"WELCOME BACK TO THE EXHIBITION ARENA!" Velvet said walking out wearing a white tank top, black miniskirt and leather jacket. "So this is what my shtick is going to be fanservice costumes?" she asked annoyed "Me being dressed in sexy outfits?" she groaned before she looked to the audience "Anyway today is another Marvel Vs DC Round, this time we have the two urban heroes who try their best to change their environments" she shouted "in the blue corner we have the shocking school principal, who always gets a charge of out zapping villains into prison, BLACK LIGHTNING!" she shouted as the DC Hero ran out smiling and waving "Now in the red corner we have Harlem's own unbreakable Hero for Hire, give it up for LUKE CAGE!" she called out as Luke Cage ran out smiling and waving before he stood in front of the DC hero and glared at him before the pair held their hands up and shook. "Let's head into the arena to see which one of these urban heroes will walk away victorious" she smiled

Black Lightning vs Luke Cage

Luke Cage had been hired to attack some creep that was dealing some weird ass drug dubbed Green Light, and he had tracked it all the way to some warehouse by the docks
"Always a warehouse by the docks" Luke muttered looking around, finding that the only way in was locked, looking around, he snapped the handle off and then kicked the door in, allowing him to walk in and look around
"Hey" a voice said making Luke turn around before a bolt of electricity struck him "what are you doing here"
"Looking for someone and that was my favourite hoodie" Luke frowned
"So sorry, but this is Freeland, and whoever your chasing is on my turf" The man said
"Okay sparky" Luke snorted
"The name is Black Lightning" the man stated
"Fine then, Black Lightning I'm going to enjoy teaching you some manners
LET BATTLE COMMENCE
Luke grabbed a drum and threw it at Black Lightning, which was blocked by a wall of lightning and flung back. Black Lightning then walked over to Luke and threw electrified punches in his face which did nothing to Luke but damaged Black Lightning's hands slightly, Luke just sighed and backhanded him into a pillar.
"Time to fry" Black Lightning growled blasting more electricity at Luke Cage, who tanked it as he strode toward Black Lightning "what the hell, how are you not charred?"
"My body is about as hard as titanium!" Luke cried out as he Spartan kicked Black Lightning who flew back, only to burst into electricity before reappearing behind Luke and using his magnetic abilities to throw a steel crate into Luke forcing him into the ground
"That was tough" he said turning around as the noise of metal under strain was heard "You have got to be kidding me" he groaned see Luke now standing there with no shirt holding two halves of a the crate that was thrown at him "Ah shit" he said before using a shield.
"Nice moves" Luke said as he ripped a pole out of the ground and threw it like a spear, it missing its target thanks to Black Lightning using his powers to steer it away, only to have Luke charge at him, and bury his fist in the cement wall next to him surprising the electric hero. Seeing this as a good opportunity Black Lightning struck Luke in the face, feeling his bones crack under the impact of it. Screaming in agony, Black Lightning clutched his hand as he started to heal it with his electric powers.
"Nice try" Luke said as he threw another punch, Black Lightning redirecting it once again into the wall, only for Luke to bring his knee up into the ribcage of Black Lightning, breaking a few ribs. One of them scratching the outer membrane of his lungs. Black Lightning could feel how hard he was breathing so he used his lightning to blind Luke Cage, giving him enough time to run and hide so he could heal.
Blinking and rubbing his eyes enabled Luke to regain, he was now angry
"Time to finish this" he growled as he noticed a chain nearby. Picking it up he looked around
"HEY!" Black Lightning shouted firing a stream of electricity at Luke Cage, which flowed through the chain super heating. Luke just simple walked towards Black Lightning
"Usually the skull head has the burning chain, but now?" Luke asked as he swung it as Black Lightning hard, who quickly created a shield to block several swings. Thinking about a new angle Black Lightning shot at Luke's mouth, making him stumble
"Oh okay homeboy, how's that?!" Black Lightning exclaimed. Recovering Luke picked up the chain and swung it again, then time a hit landed on Black Lightning, the skin sizzling as it did so. Black Lightning tried shooting my lightning at him, only for it to not work. Luke walked up to him and reared his fist back
"Looks like you shorted out" Luke said as he reared back and punched Black Lighting in the chest, caving it in while embedding the electric hero in the wall. "Sweet Christmas" he grunted before going after the man he was here for
VICTORY ACHIEVED!
"Wow what a shocking ending, now while Black Lightning was pretty powerful, Luke had the advantaged because he's skin is unbreakable, and the only things that can penetrate it are lasers and adamantium, nether Black Lightning had any of on him, plus Luke can withstand explosions of 150 tons of dynamite and electric shocks, so basically this fight was a walk in the park for Luke to win" Velvet explained before a modem could be heard dialling up "Now for our next battle we are going digital, to see how two of the greatest digital defenders do against one another" Velvet said "So join us next time in Exhibit Arena and have a good time wherever you are" she waved walking off. "And get me a better costume next time!" she was heard shouting
G'day Guys Grizz here, and I know this was an easy matchup to make and I should tried an electrical for black lightning and maybe another hero for Luke, but I like said this was an easy match up to make, because they're both street based heroes from areas that are usually ignored, but while research I discovered that this fight swung heavily in Luke's favour because he was shock proof opps
