I stomped on the cold ground. It was soon to be night, and I needed to find food. I hate them. They were so stupid, can't take a joke? Ugh. At least I know I can survive, the Pokecenter is full. I tripped on a loose vine on the ground and fell down. I growled and stood up, brushing the debris off my knees. I loosened my bag and looked for some Pokemon food. I poured out what little amount I had left and fed them to all my Pokemon. "I need to make more food for you and me, buddy." I murmured to my Ivysaur as I stroked it.
I grabbed some ripe Oran berries and set off to make some Pokemon food. I know I had some left over coleslaw from lunch, but that's only going to feed me for tonight. I took the fresh Pokemon food, put it in the small container and gave some more to my Pokemon.
After closing my bag after I took out the small box holding the salad, I grabbed a bed of leaves and some small strands of tall grass.
"Ivysaur, Vulpix, return!" I looked at the sky and saw that the sun was almost gone from the sky. I reluctantly set my back against the bed, wincing at the sharp foliage. I sat up and sighed. I took out the think blanket from my knit sack, and I took off my vest. I set the vest on the upper area of the green bed and set the blanket on top. "Pikachu, go and help me find some branches, okay? We need a fire to keep warm."
"Pikaa!" It nodded and set off east. I sighed and got some small branches in sight. I heard my Pikachu return and I took out my Vulpix Pokeball, again. "Vulpix, help me out!"
"Hey, can you make a fire for me?" The Vulpix crooned it's neck, "Vulpiixx!" Ablaze the fire went. It was night now. All the noise in the forest has gone silent except for the occasional footsteps of an awake Pokemon. Other than that, it was just the popping sounds of the small fire. "Vulpix, return." I yawned sleepily. "Pi-ka?" My Pikachu lift the blanket from the bed and settled on the left, near the tree trunk. I stopped watching the fire and went to sleep.
"Stop! I'm sick of this." Melani screamed as she yelled at Teal and me. "How do you think I felt? I met you guys because I had to go to the Pokecenter to reserve a frigging room! Lemme tell you, biggest mistake of my life! If I just stayed in the wild where I belong, none of this would've happened. You guys all suck!" I yelled with fury, my voice cracking.
Teal stepped up, growling, "Can't you guys just see it was an accident? Why do you have to blame everything on m-" Garnet cut in, "Because you're stupid!"
Melani screamed at our faces, "That's it! I'm leaving." She turned her back on us and stomped away. I yelled so Melani could hear, "Yeah! Just leave us, you wimp! You think tha-Teal?" I looked around, spotting nothing but more footsteps in the direction Melani went. "Wimps." I muttered under my breath. I kicked the nearest tree in frustration. "Fu-oww!" I held onto my foot and pressed down on it, giving it pressure. I slumped down to the ground and started crying, "I h-ate th-them! I-I wish I n-n-ev-er met th-em!" I hiccupped, holding my legs to my chest, burying my face in between them.
I woke up sweating in the cold atmosphere. I saw instantly that it was still pitch dark, and the fire was reduced to a low flame. "Isn't that early, then.. We didn't fight like that.. Is that how I really saw it as?" I thought about the fight and fell asleep again.
Teal apologized, "Oh my gosh, Melani! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to- I'm so clumsy!" Melani growled, "You could've killed me! Everything's an accident to you! What is wrong with you?" She slammed the ladder against the top bunk and it fell down with a small crash.
Melani came back ten minutes later, "Sorry I overreacted. I know you're a bit.. Um, clumsy, but yeah, at least I didn't die." "Great!" I gave a big fake smile, "Alright, Pikachu, do it!" "D-Do what?" Melani quirked an eyebrow at me. I giggled when I heard the loud shriek of ThunderBolt being used on Melani.
When the chaos was over, Melani sighed in relief. "Nice one, hah! Just don't tell Pikachu to use it full blast anymore!" She squirmed her closed eyelids and laid down on the floor.
I felt a shock run through me, "Pikachuu!" I opened my eyes and looked at the bright sunlight shining down. "That's how it should've happened.." I sighed and closed my eyelids, leaning back on the dew covered tree trunk.
My stomach growled as I groaned, "Ivysaur, come out!" Use your vines to take some apples down of that tree over there, please." I pointed to a small apple tree growing. "Ivy!" It did as told and brought down 4 ripe red apples. I ate two of them and saved the other half for later, storing them in the bag. "I'm going to train Vulpix today, got it, guys? So which one of you wants to battle for practice with it?"
"Pika! Pika!"
"Alright, Pikachu!" I was about to unleash my Vulpix, but I was stopped by a sudden sound of running? A stampede of horses running? "Pers-iann!" I saw a glimpse of cream running by.
