Wow, I've taken a long time. I've been very busy lately with my new job. But hey, I also took longer than usual because I was preparing something new, special and at the same time unexpected. What am I talking about? Well, you will see it below

Bubble Guppies Teen Years

Second Anniversary Special

Behind the Desk

Interviewing The Writer!

Ladies and Gentlemen, we welcome you to a new special program. With you, your hostess, the Drama Queen...Deema!

(audience applause)

Deema: Yo Yo Yo! Hello, Dears! I want to welcome you to this new special program. Tonight we will be interviewing a special person. I want us to welcome our special interviewee tonight. With you...The Author of BGTY...ReaderandWriter9000!

(R&W9000 appearing on the scene)

R&W9000: Oh Hello Everybody!

(audience applause. All of us take a seat)

Deema: Hi, Writer! Today is a special night! Welcome to the special program called: "Interviewing the Author!" Where some readers sent us questions for the guest to answer.

R&W9000: Of course. Many of you loved the reader interviews. And I thought it was time for you to ask me. So everyone will know a little about my opinion of this saga.

Deema: I would like to thank the readers who left their questions. Without them, this episode would have been impossible. How about we start with the questions, friend?

R&W9000: Of course!

Deema: Alright! Our first questions comes from our reader and fellow mermaidf. And her question is: If there was one thing you wished to rewrite about trilogy, what would that be?

R&W9000: Oh thanks for the question! I'm going to be honest, there are things I would like to change about the trilogy. One of them is to make the first and second seasons longer to tell more stories. However, to answer my friend's question I must choose something specific. Well, I would say that I would like to rewrite the arc "The Relationship´s Breaker", because I think that my original idea would have been more intense.

Deema: Hey! It WAS intense! I almost lost Goby!

R&W9000: Yeah…but it could be worse.

Deema: WHAT?! SO HOW DARE YOU….

R&W9000: ANYWAY!...Next question!

Deema: Ejem….my bad….Alright…She had another question….What was your favorite chapter in the whole Saga?

R&W9000: Well…That's kinda hard to choose. Honestly it's complicated because the whole saga is full of stories that I love. However, I will choose "Battle for BubbleTucky", because it is the most dramatic arc of all. The biggest threat was present. And it is the result of everything that happened before. It's just an almost perfect ending.

Deema: Alright! It was a very extreme experience! We almost died there!

R&W9000: Yeah….everything could happen.

Deema: Your partner has another question: She asks: What was your favorite episode from the actual show?

R&W9000: That´s a interesting question. Bubble Puppy's Fin-tastic Fairy Tale! It was a special that I loved a lot because of Molly and Gil's adventure (along with the other guppies) to save Bubble Puppy from being a frog forever and stop the Witch's plans.

Deema: Oh yeah! I remember that! It was a great tale!

R&W9000: I love that chapter. I would like to see it again soon.

Deema: You should hehe….Let's see this. Our loyal reader PrimroseRaspberry has three questions. We'll start with the first one: How did James get the taser, since he had it even before he partnered up with Jane?

R&W9000: I suppose it is not difficult to answer that question. James always had that taser. Let's remember that, as revealed in this special, he has two alcoholic and partying parents. So it was not surprising that he bought a taser for self-defense and to help his father in case someone wanted to take advantage of them. Unfortunately, James used the taser for selfish purposes.

Deema: Yeah! To hurt my boyfriend!

R&W9000: Yeah...it's a shame

Deema: Okay….I`ll ask the next question: Do Molly's conversations with Damaged Molly, Jane forcing Molly to choose between Gil and Mia, and Jane's "Can Molly come out to play" quote reference Green Goblin scenes in the first Spider Man movie?

R&W9000: Hahahaha you got me! I think she managed to find the references to the Spiderman saga. Though I admit the Damaged Molly scenes weren't based on the Green Goblin in the first place. Only later did I notice the similarities. But, the scene of Jane forcing Molly to choose between Gil's life or Mia's and Jane's line before appearing in the Final Battle were definitely Green Goblin references. You can see that I'm a fan of Spiderman huh? But I'm glad someone noticed the references. Also, in the final battle there is a reference to Spiderman No Way Home.

Deema: I see…..What a lot of references huh?

R&W9000: You could said that

Deema (humming): Spider-Man, Spider-Man

Does whatever a spider can

Spins a web, any size

Catches thieves just like flies

Look out

Here comes the Spider-Man

R&W9000: Hahahaa nice one! Let's move on to the next question

Deema: Okay! And her last question is: Why did Ichiro hang around with Harris and his boys, if they didn't obey the laws but his issues with abuse were what caused his feud with Nonny in the first place?

R&W9000: Well that's a hard question. Sometimes we make bad decisions, and well, Ichiro was friends with Harris for a long time. They both knew each other well. Let's remember that Ichiro was on bad roads. Well, he had a rebellious time in his teens. But when he went to college, he put that behind him. However, he didn't stop being friends with Harris until after what he did to Nonny.

Nonny: Ichiro made bad decisions due to having a past full of abuse from his father. It seems that he found refuge in his friendship with Harris ... although it was not a healthy friendship.

R&W900: Yeah…it wasn't an easy answer.

Deema: Very well. Our dear reader JayBird06 asked us a great list of questions. So this will take a while hehehe

R&W9000: Well let's start it! After all…it's the reason why we are here, right?

Deema: Of course. His first question is: What is your favorite non-season finale chapter of each season and why?

R&W9000: I see. That`s a nice question. Obviously my favorite arcs are the season finales. But since the question excludes season endings, I have to choose others. Alright. Let's start with Season 1. My favorite story arc is "Lost Memories". Because the fact of making one of the characters lose their memory is a very interesting idea and the fact that James came to complicate things made it an interesting arc. Another of my favorites this season is "Entangled Between Threads", because it was the first serious plot of this series. Relationship abuse is a very real and serious issue.

Season Two was relatively quiet. However, that doesn't take away from how good it is. And my favorite story arc was "A Strange Kind of Love?" For Urchin's debut and how cute the beginning of the Zoorchin's romance was

Deema: AAAHHHHHH (Fangirl scream)

R&W9000: Yeah….I love this couple too. Anyway…..Season 3 was intense and full of dramatic moments. So picking a favorite story arc is tricky. But I'm going to choose "Guppies in Japan". I liked the idea of sending some guppies to another country. As well as solving loose ends about Oona's father. In addition to being a story full of drama and emotions.

Nonny: This trip to Japan was a rollercoaster of emotions. It was amazing….but it was intense and even scary….Yamato tried to kill me and Azami….

R&W9000: Ohhh right!

Deema: Okay…Let`s see his next question! Ajem…..Who is your favorite BG?

R&W9000: Oh my…..This is an extremely difficult question, because I like all Bubble Guppies. I'm going to pick Gil though. Because he is a character that makes me laugh, he is charismatic, he really loves his friends and Molly, as well as being a character who shows great courage in difficult situations.

Deema: I agreed. Gil challenged his father-in-law for the blessing. He saved Molly from a gunshot, taking it for her. Also... he faced Bossi Cadaverini hand in hand! If that's not bravery, I don't know what is!

R&W9000: You said it. But even though I chose Gil, I really like all the Bubble Guppies. Molly being a character who learned a lot in BGTY. Goby by staying calm despite the situations. Deema, well... It's Deema! How can I not love Deema! Her funny situations and her serious moments are very good.

Deema: Hey! you will make me blush! Hehehe

R&W9000: I like Oona too for his sweet personality (and her strong hided personality). Nonny….well….He's one of my favorites too. And Zooli, I love her development through BGTY saga. In summary, I love all of them.

Deema: Hehehe alright…Let`s see his next question: Who is your favorite of your OC's

R&W9000: I must admit that I like a lot of my OCs. Among them are good characters like Principal Duncan, Officer Anderson, Sharon...but I also like villains like Jane, Harris and even the infamous Bossi Cadaverini. However, one character takes the title of favorite OC. And that someone is Urchin. Urchin Lee-Rivers is my favorite OC of all the ones I've created. He is a character that helped me understand more and study more about people with physical disabilities. Also, his personality, motivations, skills and his story was great. I always wanted to make a character to be with Zooli, but Urchin showed that he is more than that. Really, he has been the best character I've created out of all the fanfics I've done.

Deema: Well….I think everybody loves Urchin.

R&W9000: Well….the readers proved it to me.

Deema: I`ll check the next question: What is your least favorite chapter of each season, and then what is your least favorite overall?

R&W9000: Okay….another great question. I'll be honest, almost all the stories in this saga are good. But I must admit that there are some that do not convince me at all. I'll be honest, almost all the stories in this saga are good. But I must admit that there are some that do not convince me at all. In the first season I can choose between "Nonny`s First Kiss" or "Hidden Sorrow"...and honestly, I choose the latter. It's an arc that I feel could have been much better. There are salvageable things like Gil wanting to defend Nonny, or Nonny's breaking point and how Oona defends him from Nate. But despite that, it's not a very exciting story.

In the second season I can choose between "Rivarly Returns" or "The Relationship's Breaker" And this time I choose the latter. Well, it is a story that hurt me a lot, because the original script would have been better than the final result. Despite that, the story has the detail of showing us Scarlet, a member of the Sinister Guppies. But other than that, it's not very relevant.

Season 3 is very difficult to pick a bad story. Because they are all good in their own way. However, I think I'm going to choose between "Things Change" and "Adopt Time". The first because I feel that it is a forgettable chapter. The most interesting thing about the episode was seeing the scene where Molly almost killed Deema at the end of Season 2 from Deema's perspective. But besides that, that could have been included in the prologue. And in "Adopt Time," it's really not a bad story, because we get a glimpse of Sharon's redemption. The only thing that made me choose this story as "least favorite" is simply the irrelevance of it. Obviously, it's not bad, but compared to all the plot and intensity of this season, this chapter falls short.

So...analyzing the entire saga and its "bad chapters", I think that the worst chapter of all could be "The Relationship's Breaker" for all the lost potential

Deema: Wow…that was long hehehe. Alright. The next question is: Were there any design aspects of the characters that you considered, but ultimately left out?

R&W9000: That is an unusual but interesting question. Like I said at the beginning, Zooli was going to have a very different boyfriend than Urchin. That guy was going to be a Latino with brown skin, black hair, and basically a bully at first who would eventually become a Bubble Guppy. But I decided to discard it because Urchin seemed to me that he had a more interesting design. Another thing is that Bossi's design was so that he was originally Jane's biological father. However, with the advancement of the Third Season and the creation of Jane's Origin, I decided that Bossi would be an adoptive father.

Deema: Wow! I didn't know that! Let me see the next question: What was the hardest chapter for you to make?

R&W9000: Excellent question. There were many chapters that cost me. For example: "Guppies in Japan'' because I had to research things about Japan to get it right. Many chapters were difficult to do to avoid contradicting something that has been said in previous chapters. That's why "Battle for BubbleTucky'' was one of the biggest challenges. Being the closure, it had to really show everything that happened before doesn't compare to this arc. Others that cost me though were "Recovering What Was Lost" and "Bubble Guppies Forever!" for their own songs. But...the hardest arc to write was definitely "Battle for BubbleTucky''

Deema: I can imagine it. Many hours of writing and planning.

R&W9000: You said it!

Deema: His next question is: How hard was it to make all the songs in the saga? Also do they have a beat to them cause I try to find one but cant lol.

R&W9000: UGH….as you can imagine….I'm not a musician to begin with, so writing original songs was quite a challenge. The first original song is called "An Apology Song" which appears in Season 3 in the episode: "Recovering What Was Lost", where Molly uses the song to reconcile with Gil. That song falls under the romance genre. So the melody was soft and calm, using guitar and piano sounds. And the second song is called "Bubble Guppies Forever!" who appears at the end of the saga. That song mixes rock with pop, two musical genres that the Bubble Guppies use very well. The bad thing is that I am not a musician, so I would not know how to compose a defined rhythm.

Deema: Hehehe I could help you

R&W9000: I would like it hehehehe.

Deema: Alright. Next one: Are you considering making a small sequel to this saga? If so, when would you start doing it? If not, will there be small stories that take place after Season 3?

R&W9000: …

Deema: Sooo?

R&W9000: I'd love to answer that question now, but that might ruin the reveal I have in store for the next chapter. So I'm going to say that….Maybe I will….Deema, next question!

Deema: Right?...Anyway….Ajem…How did Harris break in and kidnap both Nonny and Mia without getting caught?

R&W9000: Well, most kidnappings are not stopped on the spot (sadly). In Nonny's case, it was in secret. He was planning to get to BubbleTucky to surprise his friends and girlfriend so he would get there before prom. But Harris showed up and kidnapped him on a quiet night. In Mia's case, it was a violent kidnapping. Well, if anyone intervened, Harris or Bossi's men would have killed them. So hardly anyone was going to do anything about it.

Deema: It was….confusing….But I guess it's understandable….Next question of our loyal reader: If you had to describe each season in 1 word, what would they be? And then what would the saga be in 1 word?

R&W9000: Mmmm interesting huh? The word I would use for the first season would be "Experimental". Because in that season I was just testing how I would go with a BG story. The second season I would use the word "Curious", because there were interesting changes and I tried to innovate and make it different from the previous season. And Season 3 I would say the word "Tension", because everything that happens in this season is a consequence of everything that happened before. It is a season full of stronger emotions.

To conclude, I would define the entire saga with the word "Fin-tastic!" Honestly it was an experience like never before. I loved working on the series. There were days full of inspiration, there were difficult days due to health or emotional issues, but I feel that this saga made me improve many things in writing, script creation, command of English. So I do not regret having written this great saga. And I'm glad so many of you love my work. I sincerely appreciate it very much. Without you, the saga would not exist. It sounds cliché and repetitive... but it's the truth

Deema: It was so….(snif) moving

R&W9000: Hehehe don´t cry, my friend. We must continue with the show.

Deema: I know, I know….His next question is: What were the most funniest, dramatic, suspenseful, happy, sad, romantic, and scary moments for you in this saga?

R&W9000: Obviously there are many more moments, but I have decided to choose the ones that are on the list. Without a doubt, the saga is loaded with different emotions.

Deema: Say it to me!

R&W9000: Hahaha right!

Deema: His next question: If you had to bring one character back, who would it be and why? By "Bring 1 character back", I mean a character that only appeared once.

R&W9000: I see. My answer is, without a doubt, Yamato. Oona's father. This is because I feel that he is an interesting character. In the short time that he appeared he showed a very interesting story. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again in a possible future story

Nonny: Hmmmm it doesn´t give me a good feeling

R&W9000: Come on, Nonny! You've faced worse things, haven't you?

Nonny: You have a good point.

Deema: Anyway! The following question is: Would you be open to any future BGTY stories from us in the future?

R&W9000: Hmmmm very good question. Of course I would like to do more BGTY stories. As long as you, dear readers, agree. As long as you enjoy my content, you will have more of BGTY very soon...Hehehe

Deema: Hey! And that suspicious laugh?

R&W9000: Nevermind….Let's continue!

Deema: Riiiight?...His last question is: If you had to do a crossover with this saga and another cartoon, what would it be and why?

R&W9000: Hmmmm it's hard. For now I don't know a cartoon that is interesting to cross with BG. However, the idea would be interesting. Also, "Star Guppies Wars" was kind of a crossover (mostly parody). But so far, I don't know of a saga to make an interesting crossover.

Deema: Well….That was the last question

R&W9000: I appreciate all the questions you sent me. I loved doing this show. Thank you very much for your participation.

Deeema: It´s very funny to interview people hehehe. We learn a lot about you tonight!

R&W9000: Hehehe yeah. I want to thank mermaidf, PrimroseRaspberry and JayBird06 for sent me all the questions. Without them, this program would not have existed. Thank you very much to all of you for coming tonight. For now I only think about making an edit to this section. Be ready for the surprises to come. Here ReaderandWriter9000 says goodbye and see you in the next chapter.

Deema: Thank you for coming to this program. Here your hostess says goodbye and thus closes our block of "Interviewing the Author!" Good night Everybody! We love you!

(audience applause)

I'm sorry for the huge delay. I just got a new job and I'm having a hard time writing. However, this special still has special things to show. In fact, the next chapter will be very…very revealing. Leave your reviews to know your opinions. And I can only tell you to prepare for the reveal of the next chapter. See you very soon!
