Chapter- Crazy

Okay, I'm slightly ashamed of the next few seconds of my life.

"What the fuck," I screamed out loud," A nuke? Are you kidding me," I commed,"Why the hell would they send a NUKE in! Out of all their plans that was the BEST!"

"Wolf Guard,"Captain commed me a little peeved,"Stand down!"

"No I will not stand down," I snapped at him,"I know they can hear me! Listen to me you idiotic assholes! Sending a nuke into Manhattan!? This is one of the most populated places in the US! Your own MEN are in here!"

Tony chuckled into the link,"Relax Wolf Guard I got it covered."

"Oh hell no Stark! I KNOW what you are planning! Don't you even think about it!"

"Sorry Wolfy! But this is what I have to do. I'm laying on the wire for you guys."

I felt tears welling up in my eyes,"Fine. Just promise that I'll see you soon."

Tony's voice was smiling as he replied,"I promise!"

I watched as Tony flew into the city, with the nuke on his back. TheIron Man suit started going up, toward the portal. Then I watched as Tony disappeared into it. I held my breath and watched the streets for a reaction.

A few minutes later, all of the Chitauri and thier worms kneeled over and began to shake, then they all just fell over dead. Even the worms - which crashed into buildings.

I prayed and hoped glancing up at the sky, the scepter still in my hand as I waited to jam it in and then pull it out of the portal generator,"Come on... Where are you.."

Black Widow scanned the skies as well," Come on Stark!"

Thor and Cap and the others on the ground near them saw the supernova coming towards them. Thor nodded to Cap.

"Close it," Steve ordered. I felt tears start to well up again as I did what I was told.

"I'm sorry Tony..."

I glanced up as the portal collapsed in on itself... Hold on a minute! Was that... Someone was falling,"TONY," I screamed, Háti appeared with Silver to take me down to the ground and I climbed aboard.

"Son of a gun," Cap said smiling. Tasha cheered and gave Cap a quick hug.

Haley looked up frowning," Hey guys..."

"He's not slowing down," Thor muttered as he began to swing Mjolnir around. Just before Thor flies up...

I watched in horror as Tony kept falling,"We need to catch him!"

Háti was on full-throttle, as Tony kept falling, I spotted a green shep that rammed into Tony and then a building. Háti pulled up, at first in shock but then landed on the ground as Hulk did. Anxioutey was a big knot in my stomach as Hulk threw Tony off him and Kat jumped off his back. Thor and Cap ran over to him and Thor ripped off Tony's helmet. I stifled a sob Tony's arch reactor wasn't glowing nor was he breathing, he was dead! Kat ran up to me and Sammy and I held onto each other to stop from crying.

Hulk let out a mighty roar that had me grabbing my ears and Háti and Sköll- who had just landed with Hawk-eye- howling in surprise and slight pain.

" What the hell," Tony gasped awake," What just happened? Please tell me nobody kissed me?"

"We won," Steve sighed in relief. I had to agree. I was glad it was over. I put my arms around Sammy and Kat's shoulders.

"Alright," Tony let out a breath- really? tony kept joking even fter a near death experiance. actually that wasnt surprising,"Hey. Alright. Good job, guys. Let's just not come in tomorrow. Let's just take a day. Have you ever tried shawarma? There's a shawarma joint about two blocks from here. I don't know what it is, but I wanna try it."

"We're not finished yet," damn it Thor! You just had to remind us!

Tony sighed,"And then shawarma after," Tony seemed really hooked on this shawarma. God, I love Tony! You know like a brother! At least he wanted to make things. Little light right after we all had gone through hell.

I wiped the tears from my eyes,"Yes Tony, then we can get Shawarma."

Slowly, one by one that others appeared, as Steve helped Tony up. I sat on the ground exhausted,"Hey..." I turned to Kat as she walked slowly up to me with Diana and Haley,"What say is it?"

"It's the fourteenth," Diana told me, plopping down next to me,"Why?"

Kat and I exchanged looks,"Happy Birthday sis," we said happily at the same time before we all started laughing.

The others headed over,"What's up," Natasha asked?

Haley pointed to both my sister and I,"It's their birthday!"

"Well I'll be damned," Tony chirped cheekily,"Happy Birthday you two! Shawarma on me for the Birthday girls!"

Tasha sighed,"Definitely. We just gottta finish up."

Loki crawled onto the stair, looking like a shit in all honesty. What the hell did Kat and the Hulk do? He took a few breather, senses that we all are behind him. He turned to find us all looking at him- Háti and Sköll growled along with the Hulk and Hawk-eye had an arrow trained on him. Loki knew when he was beat- even if it hurt my heart to see him like this.

" If it's all the same to you. I'll have that drink," Loki said, clearing his throat and looking mainly at Tony and I. I couldn't help but smirk as I glanced at Tony- who had a look of utter disbelief and respect mixed in one.
