Hello again! I am really sorry for not updating! I had a lot of homework. And I wrote some one shots if you want to check them out! But anyways here is the next chapter! I hope you like it!

"Oh, yeah." Tony said, looking at his bandaged hand "Thanks Jarvis."

"You're welcome sir."

"What happened." Clint asked

"I touched Bruce when I brought him here and he was really hot so..." Tony said as he unwrapped his hand and walked over to a table with medical supplies on it "..And then I was so worried for Bruce that I just wrapped it up and didn't look at it at all."

"That..looks bad." Clint stated as Tony unwrapped his hand all the way and everyone looked at it

"Yeah." Steve agreed as he looked at Tony's burned hand

"That's at least a second degree burn." Clint exclaimed "How long did you touch him for?"

"Only a second." Tony replied

"And he burned you that bad." Steve said

"Yeah." Tony replied again

"Where's the aloe vera again?" Tony asked as he looked through the cabinets

"Here it is." Clint said as he picked up a bottle from behind some bandages and handed it to him

"Thanks." Tony said as he squirted some of it onto his hand and rubbed it in "Hey can you get me some Ibuprofen from that cabinet. I took some earlier."

"Yeah." Clint replied and he went through the cabinet, as Tony wrapped his hand

"Here." Clint said when he found the Ibuprofen, and then handed it to Tony

"Thanks." Tony said as he took it with some water

"That'll ease the pain for a bit." Tony said "I'll get a medication or some antibiotics later. Right now we need to get Bruce's blood."

"What if he wakes up while we're taking it?" Natasha asked

"Good point..." Tony said

"We can just give him a short sedative before we take his blood, that way he won't wake up while we're taking it and he'll be a little more calm when he wakes up" Clint explained

"Okay. Yeah. That could work." Tony said, and then he started to dig through the cabinets

"What are you looking for?" Clint asked

"Uh..." Tony said as he went through the cabinet, and then a few moments later he pulled out a small bottle "This."

"What is that?" Thor asked

"This is ketamine. It's a sedative." Tony stated

"Isn't that supposed to be prescribed by a doctor." Clint asked

"Yeah. It was." Tony said "...I had a bit of depression after the alien attack on New York...I started having nightmares and so I went to the doctor and got this prescribed."

"I'm sorry Tony." Steve said and everyone was silent for a moment

"The rest of this should be enough to keep him out for a bit." Tony stated after a couple moments

"That's like half the bottle though." Clint said

"Yeah." Tony replied "But I took it in little doses, just to help with the depression. Half of the bottle is enough to keep him out for a while, while we take his blood."

"Okay." Clint said

"Let's get going." Tony said as he went through the drawer and got a syringe

"Do you have everything?" Clint asked

"I have the needle and syringe for drawing his blood, and then some gauze and tape for after. And then I have the sedative and a needle for keeping him asleep." Tony exclaimed

"Okay." Clint said "I think that's everything."

"Let's get going then." Tony said

"Okay." Clint replied as they all started walking to the elevator

"Do you think he's okay?" Natasha asked as they got into the elevator

"I think so." Tony said in reply, as the elevator doors closed and they started going up "Hey Jarvis, is Bruce doing okay?"

"His vitals are stable and his pulse and breathing are normal. Though his temperature is still extremely high." Jarvis stated

"Okay. Thanks." Tony said

"How high is his temperature?" Clint asked

"His temperature is at 867.84 degrees fahrenheit, going down." Jarvis stated

"That's good. Not that his temperature is that high. But that it is going down." Tony said

"Yeah." Steve agreed "Now let's hope by the time we get up there his temperature is cool enough were it won't melt the needle."

"Yeah." Clint said and a couple minutes later the elevator doors opened and they walked to the room Bruce was in

"Okay. What's his temperature now Jarvis?" Tony asked as he readied the sedative

"His temperature is stable at 567.3 degrees."

"Okay." Tony said as he flicked the needle

"That's still pretty hot." Clint said "What if the needle melts?"

"They shouldn't melt. They're made of stainless steel. And it takes like more then 1000 degrees to make this melt." Tony exclaimed

"Okay." Clint said as Tony kneeled down next to Bruce

"Okay." Tony said, and then he gave Bruce the sedative in his shoulder

Bruce jumped back, opening his eyes

"Woah. Bruce. It's okay." Tony said, hiding the needle behind his back, and Clint hiding the other needle and the syringe behind his back

"Ah.." Bruce said as he held his arm with his hand, tears starting to leak out of his eyes

Tony secretly handed the needle to Steve without Bruce knowing and then went over to him "Bruce you're okay. It's okay." He said

"Ahh..." Bruce said as he staggered into the wall, burning it a little as he slid down it

"You're okay. Everything is okay." Tony said as kneeled down next to Bruce who's eyes were opening and closing slowly as the sedative started taking effect

"Tony..." Bruce said wearily, his hand still holding onto his arm

"It's okay. Just go back to sleep." Tony said, pushing Bruce down as he went to get up

After a moment Bruce's eyes closed and then his head went to the side as the sedative kicked in and he fell asleep

"Why did he wake up when we gave it to him?" Clint asked "Wasn't it supposed to knock him out right away?"

"Well, considering that the Hulk gave him a stronger body and a faster metabolism, the sedative probably didn't work right away. And he might have woken up because of the poke. The poke might have surprised him. But after that the sedative worked pretty fast." Tony stated "And so because of his fast metabolism he will probably wake up in like fifteen to thiry minutes instead of one to two hours, so we should probably hurry just in case."

"Yeah. That makes sense." Clint said "Let's get going."
