(Josh POV)

I woke up to a ray of sunlight hitting me in the face. Finn and Jake were still sleeping and they looked so peaceful.

"Huh" I muttered recalling more parts of my past "I don't remember the definition of peaceful"

I climbed down the ladder I saw that led me to the living room/kitchen.

"Hello Uncle!" The same robot from last night exclaimed.

"Oh, hey! What's your name again? Scepter?" I asked

"NEPTR which stands for Never Ending Pie Throwing Robot" It replied

"Which way to the candy kingdom?" I asked. NEPTR rolled to the window and pointed. I began walking to the kingdom and as I got closer I remembered that I had some flight ability. I jumped but nothing happened. I closed my eyes and imagined myself whizzing through the air. When I reopened them I noticed I was floating a centimeter of the ground and I was covered in a thin layer of sweat. I dropped back to the ground and decided to work on that later.

About 30 minutes of jogging later I reached the walls of the Candy kingdom, prepared for the absolute weirdest.

"Cool hat dude" One of the Banana guards said as I passed them. On the candy streets small gumdrop people- Cool hat? I reached up to my head and in place of hair I had a hat on like Finn's.

Suddenly a mob of candy people made a rush towards to the central building of the kingdom and pushed me towards it with them. "Oof!" I grunted as they stopped sending me flying into the castle wall (inertia logic). Princess Bubblegum walked out of a terrace wall and shouted, "I would like to announce the arrival of another human in the land of Ooo-" The candy crowd went wild "Josh the Human please step up!"

A part of the castle's wall sank revealing a secret door that led to a staircase witch I started climbing. At the top two banana guards led me to where Princess Bubblegum was standing "Let us give Josh a formal welcome to Ooo!" she shouted to the crowd. Black clouds started forming in the sky and faster than normal. Is this part of the ceremony? I thought

"WHO DARED TO START A PARTY WITHOUT ME?" A voice boomed from the clouds.

The candy people panicked as if they knew what was happening. Every one ran to their houses and bolted and barricaded themselves in. Even the color drained from PB's face. Suddenly a column of ice fell from the sky and laded were the candy people were standing. A hole in the clouds formed and a blue skinned man with a long nose with a crown on his head descended from the sky.

"Josh, come with me!" The princess yelled and darted off into the candy hallways with surprising agility and I ran after her. "What's, Going, On?" I asked between breaths "The ice king hates it when we don't invite him to parties. Last time we didn't invite him he froze a third of the population for a month!"

"Wait he's good or bad?"

"Mentally troubled"

"Then I'm sorry princess!" I jumped out the nearest window sliding down the wall grabbing anything to slow my descent till I hit the ground. I went to draw my sword but then I realized I forgot it at the tree . I grabbed some rocks and ran at the Ice King, hurling rocks.

"Hey Ice King you fat jerk! Over here!" I shouted, running out of rocks to throw

"I'll make an example of you!" Ice king shouted turning towards me "Eat ice boulders!" Ice king generated and threw large icy rocks at me. Instead of backing down I jumped onto an ice boulder, slipped and fell onto it. CRACK! One rib down 11 to go I thought. I hopped onto the next one and then the one after that in a dangerous parkour until I reached the Ice king and gave him a solid punch to the jaw.

I landed on the grown flat on the chest and my rib burned like crazy. Ice King got up and loomed over me, with Ice Magic swirling around his fingertips.

This is how I die I thought.

"B-ZZAPP!"

Everything slowed down as the Ice Bolt Traveled towards me. Midair it redirected itself from my head to my neck and my teardrop amulet intercepted it and absorbed it.

This is the Crystalleeze necklace. Said an old man's voice in my head It now is activated and can be used to its full potential.

The Amulet pulsed and released a shockwave knocking the ice King a few yards from away me. I need my sword I thought. Suddenly a huge sonic boom shattered 99% of the windows in the candy kingdom. I looked towards where the sound came from. Something red had launched out of the Tree Fort like a rocket and was heading towards the Candy Kingdom. That's my sword! I realized as it started its descent coming straight at me. I held out my hand. "Can't catch that fool! You'll break your arm!" IK snarled at me. I caught the sword perfectly, no arms broken, and I faced Ice king.
