Jackie pulled up to her hotel room, she took a deep breath, she hated she had to leave sooner than she planned, but the real reason she was going to Chicago was because her grandmother was dying. She hated facing these truths, she hated to admit her father was in prison, she didn't want others to know her mother had taken off again. She couldn't even admit that she was going to Chicago because her grandmother was dying. She was also scared to tell her boyfriend she was pregnant. She was afraid he would finally agree to marry him, but not because of her but because as he once put it, 'His back was to the wall.' So she had gave him that stupid ultimatum to see where they stood. But then she had to leave sooner than she had planned, Steven was passed out in a beer warehouse according to Eric. So she went back to her empty house and started a letter to Steven to explain that she had to leave for Chicago. She told him not to worry about an ultimatum that she was coming back. She just worried where they stood. She also asked him to if he could come to Chicago to be with her for a few days she would get a motel room. She finished up the letter hoping he would come be with her, maybe they would be able to talk, maybe away from everyone they would find time to discuss their relationship and what they really wanted to do.

She took the letter over to the Foreman's Steven and Eric were both passed out in the living room. If it wasn't that she needed to get on the road she would have waited to see if Steven would drive her. She kissed him on his cheek and he didn't even stir. She went to the kitchen where Mrs. Foreman was fixing breakfast.

"Mrs. Foreman, can you give this letter to Steven? I need to get on the road." Jackie explained to the woman holding out an envelope.

"Jackie, what is really going on?" Kitty Foreman knew something was up with this girl.

"I have to get to Chicago, my grandmother is dying. There is no job offer, I just I hate admitting it out loud. And well I knew I was going to have to go to Chicago for a few weeks most likely so I ended up making up the job offer with Steven to maybe see where we were in our relationship. I explained everything in the letter." Just as Kitty was hugging the girl goodbye Red came into the kitchen.

"Kitty did you see the dumbasses in my living room?"

"Yes Red, now just let them be for a bit, Jackie has to go leave for Chicago."

Red looked at the Loud one, "I thought I heard you had a few days before you gave them an answer?"

"I am going for family reasons, Kitty knows."

Kitty looked at the girl, "Are you sure you don't want something to eat?" Jackie shook her head, "OK are you going to be staying with the Pearson's?"

"I don't know I thought of staying at the motel nearby, there is going to be a lot going on and well…" She wasn't about to saw she hoped Steven would join her and stay with her for a few days at least.

Red looked at the girl, "I knew there was something else going on, you call us and let us know you made it there and where you are staying." Red told her sternly.

Jackie wouldn't find out till months later that as soon as Steven saw the note and all he read was:

Steven, I am sorry I have to leave for Chicago today….

He took the paper, wadded it up and put it in his pocket. She left him, he didn't want to read anymore. Now Foreman was getting ready to leave him too.

The following night she was going into her motel room, Randy her cousin was following.

"Jackie I don't think it is a good idea for you to be alone, come back to the house."

"Randy I am fine, I just need one more night alone. I can't believe my mom didn't bother to show up. Does this mean when something happens to her I don't have to stop what I am doing for her?" Jackie couldn't believe they had found her mom and her mom was too busy to come see her dying mother.

"Sounds good to me, I mean if I show up it is to support you and nothing for her. Though I wouldn't be surprised if she decides to show up for the reading of the will, you know to see what she gets."

"If she shows up I might disappear, may go see my goddaughter or something. Right now I am not ready to face her so I am glad she isn't coming."

"Are you sure you are going to be OK here? I can sleep on the floor or something."

"No, I figure tomorrow will be hectic enough with family and planning Granny's funeral. Just one more night of quiet."

"OK, well I am going to use the restroom before I go home" Randy said as he headed to the bathroom.

Jackie quickly changed into flannel pajamas, and was brushing her hair when there was a knock on the door.

She peeked out the peep hole and was surprised to see Steven standing there.

"Steven what are you doing here?" She held the door open for him to come in.

Steven was hesitant, he looked around still not sure what to say. "I was in the neighborhood, I thought I would stop by"

Jackie felt like her face was going to break, he came for her. But before she could say anything Randy came out, "Hey Jackie you might need to get a few extra bottles of shampoo and such" He obviously was pocketing the little bottles.

Jackie looked at Steven whose face went to a look of rage, "Steven let me explain…"

But she was cut off, "Save it Jackie, didn't take you long to move on did it? I shouldn't have ever bothered." And like that he was out of the room.

Jackie ran after him trying to explain but only the squeal of the tires from the El Camino could be heard.

Jackie stepped back the room to a confused looking Randy, "What the hell just happened?" he asked.

Jackie was in a state of shock, Steven jumped to conclusions again. She tried to tell him Randy was her cousin, but he wouldn't listen. She couldn't talk, she couldn't breathe. Randy was quick to get to her, "come one Jackie breathe, it will work out, he can't be so stupid"

Finally able to talk, "No he is going to do something stupid, I know him. He jumps to conclusions and does something stupid. I had hoped he had grown out of it, but I guess that was too much. I have too much going on here right now to worry about him."

"Jackie why don't we go back to Point Place tomorrow, you can explain things to Steven and then we come back here. Mom won't need us tomorrow."

"No I'll stay here I don't feel like driving back and forth to Point Place right now. I just want to sleep," Jackie said making her way to the bed, "Thanks for the offer though, I guess when I am ready to go back to Point Place I'll have you drive me. But for now I'll just let Steven cool off and pray he comes to his senses." Jackie just hoped it wouldn't take long and that he would come to his senses, if not maybe it was time to cut ties with him, and with that she would need to cut ties with all of Point Place and start over. She hadn't wanted to give an ultimatum, and then an emergency phone call made her need to leave before he could give an answer, but she wasn't going to back Steven into picking a future with her. She wasn't going to stay with Steven just because of the baby. It wasn't fair to her, the baby or Steven. She still hadn't told anyone. "Randy can you keep a secret?"

Randy went over and sat on the bed next to his cousin, "Sure"

"The truth is I am pregnant, I didn't plan this, I was on the pill and well they don't really inform you that if you get sick and are put on antibiotics that it cancels out the pill. We just had decided to not talk about our future and now this. But I don't want him with me just out of some obligation, so I told him I had a job opportunity but I would stay if he saw a future with me. I never told him about Granny, and then your mom called before I thought I would have to leave. I left him a note I explained the truth, well except the baby part. I don't understand why he jumped to conclusions. I mean if my granny was dying there would be family I would be around."

"Jackie I guess I can understand where you are coming from in the last few years of what you have told me about this guy. You know I have your back in whatever you decide."

"Thanks, I am going to try and get some rest, give me time in the morning it takes a bit to get moving as I am usually pretty sick to start my days."

"Ok, but if you need anything call and I'll be right over. Do you need me to bring you anything when I come get you?"

The next few days were a blur for Jackie, the visitation for her granny and then the funeral. The day after the funeral was going to be the reading of the will, Jackie felt she shouldn't be there but was encouraged by her uncle that she was supposed to be there.

They had all gathered at her uncle's house after the funeral for friends and family. Jackie was surprised to see Red and Kitty.

"Jackie sweetie how are you doing?" Kitty came up and hugged the girl.

"I am doing OK Mrs. Foreman, I wasn't expecting to see you guys here."

"Oh Jackie you are like one of our own, of course we would be here for you." Kitty said looking around as if trying to find someone, "Where is Steven?"

Jackie felt her stomach plummet, "Isn't he in Point Place?"

Red sensing something was up, "He left after Eric did to come see you and hasn't been back, I thought he was here with you"

Jackie knew she needed to let them know what happened and pulled them into the empty den.

"Steven showed up at my motel room but really didn't say anything, my cousin Randy was there as granny had just passed and well Steven I think jumped to conclusions about a guy being in my motel room and didn't give me a chance to let him know that it was my cousin. He got mad and stormed off. I figured he went back to Point Place, I was going to head back and try and talk to him after he cooled down and well I was needed here." It didn't feel right that Steven had taken off and no one knew where he was.

Red was concerned he didn't like that the boy had taken off like that, "Kitty we will stay for a bit and then head home and see what we can do to track the boy down. Jackie how long do you think you will be here?"

Jackie looked at Red, "I have to stay for the reading of the will, I think they are doing that tomorrow."

Kitty looked around again, "Where is your mother?" she whispered.

"She said she couldn't be bothered at this time so she is in Mexico somewhere." She hated her mother and was serious about avoiding her if she did show up.

Kitty and Red processed what Jackie was saying.

"How long has she been gone?" Red asked in a serious tone.

"Since before Christmas, I thought someone would ask at the Christmas Party but no one seemed to notice." Jackie said sadly.

"You mean Steven didn't know you were living alone in that house again?" Kitty asked.

Jackie shook her head, "No and he was so bent on acting like a kid and not wanting to take responsibility I just never told him, waiting for him to notice."

Kitty took Jackie in her arms, "You have been through so much, you know we are here for you if you need anything."

Jackie pulled away, "Thank you, I don't think things are going to work out with Steven and I am not sure if I want to stay in Point Place, I have to figure out what I am going to do."

"Well no matter what you keep in touch with us OK? Red and I care about all you guys." Kitty said giving Jackie another hug. "Red you better give the girl a hug, you know you like her"

Red went over and gave Jackie a hug, "You take care loud one, and Kitty is right keep in touch with us, if you want call the shop so you don't have to worry about any dumbass answering the phone."

"Thanks, I might do that." She said hugging the only one that was like a father to her.

A month later Jackie was still trying to figure out what she was going to do. She had finally told her aunt and uncle about the baby, as they were worried about her. Even though her grandmother had taken care of her, left her a nice sum of money that her uncle helped put up in an account and helped her to gain access to a trust fund that both grandparents had put together for her. It seemed both sets of grandparents didn't trust her parents to handle her funds for her. Jackie was staying with her aunt and uncle in Chicago. She would visit Brook and Betsey once a week. Randy had been hired by WB to run the store till Steven returned. WB went off in a way that made Red's outburst look like a toddler's temper tantrum, when he found out what had went down in Chicago and that Steven had basically fallen off the face of the earth and not contacted anyone.

WB had known the Pearson's for years, so asking Randy to fill in for him was not a question. He wanted Randy there to let him know as soon as his wayward son showed up.

As the month went on Kitty was worried, and Red was getting furious. Donna, Fez and Kelso would stop in and see if anything had been heard from Hyde but no one had heard anything.

Jackie hadn't been to Point Place since she left when her grandmother passed away. The Foreman's had invited her to dinner and Donna asked her to spend the night. She had talked to Donna and knew she was missing Eric, they were trying the long distance relationship thing and so far it was working but that didn't mean she didn't miss him.

Jackie had even taken to writing Eric, she hadn't let on about her secret but did share with him what really happened in the motel room that night. Everyone by then knew the truth but Steven. Eric was furious with the guy he thought of as a brother for treating Jackie and his mom the way he had. He already knew that his dad and WB would be fighting to be the first to put a foot up Hyde's ass when he returned, if he returned.

Jackie made her way to Point Place and pulled into Bob's since she was staying there.

Donna rushed out to greet her. "Jackie I've missed you!" pulling Jackie in a tight hug.

"Hey lumberjack, I've missed you too"

"Midget, are you doing OK? You look like you lost weight, and really you don't need to." Donna said looking at Jackie with concern.

"I've had a stomach bug for a few days and couldn't keep anything down. I am sure I am over it." In truth for the last month she had been battling morning sickness more than normal, had even been in the hospital for a few days hooked up to IVs. Her aunt didn't want her to drive to Point Place but she knew she needed to come back she promised if it got too much she would have Randy drive her home or stay a few days if needed.

Jackie and Donna went into the Foreman's kitchen, where Kitty was busy with dinner, she looked up to see the girls "Jackie! What has happened? You look like you have lost weight"

Jackie cringed she should have known if Donna noticed, Mrs. Foreman was definitely going to notice. She just hoped that would be all that would at least say something, "I am fine, just had a bad stomach bug. I am sure I'll make up for the few days I was sick tonight."

Kitty eyed her cautiously, "Jackie you didn't get food poisoning eating your own cooking did you?" She glanced at Donna.

Donna looked at Mrs. Foreman, "it was one time, and I know now that chicken isn't supposed to be pink!" she explained.

Jackie just shook her head, she knew she wasn't the greatest cook, but she had been learning or trying to from her aunt when she felt like she could stand the smells of the kitchen. Her aunt promised her she would make sure before she moved out on her own she would know how to cook, and would have a copy of all her granny's recipes.

"Well why don't you girls go down to the basement, I think Fez and Michael are already down there waiting for you" Kitty said directing them to the basement.

Jackie looked at Donna, "Um, can we just go in the living room? I am not sure I am up for going down in the basement."

Kitty looked and understood, "Well I think Red is in the den, but you can go in the living room till I get done in here."

Jackie looked at Donna, Donna replied, "Go on I'll tell the guys to come up here."

Jackie made her way to the living room that was empty the only other person that should be on their way was Randy. He had been staying in an apartment in Point Place but had gotten to know Donna and the guys along with the Foreman's while he was there.

Before Jackie could sit down the doorbell rang, figuring it was her cousin since most just walked in the kitchen she went to open the door, she was shocked at the person on the other side of the door was at seeing her.

"Steven?"

"Well wasn't expecting to see you, Foreman's around?" Hyde asked.

A very stern looking Red Foreman was standing behind Jackie, "Steven"

Jackie was beginning to shake, she didn't know if it was nerves or what, she wasn't ready for this.

"Steven, what the hell did you think you were doing leaving like that and not contacting anyone for a month! I would kick your ass but right now WB has first dibs. You better get in here and sit your ass down!"

Hyde was beginning to wonder why he came back if all he was going to be yelled at. He wasn't stupid enough to argue with Red Foreman, he just wished Kitty had been the one to answer the door, right now the last two people he was ready to face was the first ones he saw, he should have known his luck. He sat at the end of the couch the farthest from Red's chair, Jackie sat at the far end of the couch.

"Steven whatever you think you saw or whatever you think was going on in Chicago wasn't was going on." Jackie said in small voice.

Hyde raised his head but looked straight ahead, not looking at Jackie, "I know I get to a motel room late at night and another guy is in your room, there is no other explanation." He said through gritted teeth.

By now Donna along with Fez and Kelso had come upstairs, all too shocked at seeing Hyde to even speak as they watched silently the exchange.

Kitty came in from the kitchen hearing Red yell. "Steven you're back"

Hyde noticed she wasn't as happy as he thought she would be, he looked at Donna and the guys, they didn't look as happy as he would have thought either.

"Where were you?" Kitty asked.

"I ended up in Vegas" He reached into his bag and pulled something out, stood up and walked over to Kitty. "I got you a tiny slot machine"

"You think this toy is going to make up for being gone for a month without a word? I know I am not your mother, but I thought you had more respect for me and Red than that!" Kitty said shoving the toy back to Hyde.

Kitty stood there with her arms crossed, Hyde was at a lost.

"Sorry I just didn't think, I had to get away" Saying the last part as he looked at Jackie. "So the job not work out?"

Jackie eyed him, "There was no job, I just needed to see your commitment since you didn't seem to want to talk about it, didn't you read my letter?"

Hyde felt his anger rise, "I read you left and tossed it. So that ultimatum was nothing but bullshit? Seems like something you would do, probably fake pregnancy was the next thing up your sleeve right?"

Jackie felt the blood drain from her body, "I can't believe you would think so low of me."

Before anything else was said between the two the doorbell sounded, Red still being closest to the door opened it and a busty blond with inappropriate clothes for a cold Wisconsin spring day.

"Sam what are you doing here?" Hyde said as he looked at the blond who walked right past Red and up to Hyde.

"We got married don't you remember?" The blond explained.

It felt like the air was sucked out of the room.

Jackie felt dizzy and made her way to the kitchen, with Kitty and Donna on her heels.

"Dude you got married and don't remember?" Kelso was the first to say anything.

"Maybe I need to get Hyde the stupid helmet." Fez said.

"I remember an altar and a cross or something, I thought it was a bad trip." Hyde explained.

"I have pictures!" the blond said cheerfully.

"Well Sam you want to take our stuff down to my room and talk?"

Red right then stopped them, "What the hell do you think you are doing? Last I checked this was still my house. I have let you dumbasses hang out here for years, I let you Steven move in and stay, but over my dead body are you going to bring in a stranger and move her into my house."

"What it isn't like Hyde doesn't have money, I mean he has his own store, I am sure he can afford his own place." Sam told Red.

Red looked at the blond then looked at Hyde, "Well I guess it is time for him to find his own place, get your crap out of my basement and go to your new place."

Hyde didn't understand what was happening, everyone was angry at him, this was not what he expected. "Come on Sam, you can help me get my stuff."

Sam followed Hyde into the kitchen and towards the basement. In the kitchen Jackie was sitting at the kitchen table with Donna and Kitty. Jackie looked pale, as if she was ready to pass out. Hyde tried to press down any concern, she screwed him over.

Jackie took a deep breath, "Steven are you staying with her? Are we really done?"

"Jackie we were done when you lied to me and had another guy in your motel room. Yea, I got married, I am not going to be like Bud and I am going to stay with my wife."

"Ok, then I guess this is it, we will never see each other again. I guess that is what you really want, you never really cared for me anyway. I guess you got what you deserve."

Hyde and Sam didn't say anything as they walked down to the basement.

"So that was your bitch of an ex-girlfriend?" Sam asked as they go to the basement.

Hyde just grunted and led Sam to his room.

"Geeze, you live in a dump, I don't understand you can afford something so much better than someone else's basement." Sam said looking around the room.

He went over and started to grab the rest of his clothes, tossing some of Jackie's stuff on the cot. Then grabbed his records and record player. "Can you carry some of this?" He asked Sam.

"I guess, I mean I don't know why you live here, I mean you must be really loaded if you live here, what they can't charge much for rent, so you just hoard your money or something?"

Hyde stared at Sam, "What are you talking about? Do you think I have a lot of money or something?"

"Well you talked about owning Grooves, and that is like a chain of record stores." Sam explained to him.

"I don't own Grooves, I manage one store here in Point Place, my real father owns Grooves, but that is it. I live here because I moved in here when my mom left me when I was 16 and I just haven't moved out."

"Wait you are not rich?" Sam said

Hyde couldn't believe this, she sounded shallower than Jackie ever had.

"Um no"

Sam looked around the basement, this wasn't what she was expecting at all. She thought she was leaving her old rich husband for a young rich husband. "Well I guess I'll just leave and go back to Vegas."

"What you already want a divorce because I am not rich?"

"It isn't like we are really married, I have a husband already. But you are younger and more fun, I figured I'd get my husband to divorce me and then we could get married for real."

"GET OUT!" Hyde growled.

After Sam left Hyde just sat in his chair in the basement. What had he just dodged? Maybe at least this was all for the best, he wasn't really married and he had put the final nail in his relationship with Jackie. There would be no way to repair that, and that was for the best.

Jackie and Donna went back over to Donna's.

"Donna I might go stay with Randy tonight and go back to Chicago. I need to figure out where I am going to live, there is no way I can live in Point Place now, it is too small and I am serious I never want to see Steven Hyde again. I know this might break the group or whatever like when you and Eric broke up the first time and we were trying to split our time. But maybe if I am in another city it won't be so bad, you can still come visit me. But I won't be able to be here I can't risk running into him, or his wife."

Donna went over and hugged her friend, "I understand completely. It is kind of like when I went to California, you just don't take anyone with you."

"Hey if I find a nice apartment somewhere, maybe you should come live with me. I mean instead of just waiting around here for Eric. I could move to Madison and you could go to UW or I could get a place near Marquette you really liked that school when we visited."

Donna sat at the table and thought of what Jackie was saying, either places would be nice. It would be good for her to do something with her life and not just wait around here for a year for Eric to come back. They could still write or call if she lived somewhere else.

"You know I got accepted into Marquette, but well I just with Eric and all."

"Well maybe you could start this summer with classes? I am open to almost anywhere other than Point Place."

"Jackie what about the Foreman's? I mean are you going to cut ties with everyone?"

"No I can't do that, I just wherever we go I don't want St..Hyde to know where I am. Not after how he acted."

"Jackie he needs to know what really happened in Chicago, he might change his mind."

"No, I am through like I said. Look I don't want to stay here tonight, it is just too close to the basement, and I don't know what is going on there. Maybe I can go to Randy's apartment, I can stay tonight and then head to Chicago to get my stuff before heading to Milwaukee to look for apartments, or maybe even a house. I have enough in the trust fund to get a house."

"So are you just going to live on your trust fund?" Donna said.

"No, I might see about finding a job. Maybe if we are going to Milwaukee I will ask WB." Jackie knew she couldn't keep the baby a secret much longer. She needed to get away and figure things out. She had to cut Steven from her life, but she wasn't sure about the baby. She knew she would have to wait till they were out of Point Place before telling Donna. Donna might not live with her and a baby. Donna saw out the window as the wife stormed out of the basement and into a TransAm and took off. Then she saw Randy pull up.

"It looks like Randy is here"

"OK, let's meet him out there and do you want to go over to his apartment?"

"Sure" Donna said getting up. She wasn't ready to see Hyde either.

As they got to the driveway, Donna motioned for Randy to come over to them.

"Randy I am going to spend the night at your place tonight, I'll explain when we get over there, dinner with the Foreman's has been cancelled." Jackie told her cousin.

It hadn't been officially cancelled but well after everything that just happened.

"OK, why do I have a feeling something bad happened before I got here?" Randy asked.

Donna knew along with Jackie they needed to get Randy away from there and Hyde before he found out what happened, they might not be able to pull him off of Hyde when he finds out what happened. It will happen eventually but Donna felt like right now Jackie needed to be away from here, and maybe try and get her something to eat, she was looking pale.

"Randy I think we need to get Jackie over to your place, maybe if you have some food for her to eat there?"

Randy looked at his cousin, he was worried about her, she was having a hard time staying hydrated, "Yea, OK I have some stuff at the apartment, follow me over"

Donna got in Jackie's car and they went over to Randy's. It was in the same building that Fez and Kelso had moved into, so there was a good sign that the boys would be stopping by.

They hadn't been there too long when Fez and Kelso showed up before they got to tell Randy anything.

"Mrs. Kitty sent us some of the food she had made for tonight, she hinted we should bring it here." Fez said carrying several Tupperware containers.

"That woman is a saint, Jackie why don't we eat first and then you guys can fill me in on what happened.

They all ate in silence, Jackie taking small bites, afraid it wouldn't stay down.

Afterwards they went and sat on in the living room, Jackie sat in the middle of the couch between Donna and Randy with Fez and Kelso sitting on chairs at the end of the couch.

"I am going out on a limb as seeing that black Camino in the driveway at the Foreman's that Hyde is back?" Randy said looking at everyone.

Kelso piped in, "Yea and had a wife follow him!"

Jackie felt her stomach turn.

Randy got upset. "What the hell?"

Kelso explained what he understood, "Apparently he was too drunk to remember, anyway he was going to take the girl to put her stuff in his room and Red told him no the girl and him were not living in his house. Hyde took her down to get the rest of his stuff." Kelso looked at Jackie, "We heard the confrontation between you guys in the kitchen, honestly Red held me back from going into the kitchen. Any way Red pulled Fez and I back to the den, he told us to let him and WB handle Hyde and that are concern was Jackie, he said he would guess she would come over here to stay tonight before going back to Chicago. He then made a phone call to WB while we stayed with him. God I don't want to be Hyde when WB comes to the store tomorrow. I was to pass a message from WB to Randy to make sure he comes to the store in the morning and check if Hyde goes to the store." He looked over at Randy, "If Hyde gets there before you, stay out in the parking lot till WB gets there. Red is to encourage him to check on his store that he left the hippy in charge of."

Randy took a deep breath, he would get to face Steven Hyde tomorrow.

Jackie looked at her cousin, "try and keep that we are cousins from him."

"NO" the others in the room all said at the same time.

Donna grabbed her friend's hand, "Look I know he doesn't deserve the truth after what he has done and what he said earlier. But I for one thinks he might need to know, know that he is an idiot."

Jackie looked at Donna knowing she had a point and thinking that she should trust these people as they were the closest she had to family. "Ok, Randy let him know he is an idiot and that I was just in a motel room with my cousin after granny passed away. Look guys I am going to tell you something, and I am not going to keep from St.. Hyde, but I am not sure how I am going to deal with him right now. I am pregnant. Look I am not going to keep him from the baby if he wants, but I am not going to be seeing him ever again."

Donna, Fez and Kelso looked at her in shock.

Jackie looked at Donna, "I know this might change your mind if you want to move with me and a baby."

Donna looked at the girl, "No you are going to need help and I am going to stand by you." Donna leaned over and hugged her friend.

Fez looked at the girls, "Where are you going to live?" afraid of the answer.

Jackie looked at Fez knowing he wasn't going to like the answer, "I am going to find a place in Milwaukee, I need out of Point Place. WB is this baby's grandfather, he doesn't know yet. I want my baby to have at least one grandparent in their life. My parents haven't been there for me and well."

"You know Mrs. Kitty and Mr. Red will be like grandparents" Fez added.

Jackie smiled, she knew that but she needed out of Point Place. "Yea and I will tell them, and hope they come visit me."

Kelso looked at his ex, "Jackie you know we are all going to be there for you even if it means we have to drive to Milwaukee, Brook has really enjoyed spending time with you and is going to miss you. I am glad you are not going to keep this from Hyde though, I mean after everything the two of you said to me when we found out Brook was pregnant. But I totally understand not seeing Hyde. I know it is hard not seeing Betsey every day, but I am grateful for time I do get to spend with her."

Jackie smiled at her first boyfriend, he had grown up a lot since Betsey was born, she had hoped the same would be for Steven but she was slowly losing hope. "Look I am going to write Steven a letter tonight, Michael I am going to have you give it to him the next time you see him. I'll have it ready in the morning before I leave."

That night after the Kelso and Fez left for their apartment, Donna and Randy had both went to bed, Jackie sat at the kitchen table to write a letter to Steven, to explain her fears that led her to the ultimatum. She then let him know she was pregnant, and she would not cut him from their child's life he wanted to be a part of their life, but he would never be a part of her life again. She let him know she would have someone let him know when the baby was born and when he could see it, and would find a lawyer to work out visitation rights if he wanted. She let him know she was leaving Point Place but she would not tell him where she was. After she finished the letter she put it in an envelope and went to lay in the bed she was sharing with Donna for the night.

AN: OK so I know there are several stories out there where Jackie hides the child from Hyde and he finds out years down the road. I wanted something different. So this is going to be Hyde dealing with realizing he screwed up, it isn't going to be easy for any of them. I am going to say the car show that Jackie and Hyde went to with Red and Kitty was in February, Jackie went to Chicago mid-March, so Hyde came back mid-April.
