I don't own Game of Thrones.
Chapter 1
Daesanne stood by the window, looking at such a warm day.
She waited for Jon's Arryn to return to visit Casterly Rock for a daily routine for reports and everything.
The old falcon was very kind and gave her gifts to see her smile. Her very existences are a danger to everyone.
She is the ward to Tywin Lannister as the Lady Danielle Hill or Flowers since the story goes that she was once a daughter to the general in the lesser branch of Lannister in Tywin's army during Robert's rebellion. He died honorable for drinking poison from the grail that saved his lordship's life when the old Lion was about to drink it. To repay his debt for saving his life, a female elderly relative came before Lord Lannister and presented a baby bundle that the general had fathered and some lesser woman of noble houses.
She is a young girl with caramel brown hair and purple eyes. Her body is slim, and the green dress complements her body very well.
She is beautiful as many sought her hand despite her lineage as a bastard.
Tywin always says no to everyone.
The only company she kept was Tyrion, who always made her laugh and read books with him. Daesanne had an odd feeling would Tywin consider Tyrion her husband to be though she refused to say a word.
She had to play safe and see what her next move was.
She saw the party of Jon Arryn coming afoot to Casterly Rock.
She waited until Jon sought her out, and he did as he knocked on the door. Her maid announced, "It is Lord Jon Arryn Hand to the King."
Daesanne nodded and waved for her to bring him in.
"My Lord Hand." She greeted him with a smile. A real rare treasure that many wished to see on her face.
Jon Arryn smiled despite his missing teeth and aged him older than he used to be. However, she imagines that he was the handsome and gentle Lord anyone would be lucky to wed to.
"I had brought another gift for you."
He always spoiled her and dotted her like she was his blood. She hides his gifts from servants and Cersei since she would want them. Claiming that a bastard like her should never have beautiful gifts that fit a queen.
A squire came with a box and Jon Arryn opened it.
Bark!
She gasped happily as he presented her with a pet. Her very own pet white and tan direwolf pup.
"Oh!" She nearly squeals as she waits patiently to be given her gift.
Jon gave her the pup and saw how happy this made her.
"Do you like her?"
"Oh, my lord. She is precious and a gift for me to love and keep as my own." Her pup seems to agree as she whines and licks her happily.
Jon Arryn is her true friend. He was the one who told her real story. She was the daughter of Aerys Targaryen the Mad King and some noblewoman he kept prisoner for years. Tywin had executed everyone who knew of her birth and origins to keep that secret. Jon knew about it but kept quiet because she was not her father, and Tywin would keep her as his ward, but he knew that she was his prisoner should any signs of rebellion against his family put her to death.
So, Jon tries every chance to protect her secrets and keep her alive.
"I name thee Cathwulf, which means Pure as a wolf." She hummed at her new friend and kissed her furry head.
Either way, Jon won't allow the Lannister to take more power from this realm. This little girl could be their hope for a better future.
'I pray to all the Gods to deliver her freedom soon.'
Tywin Lannister, in his office, gathered his papers and collected the cions once Jon brought them to Kingslanding.
This is getting ridiculous.
King Robert is already putting the crown in debt, and they seemed to have no way of paying him, the Reach, Faiths, and the Iron Bank.
He needs to find the way.
After all, he can always pull up his triumph card.
In his hand is the Targaryen girl.
Baseborn or not, she is the last dragon here in Westeros as her half-siblings are in the free cities.
He makes sure that he is in control of her fate that if any Targaryen sympathizers are planning a rebellion, he will present her dead body to them.
For now, he needs to make sure she is under his control, and that is to marry her off to a Lannister.
'Something that Aerys had denied us that marriage between my daughter and his son.'
Tywin had hope that his family had a legacy that would last for a thousand years. However, he is puzzled that Jon Arryn would visit the girl and wonder what he hopes to gain from this.
He thought Jon Arryn gained her as a mistress, but he ignored those whispers since he saw harmless in their interactions, and the old fool is too honorable for that.
Thou he can't let anyone else know the girl.
That is until his unknowing wish came true.
Jon Arryn is dead, and the king is going to the North to name Eddard Stark as the new hand of the king.
Reviews are welcome.
In the next chapter, Riverlands burns, and Tywin proposes an idea to his son Jaime. The Flower lady spirited away into the night.
