This story is about a certain magical index, a certain Scientific railgun and a certain scientific Accelerator all in one timeline. As well Original Characters, and… maybe crossover characters.
They'll be one volume each because I don't want to write 100 chapters in one story. That's why it's called: A Certain Twin Kamijou volume 1 so…
A Certain Magical Index and a certain scientific Railgun/Accelerator series is written by Kazuma Kamachi and illustrated by Kiyotaka Haimura, Motoi Fuyukawa, and Arata Yamaji.
On to the story.

District 7.
A teenage boy is cooking in the small kitchen, to eat today. He lives in a school dorm that have a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. His big living room has a table, a bookshelf, a fridge, a mini flat screen tv, a blue couch, and another bed? Black slack pants and a white T-shirt, his spiky black hair which isn't natural, and blue light eyes. This is the protagonist of the story, Kamijou tengu.
" hey tengu, I'm back." Unknown male voice.
One of the protagonists of this story. Tengu is the one cooking. The person who enter the dorm is his twin older brother, Kamijou Touma.
He wears black uniform pants, and a white button up shirt, his spiky black hair isn't natural too, and blue light eyes.
"Hey touma, why so late bro." Tengu.
"New Level 5 epser encounter." Touma.
"Again? This is the 5th times. Damn, Illusion Killer is working it's unfortunate." Tengu.
Touma nods. "I agree and you don't count, tengu."
"It does if it was a surprise party for me, by me." Tengu.
Touma rolls his eyes. "Hehe! Ok maybe it does."
"Dinner is ready, and it's Steamed Rice, Tonkatsu, Udon, and Green Tea." Tengu.
"Mmmm, smells delicious. Tomorrow I'm cooking next." Touma.
Tengu nods. They setup their food in the table and ate. Touma talks about his encounter with another powerful Epser but with a short temper. He thought she was in trouble and surrounded by skill-out dirt bags, so he played his trump card… pretending to know her and walk away with her. It backfire horribly. Tengu laugh at his older brother misfortune and they talks more about their day while eating their food.
Touma Kamijou the strongest level 0.
Tengu Kamijou the weakest level 5.
They were the best of brothers.
