Angel Wings

Amy: *Tears welling up.* Well, it's come to an end folks. Angel Wings, the last chapter. The epilogue.

Eleanor: Special thanks goes out to malory79080, a close friend of Amys since the very beginning, and kept by her side ever since.

Surge: More special thanks goes out to Misty Ketchum97, who, with malory, offered patience and support to all of Amy's craziness.

Amy: Even I won't hesitate to admit this. *flashes peace sign* Thanks guys, for the love, support, patience, craziness, heated debates, and overall drive to keep me going. Fanfiction buddies forever!

Dawn: Gratitude is also offered to those who took the time to read and review.

Amy: There's so many, I'm having trouble listing them all! But let's go!

About 16 years later...

"It's been a while since we met up like this, huh?" Surge said while looking around Cocona Village. I smiled, and shook my head. A lot has changed over sixteen long years. Several weddings in fact, and couples becoming parents.

Cynthia and Steven had married just a little after we saved the world. They had a set of twins, one boy and one girl, and moved to another region, the Beryl region. They named the them Grace and Victor.

We continued on with our lives, and before I knew it, I was the maid of honor in Wynters' wedding. It was beautiful, seeing her and Surge getting married in front of Almia castle as the snow fell gently. That day, Wynter looked like she was queen of that castle. They now have a little girl, with light wisps of blond hair and line green eyes, like her mothers and fathers eye colors were merged together. They named her Gwendolyn.

It seemed like after that, everyone was getting married. Dawn and Dusk had a very traditional wedding, and I was honestly surprised when Dusk didn't pass out from shock after seeing Dawn in her dress. She was stunning that evening. They also now have a daughter, with purple eyes and deep black hair like her fathers. Somehow, though, I knew she'd grow up to look a lot like her mother. They named her Ella-Marie.

Flare and Forrest came after that, and was nowhere near traditional. I can still remember Flare marching down the walkway with her dad on her side in her short dress. Finally, she had forgiven him in time to walk her down the aisle. After that, we basically danced around a huge bonfire until we were all to drunk to walk home, and ended up staying my parents hotel. Their little girl would take after Forrest, I knew. They named her Willow. I guess it fits, considering Forrest expressed his like for girl names that were flowers, but I knew Flare would never settle with naming her daughter Rose or Lilly. Yes, Willow suited the young girl and her parents.

Surprisingly, Aqua and Dash eloped. Just up and left, no warning, no telling where they were going. It wasn't until we received happy squeals from Aqua via styler that she was married. They were gone for quite a while, and then they suddenly reappeared again with a little girl and a home in the Aqua Resort. She was blond with brown eyes, and they named her Kylie.

Me and Carter had married only a short two years ago, and we already have a family. We've purchased a home in Cocona, my hometown, and Carters paradise, our child, a girl, would take after her father, I knew. Her name was Danica, our morning star.

I watched happily as Carter stood his daughter up on the sand of the Cocona beach, watched as she stumbled through the soft material before plopping down on her hind end.

"You're doing great, Dani!" Carter said as she struggled to her feet again. A chuckle escaped my lips as I watched her try to walk again.

"She is like her father." Flare said, coming up to me. "Stubborn as a Tauros!"

"Hey!" I heard a shrill voice from above, and we shaded our eyes from the sunlight as Tori landed in front of us. "Long time, no see!" she grinned, flipping her curling red hair over her shoulder as Gabriel landed beside her.

"I see you've been busy." he noted, looking at the five little girls standing close to their respective parents.

"As have you!" Carter exclaimed as another small girl looked over her dads shoulder. Dark green hair and baby blue eyes, she grinned, which almost seemed like a smirk.

"Uncle Carrie!" she exclaimed, pointing to Carter. A temple throbbed on Carters head at the silly nickname.

"I see you've been telling her about me, huh?"

"Yep! Isn't she just the cutest?" Tori asked, as the small girl looked up at them confidently. Somewhere in the back of my mind, I found it strange that we all had daughters, but just the luck of the draw, I suppose. "Her name is Leah. Not Le-ah, Lay-ah."

This is Danica." I said, grabbing my daughters hand. "Dani, this is your cousin, Leah, and your uncle, Gabriel."

"Don't forget auntie Tori!" Tori exclaimed, holding up her hand to show off the ring. Danica looked up at Gabriel, before pointing.

"Uncle Gab-Gab!" she exclaimed. Gabriel fell over anime style at his.

"Fortunately," Carter smirked. "I've told Dani a lot about you too, Gab-Gab."

Laughter erupted from the twelve adults, including myself. The six girls, not really sure why their parents where laughing, simply laughed along, a beautiful sound. Yes, this truly was paradise. Mine, Carters, our friends and our childrens. A time when everyone is happy, and no one has to fight. True, my story came to an end, but for our children, I knew that this was only the beginning.

Amy: And so concludes Angel Wings. Thanks to you all! I am crying right now from the fact that this story was my first one ever. For some reason, I am crying from the sadness of knowing the story has come to an end, but I'm glad to know that I can bring you something new another day. Thank you all so much for your wonderful reviews and support, and for the last time on Angel Wings...
