Hello everyone, I am Rokettoman.
I came up with another new crossover story. The story will be taking characters and elements from several RPG fantasy + mecha genre anime and games, but with heavily inspired by Xenogears, Aura Battler Dunbine, Magic Knight Rayearth, and Knight's & Magic. And I also use 'I Was Sold at The Lowest Price' Light Novel as the base of this story.
Some characters will likely become a little bit more OOC than their canon counterpart.
I hope all of you readers will like it.

Chapter 1: Invitation to Another World.
Tokyo Skytree, Japan.
"Finally, I am at the top of Skytree."
A 17-year-old boy with red messy hair, blue eyes, and a birthmark that resembles a cat whisker on his cheeks is now standing on the observation deck of Tokyo Skytree. The boy wears an unbuttoned Japanese school uniform with a yellow shirt and he's now carrying a big backpack.
"Excuse me," two security officers approached the boy. "May I check your luggage?"
"Oh, there is only a safety rope inside it," The boy cheerily answers.
"Safety ropes? What are you going to do with that thing?"
The boy points his finger to the sky, "I'm aiming to be the first person to bungee jump from the top of Skytree!"
The security officers looked at each other for a second, and then they grab and drag the boy, "Sorry son, you're not allowed to climb the Skytree."
The boy tries to resist but two buff security officers is too much for him. "T-Then, I will do it from the observation deck!"
"Observation deck your foot!"
"We don't know what kind of Tuber or vlogger you are, but the answer is still no!"
"I'm not a Tuber!" The boy manages to release himself from the security officers, "My name is Namikaze Menma! And I..., aiming to be the first person in the world who does thousand amazing things!"
The boy or Menma pointing his finger at the dumbfounded security officers, "Yeah yeah, you're still not allowed to bungee jumping from Skytree."
"Aww, come on..."
"There you are Menma!" A sound of a girl can be heard from behind Menma and the security officers. Menma slowly turns his head. "Geh, it's Kotone."
The girl named Shiomi Kotone crosses her arms while looking at Menma with annoyance. She is Menma's childhood friend and also the president of his class.
"Sir I'm sorry for my foolish friend," Kotone said as she bowed towards the security officers and then pull Menma's collar.
"GEH!"
"He arbitrarily separated himself from our group, please forgive his impudence," Kotone once again bows, she also pushes Menma's head forcing him to bow.
"Hey!"
"If that's the case then it's alright, but please don't let him leave the group again,"
"Understood, thank you very much."
As the security leaves the two teenagers, Kotone pulls out Menma's right ear.
"Ow, ow, ow, ow! Stop it!" Menma groans in pain.
"I can't believe you're doing this nonsense again!" Kotone said angrily. "Sensei is worried you know!"
"Okay, okay! But please release me!"
Kotone ignores Menma's plead and drags him to their class group who's waiting for her and Menma.
"Ahh, it's always Menma."
"That's the red idiot to you."
"What's with him and his obsession to be the first person to do weird things?"
"Poor Shiomi-san, she always cleans up all of his mischiefs."
Murmurs can be heard from the students as Kotone and Menma arrives to their group.
"Namikaze Menma!" The sound of an adult woman can be heard approaching Menma.
"Go- good morning, Shizune-chan."
"It's Shizune-sensei!"
"GAH!" The teacher Kato Shizune smacks Menma's head with a book.
"Look, sensei is angry," Kotone added.
"Why are you always doing something that worries me a lot!" Shizune said as she shakes her head.
"Huh, all of you will never understand the way of man."
"THIS BRAT!" Both Kotone and Shizune pinch Menma's cheeks.
"Ow, ow, ow, ow, it hurts!" Laughs can be heard from the students as Menma scream in pain.
"Shizune-sensei, Kotone-san, I think Namikaze-san has already learned his lesson," Another sound can be heard approaching Menma. She is the class vice president Yuuki Asuna. "Let's just forgive him and continue our tour."
"Asuna-chan, you're too soft," Kotone said as she pouts. "We're a late from our schedule because of this guy."
Shizune sighed in defeat, "Let's continue our study tour. I let you go this time Menma, but if you do this again I will give you detention that exceeds any detention I give you. you got that?" Shizune point her fist at Menma.
"Y-Yes ma'am!" Then Menma looked at Asuna. "Thank you Asuna, you're so kind, unlike Kotone."
"Hey!"
"Glad to help. But next time you do another mischief I'm not going to help you, Namikaze-san," Asuna said as she cross her arms.
"Even Asuna-chan almost hit her limit. You're really something don't you?" Kotone added.
"Thank you for your compliment!" Menma points his thumb to himself. "And no matter what you said, it won't stop me and my future goals to be the first person to do something great that no one else ever does it!"
"This brat, really..." Kotone cracked her fist while Asuna just sighed and shake her head.
"Everyone, follow me. we'll continue the tour- what the"
*SHASSHH*
Before Shizune finish her word, suddenly a bright circle appeared under her and the students' feet. "W-what is this?"
"Magic circle!?" Due to his knowledge of pop culture, Menma instantly knows what circle appeared below his feet. "Don't tell me, are we gonna-"
"I-I can't move my leg!" Asuna said in a state of panic.
"Me too!" Kotone also becomes panicked.
"SOMEONE HELP!"
"HELP!"
But no matter how loud they shout, no other visitors or security in the Skytree come to help. It's like they can't hear them.
Then a white beam appeared from the circle and hoof into Menma and the others.
"AAAAHHHH!"
The white beam hit Menma and everyone else for several minutes after finally disappearing. Menma and everyone else's existence also suddenly disappeared without any trace as the magic circle erase itself.

Menma slowly opens his eyes,.
"Eh?" It's the first word he said as he, his teacher, and his classmates are not inside the familiar Skytree building, instead they were in an unknown place surrounded by fortress-like buildings.
The other building structure looked primitive and felt like it came from a middle-age or fairytale setting.
"W-Where are we?" Kotone said in a worried tone as she looks around her.
"The buildings..., are we in Europe?" Said one of the male students. His name is Nanamine Toru. "But that's impossible."
"...I think this is another world!" said another male student, an otaku named Ishizawa Hidemitsu, "Guys! We're in another world! We're summoned to another world just like in isekai light novel!"
"Shut up nerd!" Shouts a yankee-looking student named Yuuki Tohma. Besides him is his girlfriend Saotome Haruna.
The other student also become panicked and noisy.
"Everyone, calm down okay. Let's-"
"Greetings, people of Earth"
Before Shizune manages to calm her students, the sound of middle age man can be heard not far from her and the students.
A pompous-looking man with an attire that resembles the medieval noble is standing with more than twenty medieval-looking soldiers behind him.
Menma and everyone else is stunned by the appearance of the pompous man and the soldiers.
"I'm the director of this summoning center, and my name is Vermol."
"It's a summoning center, so this is another world after all!" Hidemitsu said happily.
But not with the others as they become noisy again.
"Indeed, my Earth friend. My world is what you Earthlings usually call the alien world," Vermol said with a sinister smirk.
"S- sir Vermol, can I asks something?" Shizune raises her hand.
"Yes, the woman of Earth?"
"Why are you summoning us?"
Vermol shows his sinister smirk again. "Then I will begin from the beginning. This world is called IGNAS. In this world, the tools of the old magic civilization called GEAR are used in all sorts of situations, such as construction, engineering, transportation, etc. These Gear use a special type of energy and a link."
"Gear? What is that?" Menma asks.
"It's better to show you what gear is than explain it," Vermol said as he claps his hand. After a few minutes, a silhouette of a humanoid-looking thing can be seen from the sky, approaching Vermol and finally arrives and landing behind him and the soldier. The landing also caused a small ground vibration.
Menma, Shizune, and the students' eyes widened with the appearance of the Gear; a black-colored giant humanoid robot that looks just like the robot from mecha anime.
"I-Isn't that a robot?" Asuna said in awe.
"A real robot-type mecha!" Hidemitsu said with a huge grin.
"Hey hey, isn't that just an attraction like the huge robot in Odaiba and Yokohama right?" Tohma still tries to convince himself and others that another world thing is just nonsense from the crazy old man.
"Y-yeah, that must be it. Maybe this is just a prank from television or something," Saotome added.
"There are few people in Ignas, who have strong energy, and there's an absolute shortage of people who can pilot a Gear," Vermol continues, ignoring Tohma and Saotome, "You Earthlings, many of you, have high levels of that special energy…we call Aura, which is why we spend a huge amount of money and a lot of research to regularly summon people from Earth in summoning rituals like this."
"... And what does that mean?" Shizune asks again as her suspicion arises.
"Yes, we summoned you here to sell all of you, the high valuable Earthlings."
"!?" Everyone is shocked to hear what came from Vermol's mouth
"How selfish! People like you- KYAAHH!" Shizune is subdued by one of the soldiers before she can finish her words.
"SENSEI!" Menma, Kotone, and Asuna try to approach and help Shizune, but four soldiers block their way and point their swords.
"If you go one step further, we will cut your teacher's head off," Said one of the soldiers.
Menma grit his teeth in anger. He, Kotone, and Asuna retreat and raise their hand.
"Good," The soldier said as she release Shizune.
"Well, I do feel sorry. But the status of these pilots is rather high in this world. So I don't think you will live a bad life," Vermol said. "Anyway, tomorrow you will be put up for sale. The higher the Aura value, the better the place you'll be bought, so keep your fingers crossed that your Aura value is high. Get some rest."
After that, the director of the summoning center left the building.
"All of you follow us!" Said one of the soldiers.
Ignoring whether they want it or not, several soldiers forcefully push Shizune and her students to follow their leader.
"Menma, I'm scared..." Kotone whispers as she pulls Menma's sleeves. Kotone hasn't shown her weak side to Menma in a long time. The last time she shows her weak self was when her parents died in an accident when she was little.
"Don't worry Kotone, I'm here beside you," Menma said as he grab Kotone's hand.
Kotone only answers with a nod. They do not realize that Asuna is behind them with a jealous expression.
After several minutes of walking, they arrive at the underground prison.
"We separated the room for males and females, now go inside! Hurry up!"
"What the fuck is this? Why do I have to be in here?" Tohma tries to protest, but he got scared when one of the soldiers points his sword at Tohma's neck. "HIII!"
"Just get in! Next time you say something I'll stab you in the back."
Knowing that protest is futile, Menma and everyone else reluctantly enter the prison room.

In the prison room that doesn't have any bed in it. Menma chooses to lay on the floor.
"Hey, Menma!" Menma turns his sight at Toru who calls him. "I wonder what my Aura value is."
Menma raises his eyebrow. "What the hell, Toru. Aren't you adapting quickly?"
"I mean you'll get better treatment if you have a higher Aura right?" Toru answers. "So of course, I'd want a higher value."
"Come on, we don't know much about what the Aura value is all about," Menma said. "That creepy old man might be tricking us."
"But what he said makes you wonder right?"
"Well, I'm pretty sure my Aura value is high!" The snobbish Tohma enters the conversation.
"Are you sure about that, Tohma?" Toru said as he sit down beside Menma.
"I mean I think we can see the value of our aura from the quality of a person. Either from strength and intelligence or from how talented and accomplished they are. In this class, I think it's between me, Shiomi Kotone, and my cousin Asuna."
"What about your girlfriend Saotome?" Toru raises his eyebrows.
"She's just a bitch that you can find everywhere in the red district. There is no way her Aura is bigger than her tits."
"You're lucky that they separate the girls' and boys' rooms."
"I don't know what the basis of Tohma's confidence is, but for some reason, I agree with him that Kotone and Asuna have the highest value of all of us. They're talented after all." Menma thought as he remembers that Kotone is one of the most athletic girls in his school and also 3rd Dan of Naginata-Jutsu; while Asuna is always in the 1st rank in every school test and captain of the school's fencing team.
"Guys," Hidemitsu approached Menma, Toru, and Tohma. "I think I need to poop."
Naruto raise from the floor, "Wait, do we have a toilet here?"
"..."
"..."
"..."
The night feels longer than usual.

On the next day, Menma and everyone else were called by the soldiers to follow them to the room that was likely the Aula of the fortress.
In the main room, they're ordered to stand in a line, one by one, on a strange round wooden machine. There is also two old men wearing clothes that resemble medieval friars waiting for the arrival of Shizune and her students.
"It looks like an automatic scale," Asuna said as she looked at the wooden machine.
"That must be the thing that will measure our Aura value...," Kotone said from behind Asuna. She's still worried and scared about what would happen to her, her friends, and especially Menma after the Ignis people measure their Aura Value.
"Kotone-san. I'm here, don't be afraid."
Said Asuna as she grab Kotone's hand. But Kotone can feel that Asuna's hand is trembling. Under her calm face, she must be also worried and scared just like Kotone.
"Asuna-Chan...,"
"You, come here!"
The first one that the soldier call is a male student named Urabe Hanji, who's also the captain of the school's football team. When Urabe stood on the round board, the man who was checking something in front of the machine shouted.
"Aura value 12,000! His aura value is twelve thousand!"
"It's an INNOVATOR! Someone passed 10K!"
As he said this, the people around him began to rustle
"And this just the first one too. Maybe we finally got some high-quality product!"
"Maybe we'll get a double Innovator for the first time in a while."
"So a 10K Aura value is rather high huh...," Menma tough. "Then a Double Innovator is someone with an Aura value of over 20K. Judging by their reaction, I guess it's something very rare."
Urabe is moved to the next room and the next person on the round board is the gloomy male student named Hidetoshi Gariben. He's someone that doesn't stand out much in class.
"Ugh, it's the smelly Gariben. I bet he has the lowest value in our class," Tohma said.
"I will kill myself if I was lower than Gariben," Saotome added.
But Gariben's numbers shut the mouths of those who were talking behind his back.
"And…, 29,000! He is no doubt, a Double Innovator!"
"Amazing! He's so close to being a Triple Innovator!"
"To think we already got two Innovators. We might've hit the jackpot this time!"
"What the hell?" Tohma's mouth widened in shock.
"...No way..., there is no way that would be true..." Saotome was also shocked.
Gariben looked at Saotome with an angry expression.
"EEK!" Saotome turns her face away.
"Next!"
"I'm next!" Tohma grins,
"Good luck, Tohma!" Saotome cheers.
"Heh, just wait. I will have Mana value that reaches over 90000!"
"It's 3300,"
"Huh?" Tohma's Mana value measurement is already over.
"3300."
"Huh!?"
"Just go!"
"Hah! It's under 9000!" laugh can be heard from Hidemitsu's mouth.
"Shut up you shithead!"
After that, several students after Tohru only have Mana value under 10,000 with the exception of Saotome (15,000), and Hidemitsu (20,500).
"Hahaha! Adventures and Harem, here I come!" Hidemitsu shouts making all of the female students keep their distance from him.
"I can't believe I lose to Saotome and that nerd...," Tohma said as he sat languidly on the floor.
"There it is! Triple Innovator! 37,000 is the highest number in years!"
Everyone turns their sight to Nanamine Toru who has an Aura value of more than 3K. The soldiers and the two examiners were cheering at Toru like it was a festival.
The students with the exception of Menma also become loud as they didn't expect Toru will have Aura Value that was bigger than theirs.
"Good for you, Toru," Menma said.
Toru who was shocked at first let a huge grin appear on his mouth. But the smile didn't last long.
"Fo- 48,000! We got 48,000!"
"We got our first COORDINATOR in decades!"
"I can't believe it! Triple Innovator is already good, but we also got Coordinator!?"
"Wait! The next person is also a Coordinator! She has 50,000 Aura Value!"
"50,000!?"
"What? 50k!? Are you sure!?"
"We got ourselves two Coordinators!?"
Instantly almost everyone seemed to forget Toru when Asuna (48,000) and Kotone (50,000) got better Aura Values than him.
"I knew it, both of them are special after all," Menma thought.
Asuna and Kotone feel uncomfortable with all the cheers and applause from the soldiers and the examiners. But when they saw Menma smiling and waving at them, their discomfort has lessened a bit as they wave back at Menma.
All of the students are amazed at Kotone and Asuna's Aura value with the exception of Toma. His surprised expression slowly turns to anger and envy.
Then after that is Shizune's turn.
"32,500! We got another triple innovator!"
But hearing that doesn't make Shizune happy at all. All in her mind right now is to find a way to bring her students back to Earth.
"You, come here."
"Finally it's my turn," Menma walks to the measurement machine. "All of this makes me more curious about my Aura value."
"Eh..., 2...?"
"Two?" Shizune and all of her students are now looking at Menma.
"What?" Menma looked at the examiner.
"Hey, there is no mistake right?" one of the soldiers asks the examiner.
"This machine is new, there is no way it broke," the examiner said, "You, get off for a second," Menma got off from the round board as the examiners check the machine again. "The machine is working just fine."
"Then try it again," said the soldier
They try to measure Menma's Aura value again.
"Wait a minute, didn't the needle just go around?"
"Come on, this machine is the latest and greatest, it can measure up to 100,000, it's not going to go around."
"If that's the case then, his Aura value is really just two."
Menma is shocked by the results, "Just... two?"
"This is the first time we got someone that has a value lower than 100. Well, I guess even earthlings have garbage like this once in a while."
At first the students are quiet, but then a cackle slowly can be heard.
"Hahaha! No way! So he's just trash?" Tohma can't stop laughing.
"Wow, that's like, very lame you know?" Saotome added.
"At least your dream to be the first is achieved, hahaha!" Hidemitsu shouts followed by laughter from the other students, the soldiers, and the examiners. Even Toru is also laughing at Menma.
The person who are not laughing is only Kotone, Asuna, and Shizune. Instead, they were very angry and sad.
"Everyone, stop!" Shizune shouts. "Think about Menma's feeling!"
"I think right now he feels like a garbage," Said Gariben followed by laughter again from the other said.
Kotone grit her teeth in anger. "You better shut your mouth!"
"Or what?" Garibem shows a nasty smirk.
*SLAPS!*
But before Kotone manages to punch Gariben, Asuna precedes her with powerful slaps that make Gariben falls to the ground.
"Y-You slap me!? Even my father never slap me!"
"I will never tolerate someone who makes fun of Namikaze-san!" Asuna said with anger expression that her classmates had never seen before.
"Why you bitch!"
"Stop right there!" But before Gariben is able to attack back, the soldiers point their swords at Gariben. "Don't touch the Coordinators, they're highly valuable."
"What the-, but she slaps me, a double Innovator!"
"Yeah, but it's still much lower than the Coordinators."
At first, Gariben is angered by the soldier's statement, but then the anger turns into an evil smirk. "Huh, at least it's still better than two-bit garbage right there."
"WHAT DID YOU SAY!?" Kotone can't handle her fury anymore.
"Kotone!"
But before Kotone manages to punch Gariben, Menma calls her name to stop her.
"Menma?"
"Kotone, stop it."
"But he-"
"It's okay," Menma got off the machine. "Thank you Kotone, Asuna, Shizune-chan. Being angry for me is the support that I really need right now."
"Menma..."Kotone put her hand down.
Menma then walks toward Gariben, who's now guarded by the soldier. "I don't really care what all of you said about me. But the way you taunting Kotone, Asuna, and Shizune-sensei makes me really want to punch you in your perfect teeth right now."
"Hiii!"Gariben is terrified by Menma's devil-like expression. All of the people in the measuring room also get goosebumps.
But before Menma can do anything to Gariben, the soldiers block Menma's way and point their swords toward him.
"But for me who only has two Aura values, touching an Innovator is considered a crime right?"
"...Yes," Even with goosebumps, the soldiers still manage to maintain their posture.
"Okay then," Suddenly the pressure and the goosebumps disappeared.
After the awkward silence for several minutes, one of the soldiers finally said something. "With the exception of the two aura guy, follow me. Your purchasers are waiting."
"W-What about Menma?" Shizune asks.
"Nobody wants to buy a man with only two mana values. Luckily the Gear digging sites on Land of Luft needs labor and he's really fit with the other slaves on there."
Kotone, Asuna, and Shizune widened their eyes in surprise, "Slave!?"
"The only useful thing that people like him can do is become a forced labor after all."
"No, Menma/ Namikaze-Kun!" Both Kotone and Asuna shout as the soldiers block their way to approach him.
"I won't go anywhere without him!" Shizune said to one of the soldiers.
"Miss, please don't make it difficult for us."
"Don't worry everyone, I will be alright," Menma tries to calm them. "I promise that we will meet again soon."
"Menma..., Menma...," Tears slowly fall from Kotone's eyes. She doesn't want to separate from the person she loves again. "MENMA, I LOVE YOU!"
The sudden confession makes Asuna, Shizune, and even Menma surprised.
"Kotone-san, you also..." Asuna thought.
Menma is stunned for a moment, then his expression turns into a sad smile. "I know."
"Miss, please don't resist," One of the soldiers said as they push Kotone, Asuna, and Shizune out of the door.
"No! NO!, MENMA! MENMA!"
"NAMIKAZE-KUN!"
"Let me go! My student is still right there!"
As the door closed, the last thing they saw is Menma with his usual foxy smirk.

The Gear digging site in Land of Luft.
Unbeknownst to the foreman and the laborers on that site, there is a cave that is buried more than a hundred meters below the ground.
In the cave, a giant black-colored Golem with a gold star-shaped chest plate is sitting on the stone that resembles a throne for a king.
It's like it waiting for something or someone to come and find him.
Suddenly the Golem's eyes are shining in bright red.
"Finally..., a worthy master is arriving..."

Instead of Naruto, I'm using Menma in this story to differentiate it from my other story. Shizune is never revealed her family name so I use her uncle's name Dan Kato who's also Tsunade's dead boyfriend.
Kotone Shiomi is the name of Persona 3 Portable's female protagonist in the stage play.
Asuna Yuuki is from Sword Art Online.
Tohma Yuuki (I make him Asuna's cousin in this story because they share the same family name) and Saotome Haruna are from the horror RPG game Misao.
Toru Nanamine and Hidemitsu Ishizawa are the antagonists of Bakuman.
Vermol is a character from I Was Sold at The Lowest Price light novel.
