On his way to his office, Luciano saw Matt taking dozen of files outside, he looked like he need some help, so he approached the Canadian. "Do you need some help?"
Matt faces him. "Gladly," He gave Luciano a stock of folders while he carried the majority.
"What is this for?" Luciano inquired as he studied the folders in his hand.
"These are the files that need Allen's approval, and that asshole is lazy to do his work. That's why it comes to this" Matt look at the stock of file he's carrying with a sour expression.
Meanwhile.
Allen groaned and dropped the pen on his table. He glared at the stack of files on the table and leaned back to gaze down beside his table, and saw another stack of papers. He doesn't even get the things half done yet doesn't want to read and sign files anymore.
He gets a blank paper and folds it making an airplane origami, and throws it in the air. He wants to go out and have some fun or mess around and not be stuck here by this piece of paper he despite the most beside Viktor.
He placed both his feet on the table and put both hands on his head as if he were relaxing on the beach. He was thinking of going to the bar after this or maybe messing with some gangs. It's been so long since he does those things.
He nearly fell on his posture when he heard a click of the door and immediately held his pen and pretended that he was busy with his paperwork.
Luciano opened the door, letting Matt enter before him, and set the documents on the floor neatly. Allen watched them with knitted brows, and one side of his mouth raised as his eyes stared intently in those files. He imagined burning them, which is tempting to do right now.
"What the fuck, Allen?" Matt said as he gestured to the other side of the table, where reside the finished documents. "These are the only files you finish after five hours?!" Allen nods.
Matt shakes his head and massages his temples. "I shouldn't be surprised by this anymore."
"At least it is better than nothing." Allen reasoned, smiling, and Matt rolled his eyes at him.
"Well, now you would finish all of it," Luciano said sternly as he crossed his arms.
Allen focused his attention on Luciano. "What do you mean, doll?"
"I will not let you set foot outside without finishing those"
Allen smirks. "Do you think you can stop me?" No one has ever kept him in place, and he's not the one who follows orders. He's like the definition of a bad boy who always gets in trouble but always gets away with it.
"Yes, I can, and I am sure everyone will cooperate in my command not to let you go outside." Luciano glanced at Canada. "Isn't that right, Matt?"
Matt takes the hint and a wide grin spread on his face. "Yes, especially Viktor, he would be please to see this."
Veins pop in Allen's head because he knows Matt mentions it just to mock him. He hates Viktor because that bastard always opposes anything he does. Who does he think he is? If he wants a fight Allen will gladly give him.
"Fine, I'll do it just this one." Allen huffs. No way in hell he would want to see Viktor smirking triumphantly at him and looking all smug. He would rather jump on a cliff than see it.
"Good luck on finishing it" Matt waved at him, grinning, and Allen's hand is itching to punch that face.
Both of them exit, leaving Allen alone in his office. If glaring intently can burn, then these papers are already ashes. He sighs. He has no choice but to fucking finish this shit. He swore he would get his revenge on his brother. But taking revenge on Luciano is another thing. He could prank him, but there is something or more like someone stopping him. It is that damned black-haired Italian who is always glaring at him with his piercing blue eyes whenever they cross paths, especially when Luciano is present. Heck, that man is scaring the shit out of him; it is like he has been skinned alive. What does his name again? It starts with F. Ahh; it's Flavio.
If Flavio is not always around, Luciano. Allen will mess with the auburn Italian; he can't help it. Luciano is fun to bully after what happened in the café. Luciano looks adorable because he's trying so hard to be intimidating, but Allen can't take him seriously with a face like that and a short height.
After several curses, massaging of temples, and a never-ending glare. Allen stretches his arms. "Finally," He said as he got up since he finished signing those papers. He glances at the clock, and it is already four pm. It is the longest time he spent sitting in his office and doing paper works.
He goes into the living room, sitting on the table near the window as he picks up his burger without meat in his backpack. He deserves a treat after a long day of work and a one-year vacation if that is even possible.
Allen opened his mouth to take a bite, but it got snatched away from him. He immediately stood, knocking the chair in the process. "You asshole!" He shouted as he chased Matt, who was laughing. He was not in the mood for anything like this, all he wants to do is enjoy his fucking vegetable burger and have a peaceful time just for this once.
Matt suddenly takes a sharp turn right, and Allen cannot see him since there is a wall. Allen accelerates his speed. But when he turned in the corner, he crashed into someone knocking both of them.
Allen groaned, and he used but of his hand to lift him up and saw Luciano beneath him, his auburn hair sticking in different directions as his rosy lips were agape, chest heaving up and down. Allen just notice that there is a curl sticking on Luciano's hair, he wondered if that was a wig or something or if his hair is naturally like that. He wants to touch it.
"Get off me. You're too heavy. I can't breathe." Luciano said breathlessly as if he was a fish who had been denied water.
Allen snapped out from his starting stance. He stands and offers his hand. Luciano hesitantly took it.
Wow, Allen did not expect Luciano has soft small hands. He literally covers the whole of Luciano's hand. "I'm sorry I did not expect you to be in here."
Luciano dusted himself, glaring at Allen. "Look what have you done." He gestures to the files scattered on the floor. He was on his way to deliver those finished files to his brother so they could send them back.
Both of them pick up those papers, and Luciano can't help but be upset when he sees some papers have wrinkles or a little dirt. Now he has to arrange all of it in the correct order.
"Here, I am really sorry. I did not mean it. My brother stole my burger; that's why I ran." Allen handed the paper he collected to Luciano in the most organized arrangement he could muster since he's not a fan of neatness and cleanliness.
Luciano gave Allen a warning glare before walking out.
"Great, now he hates me more," Allen said defeatedly. He wasted his time filling those documents instead of having fun, lost his precious sandwich, and angered Luciano. Can this day get any worse?
