THE HEELS on Georgie's boots click dully on the asphalt as she climbs out of the car and walks closer to the tree line on the side of the road.

"Howdy, Georgina Mae. So, did you have a nice trip?"

"Don't call me that," she snarls, turning to face the demon. "I'm here. I did what you asked. Now what?"

"Fifty miles that-a-way," he points in the opposite direction she's standing across the railroad tracks. "There's a cemetery. A crypt. You got to open that for me. Think you can manage that, girl?"

"Yes, sir," she nods once.

He smirks, yellow eyes glowing a bit brighter.

"I always knew taking this face was a good idea. Now, in order to open the crypt you'll need the key."

She quirks a brow as he produces the Colt from within his jacket.

"Here, take it."

He offers it to her and her eyes flick from it to his face and back before taking it. Then she cocks the gun and points it square between his eyes.

"Oh, my. I'm shocked at this unforeseen turn of events," he quips sarcastically. "Go ahead, Georgina. Squeeze that trigger. Be all you can be. This'll all be over. Your life can go back to normal. Of course, you won't have anyone, since you'll be killing your daddy when you kill me. But then, on the other hand, the rest of your life could be money and honey, health and wealth, every day is ice cream sundae. And all you got to do is this one little thing."

"Why me?"

"Oh, Georgina. It's got to be you. I've been waiting for you for a very long time. You're my leader. You open the crypt, and you will have your army."

"You're talking about the end of the world."

Her eyebrows are raised and she looks like she's near tears, the exact same look Sam had when she and Dean found him covered in blood in that motel room.

"No, not the end- the beginning," the demon smiles. "A better world, where I can bring your family back to you, and they'll be protected. Better than that, they'll be royalty. Georgina Mae, you have the chance to get in on the ground floor of a thrilling opportunity. Whaddaya say? It's your call."

After a moment, she lowers the gun.

"Good girl."

"Georgie!"

The young woman turns away from the crypt to see Sam, Bobby and Ellen appearing from the shadows, guns raised.

"S-Sammy? But... you were dead. Jake killed you."

"Yeah, maybe he should have tried harder to finish the job."

"He did, Sam. He cut clean through your spinal cord."

Sam glances over at Dean, who lowers his eyes briefly.

"You can't be alive. You can't be."

"Okay, just take it easy there, kid," Bobby tells her.

"And if I don't?"

"Georgie, don't make us do this."

"Make you..." she lets out a single, humorless chuckle, smiling that lopsided smile Dean loves so much.

"What are you smiling at?" Dean snaps.

"Hey, Ellen, do me a favor. Put that gun to your head."

They all stare, shocked, as Ellen shakily points her gun at her temple.

"See, Ava was right, Sammy. Once you give into it, there's all kinds of Jedi mind tricks you can learn."

"Georgie, please," Sam begs her. "This isn't you. Let her go."

"Shoot her," Ellen hisses.

Georgie's smile widens, her tongue resting against her top teeth, blue eyes sparkling.

"You'll be mopping up skull before you get a shot off," she taunts in a sing-song. "Everybody put your guns down. Except you, Ellen."

Bobby and Dean both are forced to put down their guns. After a second, Sam follows suit.

"Okay. Thank you."

She turns her back to them and pulls the Colt from her pocket. Just as she turns it in the slot on the crypt, Sam fires his gun, shooting her four times in the shoulder, while Dean and Bobby grab Ellen before she can shoot herself. Georgie is on the ground, clutching at her shoulder, and Sam walks over to hover over her.

"You're not really going to kill me, are you, Sammy?"

"No, I'm not."

It's the second time he's pistol-whipped her. Dean walks over to stare at her and then looks over at his brother. They all turn to look at the crypt as two separate engravings on the crypt spin in different directions, then stop.

"Oh, no," Bobby breathes.

"Bobby, what is it?" Ellen asks.

"It's hell."

Dean pulls the Colt from the crypt.

"Take cover- now!"

All four of them run behind tombstones, Sam dragging Georgie with him as the doors to the crypt burst open. A large black mass erupts from the other side and shoots outward. The demon smoke continues to pour from the crypt, with individual trails of smoke haring off in different directions.

"What the hell just happened?!" Dean yells.

"That's a devil's gate. A damn door to hell," Ellen shouts back.

The railway iron that was the only thing keeping the demons from getting in or out is bent and broken.

"Come on! We gotta shut that gate!" Ellen yells.

Dean checks the Colt for bullets.

"If the demon gave this to Georgina... then maybe..."

Thunder crashes and Benjamin Stevens, eyes glowing yellow, appears behind Dean. He flings the Colt out of Dean's hand into his own. Dean just stares at him, astonished.

"Boys shouldn't play with Daddy's guns," the demon taunts.

He throws Dean into the air, where Dean hits his head on a tombstone and sits there, stunned.

Bobby, Sam and Ellen are struggling to shut the crypt. Georgie is still slumped against a tombstone, a strip of cloth from Sam's flannel tied tightly around her shoulder to keep her from bleeding out. Sam looks back and sees Dean down, then sees the Yellow Eyed Demon possessing Ben who looks back at him and smiles.

"Dean!"

He lets go of the crypt door and runs toward his brother. The demon flings him against a nearby tree.

"I'll get to you in a minute, champ."

Dean is struggling to sit upright, and finds himself thrown against a post.

"Sit a spell. So, Dean... I gotta thank you. You see, demons can't resurrect people, unless a deal is made. I know, red tape- it'll make you nuts. But thanks to you, Sammy's back in rotation," the demon laughs. "Now, I wasn't counting on that, but I'm glad. He was my first choice, before pretty little Georgina over there. Tell me- have you ever heard the expression, 'If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is'?"

"You call that deal good?" Dean gasps out.

"Well, it's a better shake than your dad ever got. And you never wondered why? I'm surprised at you. I mean..."

He steps closer to Dean, getting up in his face.

"...you saw what your brother just did to Georgie, right? That was pretty cold, wasn't it?"

He chuckles.

"How certain are you that what you brought back is one hundred percent, pure, Sam?"

Sam is watching them with a horrified expression, but it's unclear if he can hear their conversation or not. In addition to demons, ghosts have also begun to come out of the crypt, and over by the tombstone, Georgie begins to rouse.

"You of all people should know that what's dead should stay dead," the demon tells Dean. "Anyway, thanks a bunch. I knew I kept you alive for some reason. Until now, anyway. I couldn't have done it without your pathetic, self-loathing, self-destructive desire to sacrifice yourself for your family."

Georgie and Sam watch wide-eyed as John Winchester's ghost grabs the demon from behind as it cocks the Colt and points it at Dean. Ben Stevens' body drops to the ground, gun still in hand, while John and the smoke that was the Yellow Eyed Demon wrestle. The demon pushes John to the ground and enters Ben's body once more. When he stands up, Dean is pointing the Colt at him, and shoots him in the heart. Georgie cries out as her father's body falls to the ground, dead.

Bobby and Ellen finally manage to close the gate doors and turn to see John. Dean stands up and faces his dad. John walks forward, smiles at Dean, and puts a hand on his shoulder. Both are teary as Sam joins them. After nodding at his younger son and looking back at Dean, John steps back and disappears into white light.

That's when they realize that Georgie has crawled over and is laying on the dead body of her father sobbing.

"Georgie?" Dean's voice is gentle as he crouches down beside her.

"He's n-not... He c-can't be..."

He reaches out and pries her off the corpse.

"No! Let me go! Let me have him! Daddy!"

"Georgie, he's gone."

"No! He's not! Daddy, wake up. Daddy!"

Dean lifts her into his arms and carries her away, back toward the Impala.

"NO! Daddy! Please!"

Sam and Bobby both lift Ben's body carefully, taking it to Bobby's truck. They can't even properly celebrate the fact that they finally managed to kill the Yellow-Eyed Demon, because in doing so, Dean has just taken the last living member of Georgie's immediate family.
