Angella collapsed to the ground as I ran to her side, "Deven, go get dad!" I demanded. Deven nodded then ran to my fathers room. My father then ran to me and kneeled down to Angella. Then she suddenly woke up,
"Thugs, jumping, running, black." She said in one breath.
"Why are you here?" I asked.
"Thugs, at my house tried to get me… I didn't have anywhere else to go." Angella explained.
"Ok, Well I'll call your mother she'll come and pick you up." My father told Angella. She slightly nodded and then got up.
"Are you ok?" I asked her.
"Ya, why do you care?" She asked.
"Well you just ran like 3 miles then fainted." I explained.
"Whatever." Angella said, back to her normal self.
After 5 minutes we went to the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water, waiting for Angella's mom to arrive.
"Ok know that I have both of you here I want to tell you guys something." My father managed, grabbing a apple from the fridge.
"What?" I asked, a bit annoyed.
"Well, Kate, Angella's mom and I are… Dating." He explained.
"I know." Angella whispered.
"Wait, is this why you called it quits with Senirey?" I asked, a little more serious then surprised.
"Uh oh… Senirey…" My father mumbled, "I'll call her now." He took the phone and then walked into the living room.
"So… Are parents are dating." I chuckled.
"Ya, but it doesn't mean we're sisters! I bet this relationship wont last a week, tops." She mumbled.
"Well your mom is here." I said looking out the window.
"Good." Was the last thing Angella said before stepping outside.
Later that night I thought about when she said, 'It doesn't mean we're sisters.' It just kind of… Shocked my veins almost as if thoughs words where to mean something.
Its been one week since Angella came to my house, my father has been on a date with her mom for everyday of the week sometimes they'd go out for lunch then meet later for dinner. But Senirey didn't take the news to well, she came by the other day to get her stuff, she quitted her job of being a maid for us and told my father she was keeping the ring… As long as that demon isn't roaming in my house im cool with it.
On Wednesday my father came home with a huge smile on his face, about as big as the one he had when he announced about him and Senirey.
"Whats up dad?" I asked him.
"Um, can you get Deven?" He asked, a bit serious.
"Sure…" I murmured and then ran up stairs to Deven's room, "Deven come on, Dad wants to talk to us." He immediately set down his X box controller and ran down stairs. Once we where both their my father told us the news…
"Kids… Angella's mother and I… Are getting married."
