Authors Note

You know how sometimes you get an idea in your head and it won't go away. Well this is one of those things that happened to me. I don't own any of the characters that may appear, as they belong to their rightful owners. I only own any OC's that may appear. I hope that you enjoy the fanfic.

Chapter 1

A bunch of thugs were carrying some computers and tvs from a warehouse to some vans, that were already filled with some of the computers and tvs they'd put in beforehand. Some guards were knocked out, and tied up. One of them said, "Hurry it up fellas, we don't got all night."

One of them said, "Why you sweatin me dude? The guards are on ice, the alarms shut off and everything's good" before he continued walking towards the van.

As he was, some of the lights started flickering on which made him look back in curiosity. The tv he was holding suddenly turned on, even though it wasn't plugged into anything. "Huh?" he said in surprise, as the tv changed from the news channel to a tv drama show.

While he was looking at this in amazement, he didn't see the beam of electricity heading towards him. Once it hit him, it sent him back into the warehouse as it carried him past all his accomplices and into some boxes that were stacked at the back.

Some of them walked forward, with one saying "What the heck was up with that yo?" before electricity struck the tvs they were holding, which made them look on in shock. This caused them to spark out of control, and some of them exploded which made those holding them cry out in pain and surprise, while two people flew in through the roller shutter door.

The first was a black teen, who had dreadlocks for hair. He was wearing a blue coat that had yellow inner lining and stripes that were on his coat sleeves, a white shirt with a black lightning bolt symbol in the middle, black pants along with a white mask, yellow goggles set on top of his head, and gloves on his hands. He had electricity coming off his hands, and was riding on a manhole cover covered in electricity with electricity trailing behind it.

"I think you mean, what up with that. Either you sling probably, or don't use it at all" he said in a smartass way as he flew over them.

The other person shook their head at what their friend said. They too were a teenager, with red hair that was smooth and flat with indigo-blue eyes. He was wearing a purple shirt with a silver neck covering that had green gems in it, and pants with a grey belt around his waist with green looking gems in it. He had purple boots that went up to his knees, and silver arm braces. He was also floating above the thugs, and his hands were glowing an indigo-blue colour.

The first kid flew to a beam, before he went under it and did a handstand before flying back towards the thugs.

One of the thugs said in amazement, "It's two kids, with one on a flying manhole and the other somehow floating in the air." One of the others said, "I don't care if it's Aladdin on his flying carpet with his magic genie. Let's get em," as he pulled out a crowbar and ran at them with the other doing the same.

The first kid fired electricity at them, which took the metal weapons from them before they got zapped with electricity all over their bodies as more metal flew from their jacket pockets towards him.

"Metal weapons and dumb thugs, how easy does it get" he said, as he covered the weapons in electricity as he sent them to the top of the building where they blew up with fire raining down around them. This made some of them run as fire rained down around them. "Like turning on lights in a roach motel," he said as he flew after them.

While he was doing that, the red head teen was fighting some of the others in expert hand to hand combat and wasn't even breaking a sweat. He'd hit some pressure points on some of the thugs, which would disable them and send them to the floor in a heap unable to move. With the others he knocked them out with either a strong punch or kick to the face, stomach or even a chop to the neck.

"Don't get cocky Static," he said as he blasted a gun from one of the thugs hands with an indigo-blue energy blast, before he flew over and punched him in the face before he could react, knocking him out.

"Yeah, yeah I know Foxfire don't worry about it" Static said to his partner as he went after a thug trying to escape through one of the doors. He gave him an electrical punch, which sent the thug flying with a cry of pain.

"That was my Taser Punch. Shocking ain't it," Static said as he let the electricity fade around his fist. He then turned around as a stack of boxes fell on top of him, which made him cry out in shock as he was buried underneath them.

A thug was driving a forklift onto the pile, (which was the cause of the collapsing boxes) said "I got him dude, I can….huh?" he was saying before electricity started sparking underneath the boxes before there was a big blast of electricity, that sent the boxes and the forklift flying, as Static flew back into the air saying "Okay I'm a little new to this, so sue me" before he zapped the thugs that were still conscious and lifted them up, with them giving cries of surprise and a little fear.

"Not like I have a curfew or anything, but I've really got to wrap this up" he said as he lifted the thugs to the roof, and stuck them there with his powers magnetizing them there. Static flew underneath them, as he said "Stick around fellas, you've got company coming" as he flew to a hold in the ceiling, while Foxfire was tying up the thugs on the ground.

Static launched a blast of electricity out of the hole, that formed a flashing arrow sign with the words 'BAD GUYS THIS EXIT!' pointing at the building. The cops then soon pulled up at the warehouse, and got out to arrest the crooks.

Static and Foxfire took cover behind some boxes, with Static floating down. "That was a piece of cake, with frosting and sprinkles," Static said as the two fist bumped. Foxfire nodded in agreement, saying "Yeah. Our first bad guy beatdown, and we hardly broke a sweat. It's hard to believe that just two days ago, we'd be the last people to be called heroes."

Static gave a nod of agreement, as they both remembered how this all started.

(Flashback starts) And since everyone should know it from Static/Virgil's point of view, this is going to be from Naruto's.

Two days ago, 6:30 am

BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP

BEEP-BEEP-BE~CLICK

Naruto turned off his alarm and got up out of bed before having a shower, cleaning his teeth, making the bed and getting dressed. He then headed downstairs to the kitchen for breakfast.

"Morning Mum, morning Dad" he said as he walked into the kitchen.

"Morning sweetie," Kushina said as she was making some breakfast for them, wearing some casual clothes with an apron on top while Minato was reading the newspaper dressed in his police captain outfit. Naruto then heard a barking at his feet, and looked down to see an orange fox looking up at him while wagging its tail. He gave a laugh, before saying "Yes and a good morning to you too Kurama" as he bent down and scratched the foxes head for a bit, before sitting at the table for his breakfast.

Minato put the paper down for a bit, as he asked Naruto "You sleep alright kiddo?"

He gave a nod, saying "Like a baby" as Kushina put bacon, eggs, toast and tomatoes on a big plate in the middle of the table with the three of them helping themselves to what they wanted to eat.

Kushina then asked Minato as they ate, "So do you think you'll be able to stop these gang wars that are still happening honey?"

Minato gave a determined nod, as he replied "Yes I hope so. I'll do what I can, so that everyone in Dakota City can be safe and sound."

Naruto finished what was in his mouth, before saying "You'll do it Dad, cause you're the best."

Minato gave a light chuckle at that, as he said "I wouldn't go that far Naruto, but thanks anyway" before they continued eating.

After eating, Naruto went and gave some breakfast to Kurama before he said "See you guys later" before he went down the stairs to exit through his Mum's restaurant 'The Rising Tide' which had a few chiefs and waiters getting it ready for the breakfast rush, and Naruto saying 'Good morning' to them along with a wave as he walked past them which some did in return, before he headed off for school on his orange and black striped moped.

A few miles later, he'd arrived at school and after putting his moped in the parking area, he climbed off, unclipped his helmet that had an orange whirlpool design and headed for the school doors.

He then headed for his locker, dodging out of the way of his fellow students. Once he got there, he unlocked it and took out what books he needed then closed and relocked it.

He then turned to head for class, when one of his childhood friends came towards him: Frieda Goren, who's had a crush on Naruto for quite a while (not that he's noticed).

"Hey Naruto," she said when she reached him.

"Hey Frieda. How's things for you?" he asked her as they headed for class.

She gave a shrug, as she replied "Going good thanks." She then got a small blush on her face, and glanced off to the side as she asked him "So are you going to the prom with anyone?" hoping that no one else had asked him yet.

Naruto shook his head, as he replied "Naw no one's asked me yet."

Frieda gave a nod of her head, while on the inside she was jumping up and down in excitement thinking "YES, YES, YES, YES. I better ask him now, before anyone else does."

Frieda then asked him, "Would you like to go with me?"

He shrugged his shoulders, as he replied "Sure thing. And besides it could be fun going as friends."

She gave a nod, happy that she was going with him but a little down that he thought they were going as friends. "Baby steps girl, baby steps," she thought to herself hoping to tell him how she feels about him one day.

As they were walking along to class, they heard someone saying "Going to some boring dance with your girlfriend dobe?"

They both gave a groan (with Frieda blushing at the girlfriend remark), as they turned around and saw a former friend of theirs: Sasuke Uchiha.

When they were kids, the three of them would always hang out together and were the best of friends. Even during martial arts tournaments that the three of them fought in against each other, with them each winning and losing matches against each other they always stayed as friends. Both Naruto and Frieda were taught by Minato and Kushina (with them rotating each day who taught them), while Sasuke was taught by his family. The two even got along well with Sasuke's older brother Itachi.

That all changed when a gangster broke into the Uchiha's house one night, and though Mikoto and Fugaku did what they could to stop him, they were both killed with Sasuke watching from behind a door and the gangster left taking a few jewels and money with him. This then sent Sasuke down a path of vengeance, and he became angry at the world. And the only thing that Sasuke knew about the murderer, was that he had a scar on the back of his left hand in the shape of a crescent moon.

His friends and brother tried to be there for him, but he brushed off their help. Kushina and Minato even tried to be there for him (especially Kushina, since her and Mikoto were best friends), but he'd just tell them to 'leave him alone and mind their own business'. And whenever he fought in the tournaments, if he ever lost against Naruto and Frieda he'd get even more angry.

He was also not happy that his parents' murderer was never found, and he found the system to be faulty as it always lets people like him off without punishment. He knew that this man who killed his parents had to be put down, as in Sasuke's mind 'People get taken in while dogs get put down.'

Itachi was sad that he wasn't there to stop his parents being murdered, as he was busy working at the police station that night. He decided to try and find the gangster, and bring him to justice hopefully before Sasuke found him otherwise Sasuke would do something Itachi wouldn't be able to stop him from doing.

Naruto gave Sasuke a scowl, as he said "Look Sasuke, why don't you just leave us alone? So just turn around and take your attitude problem with you" as he'd had enough of Sasuke's attitude.

"Pheh, whatever loser" Sasuke said as he walked past them, bumping his shoulder hard against Naruto as he walked past him.

Naruto shook his head, as he and Frieda continued walking while saying "I still can't believe that he's still so angry after all these years."

Frieda patted his shoulder, as she said "Yeah I know and I miss hanging out with the old Sasuke too."

Naruto gave her a grateful smile, and then he and Frieda saw their two other friends: Virgil Hawkins and Richie Foley.

After what happened with Sasuke, they both met the two of them and became good friends with them. They even got along well with Virgil's mum, before she was killed by a gangster.

Naruto waved at them, as he said "Heya guys. How's things going?"

Virgil waved back, as he and Naruto fist bumped when they got close enough while Richie and Naruto high fived. Virgil replied to Naruto's question with "Could be better, but I'm not complaining."

As they walked to class, the four heard a rather unpleasant person saying "Hey Frieda" and saw Francis Stone AKA 'F-Stop' a bully in school, and a gang leader. "Looking good" he said, as he walked over.

He walked over, while shoving Naruto and Virgil out of his way, and after taking a sniff added "You smell great too" which caused Frieda to back away from him, as F-Stop continued walking towards her, with students running away.

Virgil tapped his shoulder, while saying "Yo F-Stop, I think that you need to study up on body language 101, cause hers says not in this lifetime" while having a smug look on his face.

This made F-Stop grab him, and throw him at the lockers behind Frieda who looked on in shock as Virgil grunted from the hit, as he fell to the floor.

Francis advanced towards him, with students watching commenting various things; such as how crazy Virgil was being, how F-Stop is going to beat him to a pulp and things like that while Francis grabbed his collar and slammed him into the lockers on the other side of the hallway, with students getting out of the way, gasping in shock.

Naruto moved to stop F-Stop, saying "Leave him alone hothead."

Francis said, "Make me punk" as he was ready for anything Naruto would throw at him. He threw a kick at Naruto's chest, who blocked the kick by crossing his arms with the kick only sending him sliding back.

Francis then turned his attention back to Virgil, as he said "Let's see if your face can understand what my fist is saying" as he was getting ready to punch Virgil, when someone else grabbed his wrist and threw him down the hallway away from Virgil, with F-Stop crying out in surprise and grunting in pain as he hit the floor.

Getting up off the floor while groaning, he saw that it was Wade, a rival gang leader who'd thrown him.

"Yo. I know that you're not sweating my man Virgil, Francis" he said in a threatening kind of way.

Francis gave a smug smile, as he replied "Naw Wade. We were just playin."

Frieda walked over to Virgil, who was rubbing his neck and handed his hat back to him. "Here Virg" she said to him, as he gave her a weak smile as thanks before looking at F-Stop with a dirty look.

Francis pointed at Virgil, as he said "I'll catch ya later Virgil" as he clicked his tongue, before turning around and walked off, with students getting out of his way. Virgil had a look of worry on his face at that, while Wade and Frieda were scowling seeing F-Stop walk off.

Naruto and Richie walked over, with Richie asking him "Yo you all right V-Man?"

Virgil gave a small nod, as he replied "Yeah I'm good thanks for asking." The four of them then saw Wade walking off, before Naruto said "Come on, or we'll be late for class you guys" before they all nodded and headed off for their classes. Richie and Frieda went in one direction, while Naruto and Virgil went in another.

"So Virgil," Naruto asked him, "Are you going to the prom with anyone?"

He shrugged his shoulders in reply, as he said "I don't think so as no one's really asked me." He then asked Naruto, "What about you? Are you going with anyone, Mr handsome and popular?"

"Yeah, Frieda asked me, and I said yes," Naruto replied.

Virgil patted his shoulder, as he said "Nice one dude." He then said in a teasing manner, "She is quite cute too. If she didn't already have her eyes on someone else, I'd have asked her myself."

Naruto gave him a shove at that, as he had a light dusting on his cheeks which made Virgil laugh.

(After school, 3:45 pm)

After a long day of school, the four of them were glad to head on home. Both Richie and Virgil headed off in the same direction, while Naruto and Frieda went in the other.

Naruto and Frieda were heading for his place, so that they could work on their homework together. Frieda was riding on Naruto's moped, wearing a spare blue helmet, with her arms wrapped around him. She was trying hard not to faint from blushing too much, as she could feel how fit he was under his clothes.

Once they got to Naruto's place, they walked through the restaurant which had a few people eating an afternoon snack while they said a quick 'hello' along with a wave at those working, with them getting some back in return before they headed up to the living quarters. Naruto also gave a quick kiss on the cheek to Kushina as they walked through the kitchen, with him getting one in return.

When they got upstairs, they noticed that Kurama was stretched out on the couch asleep. The two went and sat down at the dining room table and got on with their homework.

About an hour later, and the two of them had finished their homework. They leaned back in their chairs, as they stretched themselves from sitting for so long. By this time, Minato had returned from work and was helping Kushina in making the dinner.

"What's for dinner Mum?" Naruto asked, as he and Frieda put their school books away.

"Beef casserole with bread," she told him. She then asked "Would you be staying for dinner Frieda?"

Frieda gave a nod, as she said "Sure thing. I'll just call my parents, and let them know."

Kushina nodded, as she quietly said to her "I know that you like Naruto sweetie" which made Frieda blush at hearing that. Kushina also added, "And if you play your cards right you could let him know how you feel about him" which made Frieda's face go all red as she blushed very badly. After getting herself under control, she rang her parents to let them know she was eating dinner with Naruto and his parents, which they were okay with.

Her and Naruto helped set the table, then went and watched a tv show on Netflix. It was about an ordinary girl that gets sucked into a world of the supernatural, that's been hidden from mortal eyes for millennia. (Anyone that guesses what the tv show is before the end of the chapter, gets an immediate free cyber cookie.) Kurama was laid curled up next to Frieda, who absently stroked him as they watched the show.

While they watched it, Kushina headed back down to the restaurant to help make the dinner for the customers, while Minato finished making dinner.

Just as Naruto and Frieda finished watching the episode, Minato said "Dinner's ready. Would one of you go and get Kushina please, and let her know?"

Naruto got up to do so, while Frieda helped put the food on the table. Naruto then came back up with Kushina, and the four of them then sat down and helped themselves.

They had some light conversation as they ate; wondering how school was, what they had planned for the weekend, what new meals would be put on the menu for the restaurant and how things were going for the police force.

Once they'd finished eating, Naruto and Frieda went to Naruto's room to hang out some more before Frieda had to head back home. They were talking about what to do at the prom, when Naruto got a call on his cellphone.

He looked and saw that it was the Uchiha house number, and thinking that Itachi wanted to talk to him about something he answered it saying "Hello how may I help you?"

{"Hey Naruto, it's me"} Sasuke's voice said.

Naruto was quite shocked that Sasuke was calling him out of the blue like that, before he asked "What do you want Sasuke?" Frieda too was shocked that Sasuke was calling Naruto, as evident by the look on her face.

{"I'm calling to let you know your friend Virgil is part of Wade's gang,"} Sasuke explained to him. He also added, {"And you better be careful Naruto, as Wade might try and recruit you too with how good of a fighter you are."}

Naruto was surprised that Sasuke was worried for him, as he asked in curiosity "Why are you telling me this Sasuke?"

He heard a sigh, before Sasuke said {"I know how I've been acting towards you and everyone else, but I'm trying to be better."}

Naruto gave a sigh, as he said "That's okay Sasuke, and thanks for letting me know about Virgil along with Wade's interest in me."

{"Hn, whatever"} Sasuke said as he then hung up.

Naruto shook his head thinking "Same old Sasuke"before he told Frieda what Sasuke had told him.

Frieda was shocked at what she heard, and said "Let's hope that Wade doesn't approach you to join his gang anytime soon" with Naruto nodding his head in agreement.

Soon after that, they were heading outside so that Naruto could give Frieda a lift back to her house. Frieda thanked Minato and Kushina for having her over, with them saying it's no problem and that she's welcome anytime. Once they got downstairs, they walked through the restaurant which had a few families eating and a couple or two as well before heading to where Naruto's moped was parked. They got on it, and after putting their helmets on Naruto started it up and drove off to Frieda's house. Kurama was also going with them, and sat in the basket in the front of the moped.

About 10 minutes later, they'd arrived at Frieda's house. She climbed off, and unclipped the helmet before shaking her hair to get it more straight.

"Thanks for the lift Naruto," she said happily that he was the one who'd given her a lift to her house.

He gave a shrug of his shoulders in reply, as he said "Not a problem."

Frieda smiled at how sweet he was, before she said "Will you be able to help in putting the prom decorations up?"

Naruto thought about it, as he replied "If I'm not helping out in the restaurant, sure."

Frieda gave a smile, hoping that he'd be able to help so that she could spend more time with him, before she said "Cool." She then walked to her front door, and opened it before saying "See ya tomorrow Naruto" then entered before closing the door.

Naruto replied back with "See ya" before he drove off.

As he was driving back to his place, he noticed Virgil out of the corner of his eye heading off in what looked to be the direction of the docks. "Where are you off to at this time of night Virge?" Naruto thought, before he started carefully following him making sure not to be noticed. What Naruto didn't know was that he himself was being followed; by Sasuke on his electric skateboard.

Sasuke had left his house to try and think of where the guy who murdered his parents was, and had seen Naruto driving off somewhere which made him curious enough to follow.

(30 minutes later, the docks)

After hiding his moped somewhere safe, Naruto followed Virgil on foot with Kurama following. Naruto then saw that Virgil was going through gate 10, which was unlocked. "Most likely someone in Wade's crew cut the padlock off or unlocked it," Naruto thought before following Virgil through it, making sure that he wasn't spotted. He ran over to some boxes, and hid behind them as a member of Wade's crew grabbed Virgil before taking him off somewhere.

Sasuke also snuck in, and followed after Naruto to see what he was doing here.

Sneaking along after them, he saw that all of Wade's crew were gathered together with them all having different weapons; some holding steel pipes, baseball bats and Naruto also noticed some were holding guns. Sasuke was hiding behind some boxes himself, making sure to listen carefully about what was being said.

Naruto saw that Wade himself was looking through some binoculars at something. Getting close enough, he heard Virgil ask him, "What's goin on Wade?"

Wade turned around, and replied "There's goin to be a major throw down tonight, with all the crews in the city."

Sasuke got a look on his face at hearing that, as he thought "Maybe the one who killed my parents will show up." He leaned more forward, to listen and see if Wade's crew had an idea where the other gangs were coming from.

"Look Wade, we gotta talk," Virgil said with some urgency in his voice.

"Sshh" Wade told him, putting his finger to his lips to tell Virgil to be quiet before handing him the binoculars, and whispering "Look."

Virgil took them, and after looking through them he saw that F-Stop and his crew were hopping over the fence across from where they were, before seeing them running further into the docks.

Virgil lowered the binoculars at seeing that, with a look of surprised shock on his face. Wade then handed him something wrapped up in a cloth, as he said "It's time to go the permanent route, little bro." He then pointed off to the left, as he said to all of them "This way" before they all walked in that direction.

Sasuke followed after them, to see if they'd lead him to who killed his parents. And if that didn't work, he'd just have to beat the information out of them to see if they knew where, as well as who, he was.

Virgil looked at what Wade gave him, before taking the cloth off to see that he was given; a handgun. Virgil had a shocked look on his face, as he exclaimed "Oh man. I stepped into it big this time."

"Yeah, you kind of did Virgil," Naruto said as he stepped from behind the boxes he was behind, with Kurama at his feet.

"NARUTO!" Virgil half yelled in shocked surprise, thankful that Wade and his crew were far enough away to not hear him. He then whispered, "What are you doing here?"

"Making sure that your not doing anything crazy or stupid" Naruto whispered in reply. He looked at the gun in Virgil's hands, saying "You better get rid of that, and quick." Virgil nodded in agreement, and went to the edge of the docks and threw it into the water.

The two of them then heard fighting going on, and turned around to see the gangs fighting against each other. Some were laid out on the ground, moaning and groaning in pain as the rest continued fighting.

Sasuke himself was in the fray of it, as he was trying to see if anyone knew who killed his parents. He'd beaten up several different gang members leaving them with broken limbs, and none of them knew who'd killed his parents.

They moved to get out of there, having to move as some were thrown into their path. They then stopped as they saw Francis punching a rival gang member down in front of them. He then looked over, and saw the two of them as he said in slight surprise "Naruto? Virgil?"

Virgil then backed up, as Naruto stood in front of him in case Francis tried anything. F-Stop then gave a smug smirk, as he said "This is going to be fun" as he advanced towards them. Kurama bared his teeth at him, while growling menacingly.

Before anything could happen, a spotlight was shone down onto them, Shielding their eyes, they saw that it was a police helicopter with several more doing the samething to the gang members fighting.

"Freeze" an officer said from one of the helicopters. "You are all in a restricted area. Drop all your weapons, and step into the open now" the officer commanded.

Everyone was frozen for a moment, before they dropped whatever weapon they were holding and ran for it. One random gang member pulled a gun out, and shot one of the copters spotlights out. Naruto, Virgil and Kurama ran for cover behind a garbage dumpster, while police cars came onto the scene. Naruto noticed that his dad and Itachi were climbing out of a car each, and ran after some of the gang members.

Two helicopters were chasing after some gang members, and one of the officers in one of the helicopters shot a grenade of tear gas that flew into front of the gang members, that hit some canisters in front of them at the sametime a stray bullet from a gang member's gun did.

This caused the canisters to explode, and for purple smoke to quickly cover the docks. Some of the gang members tried to run for it, before the smoke covered them. Minato and Itachi had managed to arrest some of the gang members they'd chased, before they too got covered with the strange purple smoke. Sasuke saw the smoke approach him, and before he knew it he was covered in it.

Some more police cars arrived on the scene, and were shocked at what was happening.

Everyone started coughing, with some of the gang members starting to change in different ways; some of them had glowing purple eyes, while some looked like they were mutating.

One of the officers said, "What's going on?"

His partner took off his police hat, before grabbing a gas mask as he said "You better grab your mask."

Once all the officers had their gas masks on, they exited out of their cars and headed into the docks.

They found Minato and Itachi kneeling on the ground coughing, and helped them up before calling for some officers saw what looked like a purple colour quickly appear around Itachi before it disappeared. They thought it was a trick of the light, as it happened so quickly.

Naruto and Virgil climbed over the fence, with Naruto holding onto Kurama, with all three of them coughing as they did. They then ran off, with Virgil heading back to his house as he coughed into his hand, while Naruto went back to his moped. After making sure that Kurama was secure, he put his helmet on, started up his moped and drove back home, with them both still coughing every now and then as they went.

Sasuke did the samething, as he got back on his electric skateboard and headed back home, coughing into his fist as he went, with his eyes briefly changing red with what looked like three tomoes around the edges, before changing back to normal.

Once Naruto reached home, he saw that the restaurant was closed. He quickly and quietly snuck upstairs, coughing as quietly as he could before he went into his bedroom. After getting undressed, he got into his pajamas and got into bed before going to sleep with Kurama at the foot of his bed.

(The next morning, 6:30am)

BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP

BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP

BEEP-BEEP-BE~SMASH

Naruto slammed his hand on his alarm clock, before he got up out of bed. He then walked to the bathroom to get ready for the day, and when he looked in the mirror he was completely shocked by what he saw.

His blonde yellow spiky hair had become red like his mothers, and was smooth and flat too. His skin had also changed to an orange colour while his eyes were now an indigo-blue colour.

"WHAT THE HECK?!" he shouted out in shocked surprise.

Both his parents rushed to the bathroom, and were themselves shocked at what they saw. Kushina got over her shock, as she sighed and pressed a button on her bracelet as her skin turned orange. "I think that we need to talk Naruto," she says to him. Naruto was dumbfounded, as he just silently nodded before he did his routine.

(In the living room, after eating breakfast moments later)

The three of them had had breakfast, with Naruto having to be fed his since he couldn't control his new found super strength.

Both Kushina and Minato were sitting on a double couch, while Naruto was sitting on a single one. There was an awkward silence as they all sat there, not knowing what to say.

Before anyone could say anything, Kurama came rushing in and to the surprise of the three of them he was bigger, up to about their knees and that he was now a dark orange. They also noticed that his front feet looked like hands, and he was talking, as he basically yelled out "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ME!? WHY AM I BIGGER, AND HOW CAN I TALK?!" as he ran about in worry, trying to figure this out.

The three of them all sat there, dumbfounded at what they were seeing. Eventually, Naruto said "Is that you Kurama?" trying to come to terms with what he was seeing was actually true.

Kurama looked in the direction he heard Naruto's voice, and seeing his new look said in shock "Naruto? Is that you?" Naruto gave a nod of his head in reply, with Kurama then asking "What the heck happened to us?" Naruto shrugged his shoulders, as he said "I've no idea buddy." He turned to his parents, and asked "Do you guys know, and why are me and Mum both orange coloured with indigo eyes?"

Kushina gave a sigh, as she said "The reason we're like this is because you and I are aliens from the plant Tamaran." Naruto was shocked at hearing this, with Kushina then quickly adding "Well technically I'm full alien and you're a half alien since your father is human. We both thought that the alien part of yourself had skipped a generation, but it looks like that gas from the docks last night brought it to the surface."

Naruto asked, "How'd you know I was at the docks last night?" as he was sure he'd hidden himself very well, and carefully.

Minato gave a small smile, as he said "I was able to see you even through the gas."

Naruto had his head down, as he wasn't surprised that his Dad was able to spot him. Naruto then asked, "So how've you been able to hide your alien self for so long Mum?"

Kushina held up the bracelet on her wrist, as she said "This bracelet was able to suppress my Tamaranean abilities, so that I could pass off as human." Naruto then asked, "How'd you end up on Earth, and meet Dad anyway as you've never told me?"

She gave a sigh, while looking at Minato who gave her a nod of encouragement. She then explained that she was sent to Earth because her planet was under attack by their enemies; the Gordanians. When she'd arrived, she was only about 18 years old and she was in a strange alien world, with no one to help her. She'd then gone off to try and find someone to kiss, as that was how they learned new languages (this piece of information made Naruto blush) and that was when she'd met Minato who was a rookie cop at the time.

He was able to help her adapt to life on Earth, and they fell in love with one another. Kushina was able to make the bracelet to hide her alien appearance, as Minato had explained to her that some of the governments would want to experiment on her and try to replicate her powers. She also explained that the reason Naruto was so good with martial arts, was because Tamaraneans were hand to hand combat experts, and he was able to eat as much as he did was because Tamaraneans also had nine stomachs, instead of one like humans do.

Naruto was stunned about all this information he just learned, before he turned to Kurama and asked him "So what else can you do buddy, besides talk?" Kurama shrugged in response, as he replied "I've no….no…." his face scrunched up a little bit, as he then sneezed "ACHOO!" which also sent out a small fireball from his mouth, heading right for Kushina.

She made no attempt to dodge, which shocked Naruto until he saw the fireball break apart once it hit her and she wasn't harmed in the slightest. Kushina saw Naruto's shocked look, as she said "Tamaraneans have strong skin, as not much can harm us."

Kurama then said, "Well looks like I can shoot fire from my mouth" trying to lighten the mood. He then said, "I'm feeling a little hungry. Could one of ya give me some breakfast please?"

Minato gave a nod, as he got up saying "Sure, I'll just go to the kitchen-"

FLASH

"-and get you your….whoa" he said in surprise, as he was next to where they kept Kurama's food. He looked over, seeing that Kushina and Naruto were looking over in shocked surprise as well.

Having no idea how he did that, he grabbed Kurama's food and poured it into his feed bowl. He then walked over to Kurama, as he was saying "I've no idea how that happened. I was just thinking about going to the kitchen to get Kurama his food-"

FLASH

"-when I was….suddenly….there" he slowly finished, as he was back at where he was before.

He then got a thoughtful look on his face, before he looked at Kurama and -

FLASH

-he was suddenly right in front of him. This made Kurama jump a bit, as he didn't expect that to happen.

He gave a light glare at Minato, as he said "Can I have my food bowl now please?"

Minato gave a sheepish grin at making Kurama jump, and was lowering it to the ground for him when Kurama's tail extended towards the bowl. Minato froze in shock at what he was seeing, when the tip of the tail looked like it turned into a hand as it grabbed the bowl, and lowered it to the floor in front of Kurama, before shrinking back to normal length.

Kurama had a look of shocked surprise, before he gave a grin as he said "Cool. Looks like I can do more than shoot out fire from my mouth" before he dug into his breakfast.

Kushina then said, "Don't think that this means you can just help yourself to whatever you want to eat" as she had a feeling he'd try and do it. Kurama wasn't willing to try it, after seeing her take one of his accidental fireballs and knew her fiery temper.

Minato then walked back to the other two, as he said "Looks like I got some powers from that gas too." The other two gave small nods, with Kushina saying "Yeah, and whenever you 'flashed' it was in a flash of yellow."

Naruto then realised something, as he asked "Can I tell Frieda about me being a half human half alien?"

Minato and Kushina looked at each other, with Minato giving a shrug of his shoulders as Kushina said "If you trust her that much, then it's okay with us."

Naruto was happy to hear that, before he realised something as he asked "How am I going to hide my new alien form, as well as learn how to use my new powers?"

Kushina gave a grin, as she stood up saying "I can have a watch version of my bracelet made for you to wear. As for learning how to control your powers, I have something that can help with that." And she looked at Kurama, who was laying down for a nap, while adding "The same goes for you in learning how to control your new found powers too Kurama, and only talking around us while acting like a normal fox in front of everyone else. Got it?" she added with a slightly threatening tone.

Kurama looked up at her, as he nodded saying "Yeah sure thing."

Kushina nodded, as she headed off to her and Minato's bedroom to make a power watch dampener for Naruto. And while she was doing that, Minato dialed Frieda's home number (as Naruto would accidentally break the phone with his new strength if he did), and set the phone on speaker.

After a few rings, they heard Frieda's Mum answer with "Hello Mrs Goren. How may I help you?"

Naruto said, "Heya Mrs Goren it's Naruto calling."

"Oh Naruto, nice to hear from you" Mrs Goren said cheerfully. She then said, "I take it that you want a word with Frieda?" with a slightly knowing tone in her voice.

"Yes please, if she's not too busy" he replied.

"I don't think she is, but I'll go and see" was the reply before they heard the phone being placed down and heard Mrs Goren walking off to find Frieda. It was about a few minutes later, before they heard the phone being picked up again and Frieda saying "Hey Naruto. My Mum told me that you wanted to talk to me?"

Naruto gave a nod, (even though he knew she couldn't see it), as he said "Yeah I do. How soon can you come over, as I have something I want to talk to you about. And you need to also see it at the sametime."

Frieda hummed in thought, before she said "I can be there in about 10 minutes. See ya soon" before she hung up.

Kushina then walked out of her and Minato's bedroom holding a watch in her hand. "Was that Frieda I just heard on the phone?" she asked.

Naruto nodded, as he said "Yeah. She'll be here in about 10 minutes."

Kushina gave a nod, then handed Naruto the watch. "This watch will help you walk around looking like your normal human self" and she showed him the button that will activate the power dampener built into it. Naruto tried to give it to Kushina to put on for him, but she shook her head saying "Don't worry about breaking it as it's been made to withstand your super strength."

Naruto gave a sigh of relief at hearing that, and strapped it on his wrist then pressed the button his Mum had shown him. He looked at his hands, and saw that they were back to a normal human skin colour. He walked over to the hallway mirror, and saw that his hair was back to being blonde and spikey along with his eyes being blue again.

"Thanks Mum, you're the best," Naruto said to her as he gave her a hug along with a kiss on the cheek.

Kushina gave a hug in return, along with having a smile on her face as she said "Thanks sweetie." She then turned to Kurama, while taking a collar from her pocket as she said "And I also made this for you Kurama, so that you'd look like a normal fox around those that see you. You can turn it on and off yourself, so long as no one sees you doing it of course." Kurama grumbled under his breath, but allowed Kushina to put it on him and turn it on. Kurama's fur then changed back to his normal orange colour, and he shrunk back to his original height.

"Must I wear this?" he then asked as he tugged at it a little. "It feels kind of tight." Kushina gave a firm nod, as she said "Yes and the collar will change size everytime that you do."

Kushina then explained about the watch's features to Naruto, "Now the watch can withstand anything being thrown at it. But if it comes off while you're looking human, then your alien form will be revealed for anyone to see. It's also highly resistant to water, fire and every other element so it won't get damaged in any way."

Naruto gave a nod of understanding, then looked at the door as they heard knocking along with Frieda's voice saying "Hey Naruto, I'm here. Can I come in?"

Naruto gave his parents a look, then went to the door and opened it to see Frieda standing there with a smile on her face. "Good morning to you Naruto" she said happily to him. Naruto gave a smile in return, as he said "A good morning to you too Frieda. Please come on in" in then said, as he opened the door wide for her.

Frieda gave a nod, along with a smile at Naruto's parents as she said "Morning Mr and Mrs Namikaze."

"Morning Frieda dear," Kushina said in return while Minato gave her a slight wave.

Frieda then saw Kurama laying down on the floor, as she said "And a good morning to you too Kurama."

"Thanks girlie," Kurama said to her, completely forgetting that she didn't know that he could talk.

"Uh I mean, bark?" Kurama said, with a sheepish look on his face.

The silence was exceptionally loud, with Frieda looking at Kurama in stunned shock while the others were either face palming their head into their hand or slammed their hand onto their forehead, before dragging it down their face.

"Uh Naruto," Frieda said in uncertainly.

"Yeah?" Naruto said.

"Did I just hear Kurama talk like a human just know?" she asked him.

Naruto nodded his head, as he replied "Yes you did Frieda."

She gave a slow nod, as she said "Okay then. Is it okay if I pass out in shock now?" she then asked.

Naruto gave a shrug of his shoulder, as he told her "Yeah sure thing."

"Thanks," Frieda said to him, before she then fainted. Luckily Naruto was able to catch her, before she fell to the floor backwards. He then picked her up bridal style, and carried her over to the couch before laying her on it. He also put a pillow behind her head, so she'd be a bit more comfortable.

Kushina meanwhile, was giving Kurama a sweet smile that had a dangerous look to it. "Kurama" she said sweetly, that had a hint of an underlying threat.

Kurama looked in her direction, and noticed that her hair was moving behind her as she also had a dangerous look in her eyes. Minato, having seen her like this before, quickly got up from the table and headed off for work.

Kushina said in a sweet, but dangerous tone, "What did we say about talking in front of those that don't know you can't talk?"

Kurama sweated slightly as he answered "Uh to no….not to" stuttering as he did so.

"That's right. And what did you do when Frieda greeted you?" she asked, still with that sweet dangerous tone.

"I….I ah greet….ed her ba….back" Kurama stuttered out.

Kushina gave a slow nod, as she said "Yes you did. And that means that you must be punished."

Kurama was nervous, as he asked "Um wha….what kind of pun….ish….ment?" afraid of what the answer would be.

Kushina replied with, "Your punishment will be cleaning."

"Cleaning?" Kurama said, with a surprised look.

Kushina nodded, as she said "Yep cleaning. You'll clean the whole house, from top to bottom. And you could also say that this would be good practise for you in learning how to control your new abilities."

Kurama dropped his head, as he said "Fine then."

Kushina then gave a cheery smile, as the aura around her disappeared and said "Great. Glad that we could come to an understanding" before she happily walked away.

Kurama gave a slight sweatdrop, as he thought "That is one strange woman. But also scary as hell" as he gave an involuntary shiver.

Kushina then looked over at Naruto, and saw that he was sitting on the single couch as he waited for Frieda to wake up. "I'll put some tea on for Frieda to have once she's woken up" she said to him.

Naruto gave a nod of thanks to her, as he said "Thanks Mum, I'm sure that'll help greatly."

She gave a smile, before she went into the kitchen to get some tea ready.

It was a few minutes later, when Frieda gave a groan as she woke up. She opened her eyes, and saw that Naruto was sitting on the single couch and that a cup of tea was in his hands held out towards her. "Here, drink this," he said to her.

She sat herself up, and took the cup as she gave a nod saying "Thanks" before taking a sip.

Naruto then asked her, "So how do you feel?" Kushina came from the kitchen, and sat down on the other single couch.

After a few sips, she replied "Yeah I'm okay thanks. And I had a very strange dream, that Kurama was talking like a human."

Naruto rubbed the back of his head in a nervous way, while looking at his Mum who gave a nod of encouragement, as he said "Um ya see, the thing is Frieda that wasn't a dream. Kurama really did talk like a human earlier."

Frieda gave him a look of astonishment, before she looked over at Kurama who was walking towards her who jumped up onto the couch and looked at her. She then hesitantly said, "So I didn't dream that Kurama talked? He really can actually talk?"

Kurama nodded, as he said "Yep I sure can girlie."

Frieda placed the cup of tea on the coffee table, before she said "How's this even possible?"

Kurama nodded over to Naruto, saying "He can tell you while I take a nap." He looked up at her, and asked "Is it okay if I lay down on your lap?"

Frieda gave a small nod, as she said "Uh yeah, sure thing."

"Thank you," Kurama said as he gave a nod, before he placed his head on her lap and closed his eyes. Frieda gingerly raised her hand, and carefully stroked him just to make sure that she still wasn't dreaming. Once she found that she wasn't, she continued to stroke him, along with a scratch or two which Kurama enjoyed, based on the purring coming from his throat as he curled up on her lap.

Frieda then looked towards Naruto, and asked him "So are there any more surprises, before you tell me how this happened?"

Naruto got a sheepish look, as he said "Yes actually. And two of them are most definitely the most surprising." He then got up off the couch, and stood on the other side of the coffee table. After looking at his Mum again, who told him "Go on Naruto. I'm sure that Frieda will understand."

Naruto gave a nod of thanks, before he pressed the button on his watch to turn off the power dampener. Frieda was very surprised and shocked, when Naruto's skin colour turned orange, his hair went from blonde and spikey to being red, smooth and flat along with his eyes going from blue to indigo-blue.

Naruto looked at Frieda to see what her reaction was, hoping that she wasn't going to freak out or anything. Frieda got up off the couch, being careful not to disturb Kurama as she did, as she walked over to Naruto and got a closer look. He was looking nervous, as though expecting her to react in a negative way of some kind.

Finally Frieda said, "What the heck happened to you?"

Naruto gave a sigh of relief, that she wasn't freaking out or anything, as he replied "Apparently I'm not completely human. I'm only half human, with the other half being alien and the other big surprise is that Mum is an alien."

Frieda looked over at Kushina, just as she deactivated her own power dampener to show her alien form. Kushina then explained to Frieda the samething that she'd explained to Naruto earlier. Frieda was quite shocked that her friend (secret crush) is a half alien, with his Mum being an actual full alien. She then jokingly said "Well at least we now know why you were so good at martial arts" to try and lighten the mood.

Naruto and Kushina gave a small chuckle each at that, with Frieda then saying "But wait, how did you get your alien form and powers anyway?"

Naruto gave a sigh, as he explained to her what happened last night at the docks and that the gas somehow unlocked his alien half, while also giving his Dad teleporting powers.

"WHAT!?" Frieda half shouted out, which startled Kurama awake as he fell off the couch onto the floor. "Dang it I was sleeping," he whined out as he got off the floor.

Frieda had a sheepish look on her face, as she apologized saying "Sorry about that Kurama. I was just surprised hearing that Naruto's Dad now has powers, and that he can teleport."

Kurama gave a grumble under his breath, before he headed towards Naruto's room to sleep in peace. Naruto shrugged at Kurama being grumpy, before saying "Yeah. And when he does teleport, he has a flash of yellow appear everytime he does. Heh, he might call himself the 'Yellow Flash' if he ever does any superhero work."

Frieda gave a nod at the name, as it sounded okay before she started to giggle uncontrollably. Naruto and Kushina looked at each other, before Kushina said "What's so funny Frieda?"

Frieda was able to control her giggling long enough to say "I just realised something; since your Dad can teleport, and might be calling himself the 'Yellow Flash' then that means the Flash is no longer the fastest man alive" before she fell to the floor as she burst into giggles again. Naruto and Kushina also found it funny, as they giggled along with her. Kurama heard the giggles from Naruto's room, causing him to roll his eyes as he thought "Humans" as he closed his eyes to try and get some sleep.

(Meanwhile, at the sametime)

Speaking of said speedster, he was battling against one of his rouges Captain Cold, who was trying to rob a bank. As the Flash was dodging Cold's freeze rays, he suddenly got a shiver that had nothing to do with feeling the cold from the freeze rays.

While running from Captain Cold's attacks, he thought "Why do I feel like someone is laughing at me? And that I won't like the joke."

(Back with the others)

After they got themselves under control, Frieda then asked Naruto "So what is it that you can do with your new powers Naruto?"

He gave a shrug, as he said "No idea. But Mum did say that she had something that could help me in controlling my new powers" as the two of them looked in her direction.

Kushina gave a nod, as she said "And no time like the present" as she got up off the couch and went towards the stairs. Before she went down to them, she looked back and said "Oh and Naruto, bring Kurama with you please as we can see what he's also capable of." Naruto nodded, before he went to his room to get Kurama.

He saw that Kurama was laid out on the floor in his room, before Naruto said "Come on Kurama. Mum wants to see what you're capable of, so let's go."

This woke up Kurama, who grumbled under his breath "Bossy woman. I'm trying to get some sleep here, and she wants to know what I can do with my new abilities" before he followed Naruto to the kitchen.

Kushina seeing that Naruto had Kurama, then descended the stairs with the others following after her. Kushina opened the door at the bottom of the stairs, which was in between the kitchen and the eating area for the restaurant. And across from them, was the door that led to the basement of the restaurant which Kushina opened as she went down with the other three following her. Naruto also turned his power dampener on, just in case anyone was in the restaurant.

As they went down the steps, they saw that the basement was the same as always. On the left side of the stairs, was the food and drink for the restaurant. There were some wine fridges, that all had different versions of wine in them and a few fridges that had some fruit, vegetables and other bits of food that had to be chilled in them. There were even some freezers, that had some meat, ice cream and other things that had to be kept frozen.

While on the right side, was where they'd sparred and practised their martial arts. There was a punching bag off to one side with a human sized dummy not far from it, a few pads that they used to practise their punching and kicking with in some boxes along the other side of the room, a treadmill along the wall and a spinning wooden dummy was near the boxes. And the training mats that they used were leaning against the far wall, folded nice, neat and tidy.

Kushina walked over to the wall opposite the stairs, and pressed a small brick which caused the one next to it to slide up revealing a hand scanner which she placed her hand on. An electrical green line moved up and down, as it scanned her hand before there was a beeping noise and part of the wall next to it slid open to the right.

Both Naruto and Frieda were surprised to see that happen, as they'd both been down here plenty of times and didn't know that there was a secret door.

Kushina stepped through, with the other three following after her and they were surprised with what they saw.

On the other side of the door, was a training room off to one side and a lab on the other side. The training room had some round targets with some looking like they could move about, a few cut outs of villains that they'd heard about on the news or seen in the paper (there were even a few alien looking ones too) and some of them holding a civilian hostage with a few civilian cutouts too and they looked like they were on springs, as though they'd pop up at random times. There were also a few gym looking items, but the three could tell that they were alien versions. They also saw what looked like turrets that were popping out of the walls, floor and ceiling.

The lab was also cut in half, with half of it a medical lab having all kinds of proper medical supplies and the other half a tech lab with different bits and pieces of tech lying about. When Naruto looked at the tech lab, and seeing all the bits of tech lying about, his mind suddenly started coming up with ideas for what he could use the tech to build. There were even a few cupboards and dressers along the walls.

Kushina led them all to the training room, before she turned around and said "Okay Naruto you're up first, so let's see what you can do." Naruto looked a little unsure, but he got himself together as he gave his Mum a firm nod. He turned the power dampener off, going back into his Tamaranean form.

Kushina nodded in return, before she took Kurama and Frieda with her to an observation area. Frieda and Kurama saw that the observation area had some buttons, switches and screens along the desktop. Kushina sat in the chair, as she said "Okay honey, we're just here to see what you're capable of doing so don't exert yourself okay."

Naruto gave a nod, as he replied "Sure thing Mum" before he then realized he didn't know how to use his new found alien powers. "Uh Mum, how do I use my powers exactly?" he then asked her.

Kushina mentally slapped herself, as she forgot to tell Naruto how to use his powers. "Okay Naruto, to fly you have to feel unbridled joy, to shoot energy from your hands you've got to feel righteous fury and confidence allows you to use super strength" she then explained to him.

Naruto gave a nod of understanding, as he thought of a joyful memory that would help him fly. After thinking for a bit, he thought of all the good times he had hanging out with his friends. All the good memories he had of what he and Frieda did with Sasuke when they were younger, and all the times he hung out with Virgil and Richie. As he thought of those memories, he started to slowly rise off the ground until he was floating a few feet off the ground.

"WHOA!" Naruto exclaimed in surprise, as he didn't think he'd be able to do it so quickly. He waved his arms about, while he was moving erratically in the air as he tried to figure out how to fly properly.

"You need to trust your instincts Naruto," Kushina told him "As they will enable you to fly properly."

Naruto gave a nod, as he calmed himself down which stopped his erratic flying as he just floated there. He then thought of flying up, which he did a little bit. Naruto then grinned, before he started flying around the training area a little before he was flying around like a pro. He even did some of his martial arts moves, which he had difficulty with at first in the air but he eventually got the hang of it.

Kushina nodded, glad that Naruto was able to figure out how to fly. She then said, "Okay Naruto I'm going to turn on the targets, so I want you to try and blast them with your energy blasts." Naruto gave a nod, as he waited in the air for the targets to start moving. Kushina pressed some buttons on the computer console, and flipped some switches.

After a moment, the round targets started moving with some flipping out of the wall and staying there for a while before going back into the wall then coming out again and others were moving about in a swinging motion. Naruto focused on fighting against all the villains he knew about, and bringing them to justice which made his hands and eyes light up in an indigo-blue colour.

He then started blasting at the targets, with some being completely destroyed while others only had parts of them destroyed. He even flew towards some of them, where he kicked or punched them to oblivion as he made sure that he was confident as he did so. Seeing some of the targets were grouped together, he got an idea as he spread his glowing hands out which sent out an energy wave to the targets which destroyed all of them.

Kushina was surprised that Naruto had thought of that, as she didn't think of that until she was older than he was now. She then pressed some more buttons, and flipped more switches which made the turrets appear and start shooting at Naruto.

While Naruto was at first surprised, he knew that something like this would happen fighting crocks and villains so he flew around the blasts while returning fire when he could. Some of the turrets he was able to destroy, with some of the blasts from them hitting him too. The blasts didn't really hurt though, as they were more like a slight stinging sensation.

Naruto held his hands in front of him, as he thought of something that could protect him from the blasts when a shield was suddenly formed around him. He was surprised at first, before he smiled as he now didn't have to worry about the blasts hitting him. He took the shield down, before he continued with destroying the turrets and round targets.

Kushina had a look of shock on her face, as it had taken her a long time to figure out how to do that. She theorized that being an alien-human hybrid must give him the best of both worlds, as he'd think of things that full Tamaraneans wouldn't be able to think of until sometime later on.

She then deactivated the turrets, and the round moving targets with them going back where they came from and the same with the targets. Naruto seeing this happen, lowered himself to the ground.

"That was very good sweetie," Kushina told him before she pressed a few other buttons and switches, which had the cutouts pop up and down at random times. Kushina then explained, "Now lets see if you can hit the villains without hitting any of the civilians."

Naruto gave a small nod, and made energy glow on his hands. He blasted those that didn't have a civilian with them easily enough, but he had to be careful about those that did. So he came up with an idea, and made his hand into the shape of a gun and blasted energy from his fingertips hitting the villains a bit easier than if he used bigger energy bolts.

Kushina was impressed that Naruto was able to figure out how to hit the villain cutouts, and avoid the civilian ones. She deactivated them, before saying "Nice work sweetheart. Now it's Kurama's turn" as she turned to him with a look that was daring him to argue with her.

Kurama knew better than to do that, so he walked out of the observation area and passed Naruto as he did so who went to watch Kurama's turn at training with his new powers and abilities.

Kurama waited for Kushina to activate the training, and he was surprised when he saw the round targets and turrets appear that Naruto had destroyed were all repaired and as good as new. Naruto and Frieda were also surprised, with Kushina explaining "The training area is self repairing, so any damage done gets fixed."

They gave a nod of understanding, with Kushina then activating the targets and turrets. Kurama started running as soon as the turrets started firing at him, with him shooting fireballs at them which destroyed those that they hit while some were only half destroyed or damaged a little bit. Kurama also targeted the round targets, with some also being completely destroyed and others only half destroyed or some not destroyed at all. He also swung his extended tail at some that he ran past, destroying them with one hit or just ripping them out and throwing them at the turrets. He even ripped some turrets out as he ran past them.

Kurama ran up the walls, digging his claws in as he went so that he wouldn't fall and swiped his clawed hands at the round targets and turrets that he came across. He even at times lit his tail and clawed hands on fire as he destroyed the turrets and targets. Once he was high enough, he leapt off the wall and curled himself up into a ball as he fell towards one of the turrets. And as he fell flames surrounded him, making him into a big ball of fire which completely destroyed the turret once he hit it.

The three that were watching, were quite surprised at how Kurama used his powers against the turrets and targets. The wreckage from the turret shifted, before Kurama climbed himself out of it and shook any rubble off that he had on him. He had a few scrapes and bruises from the fall, which made Kushina run over to him to treat his wounds in the medical lab.

Once she got closer to him however, she saw that his wounds were healing which took her completely by surprise. She put her hand to her chin, as she thought "Looks like the gas also gave him a healing ability along with his fire powers, extra growth and a slight increase in strength." She then shook her head, as she saw Kurama looking at her expectantly as he asked her "Everything okay?"

She gave a nod, saying "Yeah. I was just coming over to see how you were."

He gave a shrug, as he replied "I'm okay thanks." He then asked her "So what's next?"

SHe turned around to head back to the observation area, saying as she went "Now lets see how you fare at hitting the villain cutouts, while avoiding the civilian ones" as she'd then reached the observation area, and sat back down in the chair before turning the cutout system on.

Kurama saw the cutouts spring into action, before he himself did the samething. Those that had hostages, he shot a small ball of fire at them that went through the head while others he either shot a big ball of fire at them or he breathed a stream of fire from his mouth or nose. Kushina was quite amazed at how well Kurama was at using his powers (but that didn't mean that she wasn't going to keep him from cleaning the house with his powers).

Kurama saw a lot of villain cutouts in front of him, so he spun around while extending his tail to destroy them all. Kushina was satisfied with what she'd seen, so she deactivated the cutouts as they all folded away. Kurama, having seen this happen, walked back to the observation area.

Kushina looked at the time, and saw that it was about 10am which meant that the restaurant had been open for about an hour. She wasn't worried, since the chefs knew the code to unlock the door in case she was busy with something else.

She turned to the other three, as she said "Since the restaurant is open and most likely swarming with a fair few people we can't go out the way that we came in."

"So how do we get out of here?" Frieda asked her curiously.

Kushina turned to walk off somewhere, before she remembered something as she turned her head back to Naruto as she said "Oh before I forget Naruto, I have something for you" where she then walked over to one of the cupboards. She opened it up, and took out some folded clothing, boots and arm braces.

She then walked back over to the others, before saying "Even if I wasn't sure if you'd awaken your Tamaranean powers, I'd still kept these just in case" before she handed them over to him.

Naruto unfolded the clothing, and saw that it was a purple shirt that had a silver neck covering with green gems in it, along with pants and a grey belt to go around his waist with green looking gems in it. The purple boots looked like they went up to his knees, and the silver arm braces for covering his forearms.

Kushina then explained "Sometime after you were born, I'd gone back to Tamaran in my ship to get this in case you'd ever manifested your powers, along with getting some of the tech for building this secret room. The clothing will grow as you do, so you don't need to worry about growing out of it or anything."

Naruto was surprised, before he gave her a smile saying "Thanks Mum." He then gave a small chuckle as he added "Looks like I got the hero outfit problem sorted out, now I just need a superhero name."

Frieda gave him a look over, before she suggested "How about Foxfire?"

Kushina and Naruto looked at each other, as they gave a nod with Naruto saying "I like it, thanks Frieda." Frieda blushed at the praise she received from her crush.

Kurama walked up, as he said "What about me? If I'm going to help him out at times, I'm going to need one as well."

The other three nodded in agreement, before they all gave it some thought. After thinking about it for a few moments, Naruto said "What about Blaze? It could work, especially since your powers are fire based."

Kurama gave a slow nod of agreement, as he said "Yeah that works" before he gave a fanged grin as he said "Blaze it is then."

They all gave a nod at the name, before Kushina said "Now if you'd all follow me, I can get us out of here without revealing this place to anyone in the restaurant." The others followed after her, as she led them to what looked like a silver see through looking cylinder, that had two disc looking devices with one at the top and one at the bottom. Next to it, was a panel that had a speaker and microphone with two different coloured lights at the top; red and green with the green light lit up.

Naruto gained a curious look on his face, as he asked "What's that Mum?"

Kushina said in reply "It's a two way teleporter honey. We just simply step through, and we'll be instantly teleported to the apartment. And when the green light is on, that means it's safe to use it but if the red one is lit that means someone else is using it."

The three of them had looks of intrigue, as Kushina stepped through first where she disappeared in a flash of light. Naruto went next, with Frieda following after him and Kurama going last. When they reappeared in the apartment, they were in the hallway with them seeing the bedroom doors either side of them. They headed into the kitchen, where Kushina was getting ready for work in the restaurant.

She turned around, as she said "Okay you guys, you're free to do whatever you want. Just remember that if you want to go to the secret room, you'll have to use the teleporter."

They each gave a nod, as Naruto said "Don't worry Mum, we'll be careful not to let anyone know about it."

Kushina gave him a smile, before she gave him a kiss on the cheek as she went downstairs to help out in the restaurant.

Naruto looked at the outfit that he'd been given, as he said "I think I'll go and try this outfit on."

Frieda and Kurama gave a nod, before seeing Naruto head off to his room to get changed. After reaching his room, he closed the door and locked it.

He then took his shirt and shorts off, before putting his Tamaranean hero outfit on. As he was, he could tell that his Mum was right as the suit was matching his body size and everything perfectly as he was putting it on. After putting the boots on, he took a look in the mirror and saw that he looked pretty good in it. He unlocked his door, and headed out to see what the other two thought.

While Naruto was putting the Tamaranean suit on, Kurama had turned to Frieda as he said "You know you're gonna have to tell him how you feel about him girlie."

Frieda looked at Kurama, as she said "Tell who what?" as she wasn't sure what he meant.

Kurama gave a sigh, as he said "Naruto of course. Even before I became like this" as he gestured at his new look "I could tell that you have feelings for him."

Frieda blushed, before she said "Well I don't want to ruin my friendship with him, especially if he doesn't feel the sameway."

Kurama gave a small sigh, before saying "Okay I have to agree with you on that. But you're gonna have to tell him sooner or later, otherwise someone else might come along and decide to have him for themselves."

Frieda gave a nod at that, before saying "Okay. Just let me tell him when I'm ready." Kurama nodded as he said "That's all I ask, as it's getting a bit awkward seeing you dance around him while trying to get his attention."

Frieda went red in the face, before she grabbed one of the pillows and threw it at him, which he lazily swatted away with his tail.

It was at this time that Naruto walked out of his bedroom seeing Kurama knocking the pillow out of the air. He raised one of his eyebrows, as he asked "Do I want to know what's going on here?"

Kurama shook his head in reply, as he said "Nsw I don't think so" before he looked at Naruto as he said "But I must say, that hero outfit looks good on ya Naruto."

Frieda looked at Naruto, before she was blushing an atomic red as the outfit was showing off his muscles and his six pack. She started mumbling something incoherent, as her brain was in overload at seeing Naruto like that before her, as she'd only dreamed of something like this happening to her.

Naruto waved his hand in front of her face, as he said "You okay Frieda?" before he tried snapping his fingers. This made Frieda snap back to reality, as she said "You look good in that outfit Naruto, very hero looking" while trying to get her blushing under control.

Naruto gave her a toothy grin, along with a thumbs up saying "Thanks." Kurama shook his head, thinking "I can't believe that he's that dense to not notice that his friend likes him" before he laid down and closed his eyes to get some sleep.

Naruto headed back to his room to change back, before he came back out with his normal clothes on and looking human. He then said "What do you want to do for the rest of the day Frieda?"

Frieda gained a thoughtful look, before saying "How about we go to the arcade and play some of the games there? And then maybe see if there's anything of interest happening at the mall."

Naruto gave a nod, as he told her "Sure thing" before he gained a cheeky grin as he added "And try not to cheat on the ring toss game again."

She got a look of fake hurt surprise on her face, as she stood up saying "Mwah. I never cheat."

"Oh really," Naruto said as they headed for the stairs before he added "Then I guess it wasn't you that pushed me to one side, which allowed you to win."

Frieda feigned confusion as she said "I thought that was you tripping over an untied shoelace" while having a smile on her face.

Naruto just shook his head at her antics, as they headed down the stairs. They quickly told Kushina what they were doing, before they headed out to Naruto's moped. They soon put their helmets on, before Naruto started it up and they drove off.

It didn't take them long to reach the arcade, where they spent about two hours playing some of the different games with them each winning some, along with losing others and they had a great time together. After that, they went to the mall for some lunch and to have a browse around. Naruto bought some t-shirts that he liked, along with some shorts that looked like they went well with them, a nice pair of sneakers and some swimming shorts. Frieda bought some swimming wear that she thought would help her catch Naruto's eye, and some shirts and shorts that caught her fancy.

After having one last quick browse, they headed back to the restaurant as it was getting late since it was just about half past five.

After Naruto had parked his moped, they both climbed off and headed through the restaurant up to the apartment, with Naruto letting his Mum know they were back. They both saw that Minato was there sitting on the couch, and that he was watching one of the Terminator movies on Netflix, while Kurama was laid out on the floor.

Naruto and Frieda looked at the tv, just as Sarah was rescued from the mental asylum by her son, John and the T-800 from the T-1000. Naruto then asked him "What's for dinner Dad?"

"A Philly cheese steak. It's already in the oven, just need to wait for it to cook" Minato replied.

Naruto gave a nod, as he said "Sounds delicious." He and Frieda then went to his room so that he could put away the stuff he'd just bought. Once that was done, they headed back into the living room to watch the movie with Minato. Kurama got up, and went over to lay down next to Naruto who patted him as he watched the movie.

It was about half an hour later, when Kushina came up from the restaurant. She then headed to the oven, and opened it to see that the steak was ready. "Dinners ready" she told the others, before asking "Would you like to stay for dinner again Frieda?"

She shook her head, while getting up as she replied "I'd love to thanks, but I need to head back home as my parents want my help moving some stuff round. And I also need to head to the school later, to get everything ready for prom." She then turned to Naruto, as she asked him "Would you be able to come and help later?" hoping that he'd say yes.

He gave a shrug, as he replied "If nothing else comes up sure."

Frieda gave him a thankful smile, as she said "Thanks Naruto. I'll see you guys later" as she gave them a wave before heading off home as they gave a wave back.

Naruto and his parents then set the table, and had their dinner before having some caramel slices for dessert, then they put everything in the dishwasher and set it going. They then watched the news, where it showed a giant fire monster attacking outside a city called Jump City.

Minato then turned to Naruto, as he said "You know son, I heard there's a girl on that team who's a Tamaranean and I think she's about your age."

Naruto had a look of surprise, as he said "Really?" Minato gave a nod, as he replied "Yep. And who knows, you might meet her someday."

Naruto had a look of interest, as he said "Hope that when we do, we get along well enough."

Kushina patted his arm, as she said "I know you will sweetie as you have a way to make good people like you."

They continued to watch the news, which showed how things were going everywhere else along with the sports and weather updates.

Just as the news was finishing, the police scanner Minato kept in the living room came on as they heard someone saying "This is Officer Stone, badge number 48264 to all available police. There's something going on down at the warehouse, as the alarms went off before they suddenly stopped. Any available personnel, head there immediately."

Minato looked at Naruto, as he said "Looks like this might be a good time for you to make your debut as a superhero."

Naruto gave a nod, and was on his way to get changed before he took his phone out and texted Frieda that he was going to be busy stopping crocks. He then went to his room and changed into his hero form. He then came out, as he said "I've got to come up with a quicker and better way of getting my hero outfit on, as the bad guys could have gotten away by the time I was suited up."

Kushina replied "I'm sure that you will honey, but that's a problem for another time." Naruto nodded in agreement, before he went to the balcony. After making sure that no one was looking, he flew off to the warehouse district.

Kushina then turned to Minato, as she asked him "Before I forget dear, do you know the name of that Tamaranean girl on that team in Jump City?"

Minato thought about it for a few moments, before he snapped his fingers as he replied "Yes I do. I believe that her name is Starfire."

Kushina recognised the name, as she said "Oh yes I know her. She and her sister Blackfire are in an arranged marriage with Naruto, if his powers ever developed. I'll have to contact her as soon as I can, and see if she'll be able to come over."

(With Naruto, flying to the warehouse area)

As he was flying, Naruto thought "My first bad guy beat down. Even if these are gonna be regular thugs, I mustn't let my guard down around them."

When he was almost there, he saw someone flying along on a manhole cover that was surrounded with electricity that looked to be about his age. "Now what do we have here? Another hero maybe?" he thought before he sped up to fly along next to them.

"Howdy" Naruto said in greeting, as he waved at them seeing it was a male.

"WOAH!" the guy said, as he almost stumbled off his manhole cover before he stabilized himself. He then said "Don't do that dude. And who the heck are you supposed to be anyway?" he then asked.

"The names Foxfire" Naruto said in reply before asking "And you are?"

He pointed a thumb at himself, as he replied "Call me Static."

Naruto then asked him "Well Static, how's about a superhero team up?"

Static shrugged his shoulders, as he replied "Sure" just as they saw the warehouse being robbed with a van outside. Static then used his powers to turn on the lights, before hitting the computer the thug was carrying out to the van, causing it to explode and send him back into the warehouse with them flying in soon after.

(Flashback ends)

Some of the police picked those tied up off the ground, and put them either in their police cars or the prisoner van that came with them. The other police officers looked at those stuck to the roof who were groaning to be let down, with one saying "Looks like we need a ladder."

Static and Foxfire were hiding behind some boxes, before Static said "Guess I should ground 'em" with Foxfire giving a nod of agreement. Static then pointed a finger covered in electricity at them, which stopped them being magnetized to the roof and made them cry out in surprised shock as they fell into a heap at the officers feet.

Both Foxfire and Static chuckled at that, before they both noticed that some of the boxes were for Dakota Union High School. They gave each other a look, with Static saying "Seeing as we're already here, we may as well save the delivery man the time of delivering these to the school by doing it ourselves." Foxfire nodded in agreement, as he said "Yeah and as superheroes it's our right to make sure that the school gets these delivered pronto."

They each grabbed two boxes, with Static using his electrical powers while Foxfire used his super strength, and flew off to the high school.

(At Dakota Union High School)

At the school, students were getting the gym ready for prom. Some of the students were chatting amongst themselves as they worked, and they were only about half done. Frieda was helping by telling everyone where stuff went, as she pointed to one side saying "Those lights go over there" to one of the girls who was carrying them.

She then turned to Richie, who was next to her carrying some cables, as she said "Hey, I thought that Virgil was coming to help."

Richie replied with "Oh uh, um he had to uh get his VCR fixed. Yeah uh, you know how it always flashes twelve o'clock, twelve o'clock" opening and closing his hands as he said it, making Frieda frown at him making Richie stop as he shrugged saying "That." He then looked around, before asking "Is Naruto going to be able to come and help out?"

Frieda remembered the text she got from him, saying he had to stop some crocks, before shaking her head as she made up an excuse for him saying "I don't think so, as he's busy working at his restaurant."

They then both heard one of the students at the doors saying "Woah check it out" as they and some of the other students went to see what was going on.

Some of those already there were saying things like; 'What are those?' 'Who the heck are they?' 'Come here, and take a look quick' and 'You guys aren't going to believe this.'

When Frieda and Richie got there, they looked up to see Static and Foxfire flying towards the school carrying the boxes for the High School, with Static saying "Special delivery," with Foxfire adding "Courtesy of your new friendly neighborhood superheroes." They then landed outside the door, with them both carefully placing the boxes on the ground before Foxfire opened them up to reveal it was new computers inside them. He then threw the crates into the air, saying "Pull" before blasting them to pieces which made some of the students say "Wow" in awe.

"The two of us had business at the warehouse, and looky what we found" Static said to all the students, with Foxfire saying "And we decided to then save the delivery man the trouble of bringing them here, by doing it ourselves."

"Who are you guys?" Frieda asked, while making sure that she didn't run over to Naruto, as she didn't want to draw any suspicion from the others.

Static floated past saying "The name's Static, I put a shock to your system" with Richie whispering to him as he passed "Good line." Foxfire walked in as he told everyone "Call me Foxfire, the light of Dakota." Frieda shook her head at him whispering "That sounds so corny."

One of the students came up to Foxfire and asked him "Are you related to Starfire?"

"Who?" he asked, wondering who they meant.

The kid pulled their phone out, and after scrolling through it showed him a picture. After looking at it, Foxfire said "Oh looks like another of my people is here on Earth." He also added, "And I have to say that I think she looks pretty cute." Frieda happened to hear him say that, and got pretty mad but did her best not to show it. She also got a determined look on her face, thinking "I'm not going to lose him to some alien chick."

While that was happening, Static had flown into the gym as he said "I see you guys have still got some work to do. Fortunately for you guys, I'm one of those all purpose kind of superheroes." He then flew past the disco ball, before grabbing it with his powers and setting it up in the middle of the ceiling.

Foxfire flew into the gym, and set up the banners that were still laid about on the floor. Static also lit up the lights as he flew under them, before hitting the disco ball with a blast of electricity to give it a glow as it spun around.

"Wow, that's awesome," Frieda said looking impressed along with the other students.

Static and Foxfire gave a bow, as Foxfire said "We do what we can for the little guys and gals" with Static nodding as he added "Yeah. After all, no job is too big or small for us heroes. See y'all around" before they both flew off.

Richie then said quietly, so that no one could hear him "The guys a natural" with Frieda doing the samething saying "Looks like Naruto's going to have some help protecting the city."

(Meanwhile, at the hospital)

The nurses and doctors were watching in slight awe, as one of the nurses put her hand over her mouth saying "It's getting worse, they keep mutating" as someone affected by the gas had turned into goop like slime and was dripping off the gurney onto the floor, while next to him another with purple skin and purple looked warts had to be strapped down as he struggled to get up. "Is the hazmat team here yet?" one of the doctors asked.

"Aahh," a nurse screamed, as she backed up before the doctor and a nurse came in, before she told them "He's burning up." On the bed was Francis, as he was groaning in pain as purple smoke was rising from his chest before fire suddenly appeared around his body as he sat up.

He suddenly started laughing like a madman, as he got off the bed and said "What a trip" as he looked at the nurses and doctor, who gasped in awe and fear at what had happened to him. He then walked to the wall, and after creating a fireball threw it at the wall which caused an explosion making a hole for him to jump out of to the street.

Those walking or driving along, did what they could to avoid the fall stones with some being on fire as F-Stop landed in the street. After looking around, he said "This is gonna be so much fun" before he started walking off while still on fire.

(At the Uchiha household)

Sasuke was washing himself in the shower, as he thought of how to find his parents' killer. Unknown to him, his eyes would go red with three comma-like things in them then back to normal before flashing between the two for a while before stopping at his normal eye colour.

With Itachi, he was resting in his room after what happened last night as he'd asked for the day off. As he sat at his desk, one of his legs gained a red armour like look before quickly vanishing.

The harem is: Miss Martian, Batgirl, Raven, Powergirl, Starfire, Blackfire, She-Bang, Frieda, Terra, the Dee Dee twins and Ravager. No more will be added, and I'd like to thank Gundam Meister Uzumaki and Kfbanime87 for suggesting some of the girls for the harem and for helping develop the story a bit.
