Bella Birthday: Well, I'm flattered you're risking lots to read this! It means this is pretty good, ahaha~ Though I guess I should scold you or something? Eh...
B: Looking forward to keeping on seeing you! ...I don't think that is correct grammar.
Ah, so here we are. The epilogue. At least this time the responses to anonymous reviewers isn't longer than the actually epilogue, haha~
Enjoy this four-paragraph bit here~
That night, Light returned home to his apartment after visiting me one last time after work. The sky was dark, but the world was lit with the lights of the city. He stuck his hand in his pocket to get his keys, looking down as he did so. As he pulled them out, however, something caught his eye. His keys in his hand, he took a step back backwards and looked down to the doorstep he stood upon. At his feet, there was a slip of paper.
He blinked once. Ryuk was peering over his shoulder. "Ohh, who's that from?" he asked, sounding interested.
Light didn't reply, but leaned down to grab the paper from the ground. It was folded. He unlocked the door as he gazed at it, and flipped it over. There was nothing on it. It doesn't say who it's from, he thought thoughtfully as he closed the door behind him and flipped on the light switch. Light flooded the room. Light dropped his keys into his pocket again and unfolded the slip of paper to read its contents.
I'd like to meet you, Kira.
