After a brief application for transferring schools, Principal Levit has called a school council meeting at lunch break. Señor Karl Uhl, Coach Lawrence and Mr. Walter Strickler were concerned with the sudden change of transfer students.

"Confirmación, you want to put the transfers here during this school year?" Señor asked with a German accent. "This is the official confirmation from none other than Councilwoman Nuñez." Levit replied back as the Spanish Teacher learns of their place of origin.

Strickler came up with an idea for the young Parisians to continue their education. "I will gladly take part of these kids to finish their education right here, if..." He paused as he looked around the room if there are kids eavesdroping them. "I would like to learn about themselves." Strickler finished his sentence.

Coach Lawrence had been confused about Mr. Strickler's idea as Miss Janeth arrived. "Are you sure about this, sudden exchanges, Principal Levit?" He asked, nervous about the possible outcome. "With this, then yeah." Levit answered.

After the meeting took place, they have decided to apply Marinette's group to transfer students. Coach Lawrence returned to court, gestured the Parisians to follow him.

As they arrived at the court, Marinette, Adrien and others saw a lot of students, along with Eli Pepperjack, Steve Palchuk, Mary Wang, etc. Coach Lawrence grabbed the mic as he tested it. The mic went feedback for the students to listen.

Coach Lawrence cleared his throat loudly before starting his announcement. "Students of Arcadia, Principal Levit has announced that there will be a new batch of foreign exchange students, came originally from Paris, France." The young Arcadians murmured as a result to the changes being made. Coach Lawrence clapped his hands loudly by a microphone, hurting the kids' ears, especially Marinette's group.

"The principal wanted everyone here to treat the new ones with kindness, politeness, and respect!" The Gym Coach yelled at the students in order to listen as he calmed down and continue. "Now, they are here to introduce themselves, starting with the blue-haired pigtail girl." He finished the announcement as he gestured his right hand towards Marinette.

Marinette walked towards the middle of the court, almost tripped over the mic and started to speak. "Hello. My name is Marinette Dupain-Cheng, 16 years old and, my dream is to become a fashion designer." She finished her introduction and walked towards the left side of the court as she noticed a blonde-haired jock looking at her. Adrien noticed who Marinette was looking at, and became annoyed with the jock. Kinda reminds me of Felix. Adrien thought as it was his turn to speak an introduction.

"Hi. I am Adrien Agreste and I'm 16 years old. I only hope we all could get along well." Adrien introduced himself as the introduction goes next to Alya. Adrien glared at the blonde jock. "I'm Alya Césaire and I'm a blogger. Also, I'm 16 as well." Alya said as Nino became next, then in order: Zoé Lee, 13; Kagami Tsurugi, 15; Luka and Juleka Couffaine, both 18.

After the introduction took place and Coach Lawrence said a few words, the announcement has finally over and the students are continuing their class since the lunch break is almost over. Coach Lawrence returned to Marinette's group for a quick chat. "Your class will start by tomorrow morning at 8 in the morning so, don't be late." Coach Lawrence said before leaving.

Marinette had a quick thinking about the school. "If we were about to start the rest of the year here, maybe a quick tour wouldn't hurt." Marinette said before asking. "What do you think?" Everyone nodded as Adrien spoke. "And then maybe, keeping you away from the blonde idiot."

Everyone notice his sudden emotions towards Marinette as Nino finally asked him. "Are you jealous, dude?" Adrien immediately shrugged it off and change the subject. "Let's start at the auditorium." Adrien said, walking ahead of them.

Alya called Marinette softly and whispered to her ear. "I believe, Adrien has finally had a crush on you, girl." "It's impossible, Als. We're just friends." Marinette whispered back.

They reached the auditorium and opened the door. They were shocked to see what it is all about.

Meanwhile, Jim and Claire arrived early for the rehearsal for Romeo and Juliet when it's supposed to start after school. They have each other's personal reasons to rehearsal early.

For Jim, is to help Toby become a new Trollhunter. For Claire, is to thank Jim for yesterday's audition and get to know him more.

Miss Janeth was eating lunch when they arrived early. "I thought you two would start rehearsing after school." She said after taking a bite of her ham sandwich as lunch.

"I thought it would be better if we both rehearsing early, so that we'll be better at acting in the future." Claire suggested it, leaving Jim astounded by her plan.

Only a moment passed, Miss Janeth accepted Claire's suggestion and allowed them to rehearse.

Their first part together was their first meeting at the Capulet Manor. Jim's acting worked like a charm as well as Claire. They started their part as Miss Janeth was called for a school council meeting and left the two teenagers alone.

Romeo and Juliet

It started with a dance after Romeo (Jim) took Juliet's (Claire) hand from Tybalt (Steve) as the music continues.

"If I profane with my unworthiest hand

This shrine, the gentle fine is this:

To smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss." Romeo (Jim) said.

"Good pilgrim, you do wrong your hand too much,

Which mannerly devotion shows in this;

For saints have hands that pilgrims' hands do touch,

And palm to palm is holy palmers' kiss." Juliet (Claire) complained Romeo's (Jim) behavior.

"Have not saints lips, and holy palmers too?" Romeo (Jim) asked.

"Ay, lips that they must use in prayer." Juliet (Claire) replied Romeo's (Jim) question.

"O then, dear saint, let lips do what hands do!

They pray." Romeo (Jim) said as he was about to make his first move.

They looked each other deeply as they moved to make their kiss.

The doors were open widely as they were inches away for their kiss when a group of teenagers noticed them in awe. Both Jim and Claire were blushed very deeply red when Claire realized what she was about to do. Jim, on the other hand, have already done it on his past life as the Trollhunter, but was very embarrassed by his almost first move (again).

"What are you guys doing here?" Claire asked first, snapping Jim out of senses. There was an awkward silence between the group until Marinette broke it by answering Claire's question. "We were just looking around the school when we're just entering this stage."

Claire thought about it for a second then, she might make a suggestion. "We can show you around the school before lunch time was over." She said, which Alya nodded.

"Just give us a second and wait outside, okay." Claire requested it, and the group understood what she meant. Marinette and the others walked out the auditorium, leaving Jim and Claire alone inside.

There was an awkward silence between them as the entire auditorium was empty until Claire broke the silence. "I just want to say, thank you for bringing me home yesterday. I really appreciate it." Claire said, blushed cheeks and Jim noticed it but shrugs it off anyway.

"No problem at all, Claire." Jim replied with a soft smile on his face. "Are you free this Saturday?" Claire asked, made Jim shocked.

"No, I'm free this Saturday." Jim answered. Claire thought about as she was about to ask him something. "Would you go with me to lunch at Benoit's French Bistro this Saturday?" Claire asked Jim before adding a few details. "Just to know each other more."

Jim smiled, realizing Claire was asking him. Guess some things that never change, like she was asking me for the dance. Jim thought and quickly answered her question. "Yes. Definitely. I'll be there." This also put Claire a smile on her face but she didn't even realize that she kissed Jim, on the lips.

Alya peeked in at the door when she noticed them, kissing, and then, she immediately close the door. Claire immediately pulled away from Jim, embarrassed even by her act.

"I-I'm sorry, Jim. I don't what came over me." Claire apologized, still embarrassed to even look at him.

Jim just smiled at her reaction and said, "It's okay, Claire. I'm also have a crush on you, too." It forces Claire to look at him, flustered and smiled. It took a moment of silence until she realized something.

"Ah. The tour. We better be going." Claire reminded Jim, and secretly herself. They headed out of the auditorium and guided Marinette and the others for the tour.

Alya approached Claire and whispered to her ear, "So, who is he to you?" Claire blushed again, remembered what she did at the auditorium. "I-it's complicated." Claire answered nervously.

After the tour, the second half of the school day, all students had headed home. Jim and Claire were about to continue when Miss Janeth made a announcement for the two of them. "I was getting a call so I'm heading home now so, there will be no rehearsal for tonight." Janeth said as she walked out of the courtyard. She stopped walking as she added. "You two should head home, and get some rest."

Jim and Claire understood Miss Janeth's opinion, as they were walking outside of school. "So, I better be going home." Jim said, remembering that this is the day when Bular attacked. "My mom might be home early." He even made out a lie in order to get Claire out of harm's way.

Claire nodded before telling him something. "So, see you t-tomorrow." Claire said, still nervous about her act with him. "See you tomorrow." Jim replied as he waved goodbye at her.

Okay. Time to get Toby out from Bular's rage. Jim thought and headed to his best friend.

Marinette gave a glance at her best friend, Alya for a signal. Alya made out a lie as they were outside of school. "Ah, Marinette. Can you go and buy some food and meet up at the apartment?" Alya fake asked. Wow, what a lie. Marinette thought as she nodded and answered. "Okay. See you later." Marinette said.

Luka already knew that Alya was lying and Marinette being Ladybug as well as Adrien being Cat Noir but having a thought on why Alya lied. Adrien also left to join Marinette but going to opposite direction which confused Alya and the others.

Marinette headed towards the empty alleyway when she lead Tikki out of her purse. "Time for a patrol." Marinette informed.

"Do you think that Cat Noir was here as well?" Tikki asked Marinette, even though she saw Adrien earlier. "I know he's here, too. I tried to pull him out of that portal." Marinette reminded her Kwami.

"I'm sorry, Marinette." Tikki apologized and continued further. "Just say the words." And just like that. Marinette even agreed and spoke the words. "Tikki, Spots On!"

Marinette transformed into Ladybug and swang out towards the museum, using her yo-yo.

Meanwhile, Adrien arrived at the other empty alleyway and gotten Plagg out of his top white shirt. "Ugh. Can we just eat first?" Plagg groaningly asked his holder. "No. We need to talk to Ladybug about this." Adrien declined his Kwami's wishes. "Plagg, Claws Out!" And like that, Plagg gets pulled into the miraculous. "I hhaattee thissss!" Plagg screamed. Adrien transformed into Cat Noir and headed to the museum and saw Ladybug.

"Good evening, M'lady. Why do think we are here?" Cat asked. Ladybug thought about it and remember what Su-Han said. "What you see before you, is a part of yourself exist back in your realm, only to continue your path." Ladybug realized it was part of her still exists back in Paris.

"Cat Noir, I think part of ourselves, especially those kids we saved and gave a miraculous temporary, are still exist back in Paris." Ladybug stated, made her partner confused.

"I don't get it." Cat said, made her annoyed. "Which means, this isn't our Paris." Ladybug reconfirmed it.

"This is a new world. There is a Paris, France but, it is not our Paris, France. Grandmaster Su-Han visited me in a sorta dream but, sorta part of a new memory. He told me that there are other worlds with a similar form of magic and formed our new lives here." Ladybug stated.

Cat Noir finally realizing it, wanted to become free further because of this new life. Ladybug, on the other hand, wanted to go back. "I'm starting to find a way back home so we won't have to worry about Shadow Moth ever again." Ladybug suggested it, which made Cat Noir frown.

All that ended when they heard a bunch of car alarms on the east. "Let's check over there, then we need to figure out how to go back home." Ladybug said.

They jumped out towards the nearest building and were in shock to see two teenagers, running away from a stone being, similar to Stone Heart. "I think we have to worry about Shadow Moth being here." Ladybug said, about to attack when they heard him speak. "I will drink your blood from a goblet made out of your skull!" The stone monster said. That shocks to both of them, hearing it said that.

The chase continues as Ladybug started to talk. "This is confusing. Avoiding us, Shadow Moth's desire for our miraculous. Instead, the Akumatized Victim's totally focused on these two boys." It was a big chase until the moment which will change everyone's lives forever.

Meanwhile, Jim finally caught up to Toby, carried his bike as they headed back home.

"That was early. How was the rehearsal?" Toby asked. "Miss Janeth had to go early so, we were sent home anyway." Jim explained as they arrived at the exact spot where Bular will be waiting for them.

Unlocking his awareness, Jim dragged Toby to the corner and started to talk. "I have a bad feeling about being out here." Jim said, concerned for Toby's survival. "Why is that?" Toby asked. "Bular might be here any second so we need to run." Jim answered quickly.

Unexpectedly, Bular arrived as usual as he spoke. "Trollhunter, Merlin's Creation, Gunmar's Bane. The amulet. Surrender it and I will give you a speedy death." Bular demanded, which response was to escape. Toby was going to say the incantation when Jim dragged Toby out of there. "Now's not the time yet, Tobes." Jim said as they continued to run away from Bular.

"Centuries of Trollhunters, and I will have killed two in almost as many days." Bular said, carrying a truck to throw at them. "He's good at math!" Toby screaming as they dodged every thrown vehicle at them. "I'll flay the flesh from your bones!" Bular yelled, which Toby answered. "I like my bones the way they are, thanks!"

More flying vehicles and close calls, Bular yelled some more to scared the current Trollhunter even further. "I will drink your blood from a goblet made out of your skull!" That scared Toby further and Jim wasn't going to stand by while waiting Toby to be killed again.

As they continued to run, Bular suddenly jumped in front of them. While Bular unsheathed his swords, Jim took a stand as he yelled at Toby. "GO UNDER THE BRIDGE!!!"

Toby was about to grab Jim's hand when his best friend was hit by Bular's sword, created a force strong enough to drag Jim to an emptied store.

Jim, who appeared to be killed by Bular from Toby's eyes, was inside the building. Toby cried as he continued to run under the bridge. Bular doesn't want to spoil his meal but he desires of the Trollhunter's death more than a simple meal.

Toby arrived at the canal where the bridge was held and came across Blinky and Aaarrrggghh!!' whose faces were confused.

"What happened, Master Tobias?" Blinky asked, unknowingly of Toby's answer. "Jim died. Killed by Bular." Toby answered.

Both trolls were shocked to here it, especially Blinky when he made a sudden connection to Jim, as if he knew the boy. Blinky's expression became soft as he surprisingly carried a weird green stone which Toby didn't know what it is for.

"Um. What is that?" Toby asked. "This... Is a Dwärkstone." Blinky answered softly. "Dork-stone?" Toby questioned it. Blinky smiled at Toby's reaction. "I guess you could also say that." Blinky said before applying for the Dwärkstone. "It is an explosive gemstone will blow off a few inches from here."

Bular almost arrived at their location as Toby spoke of the incantation calmly. "For the Glory of Merlin, Daylight is mine to command." Toby transformed with an armor and a sword called Daylight arrived at his right hand. Blinky looked angry as he demanded Aaarrrggghh!!!. "Open the portal."

Bular arrived as Blinky threw a dwärkstone at him. An explosion emerged from it and slightly injured the Gumm-Gumm Prince. "You will pay for what you have done to Jim." Blinky yelled as he threw an another dwärkstone at him.

Bular dodged it and attacked Blinky, only to be blocked by Toby, filled with fear and anger. "Die!! You murderer!!" Toby yelled.

The two laid on one another, gaining minor injuries on Bular's body while Toby had none, thanks to fear. That forces Bular to ran away from Toby's rage.

"I will be back for the amulet." Bular said as he vanished from the woods filled with darkness.

Toby's transformation wore off as the fight has been avoided, Toby, Blinky and Aaarrrggghh!!! headed towards the place called Heartstone Trollmarket.

On the opposite direction of the woods, two superheroes from Paris were shocked to hear the news from afar.

At the broken store where Jim's body was laid, were partially filled with rubble. And beneath the rubble, the glowing green light started flashing lights as what appears to be a similar yet different amulet was placed there. There was a voice called onto the amulet by the written english incantation. "For the good of all. Daylight is mine to command." It unleashed a force, far more powerful than any other, will change the course of history forever.
