The man in the moon seeing what was happening sent moon beams out to all the guardians. As soon as they received the moonbeams' messages each raced to the pole. North and company dropped what they were doing and ready a room for the arival of Nixie. As he raced across the sky holding Nixie who was burning up with every passing moment. Nightlight kept looking at her and thought a silent praire that they'd make it in time. He took one more glance at her and speed up. Angle raced along her legs starting to burn but speed up as well when she saw Nightlight do the same. ( Almost there, Almost there!) Nightlight chanted to himself. ( It was such a bad idea! why in the world did i try something as dangerous as that! The nightmare king does it. Stupid! everything he does is to hurt people!) Angle's voice snapped him out of his mental argument.
" We're almost there. I can see north's work shop." He looked up and sure enough there it was and getting closer. His smile spread across his face ,but then faded. one word folded his mind something he had not thought of.( Pitch, oh no what if he's there? he'll kill me.) Hearing Nixie moan he looked down and shook his head ( forget about Pitch just get her help!) A poun a rival not one of them slowed down. North's yeti opened the doors as soon as they were in North directed them straight to the waiting room. Nightlight carefully laid Nixie down Once she was out of his arms North whisked Nightlight down the hall and into another room to rest." I will talk to you later." North said shutting the door behind him.( he was too calm , he's mad.)
Nightlight thought lowering his head.
North came back in the room were Angle sat by Nixie's side. " How is she?" Angle turned to him " Not good and she's just getting worse." "What happened" Angel told him everything. After her story North stroked his long white bread. " That boy, what is in his mind?" He got up and started to walk out. " Can you help her?" He turned back to Angle " I will do my best" with that he left the room as he walked by he sent phil one of his right hand yeti off to inform Pitch that Nixie has been found and to send him to the library. North made his way to his library looking through some books anything that could help.
When the door opened. He turned ready to face pitch but found the other guardians instead. Bunny spoke first " where-" North cut him off " second room on left." and Off Bunny went. Tooth fluttered over " How is she?" " Not god, not good ass well."
He told the other guardians what had happened." But we will deal with him later. Right now help me with looking at thees books.
Bunny ran in almost tripping over his two feet. " Angie , You alright?" She looked up at him .You could tell she was drained. Her hair was all messy, her cheeks red from running, her eyes looked so heavy and ready to close.
Bunny walked over to her and took a seat besides her on the floor." Bunny! " Angle smashed her face in his chest and began to cry. Bunny held her as close as he could with out smothering her with his fur.
They said like that till Angle fell asleep.
North and the others were all busy reading and surching for anything that could help. They did not notice as the shadows began to stir. That is untill the room went dark " Pitch, alright all of you out i need to talk to him alone."
They dropped what they were doing and left the room shutting the door behind them. "Pitch come on out now, we need to talk"
Pitch a merged from the darkness the look on his face made North take a step back " where is she!?" The note in Pitch's voice made North second guess his dession on being along with an emotionally disturbed boogeyman. But North steeled him self.
"Come have seat." Pitch sat and North took a deep breath. and ageist all warning bells told Pitch what had happened. He greatly underestimated Pitch's reaction.
