January 07, 2021:
Hello, everyone! Hope you are having a nice day!
So, this is the start of a new fanfic of mine. Still, it's not EXACTLY a new fic. Also sorry if my English is not good enough, since I am not from an English speaking country.
You see, this is actually part of my main fanfic saga, "The Novan Warriors". But this is a "small" side story.
Before I continue, I have to warn that this is a fic where an OC is the main character, and that he will interact with the official characters. Now, if you do NOT like stories where OCs meet main characters and have a relationship with them, you are free to leave. This is not the fanfic for you. I do this for me, and anyone who wants to read it is welcome do so.
If you come from my main fanfic, this side story takes place just after Chapter 70 of the fanfic "(ReBorn) The N-Warriors, Episode I: Shadow Realm Chapter". While you are not obligated to read THAT fic, I would heavily encourage it, as it explain who is the other character that will appear in here.
If you do not want to read that fic yet, I will explain it here a bit:
Alan Hernandez is a human from México, on planet Earth (yes, self insert, sue me), a young 16 year old teen who played games, the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game, and is socially awkard (and bullied at school). One day, 10 days after his 16th birthday, he and his cousin Reed were send to another world in another galaxy, by a large fire demon/god named Chaos, who wanted to use Alan's body as a vessel. But he failed, and is now trapped inside him. Alan arrived to a world named Regno Tenebrae, that is a world where monsters from the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game live. He meet a Dark Magician Girl named Kristal, who along a Skilled Dark Magician named Steve, and a Dark Magician named Duncan, are on a quest to save the 4 of the 6 Elemental Crystals, that make this world a livible one.
The 6 Crystals not only made this world livible, it also works as a seal to keep a powerful dark sorcerer trapped in his island. This sorcerer is named Exus, a Sorcerer of Dark Magic, who 2000 years ago tried to take over the world, but was defeated. Now, his dark powers are destroying the Elemental Crystals, and soon he will be free. Alan joins the 3 mage in their quest to save this world.
Alan started weak, as he was human and only have some martial arts training, so he wasn't going to do much against monsters of this world. However, as the vessel of Chaos, the god of fire and darkness gave him access to his weapon:
A Keyblade...
The Flames of Chaos Keyblade.
With that, his latent power started to awake, and so he began to train and become stronger to use this power. He learned magic, but he was still weak, weaker than the mages...until eventually he grew stronger, and could fight on their same level.
Would that still be enough?
During their travels, they meet several other characters who helped them in their quest, and others who don't. Some girls were interested in him because... well, he is human, the only human on this world, and a Keyblade Champion, as they called those who wield Keyblades. One of them fell in love with him, and it caused others to slowly try to compete. But...will he, someone who believes noone will like him, accept this sudden change?
Will he find his cousin, who must be in this world too?
Will he be able to help the people of this world?
Well...those are questions that will be answered in my fanfic.
But this is not that fanfic. This story is set place DURING his adventure. Something happen and he is...well, in another world now.
This story will be set on the Magic Knight Rayearth universe. Something happen in that world that forced that world to call someone to counter it, and in this case, Alan is the one. What is it? Well... if you read this one, you will know. Now, while he is a Keyblade Wielder, he will not be overpowered compared to the main girls. He WILL be stronger in the beginning, since he is more experienced, but this will change during the story.
Also, there is a chance Alan will have a 'harem' of girls from many worlds, so I will probably make the 3 girls either fall in love with him, or at least like him a bit, before choosing to not too follow him. That depends on how I write the story, but it was just a warning, in case you are mostly here to read about canon pairings, like Black Panther said: We don't do that here.
Before I start this, I have to say that this fanfic contains":
1- -Shounen type of writing: If you have seen animes like Dragon ball, Saint Seiya, Bleach, Naruto, BNHA and similar, you know what happens: epic anime fights, plots about the fate of the world, universe, blood and companionship.
2- -Ecchi stuff: Like any shounen anime, you will see this kinds of situations: falling into boobs, people falling in situations that could be EASILY misrepresent as something else… and of course, men being send into the sky, turning into stars by a dynamic punch of an angry girl. Still, since some of the characters in this fanfic are minors, NO SEX for them, only typical ecchi stuff. Sex will be for the adults… and still I won't write them, only imply it. That being said, since this is Magic Knight Rayeart, those kind of situations will be set on the minimum, unlike the main fanfic of mine, were they are more notorious.
3- - MASSIVE Crossovers: You want to see characters like Jaden Yuki from Yu-Gi-Oh! Gx wielding a Keyblade? Tai Kamiya from Digimon fighting shoulder to shoulder with Ash Ketchum from Pokemon to fight against a wave of The Matrix's robots? The StarFox crew flying their ship right beside a Terran Battlecruiser from Starcraft and the Normandy SR-2 from Mass Effect, fighting a Stargate SG-1's Ha'tak vessel? Pegasus Seiya suddently helping Kurosaki Ichigo to fight against an evil Vegeta? All of them suddently turning into Super Saiyans? Then you are in the right place.
Now, without any other due, here is the first chapter of...
THE NOVAN WARRIORS
Parallel Prelude I
It is said that a dream is a small view to another world…
Another reality, where fantastic events happen.
The realm of dreams is… mysterious and dangerous.
The most beautiful dreams…alongside the most horrible nightmares. One can never known which one you'll have. Your best dreams could be there.
Or your worst nightmares.
Dreams can be anything you can imagine.
But it is said those dreams… are actually happening…
…in another realm, another universe.
It is said that a dream is a small view to another world…
A world that you may know…
A place where you can meet your heroes…
…or where you can see them from afar, being the heroes they were destined to be.
…A world so similar…but different…
…A story you know… but with something different…
…that changes the outcome of that story…
…a world…that needs another hero….to help the heroes destined to save the world…
Many can have those dreams, and see those worlds, but they will always long for them…
…for they are unreachable…
It is said that a dream is a small view to another world…
…but for Keyblade Wielders…
…they are a gateway…
…to those worlds…
…those universes…
…those stories…
…
…
And they can enter.
Parallel Episode 001
Cephiro's Dream
Chapter 001: Prelude of a Dream
Regno Tenebare.
This was the name of the world of Spirituels… also known as the Monsters from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game.
Translated as Shadow Realm, this world looked very similar to Earth in many aspects, but different in others.
A world ruled by the Elemental Crystals.
This world was originally a dead world, with no atmosphere, no living creatures, nothing. The Heart of this World was very weak. However, an intense battle between the forces of Light and Darkness occurred in this world, and the 12 Golden Warriors sealed the Darkness in this world, using 6 Elemental Crystals: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Ice and Lightning. With this 6 Elemental Crystals, the world was revived. Soon it was covered in large oceans, fertile land, forests, and everything that will make this world habitable and beautiful.
However, the Heart of the World was still weak, so it still need the 6 Elemental Crystals to keep the habitable atmosphere on it.
So…if the Crystals were destroyed, the world will return to its original state.
Eight thousands years later the Dark Sorcerer Exus went into a quest to conquer the whole world. He raised an army of Dark Warriors, Fiends, Zombies and other Spirituels and he conquered half of the planet in a few years. The rest of the Races and Civilizations fought against him, to save their freedoms and way of lives, and in the end, the 6 Legendary Warriors defeated him and sealed him using the same 6 Elemental Crystals. Peace returned once more to Regno Tenebraae…but what the Legendary Warriors did will trigger a cataclysmic event in the future.
Two thousand years have passed since they sealed Exus, and now, in present day, the Elemental Crystals were starting to fail. First, the Ice Crystal was destroyed, followed by the Lightning Crystal, and soon, the stability of the world was in danger. The Dark Sage of the Spellcaster Capital ordered several teams of Spellcasters to go and stop the deterioration of the rest of the Elemental Crystals, to save the world. However, many of those teams were killed, and so, a few only remained.
A group of 3 Mages were on their way to the Crystal of the Wind to stop its deterioration. They were:
The Dark Magician Girl, Kristal
The Skilled Dark Magician, Steve
And their leader and teacher, the Dark Magician, Duncan.
These 3 mages were on their way, entering the forest close to the Wind Temple. However, they will meet…someone else.
Meanwhile, on another galaxy FAR FAR AWAY, the human world known as Earth suffered some strange climatic and astrological events. Snow on the deserts, intense rain on cities, a heatwave on the poles. Strange events that can't be explained by simply Climate Change. Also, the night sky looked different, with stars disappearing and others reappearing, only to return to normal. This was…something else.
Alan Hernandez, a 16 years old human, was walking with his cousin, Reed Sustaita, a 17 years old human, on the streets of Monterrey, a city in northern Mexico, when suddenly, everything stopped around them. A Fire being named Chaos appeared in front of them, and grabbed Alan and toss him into a portal, with Reed following them behind. Chaos had chosen Alan as his vessel since he was born, and now it was time to take over his body, and go to his kingdom. However, Alan's Heart proved to be stronger than what he though, and Chaos, who was weak, only managed to be sealed inside him.
Alan woke up, and discovered he was found by a busty blondie woman: A Dark Magician Girl. She was Kristal, and she saw him falling from the sky like it was a meteor. She took him to her group, meeting Steve and Duncan, and explained to him they were on a quest. That same day, they were attacked by a group of Dark Warriors and Heartless, and the Mages fought them. Alan, who knew some martial arts, managed to defend himself a little, but the Duel Monsters were too much for him.
But then, he was surrounded by intense flames. The Flames of Chaos, the aura of the God Chaos, emerged from his body and killed all Heartless, but he was weak after that, so he passed out.
The next day, they walked to the Wind Temple, where they were ambushed by a sexy dark Sorceress named Exia, one of Exus servants. The mages were captured, and only Alan remained to face the warriors who attacked them. He was about to die…but then, the flames appeared again.
Inside his mind, Chaos appeared in front of Alan, along with a fragment spirit of the Earth, a spirit that resides on ALL humans on Earth. The fragment took the shape of a cute busty woman, with blue hair, white skin and only wearing a white shirt with the Earth Symbol on it. Since she was VERY similar to the Earth-chan meme, Alan called her Earth-chan.
Chaos called his attention back, and told him to embrace his power, the Flames of Chaos. His dark and intense flames will burn everything, but if he was worthy, he will be able to use it. Alan nodded, and grabbed the weapon that appeared in front of him: a Keyblade.
The Flames of Chaos Keyblade.
Alan woke this new power and killed all the Warriors, but since his body was still human, the flames were so intense his body could not resist it, and eventually lost the power of fire. With only the Keyblade on his hands, and very weak after the flames almost killed him, he was no match for Exia…but he didn't have to fight her. Using the Keyblade, he released the other Mages, and they managed to repel the Dark Sorceress. However, the Wind Crystal was destroyed.
With Alan healed, he began his training. The power of Chaos was too much for him to handle, so he had to learn how to use his. He learned his aura was of the Ice Element, so he trained to use Ice spells. And so began his adventure: A Human from Earth, in a world of Duel Monsters, on a quest to save the Elemental Crystals.
Many other adventures happen in the next few weeks.
-They saved the Wind Sage, the Harpie Chick, Vivian.
-They entered the Ancient City of Slaifaa, a city that was destroyed millennia ago, and that was built to worship the Ancient God, Osiris the Sky Dragon. Alan got the God Card of Osiris, but couldn't summon him. They had to fight against the Invader of Darkness, a powerful monster that resided on the ruins.
-Went to the Village of the Kuriboh, and meet the Sage of Water, the Maiden of the Aqua, Sapphire, along with a Kuriboh named Castanea, who followed the group.
-Went to the Water Temple, where Alan meet Reed once again, but he was being used by Exus, so he had to fight against him. In battle, Alan was affected by a spell, that will soon convert him to follow Exus orders if it doesn't stop.
-Exia destroyed the Water Crystal, and billions of Heartless went to kill the heroes. That is when Alan learned how to summon Osiris, and he did so, destroying all the Heartless, but he couldn't summon the Ancient God until its energy was recharged.
-Meet the pirate Isabelle, and requested her services, as they need a ship to go to another continent. Since the Wind and Water Crystals were gone, air and water currents stopped, making sea travel really hard. The Lightning Sage, the Thunder Nyan Nyan named Rubina, was with Isabelle, and followed the group.
And with that, they left, for another continent. During the sea…
-They found a Ghost Ship in the middle of the sea, and had to escape from it.
-Arrived at the wrong continent, where they meet another team: The Apprentice illusion Magician Kuarzo (who was Kristal's sister), the Silent Magician Iridia (later known as Kainita), and their leader and teacher, the Chaos Command Magician Strum.
-The spell that affected Alan was getting stronger, and he was having problems learning what is fake and was it's the true. The Spellcasters tried to help him, but it was part of the plan. All of them were taking into Alan's mind, his Dive into the Heart, where they meet a dark being: Young Exus, a version of Exus when he was young, being a fragment of his Heart, with the purpose to infect Alan and force him to follow Exus' command, as he wanted the Keyblade Wielder on his side.
-Earth-chan appeared to face Young Exus, but she was no match to him, as her power was linked to Alan's, and he was pretty weak…so she fused with him, awakening some strange new power.
-Alan woke up inside his Heart, and with the new power fought against Young Exus (or Fakexus as he called her), and since he was inside his own Heart, his imagination was unbound. He used several attacks from many anime and videogame characters to confuse Fakexus, and end him with a Kame Hame Ha, something he can do inside his own mind. With Fakexus defeated, Alan and the rest woke up, and continued their quest.
-Alan started to fix up his emotional issues. He was a shy and easily to scare guy, but became more courageous during the battle. But he was afraid to lose everyone. So when many of the girls in his party began showing affection towards him, he realized that, and didn't knew what to do. In his mind, if he say yes to one of them, the others will leave or hate him, and he couldn't handle that. HE talked to the girls, and surprisingly they were very receptive of that. That still didn't stop them for trying to get his affection. His Harem-like situation just started, much to his confusion.
After a while, they arrived at a new continent, and they continued their adventure:
-They meet a young girl named Dinara in a port city that was on the edge of ruin. Then, they fought the forces of Exus again, with Reed facing Alan once more. Reed revealed that now he had 3 Blue Eyes White Dragon on his command, and not only that, he also have Obelisk the Tormentor on his side. A battle of the Gods started, and half of the city was destroyed.
-Dinara, the girl the meet before, revealed herself to be actually a Blue Eyes White Dragon herself, and helped Alan and his group to fight against their enemies. They succeed, and left the city, with Dinara going with them too.
-They entered the forest of illusion, where they found a strange library. It was the Royal Magical Library, a place that left this world several millennia ago. Master David was the leader, and welcomed them. They began training in there.
-Alan became even stronger, being trained by David, who was revealed to be a retired Keyblade Wielder. They also meet another sister of Kristal, named Kunzita, and revealed Kristal had WAY TOO MANY sisters. Kunzita asked the help of the Sages, and so the 3 Sages, Kunzita, another mage named Hinoka, and the Kuriboh Castanea, split for the main group and went north.
-Alan and the group arrived at another city, and they meet Chisato, a Shiranui, heavily wounded. The city of the Shiranui was attacked and everyone was killed. The group went there, since the city was also close to the Fire Temple.
-They arrived at a fortress where they meet a large army of Mages and Elemental Heroes. They meet other of Kristal's Card Excluder Krysopa and the GaGaGa Girl Karoita, along realizing Iridia was actually named Kanita, and she also was a sister.
-The group invaded the Shiranui city, and then went to the Fire Temple. As they planned to move, forces from the Warrior Clan arrived at the city, and helped them. During the battle, they meet a Silent Paladin, also named Iridia, and she hated Alan because he was a human, which in their mind were weak and cowards, and so she can't accept he could have a Keyblade.
-There they fought a billion Heartless, but then, they faced Escamut, the great Red Eyes Black Dragon, Guardian of the Fire Temple, and the most powerful foe they have ever faced. After large parts of the army died at his claws, the group defeated him, as he was controlled by Exus magic, and Alan, with the help of everyone, managed to destroy the spell. This made Iridia change her mind and look at Alan with a more positive light.
-Inside the Fire Temple, they were separated, and some arrived to the Crystal earlier than others. There, they were picked up by Exus forces, specially Koralia, another of Kristal's sister, a Dark Magician Girl Arkana, who they though were dead but ended up being possessed by Exus.
-The Fire Crystal was destroyed, and Ha Des, the Dark Ruler and second in command of Exus forces, arrived after being released from his seal. He beat up the heroes, and when everything was about to end, the young mage, Krysopa, stood defiantly. But Ha Des unleash a powerful energy beam, and was about to kill her…but her Master, the Cybernetic Magician Spintas, stood in front and received the blast, causing his death.
-Enraged, Alan activated the secret power he unlocked inside his mind, and with that fought Ha Des on equal terms. But the battle was stopped, as Exus' shade stood in there, and took all of his servants back to the castle. The battle over the Fire Crystal was lost.
-With only one Crystal left, the group set their sights towards the West, where the last Elemental Crystal, the Earth one, remains.
As the world's ecosystem began to collapse, only one hope remains, and with that, the group continued their journey.
It was a very calm night, and somewhat chilly, perfect to be outside.
In front of a small fire, sitting on a fallen tree trunk, a young man was lost in thought, looking at the fires dance.
His name was Alan. He was one of the only two humans that are in this world. He was the Keyblade Champion, the Hero this world needs…and yet, he couldn't help but feel like he was not that hero. He was… missing something.
Alan sighed again. The flames weren't dying down for now. He looked around, and saw the rest of his companions, the majority of them being mages from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game. He smiled, as he remembered how he was surprised to realize the monsters in the card game were actually living beings, living in a world, far away from his home. They were so… normal.
The sun settled like 2 hours ago, and the group of travelers were just finishing their meal. They made their camp on the open, as the closest city was still many days away from where they were. Soon they will go to sleep.
He sighed again. He was sitting on a trunk close to the fire the mages had made, and just finished his meal. He was thinking of all that just happened since he was summoned from his world to this. It's been 3, almost 4 months, and he still can't believe so much has happened since then. It almost feels like it's been years since he started it.
Before, he was a shy, cowardly young man, but now… he was better. He wasn't the manliest, more courageous person ever. Four months was too little time for that kind of change. He WAS more confident, thought, and it was easier to express his thoughts, to assert his opinions and to be more proactive. He was a bit overweight when his adventure started, but all this walking and training to be a better warrior of the Keyblade allowed him to become more build and gave him some muscles…something that the girls in his group easily noticed.
You see, he was one of the only 2 Humans on this world, the other being his cousin Reed who is with Exus, and he realized that Humans became more buff than Spirituels with physical training.
Spirituels, aka Duel Monsters, only became more muscular depending on how much aura they have, and how they can use it. Spellcasters normally use that aura and change it to magical powers, making most spell casters naturally thin, unless they have WAY too much mana. Warriors, on the contrary, normally place their aura into strength, and so their muscles are very big, unless they keep them concentrated, making many warriors thin but very strong.
Humans, on the contrary, only became muscular with physical training, leaving their aura alone to empower their spells and attacks, meaning Humans who unlock their magical power can grow stronger magical powers than Spellcasters and yet be as muscular as Warriors if they want. Unlike Spellcasters and Warriors, Human muscles are more 'natural', and that a Human is muscular is proof of their hard world. In essence, Humans can get the best of both worlds, but they need training.
As a Keyblade Wielder, Alan's training has increased effect on him, and that is why in less than three months he went from overweight to kind of muscular. This evolution is for ALL humans, only that humans can't awaken their magic energies as easier.
But Alan did, or actually, Chaos did, and so now he was getting stronger…and kind of popular with the girls. This helped him with his confidence, and made him, slowly but surely, overcome his self-stem problems. After all, he was Human, a rare sight on this planet, and a Keyblade Wielder, something EVEN MORE RARE.
But that almost went away after the Fire Crystal incident. He almost lost all of his confidence, but the help of his friends allowed him to overcome it. Well, not exactly, as it still lingers in his mind, but it now motivates him to become even better. He need to become the hero this world needs.
'I…I need to become stronger.' He though. 'I can't let what happen on the Fire Temple to repeat itself in the future. I can't let another friend die again. I won't!'
"Careful, Alan." Said the spirit inside himself, the spirit of the Earth that he named 'Earth-chan', after the meme. "Remember that you are only mortal. You can't stop everything."
'I know! But I can't just stay here and see it happen again! I can't… let another of my friends cry over the death of someone else… I can't-'
"…just don't became obsessed with that. If you do, your Heart will be tainted…and you know that is the easiest way to fall into Darkness."
'…I know. I…I just… have to do something. I-'
"What are you thinking, Alan?"
He looked to his side, and saw one of the girls sitting on the tree besides him. It was the blondie mage, the first girl he saw on this world: The Dark Magician Girl, Kristal. It seems she was preparing her tent to sleep, when she saw that Alan was still sitting on the tree, deep in though, and so went to ask if he was ok.
"Oh, nothing, Kristal. Just thinking." Alan responded, smiling a little.
"About?" she asked, interested to know what was on his mind.
"Nothing, just all that I had experienced since I came here. It feels like it was years ago."
"But…it's only been a few months."
"I know, but it's... just complicated."
Kristal looked at him, analyzing his face and his expression, to see if there was something wrong.
"Alan…are you ok?"
The question remained unanswered, as Alan stood silent for a few seconds, before he just sighed again.
"I just…think of all that we have lost." He answered, looking at the ground.
"…still thinking of what happened on the Fire Temple?" Kristal asked, and he just nodded. "Alan, you know it wasn't your fault."
"I know… it's just that…I can't stop asking myself of what could have happened if I called Reed's bluff."
"But that wasn't-"
"I know, I know. I just…keep thinking of that…" Alan commented, as he remembered what happened.
After defeating Escamut, the Red Eyes Black Dragon, the army was heavily weakened, and when Reed appeared with his Blue Eyes White Dragons, it made everything worse. Alan was about to summon Osiris the Sky Dragon, but Reed countered by threaten to summon Obelisk the Tormentor, and said to Alan that a battle between Gods would be so destructive the army would be annihilated. So, Alan didn't summon Osiris, as he didn't want to put his friends and the army in the crossfire of a battle between Gods.
But…it was all a lie. The Shade of Exus, who appeared in front of Alan after the Fire Crystal was broken, told him Reed had used Obelisk to beat Escamut days ago, and that was how they managed to capture and control the Black Dragon. Because of that, Reed didn't had the energy to summon Obelisk in battle, and that was when Alan realized that, if he had summoned Osiris, he could have beaten the Blue Eyes White Dragons with ease, the whole army would have entered the Fire Temple, they would have overwhelmed Exus forces with numbers and could have saved the Fire Crystal from destruction. Plus, Master Spintas, the Master of Krysopa, one of Kristal's sisters, wouldn't have died.
Alan blamed himself for not calling Reed's bluff, and so indirecting causing the death of Master Spintas. It was thanks to the help of Kuarzo, another of Kristal's sisters, that he stopped blaming himself for that incident.
Still, he can't stop thinking of 'what could have happened'.
"You can't change the past, Alan." Kristal responded. "We can only…keep walking forward, as Master Spintas said."
"…I know…but it's still too hard."
"I know it's hard." Kristal said, as she placed her left hand on Alan's right hand. "Krysopa is my sister, and I couldn't do anything to protect her from harm. If I was stronger… I could have helped her. That is why… I was willing to die with her, if only to keep her company on the other world, when Ha Des was about to killing us."
Alan stood silent, listening to her words.
"But…you saved us." Kristal said, smiling at him. "You awakened that mysterious power of yours, and fought him on equal foot."
"I still failed at that." Alan responded. "I couldn't even kill Ha Des, and I HAD the chance. But… I wanted to punch him in the face SO BAD to cause him pain for all what he did but… like he said, if I had used my Keyblade instead of my fist, Ha Des' head would have ended on the ground. I…I couldn't even avenge Master Spintas death."
"But remember, you stopped him and his minions from killing us, like that Archfiend almost did. You wounded yourself by trying to protect me. Your Heart is in the right place, Alan. Never doubt about that."
Alan remained silent again, thinking of her words.
"Am I… worthy of wielding a Keyblade, Kristal?" He asked.
"In my eyes and in my Heart… you are worthy."
He looked to his right to see her, and she smiled sweetly. He knew it wasn't his fault…but it did feel like it was. It will take time until he completely accepts that, but he encouragement of his friends, specially the girls, will help him.
"Thanks, Kristal." Alan said.
"Don't mention it." Kristal said, squeezing Alan's hand. "If you need something, you can ask us anything. We will help you, just like you help us."
"It's hard to, but I will get over this. I just…need some time…and rest…"
"If you want to rest, I can help you with that, Alan-kun!"
Suddenly, someone hugged him from behind. It was obviously one of the females because…well, the soft feeling on his back could only mean it was a pair of large breasts pressed against him. As the arms of the female crossed in front of his neck, he could see the color of her skin: brown, which mean it was-
"Kuarzo!" Exclaimed Kristal, as she was surprise by her younger sister suddenly appearing behind the human. "What are you doing here?"
Behind Alan was another busty blondie girl, although her hair was more pale than Kristal's. Her skin was brown, like Alan's, and her eyes were purple in color. Her mage uniform was also purple. While Kristal was a Dark Magician Girl, this girl, named Kuarzo, was an Apprentice Illusion Magician.
And she was one of the MANY sisters of Kristal.
"Hi, sis!" Exclaimed Kuarzo, placing her chin on the male's shoulder. "I came from getting some water, when I heard you talking about what happened."
"You hear us?" Alan asked, trying to not pay attention to the softness on his back. "We weren't talking THAT loud."
"I was just nearby."
"And…why are you here?" Kristal asked, her left eye twitching a bit, knowing EXACTLY what was on her sister's mind.
"Well, I heard Alan-kun was still feeling a bit down so… I wanted to help him again, like I did back on the Shiranui City, before we left."
"Wait…again?!" Alan asked in surprise. And this is when Kuarzo's mode became more… intimate.
"What do you say, Alan-kun?" Kuarzo asked, hugging him a bit harder, causing that sensation on his back to increase a bit. "Want me to cheer you up again? I will let you sleep on my breasts again, if you want, or…" she said, before whispering to his ear. "…you can play with them all you want."
Alan turned red. His wild imagination immediately acted on those words and many images began flashing on his mind, all of them showing Kuarzo and him doing… lewd stuff. He coughed in surprise, and the blondie girl that was hugging him smiled maliciously… before someone pulled on her ear.
"OW OW OW OW!" Kuarzo exclaimed, as someone pulled her from Alan's back. It wasn't Kristal…but another blondie mage, sister of her.
"That is enough, Kuarzo!" Exclaimed Karoita, a GaGaGa Girl, a blondie with fair skin, red eyes and same bodyshape as Kristal and Kuarzo. "Stop being a pervert, sis! You need to go to sleep, now!"
"Awww, but I want to cheer him up!"
"Don't make me toss you into the river to cool you down, sis!"
"No! The water is freezing! I fell there when I was getting water!"
"Then leave him alone! It's time to go to sleep, NOW!"
Both Kristal and Alan looked at how Karoita took Kuarzo to their tent, with the color girl trying to free herself from her sister's grip.
That Kuarzo… always the perverted girl of the group.
"Well…that was something." Alan said, trying to recover himself from that, only to turn and look at Kristal, who was looking at him with contempt. "What?"
"…you were enjoying that, right?" She asked, her voice sounding a bit monotone.
"Uh… a bit?" Alan responded nervously. By now, everyone in the group know he really liked large breasts, and so, many of the girls, who were busty, used that to their advantage to try and gain his attention.
"Pervert." She said, looking to her side, and crossing her arms over her chest, either because she was kind of mad, or because she was covering her own breasts.
"Uh?" Alan asked, before he looked at Kristal that stood up. "You are leaving?"
"Well, Karoita was right. It's time to sleep. I just came here to see how you are holding up."
"…You are not mad…right?"
"W-W-why should I? We are not a c-couple. I can't stop you from enjoying how other girls treat you. You do you." She said, not looking at him…at first, before she turned to look at him. "If that makes you happy and makes you forget what just happened days ago, do it."
"Uh…" Alan asked, really not understanding her.
"Anyway, I'm sleepy, so I will go. But Alan, really, if you need ANY help, you can ask me, and I will help you. Rest well!"
And with that, the Dark Magician Girl began walking to her own tent, as Alan saw her retreating figure. He stood there for a bit, before he laughed nervously.
He wasn't as dense as many anime heroes. He KNOWS the girls have feelings for him, even Kristal, although she denies it. He knows…and the more important thing was that THEY know HE knows.
He sighed again. All the girls were beautiful, and he could ask anyone out…maybe Kuarzo, specially, since that girl was even willing to offer her body to him.
But…he was afraid… of being alone.
All these years he had his family to help him, but other than them, he had few friends. He was bullied, and ridiculed back on Earth, and that caused his self-esteem and confidence to be extremely low, and he was searching any signs of affection, specially from the opposite sex. So, when many girls showed signs of interest in him, he was extremely glad…but at the same time, he couldn't choose one of them. That was because…he like them all, and while he knows he can only have one, he is afraid that, if he chooses one, the rest will simply either leave him alone again, or even hate him.
And that will shoot down his confidence once again.
He knows he need to choose one, or else everyone will get tired of his indecision and leave him with nothing…but it wasn't as easy as it seems, specially to someone who wanted love and comfort.
He still…wasn't as brave as he need to be.
'Soon… I will gain the courage and ask one of them out. I know I already have the yes from them…. I only need to get used to the idea that the others could leave me. Soon… I will be…brave enough.'
Alan looked at the nightsky, looking at the stars in the firmament. She wished he could become braver, more courageous, like his many childhood heroes.
It was thanks to them and many others that he was what he is right now. While others bullied him, he seeks comfort in anime, and those heroes' actions inspired him to not fall in despair.
Goku, from Dragon Ball
Seiya, from Saint Seiya
And Lucy/Hikaru Shidou from Rayearth.
'Why did I think of Lucy at this moment?' Alan though, remembering at the redhead heroine from Magic Knight Rayearth. 'It's been AGES since I thought about that series. Why did I think of her now?'
Alan pondered for a second, but knew he won't get any answer for that. He just remembered that girl. Hikaru, or Lucy as she was known in México, was a courageous girl, only 14 years old in the anime, who didn't back down and wanted to protect her friends. She was kind, sweet and cute.
She was her first anime crush, even before the Dark Magician Girl.
He chuckled as he think of how strange it was. He loved large breasts, and yet his first anime crush was Lucy, who was kind of flat compared to the girls he is with right now.
Then again, she was 14 in the anime…and he was 11 when he first saw THAT anime.
It was a childhood crush.
'Anyway, I need to go to sleep. It's getting late. I will think of this more, later.'
With that in mind, he stood up and went to his own tent, where he will sleep.
Taking his clothes off and putting on only a blue shorts and leaving his white sleeveless shirt, Alan laid on the bed that the mages gave him, and grabbed his already depleted cellphone, and put it on his pocket. It was something from his world, so it was always close to him, even if it was not powered anymore.
Soon, he entered into the realm of sleep, with one though in mind.
'I will be… brave enough…'
Tomorrow will be…another day…
But for him…it will take a bit more time…
He was falling…
A normal feeling, he had sometimes…
Alan was falling head first in the darkness. It feels like he was in water, and slowly going deeper and deeper. At a certain point, he began to straight himself out, as his body began to twist and feet slowly descended. Then, he landed on…something.
The moment his feet touched the ground, the ground itself began to glow in an intense white light, so bright it almost blinded him before he closed his eyes. After it stopped, Alan opened his eyes, and saw that the ground was now a large circular image of him with several elements and faces, along with several symbols that represent him
It was his Dive into the Heart.
As a Keyblade Wielder, he many times have woke up on this place. When he first meet Chaos, when he first got his Keyblade, when he fought Fake Exus inside his mind. This mean one thing: he was asleep…again.
"Uh? I'm here again?" Alan asked, as he looked around. "Why? Hey, Earth-chan! Are you there?!" He yelled into the darkness, hoping he will get an answer from one of the other residents inside his Heart.
Suddenly, after a flash of light, a short haired girl appeared. Almost the same age as him, short blue hair with patches of green here and there, white fair skin and a large set of breasts and hips, covered only by a long white T-Shirt with the emblem of the Earth on her chest. As the light disappeared, the girl opened her amber eyes to look at him.
"Hello, Alan! Good to see you again!" She commented, smiling sweetly.
She was Earth-chan, the spirit of his world that woke up after a certain event that happened months ago. All Humans from Earth have a fragment from Earth's Heart inside their own Hearts, and it will gain the knowledge and experiences from the Human during all of their lives until they die, when the Heart of the Human return to the Heart of the Earth. Normally, these "Planetary Fragments" are asleep, only passively gaining information, watching the human from afar.
But, after he was almost possessed by Chaos, the Planetary Fragment on Alan's Heart woke up, and took the form of this girl. This is because she took Alan's preferences and likes, and since Alan is into busty short girls, she appeared like that. She didn't have a name, so Alan had to give her one, and since he was BAD at names, decided to just call her "Earth-chan", like the Meme.
…since Gaia or Terra were very cliché names.
After that, she keeps him company when he wanted to be alone, giving him advice of what he must do inside his head. However, she many times have to go to sleep, since Alan is still not strong enough to sustain her with his energy. Now, it was one of those times she was awake, and could talk to him.
"Hey Earth-chan. Did you call me?" Alan asked, looking at the bluenette who just appeared.
"It wasn't me." Earth-chan responded. "Someone else is calling us."
"You too? Then who is-"
"I don't know… but someone is calling us from there."
She pointed forward, into the nothingness beyond the pillar they were standing on.
"I see nothing." Alan said. "Nor do I HEAR anything."
"Pay more attention. It's getting stronger." Earth-chan said.
"Ok… let's hear."
Alan closed his eyes and concentrated. He tried to hear anything, but he could hear no-
'…Help me…'
Wait…he can hear…something. Very faint, so he concentrated even more.
"Did you heard it?" The Earth Spirit asked, looking at Alan.
"Kind of." Alan responded. "It's very faint, but I… wait, I hear… I hear it!"
Alan concentrated more. He could hear something… but it made no sense. He need to make sense of some words, so he could understand.
'Help me… to save this world…'
And then…he did.
'Please… Legendary Magic Knights!'
Alan opened his eyes in surprise and confusion.
"D-Did I just heard Magic Kni-?"
Alan couldn't finish that sentence, as in that moment, the floor disappeared, and he began to fall… into the darkness.
-Location: Yang Island-
-Exus Castle-
Meanwhile, far on the east, in a dark castle located on an island that was under a spell that stops anyone from there to ever leave, a man was sitting on his throne, resting his eyes, when he noticed…something.
The man, with black long hair and a dark mage armor, looked up, as he concentrated…and smiled.
"Well, well… seems like the Keyblade Champion… just left this world..." The man said, as he began to think of something. "Ha Des!"
Suddenly, a dark portal opened, and from it emerged a demon, wearing the robes of a kind. He was Dark Ruler Ha Des, a monster from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game, and second in command of the dark forces on the island. The demon emerged from the portal, and then kneel.
"Lord Exus, what is your command?" the fiend asked, as the man sitting on the throne, the Sorcerer of Dark Magic, Exus, smiled.
"It seems our Keyblade Champion just left into a big adventure." The man said, confusing the fiend.
"What do you mean, Lord Exus?"
"His Heart… it just left his body." Exus said.
"What? The Keyblade Champion is… dead?" Ha Des asked in surprise.
"No, not dead. His Heart just left his body…and going out this world for an adventure."
"I… I do not follow, Lord Exus. What does this mean?"
"Sometimes, a Keyblade Wielder goes to sleep and their Heart wanders away, as it feels it is needed elsewhere. It seems our Keyblade Champion is experiencing it for the first time."
"How do you know about it, Lord Exus?"
"Because…of our connection."
Ha Des looked at his Master in confusion, something he noticed.
"Come on. Don't you remember?" Exus asked, resting his right cheek on his fist, looking at the fiend in front of him. "The spell that affected the Keyblade Wielder had part of my Heart, which transformed into a younger version of myself that lived inside the Champion's mind for some weeks. He had the objective to try and possess him, and bring the Keyblade to me. My younger self failed his mission, but it left a connection between us. That is how I know how he feels. And now, I felt his Heart just left this world."
"That means…he will be out for many days?" Ha Des asked, but Exus shook his head.
"No. His adventure will feel for him like it was for many weeks, months, even years, but in reality… it will be only a few hours at most. He will wake up in the morning, and don't remember anything."
"How do you know that, Lord Exus?"
"I have my ways. I learned many things in the past, before I was sealed away." Exus said, as he smiled. "Anyway, while he won't remember much once he wakes up… it will be a good experience…to see what is outside this realm."
"Realm? Lord Exus, what do you-?"
"Ha Des. Bring him here."
"Who?"
"You know who. It's time he gets his…revenge. After all, he was beaten by the Keyblade Champion before."
"…I understand. I will bring him here, Lord Exus."
With that, Ha Des disappeared, leaving the Dark Sorcerer alone in his thoughts. He smiled, as he saw this as…an opportunity.
'I wonder…what kind of world he went in. I want to see…the worlds and magic…from outside this universe.'
