Haru P.O.V
"Mom! Dad! I'm home." I shout out as I open the door and Kira follows me, tightly holding unto my hand. I chuckle softly as I walk in and smile reassuringly at her.
"Don't worry, my parents are really nice." I mutter under my breath and she seemingly relaxes. Kira was my girlfriend and I was going to introduce her to mom and dad. I had told them two days ago about her and they wanted to meet her.
So here we are.
My mom's reply could be heard from the kitchen. "In here, we're in here Haru." I grin happily before pulling Kira along with me, "come on."
I enter the kitchen and like always my dad is cooking and my mom is attentively watching him. I knew all about my mom's poisonous food. She couldn't cook to save her life and sadly neither could I. I got that from here.
My dad though was an amazing cook. He was so much better than actual professionals were. I loved his cooking.
"I'm back mom, dad." My mom looks up, I walk forward, and she hugs me. "Welcome back Haru." She looks over my shoulder and instantly smiles at Kira.
"Hello, you must be Kira, My name Is Misaki, I'm Haru's mother." My mom greets politely and Kira bows respectfully. I smiled happily.
"It's lovely to meet you, my name is Kira." She looks up and stares at my mom in awe. "You're really pretty Mrs Usui." My mom blushes and chuckles lightly.
"Thank you, but I'm really not and you can just call me Misaki." Kira smiles softly and nods. Soon my dad joined in the conversation. "You are Misaki." He kisses my mom's cheek lovingly and she smiles lightly and mutters a sweet thanks.
"Hey dad." I reply and my father looks up and grins before running up and hugging me. "Haru, my boy. You got yourself a pretty girlfriend." He smiled and points at Kira who blushes furiously. I chuckle lightly; my dad had that effect on girls. He could make a girl blush from a mile away. He didn't even try though, he only cared about Misaki's opinion of him, and anyone could see that from a mile away.
"Dad, don't tease her, you have mom for that." He laughs lightly when Misaki protested and shook her head furiously. "No way, your father has become merciless when he teases me." I giggle and Misaki smiles before turning around to look at Kira.
"Come here, we can talk. Leave the boys to do whatever." She winks and that was the cue for my father and me to leave them on their own. I wasn't actually worried for Kira because I knew my mom loved girls; she would take care of her.
My dad pulled me over unto the couch and I sat down next to him. "So how was school?" He asks politely and I fill him in on the details.
"Dad, I really like Kira so-" , He chuckles before stopping me. "That's ok, I know. You're like me, even though you look more like your mom. When you fall in love, you fall in love." He explains and I nod. Glad that he understood.
My relationship with my father was amazing. I loved him a lot; he was really the best father I could ask for. He was supportive, friendly, and so cool. I know that he didn't get what I got as a child. I found out about how his mom fell in love with my grandfather and had an affair even though she was married; but sadly she ended up dying and grandfather left my dad for so long. It really upset me for a while until mom told me it was all in the past and dad had forgiven grandfather. So I was able to be positive and form a relationship with my grandfather properly.
I think this is why he was such an amazing father; he didn't want me to feel so alone and in pain, the way he felt. I really admired that about him. He was so strong.
I really did love both my parents and all their friends who have become so close to me literally like a family. Aunty Sakura and Uncle Kuuga, Aunty Shizuko and all the staff members from Maid Latte and Aoi.
"Thanks dad." He smiles down at me and I return the smile and soon Mom and a smiling Kira walk in. "Kira is so talented Haru, she plays the violin too." I grin proudly as Kira walks over and sits next to me. I pat her hair softly and kiss her cheek. She smiles at me happily, "Your family is so close Haru. You're all so nice." She replies and my dad moves over and sits next to mom. I smile at the sight and we start talking about random stuff.
Kira really is bonding with my family. I'm glad she's accepted. She's so beautiful but a little shy. She has black hair like mine that ended past her shoulders. She had beautiful green eyes but she always hid behind her hair.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door and I looked curiously at mom. "Who is it?" I ask and she just grins at me. "Go check." I nod before standing up and walking towards the door.
I wonder who it would be?
I reach out and open the door when suddenly Kira joins me and she holds my hand. I smile softly at her before opening the door.
My eyes widened when I was met with so many familiar faces. Everyone was here. They all started to grin happily and hold out gifts. Aunty Sakura, Kuuga, and their children were there. Shizuko and her little boy and husband were standing happily there too. The manager, Erika, Honoka, Subaru, and everyone else from Maid Latte was here. Aoi was here too. I looked over at all the familiar faces but I couldn't keep the smile off my face.
I loved seeing them all.
"What are you all doing here?" I asked as I held on tighter unto kira's hand. She was getting nervous in front of all of my family and friends.
Sakura beamed happily. "We heard you were bringing your girlfriend home and so we came by to say hi." My eyes widen in shock. Wow.
I stepped aside with a slight chuckle and let them all enter. Which they did and soon after they were all sitting down in the living room and talking nosily about anything and everything. I looked over at Kira and gave he ran apologetic smile.
"I'm sorry. I know it's really crowded now, do you mind?" I ask her nervously biting my lip and after a few seconds she looks back up, kisses me softly, and shakes her head. "No, I think I'll be ok. Just stay with me ok?" She mumbles softly and I smile softly before kissing her again. "Don't worry; I won't leave your side." She smiles happily in response as a slight blush taints her lips.
"Are you two coming over you?" Kuuga replies raising his eyebrows amusingly, "Or would you much rather be in your own company." Kira blushes at his words and I smile before steering her towards the centre of the room.
I smile encouringly at Kira as the room went silent and she opens her mouth and says, "M-My name is Kira Suzumiya. It's nice to meet you all." She bows politely and everyone grins. "It's lovely to meet you too." They all reply one at a time and I grin as they begin to bond and accept her.
I protectively wrapped my arm around Kira as I began to notice how Ren and Kuuga teased her mercifully. "Don't be mean to my girlfriend." I mockingly glare at them both and they grin even more.
"Oh, you think you're a man now?" Ren laughs before ruffling my hair and teasing us more.
Mom wouldn't even help she just laughed and continued talking to Shizuko and Sakura. Although, I noticed her fingers were interlaced with my dad's and I smiled contently.
I looked down at my own hand which was comfortably encasing Kira's. She noticed my gaze and looked down too before smiling back up at me.
"Thanks for coming today." I reply and she shook her head modestly, "I wouldn't have said anything but yes-"She leans in and whispers softly in my ear.
"I love you after all." I blush slightly at her words before leaning in and planting a kiss on her lips. "I love you too." I mumble softly against her lips and she smiles in response before grinning back at me.
I really did, I loved everyone in this room. I was so happy I was born with Misaki and Takumi being my parents.
I looked over at both of my parents and I knew they understood my expression because they silently mouthed those words back to me, and then back to each other.
"I love you too."
So guys... *gets teary eyes* I love you all too x This is the end... It's been a long road, since when did I join Fan-fiction, lol I don't even know. But I don't care, I'm so glad I did. I got to interact with so many people and build on my confidence so much x
I truly can't thank you enough, so I'm saying it in Japanese, to emphasize. *smiles* Arigatou x

I don't know what else to say... *laughs softly* sorry I fail at being all soft and mushy. So this will have to do. I know your all probably like, what the fuck happened? I swear we were going back to the ways before, I know but nothing happened. I just felt like I only needed three more chapters.
