I do not own Hannibal. I only own Simone Hale and her mother.

Story start

The kiss stunned me as Hannibal gave Scout a pat on the head and he kissed my neck before leaving the apartment. Scout licking my hand finally shook me out of my stupor. I smiled down softly at the dog before smacking my cheeks. "Don't worry about it, just don't worry about it right now," I whispered to myself before entering the shower to take a hot shower and forget what just happened. I knew it would plague my mind, but I had more important visions to think about right now.

A phone call from Will the next morning woke me up earlier than usual. He and Jack picked me up from the apartment, but not before Scout scared Jack to death. However, the dog loved Will, and Will spent a good thirty minutes playing with and loving the dog. Will's injury was still healing, but he was able to go back into the field. I could tell he was not that excited about being in the field again though.

It turned out that Jack was taking us to a motel where two people had been killed to resemble angels with the skin on their back spread. It was exactly like my vision but the killer was no longer sleeping comfortably in the bed as he had in the vision. Jack sneered at the sight but Will was lost in his own mind working out the meaning behind all of this. Jack just looked towards me wanting to know if I had seen anything about the killer, which only made last night's vision pass through my mind.

Last night while sleeping, I had seen Will standing in a barn with the killer having made himself an angel as well, and the man was dead. However, Will was beginning to have a strange hallucination that the man was alive and speaking to him. "It's only the beginning," I thought sadly looking at Will. He did not deserve to deal with this or Hannibal's future plans just because his brain was physically killing itself.

"Well did you see anything?" Jack questioned and I glared at him.

"Do you honestly want me to tell you my visions after what happened last time?" I asked him never letting my eyes leave his.

"No," Will shouted with a wild look in his eyes.

"This is what you're getting paid to do," Jack snarled and I backed away from him when he walked towards me angrily. "You have to tell us your visions or we'll take back that apartment you're staying in," he threatened.

"Jack, we have no right to know all the details of the vision. I don't really feel like getting injured again anytime soon," Will yelled as the three of us left the motel.

"Will, we need this information," Jack yelled angrily and I immediately started walking towards the other FBI agents, which turned out to be some of the ones from the forensic team. "I will kick you out of that apartment if you don't tell me the visions," Jack shouted at me and I froze.

"These visions really don't even have much to do with you. The only ones they will hurt is Will, so don't you dare act like your life depends on it. Will's life and the lives of others depend on these visions, not yours," I snapped. Jack's mouth opened and closed a few times. "All I ever promised you was hints, and if you and your FBI agents are not capable enough of figuring out these cases, then that's just your own incompetence. I'm not supposed to share these visions unless I want to see more people dead or hurt," I finished before asking one of the agents, who were not busy to take me back to the apartments. Before I got into the car, I turned around to shout, "Oh and Will things you see are not always there in reality, don't let them affect you." I entered the car hoping Will would try to take my words to heart to understand their meaning.

"Oh, and Jack, go visit Old McDonald," I shouted and that was the only hint that angry man was going to get today. I had an adorable puppy to get home to and spend time with, but I hoped Hannibal was busy with work so I would not be nervous and confused more than usual.

Scout practically tackled me when I opened the door. He was happily greeting me as I put a leash on his collar to take him for a walk since I knew he would need to go outside and run around a bit. Thankfully, I had found a dog park nearby that he could enjoy using some energy there. The two of us were having a great time at the dog park until a phone call ruined the fun. Hannibal was calling me asking to attend a dinner party that he was throwing for Will and Will's friend Alana Bloom. He also made sure to tell me to wear formal attire.

"It wouldn't kill him for me to wear comfortable clothes, but oh well, just as long as the food for me is vegetarian," I grumbled before kissing Scout's head and putting his leash back on his collar. The sweet dog was ready for a nap when we got back home and I got ready. I wanted to bring him over to Hannibal's apartment to just ruin how formal the atmosphere would be, but Scout was passed out on the couch so I left him alone.

My nerves were as tight as could as I knocked on the door to Hannibal's apartment. Flashes of yesterday's kiss and the kiss and bite on the neck were making my already jumbled mind even more stressed. He was a good looking man, and he was a gentleman. However, I don't know if I should feel ok knowing that I was starting to like the attention he gave me and the affection. I had never had anybody give that type of affection before. My mother was always worried about my visions to notice that I was actually a person, who wanted to know that somebody cared about me.

Butterflies infested my stomach as the door opened, and Hannibal was standing there dressed nicely as always. His smirk left his face, and I was shocked to see a small genuine smile appear on his face. He gently grabbed my hand and kissed it before kissing me on the lips. "Glad you're here, Simone," he said softly before pulling me into his apartment and wrapping an arm around my waist. "Our guests have been waiting to see you," he said louder so Will and Alana to hear us.

Alana was the first person I saw sitting at the dining room table, and Will was next as he was sitting across from her. She was a beautiful and intelligent looking woman. I could feel her eyes psychoanalyzing me and even Hannibal as we entered the room. It made a shiver pass down my spine. Hannibal squeezed my waist tighter since he knew I was not fond of being dissected psychologically by somebody's eyes.

"Simone, this is Alana, Will's good friend and she is one of my colleagues in the psychology world," Hannibal introduced me to the woman, who even through a smile was still analyzing me. "Alana, this is Simone, my love and she also works with Will," he said kissing the top of my head. Will and Alana both choked a bit on their wine.

"You two are together?" Will questioned and I gave a small nod as the pair at the table gave us a disbelieving look.

"I've never known you to have a girlfriend, Dr. Lecter," Alana said surprised before she gave a longing look at Will.

"I've also never known a woman as wonderful and interesting as Simone," Hannibal said and the room felt full of affection requited or unrequited, but I just felt like I was trapped in a cage through the entire exchange.
