Chapter 1: Test Flight.
(The events of Attack Of The Clones went differently to the main universe, for one: Anakin was born a female in this universe and is not attracted to Padme, merely seeing her as an older sister than a lover.
Two: she is much more emotional than male Anakin, and finds it even more difficult to hold onto her emotions, meaning she is used to her darker side.)
Section 31 command was obviously furious after the absolute mess that was the Khan incident, especially at the cost of their first Prototype Warship. The USS Vengeance.
Fortunately, they had suspected something would go wrong. Especially due to the fact that the project was put into the hand's of Alexander Marcus.
As the saying goes, they had not put all of their eggs in one basket.
And so Section 31 had planned accordingly, and secretly constructed another large warship of a similar design.

The German word for Predator was an appropriate name for such a vessel, for if Kirk and the rest of Star fleet thought the Vengeance had too much power for a ship, then the Raubtier was something out of their worst nightmares.
Almost two hundred meters longer than its sister ship, the Raubtier is the largest vessel to be constructed by Star fleet at that time.
While the Vengeance could hold a crew of up to 6,000, The Raubtier could hold up to nearly 7,000.
Why? Because as a warship, the Raubtier was designed to survive and continue fighting through battle after battle. While the normal type of starship classes, Like the Miranda or constitution, were not built for prolonged combat. And so while those types of vessels would be destroyed, the Raubtier could carry the surviving crew until the battle was over.
Weapons: fourty two phaser banks, thirty photon torpedo launchers, two experimental railguns, twelve prototype quantum missile launchers and a prototype Photonic cannon.
Defenses: Main, secondary and backup shield generators. Reinforced armour plating, point defense phaser cannons and emergency bulkheads.
Top Secret Equipment: Cloaking Device, Saucer Separation and a Emergency Nacelle.
So in so many words, the Raubtier is a giant, over engineered, armed to the teeth, Lifeboat.
(Undisclosed Location, Section 31 Testing Grounds.)
"This is Crimson Shadow Star base to the USS RAUBTIER, all systems are green from our end. You ready for the test jump?"
"Yes sir, my crew cannot wait to see what this baby can do." Replied the captain with a smirk.
He was a tall nineteen year old human male, he stood at 6'7 and had black hair with blondish streaks. The most unusual thing about him was his eyes, they were an unusual bluish silver.
Oh sorry, you want to know his name?
Bartholomew [although he preferred to be called Barry] , Henry, Picard. He was one of the youngest (and most dangerous) Agents of Section 31.
He was top in his class at espionage, intelligence gathering, hand to hand combat, and other skills that were of course, need to know.
He and his crew of 1,500 officers had been assigned to the Raubtier. And today was the first official trans-warp test.
Oh yes, they were going to try and find out just what the new upgrades to the warp nacelles could truly do.
According to his chief engineer, Harrison Wells, they could practically 'bolt' from one side of the galaxy to the other, in a number of minutes. Perhaps even seconds, if they were careful enough to not damage or overload the prototype engines that is.
Section 31 had put most of it's eggs in the basket of the USS Vengeance, so the Raubtier needed to be superior and of course, more importantly, be in full working condition.
"Captain, engineering reports we are ready for launch." Jeremy's SIC told him.
She was a teenaged Romulan, and had trained with Barry at the same confidential section 31 academy. Her name was Ir'is Wester, and she viewed her captain as her best friend.
He had stuck up for her during their time at the academy and even took the fall for her mistakes, knowing that just because of the name of her species and pointed ears, their trainers would likely punish her harshly.
And for that, she was ever loyal and grateful to the young man. And was pleasantly surprised when he told the section 31 leaders that he'd only take the position of captain if he could have Iris as his first officer.
And so, here they were. On the bridge of the most advanced ship in the galaxy.
"Helm, plot a course. Second star to the right, and straight on till morning." Barry joked, causing some of his officers to groan.
"Really, a Peter Pan Reference?" Muttered the navigational officer, Winn Schott, as he typed out a course of his own choosing into the console.
A whirring sound could be heard across the ship as the warp nacelles powered up, causing Barry and his crew to grin in excitement.
{Outside the ship}
The twin nacelle's blue Bussard collectors closed up, with a mettalic plate folding up over each collector once they had finished closing.
Blue bolts of electricity sparked between the two nacelles and then across the rest of the ship, causing absolutely no damage but instead over energized the ship's engines.
"USS RAUBTIER, power down now! We've detected an anomaly in your warp core, I repeat, power down!" Ordered the starbase.
However, the crew of the Raubtier could not hear them due to the interference that was being caused by the overcharged warp nacelles.
And with a flash of bluish white, the Raubtier was gone.
"Well crap, we're all going to be ejected from the airlock for this." Muttered the commanding officer of the section 31 Station, Hank Henshaw.
(Meanwhile, across the universe)
A bolt of blue lightning flashed across the vacuum of space, passing star after star, planet after planet, galaxy after galaxy.
"Captain, engineering says they can power off the warp engines safely and bring us out of trans-warp if we eject the upgraded component." Reported Iris, her voice strained and worried.
Barry grimaced. "Make it so Number one, we'll have to find another way back home." He replied with a sigh, praying that this solution would work.
With a swipe of an icon, the USS RAUBTIER came out of warp. Coming to a complete stop over some remote planet.
The upgraded components were then ejected from the warp nacelles, their power cells overheating, and within seconds, they had detonated into small balls of fire.
Barry looked pale. "If we hadn't had done that sooner.." he trailed off, not particularly wanting to think of what could have happened.
"Captain, the computer does not Recognise any constellations." Winn stated, pulling up a few pictures of the outside stars.
"Winn, I need a calculation of how far away we are from the milky way."
"Aye sir." Winn complied, turning back to his console to follow the order.
"Umm, captain. We're being hailed By two different ships, both who are firing on each other." Reported the communications officer, Cisco Ramone.
What Barry and his crew did not know, was that their presence in this new location would forever change the Galaxy's history.
