Chapter 1 It's time to duel

I don't own Yugioh or Ever After High

In a city there was a young man that resembles Masamune Date from Sengoku Basara without the eye patch but he was wearing a white shirt with a blue jacket and black pants, called Ryu Kiryu.

Ryu was walking down the streets with a duel disk that resembles Yugo's from Arc-V, you see Ryu is a pro duelist of the game Duel Monsters, one of the most popular games of the world where there is schools for it to teach future duelists.

Ryu then stops and looks at the sun with a big smile, he puts a hand over his eyes and said:"Man, I just wish I could have some kind of excitement."

"Kuri."he then sees a spirit version fo Rainbow Kuriboh appear next to him.

"I know Kuriboh, but we gotta keep going."Ryu said.

Another thing about Ryu he's one of few special people that can see duel spirits, the cards used in he game are alive and he's one of the few that knows it with him being able to see them and they trust him as they're ally.

"Well let's go."Ryu said but then a flash of light appears sending him away.

Ryu got confused and he saw he was inside a temple, then he noticed that his Kuriboh was solid."What the?"

He then sees many duel monsters go up to him and Key Mace aproaches him."Ryu we have called you."

"Okay, for what reason?"he asked.

"You see a world is about to be attacked by a old enemy of all duel monsters, so we need someone to fight him, since in that world there is no duelists."she said surprising him."So we ask for your help to help this world and show them the power of a duelist, will you help us?."

He smirks and said:"What are you talking about, of course I will!"that made them happy."So send me there and I'll show these newbies how a true duelist does it."

"Thank you."She then uses her key to summon a trunk and he opens it to show many different duel disks."You'll need them when you go there, once you find someone worthy we'll pick what they're deck will be."

"Alright."Ryu then sees a portal."Here we go!"he charges in with Kuriboh following him.

The other world

Ever After, a wonderful world where many of it's students attend Ever After High, but one thing about it is the Headmaster wants his students to follow they're destinies no matter what, so there are two groups being the Royals who want to follow they're destinies and get they're happily ever afters and theres the Rebels who don't want to follow they're destines but make they're own endings.

At Wonderland Haberdashery & Tea Shoppe there was the owner the Mad Hatter and his daughter Maddie.

"Are you sure we should get another employ?"Maddie asked.

"Of course, we've gotten so much costumers lately."he said.

"But who would want to work here?"she asked.

Then a portal opened and Ryu came out of it and lands on his feet in a dramatic pose."Cool."he then notices the two owners."Oh sorry."he then got an idea."I come in peace."he does the spock sign.

Hatter smiled and said:"Your hired!"he puts a name tag on him.

"What the?"Ryu got confused.

"Oh you see, daddy wanted to find a new server so when you came in through that magic portal he thought you'd be perfect."Maddie said.

"Oh I get it, well I guess this will work."Ryu said and Rainbow Kuriboh goes to his side."Oh hey Kuriboh."then he noticed he was still solid."What, how are you still real?!"

"Wowy, he's so cute."Maddie said.

"Well son how about we explain to you about this place while you go next."Mad Hatter said and Ryu nodded sitting at a chair.

Book End

Raven Queen the daughter of the Evil Queen was walking alone, she is a rebel that want's to write her own destiny but everyone else that doesn't know her only think she'll be like her mother even running away from her, she was always sad since she barely has any real friends outside of a few.

"Why can't they just see I'm not like my mother."Raven said.

She was being watched by a figure in the woods, it then growls before going foward.

At Tea Shoppe

"I see, so this is a world full of fairy tales."Ryu said with a hand on his chin.

"Yes, it's hattastic."Maddie said.

"So Ryu, is your world fun too, like is there monsters or even giant robots?"Mad Hatter asked.

"Well it is fun, there we have one of the greatest games of all time Duel Monsters!"Ryu said.

"Really, how fun is it?"Maddie asked.

"So much fun, many duelists, the players of the game, make they're own decks to improve on how good they are, compete against each other to show they're skills, to become the best and haven fun while doing it."Ryu said making them excited."We even have schools for the game."

"Wowy, schools just to play."Maddie said.

"Of course, it was made by one of the greatest duelists in the past, he made it happen to let the next generation be even better."Ryu said.

"But what about that little guy?"Mad Hatter points at Kuriboh.

"Oh that's Kuriboh, you see I'm one of the few special people in my world that can see Duel Spirits, the cards we have are alive and not many duelists know that, but people like me can see them and they become my greatest allies, they even have a entire world where they live."Ryu said.

"Do the monsters get hurt?"Maddie asked.

"Not really, many of them feel only pain when it's like a shadow duel, but those things haven't been around for a long time."Ryu said."But even then the duelists themselves would feel the pain too."

"I see very dangerous dark magic."Mad Hatter said.

"Got that right, but I have been sent here to find a danger going to happen here."Ryu said.

They then heard a scream making Ryu go outside, he then sees a Orichalcos Soldier attacking the Book End while holding Raven with one arm as she tries to break free."Let me go!"

"Raven!"Maddie saw that her friend was in danger.

He then punches the buildings while many people run away.

"What is this monster?"

"Don't worry Daring will save us!"

Ryu then runs foward activating his duel disk making the blade come out and he then slashes the Soldier making ti grunt letting Ravem go, he then jumps up and grabs her bridal style and lands on the ground.

She opens her eyes to see him smiling and she blushes."Who are you?"

"I am Ryu."he then puts her down."Now if you excuse me I have a day to save."

"Your going to fight that thing?"Raven asked.

"Of course, I'm the man for this job, so you big monster, here we go."He then goes foward raising his duel disk while taking out five cards."Let's Duel!"

Orichalcos Soldier saw it and activated his own and raises his arm up summoning a seal from the sky.

"Wait a minute?"Ryu narrows his eyes and it goes down seperating the two from the others, then it forms the seal."The Seal of Orichalcos, I see, so this is the danger."He crosses his arms with a smile.

"He's not scared."Raven was surprised.

Then one of the slots of the Solider's duel disk glowed before Orichalcos Gigas appeared before the power of the seal makes it stronger. 400 atk - 900 atk.

It roars before charging at Ryu who was still smirking, he then jumps back and said."My turn, draw."he draws a card."Now I summon Six Samurai Zanji!"he puts the card on his duel disk before Zanji appears spinning his weapon before striking a pose. 1800 atk.

"What the hex."Raven got surprised.

"Wow."Maddie goes next to her."So that's how they play."

"What?"Raven got confused.

"Zanji, attack his monster."Ryu points at it making Zanji charge at it slashing the beast making it destroyed.

Orichalcos Soldier 3100 LP

But then Gigas came back and got stronger. 1400 atk.

"Oh, so I see, your monster comes back each time it gets defeated, well then."he then inserts two face downs."I play two face downs and end my turn."

Soldier then roars playing another card and then came Wicked Worm beast and it got the power up too. 1400 atk - 1900 atk.

He then plays a spell that shot a red lightning at his monster.

"I activate a trap card Musakani Magatama."Ryu's trap came up."Now I can negate the your spells effect."then the lightning stopped making the Soldier angry.

Wicked Work attacked Zanji destroying him

Ryu 3900 LP

Then Gigas charges at him.

"Second trap card, Defense draw."A barrier appears stopping the attack."Now I can negate the damage and draw a card."he draws a new card.

"Now my turn."Ryu draws again and looks at his hand with a big smile."I summon Legendary Six Samurai - Kageki!"then Kageki appears with his swords. 200 Atk.

"Now his effect allows me to summon another Six Samurai to my field, like Kagemusha of the Six Samurai."Kagemusha then appears. 400 atk.

"Now I tune level 3 Kageki with level 2 Kagemusha for a Synchro summon."both monsters jumped to the sky with Kagemusha turning into two rings before they went to Kageki turning him into three stars.

"What this?"Raven was amazed.

"Wow, so pretty."Maddie said.

"Mighty samurai of the past, hear my call, show them the power of a Shogun and the might of a legend, Synchro summon, appear level 5 Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En!"then Shi En appears from the light raising his sword up. 2500 atk.

"Then I play fusion sword Murasame blade."Then Shi En's sword changed while he gives out a battle cry. 3300 atk.

"Now Shi En attack Wicked Worm beast."Shi En charges at the worm slicing it in half before it vanishes.

Soldier 1700 LP

"I end my turn."Ryu said.

The Soldier then roars and activates another spell.

"Shi En's effect."it then destroys the spell."Nice try but he can negate it."

Soldier then plays another card being a face down.

"Wait when did he play that?"Ryu said then he remembers when he summoned the Worm a card behind it appeared.

He then saw it was Spirit Barrier, then Gigas attacks Shi En but Shi En destroys it, then Gigas came back. 1900 atk.

Then it tries again surprising Ryu and it came back. 2400 atk.

"It's destroying his own monster so it can surpass Shi En."Ryu said surprising the girls.

Gigas got destroyed again and came back. 2900 atk.

Then Gigas attacked and came back once more. 3400 atk.

"Oh no!"Ryu said.

Gigas then punched Shi En destroying him.

Ryu 3800 LP

Soldier plays two face downs.

"My turn draw."Ryu draws a card but then he saw Soldier play the face down revealing Ring of destruction and ring of defense shocking him, it attaches to Gigas before it blows up sending Ryu away and he crashes to the barrier before failing down

Ryu 400 LP

"Ryu are you okay?"Maddie asked worried about him.

He got up and rubs his cheek."I'll live."

Then Gigas came back. 3900 atk.

"Now this is fun and all but I'm going to finish it."He then takes out a card."I play pot of greed, this allows me to draw two cards."he draws two cards."Now I play Gateway of the Six."then a temple appears behind him."Now I set a face down and plays card of demise, this allows me to draw until I have five cards in my hand."He then takes out card."I play monster reborn, to bring out Zanji."then Zanji came back."Then I play Asceticism of the Six Samurai, with this I can now summon a monster that has the same attack as Zanji so come out Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan!"Kizan then appeared. 1800 atk.

"Now with the two monsters my gate gains two counters for each."The portal then glows with four orbs."Now I use the second effect to add a six samurai from my deck to my hand, like Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho."He adds the card."Then I summon her."Mizuho appeared. 1600 atk.

"Now that Mizuho is here I can now summon Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai!"Then Shinai appeared at the side of his field. 1500 atk.

"Now I fuse Zanji, Kizan and Muzuho together."Then three monsters jumped to the sky."Secret Ninja of the Samurai, I call upon you to help me defeat my foe to show them your skills."the three merged in a vortex."Appear now, level 5 Secret Six Samurai - Rihan."Rihan then appears at his field. 2400 atk.

"Now Kizan's effect, I can banish Shinai to also banish Gigas!"Ryu said.

Kizan then did a few hand signs before Shinai turns into energy tackling Gigas making them both vanish."Now Kizan, finish this duel."Kizan then charges at the Solider slashing at it making his life points drop to zero.

Soldier then vanishes along with the seal and Ryu smirks.

"Wowy."Maddie goes up to him."That was so cool Ryu, I want a deck too."

"Well later."Ryu looks at Raven and asked:"So what's your name?"

She blinks and said:"Oh I'm Raven Queen."

"Who is also my bestie."Maddie said.

"How did you do that, summoning those knights."Raven said.

"Samurais, no knights."Ryu said irritated.

"Oh sorry, well how did you do it?"Raven asked.

"How about I explain to you somewhere else."Ryu said putting a hand on her shoulder making her surprised."Come on."he then walks with them back to the tea shoppe.

Now everyone in Ever After are wondering what happened to the Soldier since they didn't see the fight except for Maddie and Raven because they got too afraid, but they will soon know about the greatest duelist that will become the King of games.

Note:This is a story I was thinking with a friend to make, Ryu is using a Six Samurai deck and unlike some other stories the Ever After characters do not know what Duel Monsters is, at all, my OC is the only one that knows in that world since he's from the world of Yugioh, now many of the characters will get a deck of they're own since Ryu is there to teach them how to duel, I have some ideas but if you want to add then go ahead, the rules of the game is Master Rule 5 with the pendulums being free.
