"I'm going to blow us through the bunker's backdoor!" he'd yell, his vision catching 2b's surprised expression as he'd express these thoughts, her own visage one of clear surprise and shock. Such a move, it would overload their bodies and destroy them, but what choice did they have when they were being surrounded by their allies turned enemy, now controlled by the machines?

"That's insane, but do it!" she'd yell, the android defending the other from the constant onslaught of enemies. The enemy's movements though fluid and quick, would not compare to 2b's. however; their number was overwhelming her, the armor she bore only giving her surface level protection, the android watching as his partner would take a blow to her side, nearly doubling over as she'd hold back an attack, the android himself gritting his teeth, tension burning through him as he'd upload their data.

"Come on! Come on!" he'd hiss under his breath in clenched teeth. The android watching as his partner would take another blow to her shoulder even as she'd be pushed back, she turning to look back at him, worry clear on her expression before she'd push herself, push herself so that she could push back against the oncoming wave. But though she pushed back, she was losing ground. Pushed back over and over so that she was losing ground, the android himself feeling as a blade would cut through his side, thrust through by a unit that had gotten through 2b's defenses, and he wasn't armored like she.

He'd buckle briefly under the attack. Holding his side briefly before getting back to work, ignoring the open wound and the blood seeping through it. They were only at 70%. He needed to upload the rest of the data or they were done for! Or-

"9s!" 2b would call in worry when a blade would cut through her shoulder, her scream piercing nine's concentration, her agony cutting through him as if the blade had pierced him instead.

"2b!" he'd say, intent on dropping the work being done when 2b would call back, halting him in his movements.

"Keep going! I'm fine!" she'd say, blocking another blade that was pushing her downwards. That blade joined by another, 2b struggling, her frame beginning to buckle under the force and weight of the possessed androids. Worry would fill him as he'd yell her name, intending to stop work on the data upload when 2b would scream with a loud roar he'd not often heard from her, pushing back the other two androids before countering the blade of another. "I said- keep going!" she'd yell. "I'm fine!"

She'd repeat these words, the android frowning as he'd regard her, her brow showing condensation, her systems beginning to over heat. She wouldn't last much longer, but she was giving her all to defend him and he was just standing there! "You'll just be a hindrance on the battlefield," a voice would reiterate in his head, the android cursing under his breath. "I know that," he'd curse under his breath. "I can't help 2b like this!"

He'd resume the upload of data, watching as 2b would be pushed further back, closer to him, she just trying to hold her ground but being pinned, she able to only block an attack before another would come down on her. They were in an open area, their backs against a wall, literally. And ironically this is the only thing that gave them some protection so they weren't pinned by all sides, the tall cliff face rising several feet keeping androids from surrounding them completely. Completely, but that was only the smallest of respites as the android would push for the upload to go faster. 81% 85%... 90%

"Come on! Come on!" he'd hiss, watching the painstakingly slow upload of data. His own systems were beginning to heat up, drops of sweat on his brow showing how far his system was pushing past its limits. He was pushing the data through at a rate that was dangerous to do, bypassing synching with the systems on the bunker and their network to the database to jump straight into the bodies of spare chassis that were in the bunker, just so they could escape this nightmare. All their memories up to the point before they'd terminate would be uploaded so the 'death' they would have would lose the least amount of information of who they were. Who they are. No choice. There's just too many and without this they'll lose everything. Maybe.. Not come back at all.

There was some kind of laughter, a crawling against his skin, at the back of his mind as if that laughter were in his head rather than outside, even though he could hear that same voice echoed in the androids around them, their laughter seeming to echo as they'd surround the two, pushing 2b against him.

"Ninety nine percent! Just need to finalize it so we can- auuughh!"

"9s!" 2b would scream, her voice full of terror and concern, a fear that she could not protect him. That she might lose him, he knew this... because it was the same thing he felt as he'd turn to see 2b, hear her scream as other androids would pile on top of her, their weight pinning her down, slowly crushing her chassis so that she'd let out a pained scream as more bodies would pile up on her, crushing her, making her sword arm ineffective with her pinned down under that thick weight.

"2b!" he'd yell, getting up from the wound that had pierced his side, entered his stomach. It had just barely missed vitals, not that that would matter soon. They needed to disperse and blow apart these bodies so that they could finish the upload of data to the new chassis waiting for them in the bunker. They needed...

"Aaaugh!" he'd cry, thrown towards 2b as another android would throw herself at him, her weight pushing him forward even as her weight would pin him down, keeping his legs in position as she'd lean forward, an arm wrapped around his neck, the android gasping as he'd feel the choking sensation, a memory that would flash through his mind, delicate fingers wrapping around his neck, soft blue eyes looking down towards him as they'd wrap around his neck and begin to tighten.

"I'm sorry," her voice would whisper as those delicate fingers would begin to tighten around his throat, squeezing tightly, ever so painfully...

What? Why? Why was that memory cutting through his senses now of all times! He needed to focus, get to 2b! Get to 2b before the other androids crushed him! He could already feel other bodies piling on top of him, the wounds in his side suddenly splitting open, tearing his chassis as the one directly on top of him would pull his head back, her arm squeezing painfully on his throat, crushing as she'd breathe against his face, a giggle coming from her lips like that of a little girl's as if this were some game and he were a toy she was pleasuring herself with.

"9s!" he'd hear that voice cutting through the fear and pain, eyes blurry as he'd look towards 2b, watching as she'd extend her arm towards him, her black box extended towards him. Even though he hadn't explained the plan fully, she knew there was no escaping this. They needed to activate the black boxes or their minds and what could count as their 'souls' would be lost forever!

"Aauughh..." he'd groan, pulling the box painfully from his side and extending his arm towards the other even as the woman on top of him kept pulling him back. But ironically that weight that was piling on top of him was also pushing him forward against the hard rocky stone, the jagged rocks cutting into his body, pushing into his wounds, the android already feeling dizzy, bleeding out from his injuries.

"2b!" he'd hiss through clenched teeth. "Auughh! Reach for me!" he'd scream.

He'd feel that arm once more pulling back, trying to keep him from the other as the box would tremble in his hand, shaking as he'd extend it towards 2b.

"Just give up!" a childish voice would sound against his ears. "You two are going to stay here! With us! So close but so far..." she'd coo against his ear, giggling even as she'd groan, the weight of the other bodies crushing her as well. "It's going to be so fun to play with you two! Hahaha!"

"Sh-shut up!" he'd growl, still extending his body forward, trying to force himself, feeling as he'd tear his insides spreading outwards to extend towards 2b. They were only centimeters apart. He needed to do this... or else... what they'd do to 2b... no! He'd get to her first! Get to her... before his systems gave out! Come on! Come on!

Body trembling and shaking he'd extend his arm, moving towards 2b as he'd scream out her name, feeling as he'd nearly be torn in half.

"Auuughh! 2b!" he'd say through a choked voice, screaming it even as he'd feel blood welling up in his throat. This body... he was done for! Shit. Shit. He didn't want to leave her like this! Not like this! "2b!" he'd gurgle, spitting blood as the woman would extend her own box towards him.

"9s!" she'd yell back, her own voice sounding strangled, arm twitching even as a blade would cut down into her inner elbow. But too late, the tips of the boxes connected, so even as that blade cut through her arm, pinning it to the floor, the black boxes would glow a brilliant gold and then white before the sudden flash would take them both and their attackers, 9s hearing an angered cry from next to him as the machine entity inside the unit would let out a frustrated scream. There was an intense burning sensation, skin and clothing vaporizing with muscle tissue and fiber, an intense agony before everything would go white and then...

"I want you to remember me," she'd whisper even as her lips would press against his, her body slowly rocking against his, hips pressed against him. "Remember this. It's the only thing I can give you..."

The darkness of the cloudy sky would only be split by the moonlight that would cut through it, the light from the moon illuminating her pale skin as she'd rock against his body as she'd gently stroke his cheek.

"2b?" he'd ask, his voice unsure as he'd look up towards her. Why was she crying, he'd wonder, tears forming at the corners of her eyes as she'd shut them, bowing her head. "Why... are you crying?" he'd ask.

"I'm sorry," she'd whisper, her delicate fingers softly moving up towards his neck, tracing his skin before fingers would slowly wrap around his neck and begin to squeeze. "I'm sorry," she'd whisper even as she'd tighten her grip, his eyes bulging as he'd realize what was happening, hands gripping her wrist as he'd gasp, staring at her in surprise and shock. "I'm sorry," she'd say, not letting go or loosening her grip even slightly as she'd begin to squeeze tighter. "Please... Remember..."
