Ch 6
Thor, Val, and Loki returned to Asgard to free it from Hela. Thor went to the throne room to fight the Goddess of Death. Val, Loki, and the remaining Asgardians fought Hela's Berserkers alongside people that escaped Sakaar because of a revolution led by Korg. Skurge and Hela's dead army charged at the good army which was beginning to lose without Thor's help as many Asgardians and Sakaar gladiators were stabbed and killed. In the throne room, Thor swung at Hela with his hammer but she blocked each of his strikes before catching the hammer in her hand and crushing it.
"I expected more." Hela said before kicking Thor down and stabbing him with a thrown sword.
Thor tried to fight back with his sword and shield from Sakaar but Hela disarmed him of both his sword and shield before striking him in the face with another sword, cutting out his eye.
"Ugh, now you remind me of dad." Hela said before throwing Thor down. "I'm not a queen or a monster. I'm the Goddess of Death."
Then Thor had a vision of Odin.
"Even when you had two eyes, you'd still see only half the picture." Odin said.
"She's too powerful. Without my hammer, I can't." Thor replied.
"Mjolnir was only to help you control your power but it wasn't where it came from." Odin said.
"Hela's taken over Asgard already." Thor pointed out.
"Asgard was never a place. Asgard is where our people stand." Odin replied. "Right now, they need your help."
"I'm not as strong as you." Thor said.
"No. You're stronger." Odin replied before walking away.
Back in the real world, Hela was standing over Thor before he fired a bolt of lightning which destroyed the balcony of the palace and threw Hela off. Thor jumped down and took out the Berserkers with a lightning shockwave before he zapped through the dead army with lightning bolts. Skurge dropped his axe and ran to the Statesman. Val took out some Berserkers with her sword, Loki took out Berserkers with his twin daggers, Heimdall took out Berserkers with his sword, and Korg and Miek took out Berserkers with their laser rifle and knife-hands.
Fenris charged and tackled Thor but he blasted the wolf off the edge of Asgard. Thor continued striking Berserkers with lightning until every Berserker went down. Thor had Loki go to the palace to cause Ragnarok. The Berserkers climbed up the Statesman but Skurge shot them down with his machine guns before he jumped down and shot the remaining Berserkers before running out of ammo and Hela threw a sword at him, killing him.
Loki used the Crown of Surtur to bring him back and he bursted out of the palace in a large explosion.
"I am Asgard's doom!" Surtur said as he wreaked havoc everywhere. Thor, Loki, and Val got onto the Statesman before it took off. Hela sent spikes into Surtur but it didn't do anything before she got obliterated by Surtur's sword and it continued into Asgard's core, causing the planet to explode and kill Surtur.
After the destruction of Asgard, Thor and the Asgardians were on the Statesman and were wondering where to go.
"Miek, where are you from?" Thor asked.
"Oh, Miek's dead." Korg said. "I accidentally stomped on him on the bridge. I've been carrying him around all day."
Then Miek woke up.
"Oh, never mind. He's alive, guys." Korg said. "What was your question again, bro?"
"Earth it is." Thor said.
Later, the Statesman was about to go through a Jump Point but it was blocked by Thanos' ship, the Sanctuary 2.
