ron all the time. And save the world, of course.

Ron: As the sidekick/distraction.

Khalil: Yeah. Strangely enough though, everyone thinks Rufus is the sidekick.

Rufus pops up out of ron's pocket and starts eating a slice

Ron: Maybe it's because people sometimes forget my name...Drakken has issues with that…

Khalil: It's ok Ron. If no one else will give you your recognition. I'm glad that Kim's always got your back.

Ron: Indeed she does!

Khalil: And if that's not enough for you…then I've got your back too. khalil says in a tone that makes it sound like he wants to be part of team possible

Kim: smiles Well, welcome aboard, Khalil!

Khalil: Thanks! claps his hands and goes into his secret room

Kim: So not the drama, Khalil.

Khalil: Ok so, if you guys want to help out, help me make these. hands them blueprints for smoke bombs

Kim: Ron and I don't know how to do that, but we can show these to Wade!

He helped create all my gadgets.

Khalil: Good idea. Let's hope he can help make mine.

Ron: Well I think he can help you khalil. He should be at home.

Khalil: Do you guys have his number?

Kim: We do! Kimmunicator then beeps him hey Wade?

Wade: Hey Kim what happened? Did you guys find anything?

Kim: Looks like our theory was right, Khalil's the shadow brawler.

Wade: Does he know that you guys went in his house?

Khalil: Yep. I also know that you hacked the middleton high student permanent records to find my address.

Wade: …Wait, how did you know that? He says in a surprised tone

Khalil: Kim and Ron told me. And you might want to make sure I can't get notified of that, my super computer can pick that kind of stuff up and sends me messages of it.

Wade: Oh.

Kim: Well all that aside, We added a new member! Khalil needs some help in getting gadgets together.

Wade: oh. Welcome to the team Khalil!

Khalil: Thanks wade! Do you know how to put together smoke bombs? Sends wade the blueprints for his smoke bombs

Wade: The design for them seems pretty easy enough. Once I get the casing together I'll send you the schematics on how to make them.

Khalil: thanks. In the meantime I'll keep working on some other stuff.

Wade: gotcha. I'll hit you up when they're done. Hangs up

Khalil: Now that that's out of the way. You guys want to see what I've made so far?

Kim & Ron: Sure!

Khalil: Cool!

For The Next Five Minutes Khalil showed Kim and Ron the gadgets and tools he made. He made a pair of glasses that could track a person's whereabouts that also doubled as night vision, infrared, sonar, thermal and stylish sunglasses that also glowed red in the dark with a press of a button. He also showed them some old gadgets that he had in his past years as the shadow brawler such as EMP magnets that he could activate with a snap of his fingers, throwing projectiles.

and many more things.

Kim: Awesome! That's some really impressive tech!

Khalil: Thanks Kim! Oh and you guys remember my nunchucks? If I press a button on one of them it'll turn into a chain-sickle, But There's also this. Whips out his nunchucks from his backpack and presses a button on both of them simultaneously causing them to go stiff and connects them together Turing the nunchucks into a Bo-Staff and twirls it around a bit.

Ron: Wow! That is totally badical!

Kim: Yep!

Khalil: I know right?! I mean It was a pain to fix that up, especially with how I got the nunchucks and the chain sickles. but I eventually got it down. sees Ron about to touch a high tech case that said "project jetstream" on it near his super computer and throws a projectile near his foot to stop him from touching it

Ron: Whoa! So I am not supposed to play touchy-touchy with it?

Khalil Dante: Sorry about that Ron. But that's not ready yet, Can't have you touching it. But when it's ready I'll show you and Kim tho. I promise.

Ron: Sure thing!

khalil's Police scanner goes alerting a crime in progress

Khalil: I guess that's my cue. takes out his shadow brawler outfit and goes to put it on Sorry to cut our hangout short guys. He says while putting his mask on Unless of course you guys want to come with me.

Kim: I'm totally in!

Ron: Right behind ya KP! Rufus hops on rons shoulder and agrees

Shadow Brawler: alrighty then. moves to a pressure plate and drops a floor down leading to his motorcycle. Didn't know about that one. Did you?

Kim: Admittedly, no. Should I get a helmet?

Ron: And one for me and rufus?

Shadow Brawler: that's a one seater. But don't worry. I still have a way for you guys. reveals two more motorcycles they're still prototypes but they'll do.

Kim: Looks at the motorcycles We'll manage! gets her helmet and gets in the second cycle

Ron: Wait for me, SB and KP! grabs his helmet...but he puts it on backwards

Kim: Ron...gets out the second cycle and corrects Ron's helmet

Ron: Thanks, KP. to Rufus Hold on, little buddy! Rufus nods his head and gets ready for a ride

Shadow Brawler: Now then. gets on his and starts it up and revs it up try to keep up! rides out to the city

Kim: starts the second cycle and follows behind khalil

Ron: Alright, now how do you start this...presses a button, screams Whoa! holds on tightly to the handlebars and he and Rufus follow behind Kim and the Brawler

IN THE CITY OF MIDDLETON

Kim: So, Ka...I mean...Shadow B, where exactly are we looking first?

Shadow Brawler: gives Kim a picture of the real person behind his father's arrest. The guy's name is Albert Shlazetti. My mom and the rest of the police both here and in California have been tailing this guy for weeks. Thought he lost them, Too bad for him, I'm around.

Kim: Looks at the picture of Albert When was his last whereabouts?

Shadow Brawler: I don't know about him. But I have been taking care of his thugs these past few days. Remember that day at bueno nacho?

Kim: Oh yeah.

Ron: I sure do. And that was NOT a muy bueno day.

Shadow Brawler: yeah well, those guys were working for shlazetti. Same with the one I took down at the Middleton train station. And a few others. Hopefully now we can... as Khalil looks down he spots someone in a white car with a group of thugs trying to escape the police

…catch him. points at the white car

Kim: I am going to take a wild guess and say that is him…

Shadow Brawler: yep, or more of his thugs. Either way, you guys ready for this?

Kim: gets out her hairdryer grappling gun More than ready!

Ron: I got your back, KP!

Shadow Brawler: then let's rock! takes out his nunchucks

Ok Chapter done. Sorry this one took longer than expected. There were a lot of things I had to come up with, but I think it was worth it.

I'm gonna take a little break from this project and focus on some others guys.

GHOSTGHOD OUT
