Marco at a Crossroads

(Author's Notes: Hey everyone! How are you all doing? Me… sigh, I have seen better days but getting back on my feet thanks to a lot of prayer and talking with God.
Before I do or say anything else, I want to give praise and thanks to the Lord! God, thank you for being there for me, the family, my friends and also those out there in the world now Lord that need you so much. Said world has gotten more mixed-up and crazy than ever before, and we need you now more than ever before, Jesus!
I ask you God to give us the fire, strength, courage, conviction, wisdom, insight and Truth that comes from you in order to combat the many toxic and wrong ways that are spreading & infecting many much worse than any kind of virus out there. Help us to stand firm with you Jesus, and to help the people to get out from the lies and illusions cast upon the people by the Enemy and his agents!
I will continue to pray and look to you Jesus for guidance, strength, wisdom, truth, endurance and patience. I will continue to do my best for you Lord.
Sigh… the world has truly gone crazy, but I thank the Lord I am not part of the toxic problem. But I am very sad and disappointed with Disney right now. Their recent actions & animated releases have really hurt me deeply, as I feel that Disney is truly no longer the company I knew and grew up with as a kid. Same goes for Marvel, DC and other media companies that have sadly started to change some characters in ways that really make me disappointed in them.
I will be sticking with the classic films & TV series of Disney that I saw as a kid, the real-deal, tried & true kind that sadly is not present in any of the modern day features. I put up more in my Profile, if any of you wish to read it to see where I stand & also what I wish for Disney to do in the future.
I will be seeing this story series through to the end, as I had promised you. So expect this to be a three-part series in which I hope it surpasses the cannon series. I am sad that I had only gotten three reviews from my previous chapter, but that is okay. I will continue on regardless. I made a dedication to this series, going to stick with it.
I wish to do this again for my Tia Pamela Espurova-Allen. She is working with police and other official groups to locate and bring home a missing girl that is part of a family she works with & has befriended. Her name is Lina Khil, a little girl that was taken on December 20th, 2021. The search is still on for her, but so far… no luck.
Her information is this: She is three years old, hair brown, eyes brown, race Afghan, weight 55 lbs. & height 4'0. If any can help to locate and find her, please do so and notify the proper authorities. Hoping and praying still that she is found.
And as a reminder to all, it is this. The story takes place after the episode Lava Lake Beach in the cannon series, but everything else after the episode is ignored with a couple of noticeable exceptions. The series had much potential and promise… but it started to decline greatly during Season Two, and more so in my view.
To let you all know just in case, this story LOOKS to be a Marco/Harem story… but it is not. It is more along the lines of a classic anime series I used to watch as a kid called Tenchi Muyo, where Marco will choose ONE of the ladies at the end of the series. So while many women will be by his side, trying to gain his affection and attention… only ONE will be chosen at the end.
I state this again- I cannot please everyone, nor do I ever wish to do so. I believe in the words of my pastor Rick Godwin from Summit Christian Center at San Antonio and it is this: If you try to please everyone, you lose yourself entirely. So while others may not be pleased at this, it is what it is. My aim is not to please all, but to write a worthwhile story. No more, no less.
So again, just to be sure I am clear… trust in what I do. I may not be a total expert with the Star Vs. series, but I will do my best with what I know and pick up along the way. In addition, I have been seeing a lot of old cartoon & live-action series that I have on VHS & DVD, still working in fine condition. They consist of both Disney & non-Disney series, and thus I have enjoyed & learned much from them to put in here. So this story will also have educational purposes, similar to shows that combined education with entertainment in the 1980s and 1990s.
The action will also take place mostly on Earth, with some taking place in Mewni. The dimension where time is greatly accelerated, Hekapoo's home, will only be shown a minor number of times. After seeing the Diaz's losing their two kids once more to rapid growing up to them not being part of their lives… I will not have anything like that here. I believe that parents should see their kids grow, help them grow and become good adults in the process. So Mariposa nor Marco will return to Hekapoo's home realm.
There will be NO kind of characters or reference to slash or femme-slash of any kind. There will also be no trans characters or notions in this story series, nor in any of my other stories. See my Profile bio to see where I firmly stand in and at. In this I am VERY serious about!
So while this is a Marco/Multiple Girls story, there will be NO kind of slash or femme-slash actions, characters or references here at all. I believe that I can bring forth the true and real potential of Jackie and the other ladies here, more so than what was done to them in the series.
And that is my stance on this story, and all others I have made and will make in the future. And again, this story will feature Christian elements and faith! And that I am not sorry at all for!
Also, will be giving my OC names from the website 20000-NAMES, as I have done in my previous stories. Each name is linked to a different nation, and has a different meaning. I should have done this in the first place, but doing so now for the rest of the story. To give credit where it is due. Ratatusk the Mole man, Silka the Giant Spider, King Khan & Queen Seres belong to Author Darkness Rissing, and the Destroian characters belong to Author LORD DESTYRUK. If I have missed something that belongs to someone, please let me know so that I can rectify notes here and give the person the credit for the character, as it is their right.
I also hope that Authors AdvancedAnunnaki and dragun95 likes how I put him or her in here like so.
Dr. Sky Exten and Nurse Delma belong to Author SKYx10, the Author who has made some impressive Star Vs. stories himself & is what inspired me to write my own story connected to the TV series.

The scene opens to where it is nighttime, the stars in the heavens twinkling like diamonds in the sky. The camera zooms out to show the entirety of Butterfly Castle, showcasing it for a few moments before zooming in and going through a window to see Star Butterfly in her regal outfit. And on her left was Thomas Lucitor & on her right was her floating BFF Princess Lilacia Ponyhead, both decked out in their best. All three are smiling and laughing, the two humanoids having a glass of punch in their right hands while the floating bodiless unicorn is using her magic to float a cup of punch near her being. In the background are various knights and squires, who all seem to be enjoying a party.
The camera pans and showcases the various beings inside of it for several moments before the scene quickly transitions to outside. And now the camera shows a thick forest & a lake that is a fair distance from the castle, and a being in a familiar red hoodie jacket that is standing near the waters and looking down at it. The camera changes and zooms in to show the face of the person in the water's reflection. It shows the face of a downtrodden Marco Diaz, nineteen years of age and living in the kingdom of Mewni for about three years.
The water's surface ripple and shift, changing from showing his sad face to his memories now. The audience sees what has occurred to Marco in the past, mainly his humiliation and put downs from certain characters from the show during certain series. After showcasing many scenes, water ripples once more… but instead of showing the face of Marco like before, it now showcases the moon in the sky.
The camera changes to show Marco now standing up straight, who looks directly at the camera for a moment before looking upward. The camera shifts upward to show to all the yellow-colored moon… which changes quickly to red, indicating that it was now the Blood Moon! A beam of concentrated moonlight fires from the moon, the camera changing once again to show the crimson light hitting the spot in front of Marco. A moment later, the light twists and shifts until it shows a woman in her early 20's in Roman Empire garb plus helmet. In her left hand was a spear, on the right was a circular bronze shield that had the image of the moon etched within it. The parts of her skin that was showing was fair and silky smooth, plus a figure that was quite alluring & pleasing to the eyes.
The camera got a close up of the being as she took off her helmet, showing full brown hair and crimson-colored eyes. It was Luna the Roman goddess of the moon itself!
The camera zoomed out a little to show the goddess looking at Marco, sadness and weariness shown on her features. She lifted her spear, gesturing to the moon as the camera panned upwards a little towards the celestial object. A small flash of light appeared, and from the moon came forth a red thread! It was thick like branded rope, and it soon split in half. The camera changed to show the thread attaching itself to Star, though the young princess did not even realize it or see the object. The camera switched to show the thick thread going to Marco, attaching itself to where his heart was at. The camera also caught Marco's face, which showed a mixture of sadness and determination.
The camera than zoomed past Marco, going to some trees that revealed a shadowy silhouette. The figure moved slightly and light came up to reveal the figure to be Kelly the Amazonian, who had also grown up in three years to be a beautiful woman! A white line appears on the right side, changing so that three lines appear. Within each of the boxes appears a new being, who is revealed to also be hiding in the trees! The picture illuminates a little so that the viewer can see clearly the faces of the others. From left to right it is this; Kelly, Hekapoo, Eclipsa and Higgs. Other than Hekapoo, who looks unchanged, Eclipsa and Higgs show that they too have grown up some in the past three years. However, Eclipsa is shown to look more mature and alluring than just old.
The camera shows all four females, looks of concern on their faces as they witness the scene. The screen showcases them for a few moments before transiting back to Marco who nodded to Luna… who had a sad yet determined face on as she lifted her spear and severed the thread!
The thread is shown leaving Star, zipping back through the air and towards Marco! The camera showed the thread from him snapping from his heart area, but hovered just a couple of feet from his person. The other thread came quickly and slammed into it, soon expanding exponentially! The camera shows Luna taking some steps back.
The camera than showed for all to see a large, red-colored transculant bubble that was twenty feet in height with a large diameter! The camera pans to show Luna walking to and next to Marco, pointing towards the sphere.
The young man's face is shown as he sighs, than a look of determination is met. The camera changed to go behind him, showing to all the backside of him… than he rushes into the bubble, the camera following quickly after him!
The whole screen is light-red in color, and words in bold royal-blue color appear on the screen that shows this: MARCO AT A CROSSROADS. The words stay on for some moments before a flash of white light appears, spreading over and washing away everything on the screen.
The blank screen stays there for a moment, than changes to show a hospital room. The camera showcases the interior of the room, and also the occupant lying in a hospital bed wearing only a green hospital gown & covered in bandages all over. It goes in for a close up of the being's face, showing it to be Marco's as his eyes slowly open up.
The camera shifts to show his upper body and face as his upper-back area is elevated slightly. Marco looks to be gazing in the far distance at something, than another flash of light appears to change the entire scene once more.
The blank screen is almost instantly replaced, showcasing the neighborhood that the Diaz family lived in and that it is nighttime. It panned quickly to the left, now displaying for all to see the Diaz household. It stays for a moment or two to display the front side property of the home, than zooms towards the door as it seems to open by itself. The camera soon shows the interior of the home in the living room, the scene showing Angie Diaz & Rafael Diaz on the couch together & Jackie Lynn Thomas and Janna Ordonia in the kitchen as they were making some food.
The camera got a close up of the parents, as they were looking down at a large, thick brown rectangular book that had the words etched on the front cover Álbum de Rocortes Familiar. The camera shift upward a little from the parents, showing the upper-right corner and zooms in when a dimensional tear appears. Coming through the portal first is Hekapoo, followed by a bloody & cut up Marco Diaz on a bed of stars with Eclipsa, Higgs and Kelly.
The camera changes to show the faces of the horrified faces of the father and mother, who get off the couch and go to them. It shifts to the right to show the Jackie and Janna also in the same state, their facial features showing shock, worry and concern for Marco. The camera soon goes to hover directly over the body, showing said being while a ring was formed around him that consisted of the others. The camera than started to white out gradually as it zoomed towards the face of the young man, whose eyes were closed.
The screen is blank for a moment before it fades back to color and scenery, which shows an overhead shot of Marco as he is awake and in the hospital on the bed.
The camera focuses on him for a few moments before shifting quickly to a new scene. The scene now shows the inside of the Diaz residence, where inside in the living room was Marco's parents and little three-year-old sister Mariposa Diaz. All are wearing casual attire, Mariposa wearing a cute shirt/skirt combo as the white shirt has the Monsters and Magic insignia on it & the skirt is blue with pictures of the Toho monsters featured in said series. The family smile and waves to the camera in 4th wall breaking fashion.
The camera stays on them for some moments before shifting to another scene. Coming into view is an underwater area, deep sea-blue with some fishes swimming about plus two orcas in the background! One male, one female as the male one has the slightly longer dorsal fin. Bubbles come up from below, and coming into view is Jackie as she is wearing a modest yet alluring two-piece sea-green colored bikini. She smiles and waves to the camera before swimming upwards, bubbles following in her wake and soon filling the screen.
The camera shows the bubbles on the screen for a moment or two before they all pop quickly. The scene now shows all of space, the celestial heavens as many stars are shown along with the planet Saturn in the upper-right corner. From below the screen pops up Janna, who smirks and waves to everyone before she turns her back to the camera. She is wearing a new outfit; a white shirt with a blue design of the stars, with two certain stars that are quite famous as being the ones from Disney's animated classic Peter Pan, a dark blue skirt that has sparkles on it that shine like stars & also no beanie so her hair is shown as full & long that goes back her shoulders a little.
She seems to be looking around until she finds a star, reaching up and taking a star near the planet. The bright white diamond-like star is between her finger and thumb in her right hand, then turned back to the camera and flung the star at it like a shuriken! The star flew towards the camera and quickly replace everything with a white screen.
The white screen stayed for a moment before something occurred. A blue line of sort appeared, and the camera zoomed away to show a scene that featured a whiteboard, the kind used in classrooms. It also now showed Eclipsa, dressed as a modern-day schoolteacher in dark-purple clothes that showed off her impressive form. In her right hand was a blue washable marker, showing that it was she that made the line from earlier. Eclipsa was drawing the planet Earth, showing great detail in drawing the continents on it. She smiled to the camera, putting her hands together & bringing them apart to reveal a purple pointer that was created by her natural dark magic. She pointed towards Europe, where the camera zoomed in on the continent.
The scene changed to showcase the legendary Colosseum that was in Rome, Italy. The camera showed one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and rising up from the bottom was Higgs! She was dressed in a Roman centurion outfit, the costume looking very much detailed. In her left hand was a shield that bared the Monsters and Magic insignia, and in her right hand was a gladius sword. She smirked at the camera, pounded her sword on her shield three times before slashing at the camera.
The screen seemed to split in two, and a new scene was shown as a building that was similar in size & shape to Macy's Herald Square department store in New York City, New York was shown. It was red and white colored, and on the front of the store were the words in bright bold golden letters- HEKAPOO'S EARTH GOODS & LAW OFFICES. The camera zooms down to show that standing in front of one of the large double-doors was Hekapoo, wearing a business suit that was in her yellow and red colors & that showed off still her ample curves and form. Hekapoo winked and blew a kiss at the camera before she slightly turned and used her right hand to open one of the doors of the establishment.
The camera went inside, and a flash of white light filled the screen. It only lasted for a moment before the scene quickly showed a jungle area. Thick foliage of different kinds of trees and plants are shown, and the camera pans upward a little to show a clearing and in the background is a full view of the Tres Hermanas Falls (Three Sisters Falls) that is located in Peru. On the side of the screens are beautiful flowers… and leaping down to land in the middle of the screen is Kelly! She is wearing a new outfit that is a white shirt with words in bold purple coloring on it DISNEY ANIMAL PRINCESS, and purple jean shorts that showcase her lovely legs.
She smiles and waves at the camera, than appearing around her are animals. Landing on her left shoulder from above is a Pygmy Marmoset, coming on her right shoulder was a bright orange male Cock-Of-The-Rock bird which is the national bird of Peru. And appearing from the right is an Otorongo, which is a spotted jaguar, which sits next to her and Kelly pets him. This stays on the screen for a couple of moments before the camera zooms past them and towards the falls.
The screen is light blue entirely for a few moments, than the camera zooms out to show a map of the entire continents of Earth. And fading into the picture is Marco, all healed and also dressed in new clothes to show that he is no longer bound to his old life. He is wearing a white shirt with a picture of the Eternal Dragon- Shenron from the anime Dragonball Z, black jeans & a black leather jacket. He is transparent, and appearing around him are the ladies who are wearing new clothes well. On his left side was Jackie and Eclipsa, on his right was Hekapoo and Higgs & finally Janna and Kelly behind him.
A red dot appears in California, and soon a line is drawn in as it is similar to how travel was shown in the classic/legendary Indiana Jones movies. It goes from California, past certain states to arrive at Texas. When the line lands in a certain spot in the state, it forms a round dot and continues onward.
The camera shows it going over the Atlantic Ocean from Delaware, and landing to form another dot on a certain spot in the United Kingdom.
It continues on, going downward until it comes to stop and form a dot in a specific part of Africa.
It than continues onward, going through the Middle East & China before stopping to form another dot in a specific place in Japan.
The line goes downward, the camera showing it passing over many islands until it stops and forms a dot in a specific area of Australia.
It continues onward over the Pacific Ocean, passing over the Hawaiian Islands & arriving at South American where it stops to make a dot at a certain location before it goes upward and heading back to California.
Once it lands back on California, the screen flashes and becomes a swirling blue and green portal as shown in the show. A couple of moments later, the camera shows Butterfly Castle once more. The camera zooms through the doors of the abode and goes into the Throne Room, where appearing in the middle of the screen are King River and Queen Moon. The king is in his royal clothes, but Queen Moon is in her Warrior's uniform. The duo smile at the camera; River doing a muscle pose while Queen Moon have a stance of confidence.
They stay on the screen for a couple of moments before the camera zooms to go behind them, through a door and quickly the scene shows the courtyard where the knights would train. Quickly appearing are Sir Scarsguard on the left, Lady Whosits in the middle and Sir Lavabo on the right. All three smirk at the screen before doing a muscle pose at the same time.
This was shown for a couple of moments before the camera panned upward quickly, the scene changing to show a pitch black setting. A shadowy silhouette appeared, the outline being visible for all to see. The figure soon brings up a sword, going into a stance as it removes the sheath. Once it is removed, the sword glows a dull white color and reveals that the person is… Mina Loveberry! Lightning bolts come down from the sky to illuminate the area, her form becoming more visible. She is wearing a new outfit; a silver and black shirt/skirt combo with armor guards on her shoulders and knees. She has a serious look on her face, her eyes flashing along with the lightning bolts as she glares seriously at the camera. A lightning bolt strikes the sword, increasing is illumination greatly & Mina swings it send a crescent slash at the camera.
The screen is white for a few moments, than a black shadow being emerges in the middle of the screen. A hand is lifted, and the white field is changed instantly to show a command ship bridge that is similar to the one shown on the Death Star in the classic movie Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. The shadow reveals himself to be Lord Destryuk of the Destorian Empire, and appearing from the sides of the screen are the villains. On the left side emerges Rasticore, his purple gemstone eye glowing malevolently. On the right side is Silka, the matriarch/leader of the Iron Spider Clan in Metal Valley. Both sneer at the camera.
The camera zoom out a little, and appearing from above was Meterora. She drops down from above, rising back up and smirking evilly as she takes a stance. She raises her hands up; the left one forming a fireball in the palm area, the right one forming a small twister of silver wind in the palm area. Meterora smirks and takes a step forward before bringing her hands together. The fireball and twister combine to form a vortex of fire that is shot at the camera.
The whole screen is an orange color which lasts for a few moments, before the middle of the screen is replaced by white followed by lavender in the form of a slash mark. The camera zooms out until it shows the form of King Khan, his family with him. The scene shows a thick forest in the background. King Khan has his arms folded across his chest with a look that is like Shere Khan from the Disney animated series TaleSpin. On the right is his lovely and formidable-looking wife Queen Aikaterina, who is leaning on her beau with her hand placed on his chest in a loving fashion.
In front of them are their children; Prince Loukianos on the left side of his father, and Princess Lysimache on the right side of her mother. The two children and Queen gave off smirks, the young ones doing their own stances while letting out the claws from their hands.
The camera stayed on them for a few moments before the camera zoomed past them and going deeper into the forest. This continued for a moment before the camera stopped, showing a small but well-run village with a modest castle looming over it. The camera zooms towards the font of the castle, where it shows King Justus Acacius & his wife Queen Isadora. The two were dressed in their royal attire; modest-wear but carrying themselves in real royal air with the king on the left, the queen on the right. In front & middle of them is Princess Penelope, also grown-up and her fine form in a dress that is similar to Princess Tiana from the Disney animated movie The Princess And the Frog.
The royal looked to the camera, smiled and waved to the audience. This lasts for a few moments before Penelope reaches into her right pocket and brings out a small bottle that is filled with a deep-blue colored liquid. She than tosses it towards the camera, where it lands in a close-up and breaks. An explosion of blue dust with tiny silver stars within it like a nebula fills the screen.
The screen is filled with the dust-like nebula for a few moments, than changes to show the Cloud Kingdom. The camera showcases the scenery for a few moments before zooming down to show the Cloud Castle, stopping a small distance from the gates. Appearing in a flash of light and sparkles are the rulers of the realm; King Gilad Ponyhead on the left, Queen Rachel Ponyhead on the right. The two nuzzle each other for a few moments, looking at one another before turning to the camera. Gilad smirked while Rachel had a soft smile on. The two soon separated from each other… and in between them came flashes of light, and appearing where their children!
From left to right; Azniss, Angel, Khrysthalle, Jan-Jan, Pamanda, Shonda, Shinda, Hornanne, Teta, Chezna, Whistine and finally Pranciss Ponyhead. The floating female pony heads smirked at the screen for a moment, than those with horns powered up their magic through them! They soon shot their magic at the camera, combining it into one large blast that filled the screen with whiteness combined with dark-blue star sparkles.
The screen displayed this for a few moments before it was taken over by darkness that came from the right. It came in like a tsunami wave, covering the whole screen in blackness. It was completely dark for a few moments until Star Butterfly appeared in the middle of screen, teleported in a flash of light. She looked very down, her posture showing her head down while she was standing straight. The Butterfly Wand was in her hands, clutched tight and held to her chest.
Star was alone for a couple of moments, before two other beings appeared above her, fading into view but also slightly transparent as they were represented as mental images. The one on the upper-left corner of the screen was Thomas Lucitor, who looked up and at the camera with a sinister smirk on his face. Only his upper-body was shown. In the upper-right corner appeared Lilacia Ponyhead, the eldest of the Ponyhead siblings having a dastardly smirk on her face as well.
The scene was shown for a few moments, than the camera zoomed past them and soon everything was black once more. It was only for a moment… as red, pupil-less eyes appeared from the darkness! The eye seemingly multiplied quickly, filling in the entire screen.
In the middle of the screen came forth one of the set of eyes, an outline and form soon appearing to show that walking towards the camera… was Toffee! But he was different. No longer garbed in a business suit, but wearing armor that truly looked more demonic & fearsome than anything in the Underworld realm. He brandished a longsword that was called a zweihänder, a large two-handed sword that was primarily used in the 16th century during the Late Middle Ages period.
The sword was double-edged, straight-bladed but with small triangular protrusions on the edges. The camera showed that Toffee was considerably bulked up in form, but not in Hulk-like proportions. His face had also changed; no longer looking bored or calculating, but now fierce with a hint of savage intelligence.
He smirked evilly at the screen, getting into a stance as he held his sword at the ready. The camera zoomed back a little, to show the many other red eyes in the background coming together in two groups, soon forming a large pair of sinister-looking red eyes… and a faint outline which showed it to be the head of a classic European dragon, which was stationed above Toffee!
The warrior did a spin and brought down his sword in a vertical slash at the camera, seemingly cutting it in two as the vision split apart. The scene was now completely black for a few moments, before stars appeared. The camera zoomed out to show that the scene was in space. Appearing from below was Marco and the ladies. The young lad was in the middle; Jackie on his left side with Hekapoo beside her, Janna on his right side with Kelly beside her & finally Higgs and Eclipsa above him. Eclipsa was on the right, Higgs on the left.
The group had confident smirks on their faces, and the camera zoomed out a bit more. In the background, two planets appeared. On the left was the blue planet known as Earth, and on the right was the purple planet known as Mewmon.
The camera zoomed out a bit more to showcase the beings and the planets, Marco and the others featured below the planets to form a triangle of sort. In the space between the planets and beings appeared the words in bold white letters MARCO AT A CROSSROADS.

The twelve Ponyhead sisters were shaking like leaves caught in a small whirlwind, and most would not blame them. Facing them was a goddess, a divine being that was unlike any of them had seen before. They had met mighty Monsters, formidable Mewnian warriors and others. But not a goddess. They had only seen them in magical simulations and museums in various dimensions… not one in the flesh and blood.
The power they felt coming off from her was just… unreal. They had felt strong magic before from beings like their father and mother, the Butterfly family and also some Monsters that had magical abilities. They had also felt physical strength from various beings that were warriors who practiced the art of fighting and combat. But what they felt… it made what they had felt from all others in the past feel insignificant and small like a sugar ant. It was just unbelievable, and yet here they were, feeling the sheer power & authority coming from a divine being.
Luna had kept hold the Time Spell & Anti-Magic Detection Spell, the area around them looking as if it was night when in reality outside the sphere, it was mid-morning. The alluring but fierce Roman goddess of the moon found it amusing the looks of fear on the faces of the magical but mortal floating unicorn heads. However, there was no time for such triviality as there was a serious situation to take care of.
The Moon goddess spoke once more in a tone that was neutral, "I believe that there is much to discuss here now. So… which one of you will speak?".
After some moments, it was Angel who found her courage though it was not easy. The blonde Ponyhead slowly floated towards the goddess, stopping about four feet in front of her and bowing her head to show respect to her. She answered, "G-G-Goddess Luna, umm… I… that is…".
The Roman moon goddess rose her hand up in a gesture for Angel to cease speaking, which she did but now the floating unicorn was very nervous. The lovely but formidable Roman goddess spoke once more, "I know what you all had been planning to do. I have to say, you have curiosity but you also have smarts too so that you can find out what you all wanted to know without being caught. I have to say, I commend you for thinking this far ahead and not giving up.".
It was true, as the Roman moon goddess had seen many a mortal being giving up on a quest. Either too quickly when they could not stand the trials & tribulations that laid before them, when they thought too hard on a particular problem that made them make either an impulsive decision that cost him or her the goal… or simply underestimated/overestimated themselves, in which it cost them their lives or more.
But these floating unicorns before her had impressed her. They were smart and cunning, making sure to not let others know of their mission. They were brave in knowing the consequences of what would happen if they were caught. Wise AND smart enough to come up with plans together that called for each of their unique special abilities, and working together smoothly enough so that said special abilities could be used fully. And finally loyal to and dedicated to one another, as they would be sticking together throughout all of it, and also worrying about Angel & Hornanne due to their special ability.
Luna could see that the sisters had improved dramatically over the last three or so years, leaving behind their bratty attitudes and maturing in a way that was good in her eyes. It was too bad that their oldest sister and decided to not improve herself, stagnating then slowly degrading in many areas.
She thought, 'Maybe they can be the very first to break the curse that has been put on their people…'.
Hearing the words of praise from the goddess managed to ease the tension the floating females had, if only a little. While no longer shaking like leaves, they were still nervous and wary… but they were not stupid in thinking they could try and take down a goddess. Risk-takers and such they maybe, but they had enough common sense to not try anything suicidal like that.
Hornanne spoke up in a timid voice, "T-Thank you very much, your Moon grace.".
Whistine inquired in a respectful tone, "But… that is not the real reason you are here, is it? Otherwise, we would be speaking on the outside instead of inside the spells.".
The ancient Roman beauty now smirked a little and answered, "You are assume correctly, young one. And do not fear, as since I am now holding the spell, we are now completely invisible to all eyes and detection.".
Khrysthalle spoke up but in the same tone her sister used, "You're here to give us more insight on what we found out, right? I mean, there is more than just Sir Marco breaking the bond he had with Star…".
Luna spoke in a firm tone once more, "You are correct. First and foremost, Sir Marco the Mighty from Earth is quite the special case. He has endured much; both on his home world of Earth, and here in Mewni. That is why I made the exception of breaking the Bond of the Blood Moon concerning him and Star Butterfly. And it is the second time that this has happened, the first time being 2,550 years ago on Earth.".
The Ponyhead sisters were curious on what she said, wondering on what happened last time. However, they knew that asking such a question regarding it might not be the wise thing to do at the moment. They would file the information in the back of their minds for the time being. Pranciss managed to find a bit more courage within herself as she went towards Luna, but sticking by Angel's side when she got to her. She said, "I knew that Sir Marco was strong, but… to see what he had to go through in that sphere… I will be having nightmares of that for a while.".
She was not the only ones. While they were made of stern stuff, even they found the scene of hearing & seeing Marco's pain within the crimson sphere torn into them. They would be having some sleepless nights for some time due to that.
The Roman moon goddess smiled softly at the young one, speaking in a gentle tone this time around, "Then take it as a lesson little one. That the right path to take is not always the easy path, nor is it free from pain. But you have to be strong, enduring, courageous and patient in order to see it through to the end as the rewards from the journey & arriving at the destination is well worth it.".
Pranciss looked at her, the youngest of the floating unicorns showing through her orbs that while she may not fully agree with the lesson, it was something worth absorbing. The others felt the same way when they heard her speak these words.
Luna looked to the remaining sisters and stated once more in a firm tone, "Sir Marco has an exceptional destiny ahead of him… one that will decide the fate of both his world of Earth and the planet in which you are all standing on called Mewmon.".
The Ponyheads were stunned to hear this, but it seemed that Jan Jan was more interested in a particular part as she exclaimed, "Wait, what? You mean the planet that we live on is called Mewmon?! I always thought that…".
The beautiful Moon goddess looked to the glasses-wearing pony and stated, "While you all rule the clouds above, you truly have not seen the realm in which you float above. You are fixated in one area above the world, but you cannot see nor go past certain areas. Am I correct on that?".
Angel and the others quickly realized that what Luna stated was true. In all the known history of their kind, they had never gone past a certain point in any direction. If one were to go westward out towards the sea, after about going about 200 nautical miles out, they would be met with an immense storm wall that seemed to stretch on for a great distance. Magic of any kind was rendered useless once it got within the storm's boundaries, and those who tried to fly through the storm would be met with fierce thunderstorm of incredible proportions!
Even the Magic High Commission was unable to get through! Hekapoo had tried to use her dimensional power, but always ended back right where she had entered. Omnitrax Prime had tried to use his time-space ability to peer through the veil, but even he was blocked out! And his power did not affect the wall of storms. They tried to use Rhombulus's crystals on ships as shields, but the lighting conducted through said gemstones and caused explosions that demolished the ships. Lekmet had tried his healing powers to soothe the storm, on a theory that it was living and perhaps needed to be soothed.
Alas, even his own power did not have an effect. And even the powerful magical Butterfly family could not do anything, as any spell they used fizzled out quick even their most powerful ones.
Lighting would streak across the sky rapidly, pelting raindrops that were the size of softballs & whipping winds that seemed to want to tumble you around like clothes in a washing machine that was set to High speed spin! Many were forced to go back, and those that were quite stubborn… did not make, as they fell to the sea either by the forceful winds or getting struck by lightning. And no one could fly above it, as there was no animal nor any machine that could go that high.
Unbeknown to them, Earth did have capable machines that could fly over storms like that. These kinds of specialized planes that were built for flying over & through severe weather storms, all belonging to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration or NOAA for short.
And if one were to go southbound, they would be met with both a storm wall… and a range of mountains that was truly majestic and foreboding to go! And it was at least three times the entire size of the mighty Himalayan Mountain range on Earth! Many explorers, both Mewnian and Monster, had tried to scale the rugged landscape and get through to the other side. Sad to say, all were met with defeat. Many had died either by the powerful storms that blanketed the midsection all the way up to the top of the mountains, by avalanche of stone and earth or something else.
And to make matters more complicated, magic didn't seem to affect the rocky base of the mountains nor the storms as well. And any magical spell or creature touching any part of the mountain would be neutralized swiftly.
If one would try to go eastward, past the magical desert lands of Sukuinushi, they would be met with a powerful desert storm that again would stretch out high and wide. The whipping sands would tear flesh apart quickly, even the toughest of natural hides would not be able to withstand such abrasion for long. Even protective eyewear and such would not last too long, perhaps two weeks at most even with sturdy crystals as lenses. And any magical protection would be shattered in about eight hours.
Digging under the storm was not an option, as they ran into gigantic worms of such strength and size that would one from Earth would compare it to the Graboid movie monster from the Tremors franchise! Even the toughest of Monsters and Mewnians would not last long, as the worms were numerous and seemed to be quite intelligent. And magic did not seem to have any effect on them, even elemental magic as they seemed to lose strength the moment they got near them.
And flying over was also out of the question, as a powerful vacuum of some sort would bring any flier down. Even the swiftest of beasts would not be able to escape from its suction.
And finally to the northern areas, was a snowstorm that appeared when approaching a certain point within the snow-covered lands. Explorers had tried to penetrate through, but with no such luck. Magical items and spells were rendered null quickly, and also within the storm was said to be beasts of great size and strength that was comparable to the Minotaur clan! But they could not clearly be seen due to the snow, but those who managed to survive by racing out of the snowstorm swore that they saw the beasts having fur that blended in perfectly in the snow.
So the map-makers of Mewni had decided that the regions they explored so far was all that made the realm. They had no idea that their realm was more or less like Europe was back in the 16th century, and that much of the planet had not been explored yet! And they used Hekapoo's ability to jump to other worlds and dimensions rather than risk trying to explore their own planet.
Back to the scene and the group, the floating unicorn heads were still trying to process what Luna had just told them. Pamanda asked in an inquisitive tone, "So Sir Marco… he really has a destiny that can truly determine the fate of both our worlds?". She was a bit skeptical about that, but also curious as well. Her other sisters were in the same boat as her in that regard.
Luna nodded her head and spoke in a regal tone this time, "Indeed. The choices he makes will affect both realms here, as well as the lives of those he is close to. I will not speak any more of this, as already the Queen of this realm and her relation already know. And if you try to pry into that, the consequences will be… severe.". On that last part was an edge to her tone that was sharper than any double-edged blade. This made the Ponyhead siblings gulp in fear, as this was a subtle means of telling them that should they try to gain more information… game over for them.
The Roman moon goddess continued on but with a less severe tone, "If you wish to utilize the information you have regarding Marco breaking free from Star Butterfly, you are more than welcome to do so. However… his whereabouts and his status so far, you will have to look to Queen Moon. And on a final note… I suggest that you all prepare yourselves for what lies ahead in the future. I may not have the gift of future sight like some of my fellow deities do, but I do know that things will come to a head that all of your abilities will be needed. And I do mean all...".
She looked to Angel and Hornanne, the duo's eyes widening as this implicated that their potent special abilities would be needed… and that was a troubling thought, to them and the others.
The powerful goddess of the moon stated, "I will now take my leave and go back to the heavens. I believe you know what to do from here. But remember… Sir Marco is to be left alone until the time comes for him to make the grand decision of his own to either stay on Earth, or to come back to Mewni.".
Shortly after that, her body started to glow as she was releasing the spells she had been holding. It was Angel that found some extra courage and called out, "Wait! Luna, I… is all of this done by Jupiter?!". She did have an interest in the deities that she had read about in her studies, and knew that Jupiter was the big boss of Luna and certain other gods/goddesses.
Luna turned to her, a soft smile on her face as her form started to glow in an unworldly white light. She answered with her voice magnified like an elegant echo, "No… one much higher than Jupiter, than all of the gods and goddesses is doing this. It is He that is allowing Marco the free will and choices needed to fulfill the destiny He has laid on him.".
This certainly surprised the floating unicorn's heads, as they believed that no being was higher than Jupiter and his other fellow ruling deity beings. Shinda called out, "W-Who is this person?! Can you tell us?!".
The form of Luna grew intense like a star, causing the ladies to close their eyes least they be blinded. Luna's soft tone rang out as the world they were in illuminated brightly, "Perhaps one day Sir Marco and his family will tell you of Him. He is called… the King of Kings.".
After some moments, the Ponyhead siblings felt the soft, cool wind on their faces. They slowly opened their eyes, and saw that they were now back in the real world. The spells were gone, the sphere no more as the sun was caressing their faces. They looked around the area, what they had just experienced would be etched in their minds forever more.
And also something that they would tell to their future stallions and children.
Azniss was the one who broke the silence as she asked, "Whoa… was any of that for real?". She got her answer when before Angel and Pranciss were a set of human footprints… and the horns of Whistine & Khrysthalle glowed brightly as they approached the two! Whistine's horn pulsed a deep red color, Khrysthalle's horn glowing a bright golden color.
It was Whistine that remarked, "Does that answer your question?".
Shinda's eyes lit up in excitement like a young child at their favorite amusement park and exclaimed, "Oh wow! We saw a real-live goddess! Oh man, this is so amazing!". She flew around her siblings in excitement, Shonda following after her as she too was filled with vibrancy.
Shonda followed after her sister, "I can't wait to tell the others about this! That we saw…!". However, her words were cut off, as well as her body as she was soon caught in a magical net that was cast by Angel. Shinda was in the same boat, as she too was stopped in mid-air. The duo were about to heatedly ask their older sister on what the big deal was… until they saw the seriousness in her eyes.
After some moments, Angel released her hold on them and spoke in a very serious, low tone, "Girls, we can't tell anyone about this! Don't you remember what she said?!".
Indeed, that brought them all back down to reality. Should they tell any other soul on what happened, the consequences of their actions would be quite dire. Hornanne spoke up in a worried tone, "So… what do we do from here?".
Angel looked to her and answered quickly and clearly, "First, we get back home! No doubt that with the Anti-Magic Detection Barrier gone, someone might have detected us. Once we get home, we review on what we know so far & what we LEARNED just now. From there, we plan!".
The siblings agreed with her, the blonde Ponyhead soon bringing out her dimensional tool and cutting a hole in space, a portal opening up that would take them directly back to their rooms. They all went in one by one, Angel being the last one. But as she watched her sisters go through, and her going through the dimensional tunnel, one thing was dominant in her mind.
It was this thought: 'Who is the King of Kings? And who, or what, is he that should top even the big ones I learned about in my classes and research?'.
~On Earth~
While all of this was going on at Mewni, Jackie Lynn-Thomas was at her work by the beach called Anunnaki's Advanced Skateboard Shop. The place was originally owned by a Japanese-American named Rokuro Anunnaki some years ago, but he passed on due to a car crash accident. Neither his wife nor his children had an experience when it came to his shop, so he left it to his old friend Finbar Topher. The Topher family had been friends with the Anunnaki family for years, the friendship starting during the early years of World War II. The Topher family had helped the Anunnaki's adjust when they were rounded up for the camps due to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.
They did their best to help them, and continued to do so even after they were released. The friendship between families had grown strong, and was still going ever since.
It was now 10:00 a.m., the beautiful young woman was exiting from the shop, wearing her skateboard safety helmet & pads while holding her trusted skateboard. Business was booming since it was the summer season, many natives and tourists coming in to check out the various skateboards that the shop had. A fellow employee would take over the cash register until she returned back, which was in thirty minutes.
Jackie would continue working in the shop until the day came for Marco to be released from the hospital, and they would start the journey around the world. When that day came, Mr. Topher would put her on vacation leave for the year until she did return. She did manage to rack up enough vacation days so that it was possible.
When she made sure that everything was set correctly, she tossed her riding board down and took off on it! She expertly weaved around the patrons that were on the boardwalk, heading to her destination which was a five minute ride away. It was called Dragun's Dynamite Car Dealerships, a good service to those who wanted to purchase all kinds of vehicles. Jackie had seen that it had some excellent reviews, and also four and a half out of five stars. Still, she wanted to see this place in the flesh and blood so that she can see if the reviews were justified.
When she got there, she saw that the car lot was indeed large & that it had various car models for all to see. Jackie looked around as she walked towards the building, seeing many types of cars; sports cars, muscle cars, pick-up trucks, SUV's, minivans and more! She even saw motor homes, even though they were in a separate fenced area of the lot.
Once she was inside, she saw that the place was lively with customers being serviced by the employees who worked there. Things were neat, tidy and also customers making friends with others as they talked about cars. Jackie made her way inside the large room, and was greeted by a young man who looked to be her age. He was wearing a light blue button-up collar shirt, black slacks and men's dress shoes. He had black hair, brown eyes, white skin tone & about as tall as her. He had a bright smile on, showing that he took good care of his teeth & was well groomed.
He approached her and stated, "Hello there! Welcome to Dragun's Dynamite Car Dealerships! My name is Primo Maximiano, is there anything I can help you with ma'am?".
Jackie saw and felt that he was a real professional, but genuinely liked his work in the dealership. She smiled and answered in a polite tone, "Hey there, Primo. My name is Jackie Lynn-Thomas and I need some help in picking out a car. One that is good for long trips across the country, can hold a large number of people & can be transported either by sea or by air.".
Mr. Maximiano grinned as this presented quite a challenge for him, but he had never lost a customer yet and would not start now! He told her in an upbeat tone, "Well, sounds like you already have a solid list on what you need. Now let's see what we have here! Have to go to the motorhomes lot, since it seems that what you need could be there.".
He guided Jackie back outside, the two leaving the air-conditioned area to go back outside to the balmy conditions outside. Jackie was very much hoping to find a good vehicle there. And if so, see if there was others around to see before making a final decision.
~At Echo Creek Daycare Center~
While this was going on, Janna was at the front door of the place she did volunteer work at and standing in front of her was a pleasant-looking middle-aged woman that looked to be in her early 50s. She had mocha-colored skin, chocolate brown hair that was all let down & past her shoulders, green eyes and a healthy figure for someone her age. She was wearing a red shirt and blue shorts, the red shirt having the words in white on it ECHO CREEK DAYCARE CENTER.
Miss Ordonia had a small smile on her face as she asked, "You really have enough volunteers? I can take the rest of the day off, Mrs. Pleasance?".
The one she was talking to was Mrs. Rozanne Pleasance, wife to Mr. Robert Pleasance & mother to two children who had long since grown and left the nest. She was also the one in charge for the daycare's summer volunteer program. The mature woman smiled softly and answered her in a pleasant tone, "Of course Janna. Michael, Aaron, Jasmine and Lulu are more than enough to help me with the little ones. So do not worry!".
Janna smiled brightly and exclaimed, "Oh, thank you Mrs. Pleasance! Thank you very much! This really means a lot to me, since I have to look up some things with my upcoming trip with Marco and…".
The mocha-skinned woman had a look of surprise on her face as she spoke, "Marco? As in Marco Diaz? Wait! Does that mean that Butterfly girl is here too?". She said the last part suspiciously, and Janna could not blame her. Like many others, Rozanne was cautious due to the antics of Star and her magical wand plus the denizens that she had brought to Mewni on her… ahem, adventures.
Janna quickly calmed her down by replying, "No, no! She's not here. She's back in Mewni. I believe it'll be a long while before she even thinks of coming back here to our world.". This did calm down the caretaker, though she was still wary as she wanted to protect the little ones from Star's magic.
Mrs. Pleasance spoke up but in a relieved tone, "Oh, that is good to hear. And Marco, will he be visiting soon? I would like to see how that young man has grown now.".
You see, years ago before Rozanne had met her husband, she was a daycare center worker & she looked after Marco and the others when they were young. Out of all of them, Marco was the one that gave her much joy due to his adventurous nature and spirit. However… when she heard about the incident at the park, she was worried about him & was stunned to see that he had transformed from energetic lad to a safe-obsessed kid. She had seen him grown as the years went by, and continued to hope the best for him despite his level-headedness.
When Star came on the scene, and the way she interacted with Marco & said lad coming out of his shell, she believed that her prayers had been answered. Alas… she was quickly brought back down to earth when Star's reckless nature appeared and she started to cause problems of the town due to her magic and attitude.
Janna's smile was replaced by a sad look, which had Rozanne a bit worried. She looked to the current matron of the daycare and answered in a soft tone, "Well… he is in the hospital. He had to go there after coming back from Mewni a couple of days ago. But he's recovering well! In fact, he'll be released at the end of July. Or at the beginning of August, whichever comes first.".
This did worry Mrs. Pleasance more about the hospital part, but she calmed down when she heard the news of Marco to be released soon. She made a mental note to go visit the boy when she had free time. She looked to her volunteer and stated, "Oh, that is good to hear. Thanks for telling me this Janna, and I'll be sure to swing by the hospital and see him when I get the chance.".
She than asked the question, "So now, what is this trip that you have with Marco? Finally going to tell him how you feel straight up, instead of doing it like you did some time ago?". She said the last part in a teasing tone, as she was one of the few that could actually see through Janna's actions concerning Marco. Said young woman blushed red, but her sad look was replaced by a hopeful smile.
Janna answered her, "Well… I hope to soon. But that will come later. Right now, need to get some camping gear for the trip which is going to be a long while. When he gets out of the hospital, myself and some others will go with him on a trip around the world that will last a year or so.".
This surprised the Rozanne, wondering on what exactly was going on. But she would look into it later. Mrs. Pleasance replied, "I see… I take it this means that you will not be here for a year? And that you would like to take time off to be with Marco on this trip around the world?".
The Ordonia lass nodded her head, the mature woman thinking on it for a few moments, looking to Janna… and smiling warmly as she stated, "Then you have it.".
The former wild and unpredictable young lady smiled brightly and exclaimed in a soft tone, "Wow! Thank you Mrs. Pleasance! Thank you!".
Rozanne chuckled softly at seeing the relieved look on the young woman's face and replied, "No problem, honey. I already have enough volunteers for the Summer, and also workers for the Fall, Winter and Spring. The kids will be sad to see you gone, but they'll be thrilled to see you again when you do return. And perhaps… with a certain young man on your arm. Hehehe…".
Janna blushed once more, but the look on her face said it all. She was hopeful for the last words that her friend/employer said would come to be. She spoke up once more, "We'll see what comes, but I'm hopeful. Thanks again!".
The mature beauty just smiled more and stated, "Okay now, shoo little missy! Go and get what you need for this trip! Go on now!". Janna grinned and ran towards her car, waving back to her boss before going in the vehicle and soon driving away from the area towards her destination, which was Conrad's Camping Emporium, a store that specialized in all kinds of camping gear. It was perfect for those who loved to get close to the great outdoors, and for now it was the perfect place to get what was needed for the trip.
Janna was going to do her best to get what she needed for the trip, that much was clear!
~At the Echo Creek Library~
Kelly was in the Juv. Lit section of the Echo Creek Library, looking for some books to read with Mariposa by her side. Angie was nearby at a table, having some found some interesting reading material for herself.
Earlier on, the trio had been to Parent 12-D Photo Shop, where Kelly and Mariposa were amazed to see the various photographs that were hung up in various frames. The inside gave a warm, comfortable feeling which added to the subtle flair of the shop. The pictures were samples, copies posted up with given permission. This showcased how good the quality the developers aimed for, and each week they changed the photographs.
While Kelly and Mariposa looked at the various pictures, such as pictures of people in amusement parks, Angie went straight to the desk with a small bag that had the cameras the Amazonian used during her time at the zoo. At the desk was the cashier, who smiled at her and asked on how he could help her. The mature Diaz beauty smiled back and presented the cameras to him, saying that she would like to have them developed.
The young man answered back that he would do his best, than told Angie the options for her. Remembering what he son said and that she could use his credit/debit card for anything, she chose the option that would call for two copies of each of the photographs, done with the best quality work & also digital copies as well. Now this was quite the order, in which the employee told Mrs. Diaz that it would cost a pretty penny & take some time.
The mature beauty answered that it was what she wanted. She had told Kelly of the options the store had since she had been there before many times, and the green-haired Amazonian beauty picked the one that would allow for two copies of each picture. Kelly had planned to make scrapbooks; one for herself, and one for her parents back in her home realm. Angie also suggested having digital copies as well, as it was good to have back-ups just in case. Kelly approved, though she did ask Angie what digital back-ups where, in which the matron of the Diaz household explained to her.
When the order was placed and also paid for, which was about $110.50 including tax, the employee told her that it would take about two hours or so for everything to be done. Angie nodded her head, paying with her son's card. Once the payment was finalized, Angie took the two girls back to the car where they would be at the Library.
They had been there ever since, Kelly looking through some interesting animal books with Mariposa choosing fairy tale books. The Amazonian noted that some fairy tale books looked similar, and yet were not which puzzled her. Angie had come to help her, saying that certain cultures from around the world also had their own versions of fairy tales. Such as the book In The Land of Small Dragon, a book that was told by Dang Manh Kha to Ann Nolan Clark, which was a Vietnamese folktale that was comparable to the tale of Cinderella.
Kelly was once more impressed on this, wondering what more she would see and learn when the time came for Marco, her and the others to go around the world.
The Amazonian beauty was looking through the books that contained dinosaurs, in which she was puzzled on who they were. She looked down to Mariposa, presenting a book to her that showed a picture of a T-Rex on it and asked, "Say Mariposa, do you know what these are?".
The little sister of Marco smiled and giggled, looking to Kelly and answering in a cute and excited tone, "That is dinosaur! Big lizard from long ago!".
Kelly looked at the picture on the front cover, seeing that the beast did look fierce though she had seen similar animals in her travels in her realm & in various other dimensional worlds. Yet… there was something different about it, in a way that captured her attention. She took the book, and found another that seemed to call out to her.
She took it, the book longer in width & it seemed to contain an eye peering out at her. It was a clever kind of design for a book cover, in which the title showed: Dinomummy- The Life, Death and Discovery of Dakota, a Dinosaur from Hell Creek. Very much intrigued by it, Kelly took the two books with her while Mariposa followed her. They reached the table where Angie was at, the mother looking at some cookbooks that were of French cuisine. It appeared that she wanted to expand her knowledge concerning food dishes, and how to properly prepare them.
The Amazonian sat across from the mother of Marco, while Mariposa cutely got into the seat next to her. Kelly inquired, "Mrs. Diaz, do you think you can help me with something?".
The mature beauty looked up from her book to her and answered, "Of course Kelly. What do you need help with?". Kelly then showed her the books, asking on what dinosaurs were and also what a dinomummy was.
Angie smiled with great patience and answered, "Ah, dinosaurs. Heh, they were quite popular back in my day. Well dear, dinosaurs are animals that lived millions of years ago. Long before they were humans, and in a much different world than it is today. In fact, what we know of dinosaurs is from the bones and footprints they left behind.".
Now this fact amazed Kelly very much. In her home realm, they did find large bones of animals that were considered legendary by their standards. But they could never determine the proper age on when the animal had died, the best they could do was estimate and so far the oldest bones they found was about 10,000 or so years ago. She never heard of any animal that lived past that kind of time frame.
Angie giggled a little at seeing the surprised look on Kelly's face, as it mirrored the look on Mariposa's face on the day she asked on what dinosaurs were as well.
She continued on, "And that book you have there, I believe I did hear something like that some time ago when I was in college. It appears they found a dinosaur that was very well preserved like a mummy, naming it Dakota and learning more about dinosaurs since it was a big thing.".
Kelly looked to the mother and asked in a tone that still conveyed her surprise, "How was it a big thing exactly?".
Mrs. Diaz explained as best she could, "Well Kelly, dinosaurs died out millions of years ago. People called paleontologists go around to various places of the world to dig up for dinosaur bones and other evidence. Only their bones were left behind in the ground, and some foots of them were preserved. We actually don't know what dinosaurs looked like back then, so they use imagination and educated guesswork. But finding one that was so well preserved like Dakota, it was something huge for the community there.".
Kelly looked at the books in her hands, very much amazed on how humans here on Earth could accurately, at least more so than her people, get an animal's age and also said animal being part of something that lived so long ago. Her eyes shone with curiosity, as she could not wait to dive into the books and see what she could learn.
However, her delight gave way to surprise as a dimensional tear appeared on the left side of Angie! Mariposa yelped in surprise and automatically leapt from her seat, clinging to the hair of Kelly. Said woman reacted automatically, taking the little sister of Marco into her arms to protect her from anything dangerous that could come from the other side. Angie was tensed as well, halfway out of her chair… until they all saw who was emerging from the portal.
It was Hekapoo and Eclipsa, the two dressed up in some of the outfits they bought from the mall. While a bit on the casual-conservative side, it did show off their fine forms very much. In fact, if they had walked to the Library, they would have unintentionally caused major road accidents and such as the men would be too focused on them to pay attention to anything else.
Once they were both settled on the other side, the dimensional tear closed up by itself. Mariposa peeked out to see who it was, and her nervousness gave way to delight as she saw it was Marco's two friends. She gently wiggled out of Kelly's grip, gently plopping down to the ground and ran over to Eclipsa. She called out, "Purple Lady, Fire Lady! You're here!". She than leapt up and dived into the arms of Eclipsa, who grabbed her and scooped her up to her chest for a cuddle.
They were lucky that they were on the 2nd floor, far from the ears of any librarians that were working around the place. The duo chuckled softly at the names the little one had given to them, though they were not alone as Angie and Kelly also chuckled as well. Eclipsa than looked to Angie and said, "Well dear, sorry we were late but we had to look into something.".
Angie replied back, "Oh, its okay. Just glad that you're here now. And a little surprised from the portal just appearing like that.". It was something she would never get used to entirely.
Hekapoo smirked and stated, "Meh, you'll get used to it soon I hope. Now, point me in the direction where the books on government are at! I want to learn all I can about this land you live in, the United States!". She rubbed her hands, eager to get her knowledge on how things worked in the United States. She was thirsty to learn more, to see what she could do with the information and go from there with it.
Eclipsa held onto Mariposa with one arm, the little one snuggling more into her while keeping a grip on her shirt like a koala cub. The Queen of Darkness politely inquired, "And can you point me where to where the History section is? There is much I need to learn.".
Angie smiled as she got up from her chair, answering that she would show them and to follow her. The Mewnian, Amazonian and magical being followed her, as the quest for knowledge started in real earnest.
Things were starting to get interesting for Echo Creek and her residents!

The camera shows a black screen for a moment, than fading into view is a peaceful grassy clearing. The credits start to show on the screen. It is nighttime, the moon bright and full with the stars coming out. It shows a full view of the scenery; on the grass nearby is a black & silver Protec Q18 Expanding Motorhome vehicle, and hitched to the back of it was a sturdy & large Strongway Steel ATV Trailer. And a short distance from it was a camp ground, with a fire going in a well-built fire pit and a large tent situated a small distance from it.
The tent is a Wenzel Klondike 8-Person Water Resistant Tent with Convertible Screen Room for Family Camping. Parked next to it was Nachos the dragon-cycle, the little lady dragon having her eyes closed & asleep. Nearby is a large lake that is sparkling due to the moonlight and starlight from above.
The camera zoomed in to the camp, which showed the seven campers around the fire. It showed it to be Marco, Jackie, Janna, Higgs, Hekapoo, Kelly and Eclipsa. All of them are dressed in comfortable pajamas, each one unique and according to the wearer's tastes. All are looking up at the star-filled sky.
The camera shows the face of Marco, who is smiling softly and looking peacefully up to the heavens. The camera stays on him for a few moments before switching over the Jackie. The blonde girl has the same expression as Marco, but it appears that she is also night-dreaming. The screen changes to show a semi-transparent viewing on what is in her mind. Her face and expression stay the same, showing her in the lower-left corner of the screen.
The night-dream shows her and Marco together as husband and wife, where the pair are in front of a store near a beach. They look older; Jackie's curves and assets more plentiful, while Marco looks like his older self when traversing Hekapoo's dimension, but clean shaven this time around & wearing casual clothing.
The store is quite moderate in size and the sign above shows in big, bold sea-green colored letters DIAZ SURFING & SKATEBOARD STORE. The two are together, holding each other lovingly while looking into the other's eyes. The scene changes with additions, as coming onto the scene are three kids. Two little girls come in on skateboards from the left to Jackie, wearing safety gear and such. They take their helmets off; one has brown hair, the other has platinum-colored hair with a dark-purple streak on the left side. They look to be around eight years old, both with brown eyes like Marco.
The next one to coming in shortly after them is a young boy who has brown hair, sea-green eyes like Jackie. He is carrying a surfboard that is white and carries the Monsters and Magic insignia on the front of the board. He seems to be around ten years of age.
They are the children of Jackie and Marco, said kids smiling and hugging their parents who return the gesture.
This touching scene stays on for a few moments, before the camera switches over to Janna. She has the same expression of peace on like the others, but also night-dreaming as well. The same night-dreaming sequence from Jackie starts again, this time with Janna's face on the lower-left corner of the screen.
The scene now shows Janna and Marco together, both older and also in front of a building that is quite large. It features a large telescopic feature that is similar to the Hale Telescope in Palomar Mountain, California. The sign above shows in big, bold black letters DIAZ OBSERVATORY & DAYCARE CENTER.
The camera shows two children emerging from the central doorway and going to them. One was a little girl with brown hair with a rose-colored beanie on her head, wearing a shirt and skirt combo that has the planet Jupiter on said shirt & brown eyes. The other is a small boy with black hair, wearing a black shirt that has the white outline picture of Godzilla from Godzilla 1985: The Legend is Reborn. He has dark blue jeans, and his eyes are brown as well. Both of them look to be around the age of nine.
They are Janna and Marco's children, the little girl leaping into the arms of her father while the son is lifted up by his mother. The scene is shown for the next few moments before going to the next young woman, which is Higgs.
As the credits still rolls, the camera shows the night-dream she is having. The scene changes to show a small clearing near a forested area, and it appears to be in Mewni as the Butterfly Castle is in the background. It showcases a modest cottage near the forest, and emerging from it was an older Higgs and Marco. Said Diaz lad had the same build like the others, but this time with a small goatee and dressed up like a noble knight of the realm. And the older Higgs seemed to have filled out in the right area, making her look more womanly, despite the knight outfit she had on.
Said outfit was modified and changed to be different, unique from the male knights.
From the cottage, the camera showed three little ones coming to them. They were also the children of the duo! Two boys were dressed up like little squires; one had brown hair, the other orange hair. Both had green eyes and looked to be healthy and strong. They looked to be around ten years of age.
The little girl was dressed like a knight, though the clothing was all plastic and not real. She had brown hair, brown eyes and looked quite adorable and healthy. She looked to be around eight years of age.
The camera showed the children going to their parents, who had proud and loving smiles on their faces as they held their little ones close. The scene stayed there for a few moments before switching to the next woman, and it was Hekapoo this time.
The night-dreaming scene showed a building that is similar to the New York Stock Exchange building in New York City, New York. The difference is that building is red with yellow pillars, and on the front shows a white billboard-like sign that displays the planet Earth on the left & planet Mewmon on the right. In between the planets were the words in bright, bold red colors INTER-DIMENSIONAL GOODS EXCHANGE.
The camera zoomed in close to the doors, where they opened to reveal Hekapoo and a grown-up Marco. Hekapoo looks like she has not changed at all physically, but is wearing a tight business attire that showcases her fine form. Marco is also wearing a business suit.
A portal appears on the left close to Hekapoo, and coming forth from the orange/red swirling vortex are three children. Two are girls; one having brown hair that is short and in the style of Marco's, another having full flowing red hair but kept in a ponytail. Both are wearing Hekapoo's original dress style, but the one with brown hair is holding a Dimensional tool in the form of safety scissors. Both look to be around ten years old.
The boy with them looks to be a mini-version of Marco, dressed in a white karate gi with a white belt around his waist. He looked to be older than the girls, around eleven years old. All three of them have red eyes though, like Hekapoo.
They are their children, the camera showing the smiles of Hekapoo and Marco as they pat/rub the heads of their kids. The scene stays on the screen for a few moments before it switches to the next girl, which is Kelly.
The scene changes to show the village of Amazonia, the camera showing the village for a couple of moments before zooming in towards the largest hut at the end of the village. Coming from the doorway is an older Kelly and Marco, the Amazonian having filled out nicely in the right areas while Marco is clean shaven this time around. Both are wearing royal clothing, similar to the ones shown from the DreamWorks movie Road to El Dorado.
From the hut emerges four children; two girls, two boys. All have large fluffy hair like Kelly, but in different colors. One of the girls and one of the boys have brown hair, the remaining two have green hair. The little ladies have brown eyes, the little men having black eyes. The girls seem to be around nine years old, the boys seven years of age.
They are the children of Kelly and Marco, and the camera turns slightly to show that coming from the forest behind the house are four wolf pups that are about the size of the kids. Those pups belong to Jorby and his mate. The scene shows the children now playing with the Monster pups, Kelly and Marco looking on in love and pride at their little ones.
The scene continues on for a few moments until it shifts to the final woman, which is Eclipsa.
The camera shows the scene of Butterfly Castle in Mewni, but it has changed. It has been reconstructed to look similar to the Balmoral Castle located in Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, Scotland on Earth. The castle is also decorated in the colors of dark-purple and black, but in a tasteful way. Around the palace grounds are a mixture of Mewnian and Monster citizens, but it seemed to be peaceful and no kind of negative or hostile emotions/actions.
The camera zooms to one of the balcony areas of the castle in the northeast sector, said balcony having an ornate design. There are two people on it as they look towards the rising moon; it is Eclipsa and older Marco, Eclipsa looking like she has not aged much while Marco is clean-shaven and with a bit more muscles on him. Both are wearing royal clothing, indicating that they are King and Queen of the realm.
The two hold each other together, than are soon joined by five children that come in from the door behind them. There are three boys and two girls, all wearing Earth clothes. Two of the boys have green hair like Eclipsa, the other having brown hair in their own styles. The two girls both have green hair, also set in their own unique style. The boys have brown eyes, the girls have mauve-colored eyes. The boys look to be around the age of nine, indicating they are triplets. The girls are twins, looking to be around the age of seven.
They are the children of the couple, the boys gathering around their mother and hugging her while the little ladies are picked up & hugged by their father. The scene lasts for a few moments until the image fades completely and the camera is back to show the present scene.
The camera shows the smiling faces of the ladies, and also of Marco who is looking up still at the sky with a peaceful expression on. The camera keeps on them for a moment, before it changes to show the starry sky above.
The scene shows the young man in the lower middle part of the screen, where a path of white light appears before him. The path goes up, than splits into six lines; two going to the left, four going to the right. On the left side appears Jackie and Janna, the two lines stopping at their feet. On the right side appeared Hekapoo, Higgs, Kelly and Eclipsa. Each of the lines stops at the feet of each of the ladies.
Above Jackie and Janna appears the faint image of the planet Earth, and above Eclipsa and the others is the planet Mewmon.
The credits are at their end, the scene showing that Marco is indeed at a crossroads in many ways.

Before I do anything else, I wish to give honor and glory to the Lord. Thank you God for helping me with this chapter! Thank you Lord for your guiding hand, and helping me when I got stuck. I will do my best to obey and follow you Jesus, and will do my best to stay strong and sure with you. It will most likely be very difficult, but I believe it will be worthwhile in the life-run. And I will continue to look to you God for strength, wisdom, courage, conviction, patience, endurance, insight and truth in all things & with all I do!
I am glad to have this done on the 4th of July, which I again hope you all like. In the next chapter, you will see Higgs with Rafael at his work & also see what the villains/villainesses are up to as well. But it will be awhile until said chapter comes out, as I will be working on a brand new project with my friend Author Dreams Come True 996! Also, Luna mentioning a curse will be revealed but most likely in Book Two or Book Three.
Again, I am very disappointed and sad on how the world is shaping up to be. And also how much Disney has changed, and to me not for the better. I will continue to hope and pray that said company goes back to its true and real roots, like it was back in the Renaissance Era (1989-1999), the Bronze Era (1970-1977), the Silver Era (1950-1967) and finally the Golden Era (1937-1942). Even the Dark Era (1981-1988!)
I will continue to hope and pray for the world to get back on track, and stand firm in what I really believe is true, real, right and wonderful. Laid down by God, not by man.

If you were with the Ponyhead sisters, what would your first thoughts be at seeing Luna? And what do you think about the powerful barriers/boundaries that are set across Mewni?
After Luna leaving, what would you suggest to the Ponyhead siblings on what to do next? And if you heard Angel's thoughts concerning on who is the King of Kings, what would you say to her?
If you were with Jackie, what kind of vehicle would you suggest to her? And after the look around, what would you suggest for her to do next to see on other options before making a decision?
