Harry awoke confused, in place he didn't recognize, and with a bandage on his head. Without his glasses, it was hard to make out details of his surroundings. The walls were white, the bed sheets were white, the chair was white, and the floor was white; it was blinding and barren. He sat up, yet a deep pain shot through his neck and up into his skull, and he groaned while setting his head back on his pillow.

"I would not recommend that if I were you," came a deep voice from the doorway. Heavy footsteps followed, and soon the God of Thunder was at his bedside.

"Who are you?" Harry questioned, wincing in pain.

"I am Thor, prince of Asguard. Your uncle, Harry."

"You're big," Harry muttered, craning his neck to see the face of this towering figure. Of course, he had battled trolls and one of his dearest friends was Hagrid, but this man looked massive in strength and his biceps appeared to be the size of Harry's scrawny torso.

"There ain't no short-ass gods," Natasha commented, as she entered the room and leaned against the wall. Harry recognized her as a SHIELD agent, according to her attire. Thor let out a booming laugh.

"Yes, I must agree."

"Where is he?" Harry burst out the question, as some memory returned to his mind. One being filled his senses. Loki.

"Who is this you are inquiring?" Thor raised an eyebrow.

"Loki."

"He's-" Natasha glanced at the god. "He got away. He's still unimprisoned. We're doing our best to find him again."

"I thought you were part of a secret agency. I would think, that if you're trying your best, you would have found him by now," Harry snapped.

"My brother is crafty and witted in his ways. Sometimes, it is rather impossible to locate him when he wishes not to be found," Thor gazed thoughtfully into the wall.

"Harry, what's the last thing you remember?" Nat asked.

"He was telling me that he was my father...that all I've ever known, my entire life, is a lie..." the wizard whispered.

"Well, not entirely inaccurate."

"Are you saying you agree with him?" Harry attempted to sit up again.

"I think there would have been better ways of explaining it all to you than how he di-"

"So you know?"

"Pardon?"

"You know about the truth."

Thor crossed his arms. "As of recent times, Loki has continued to surprise me by unfolding cruel plans he has been waiting to unleash. I knew nothing of his affairs on Midgard-"

"Midgard? What's a Midgard?" Harry asked. He was used to unusal terms, thanks to a year at Hogwarts. But these were unheard of.

"Fancy alien name for Earth," Romanoff answered.

"Oh."

"As I was saying, I knew nothing of his affairs on Midgard and was clueless as to his love life here. Over all these years, he still keeps secrets from me."

The room was engulfed in silence as each individuals traveled into their own thoughts.

"Good. You're awake," Steve Rogers entered the room in his full Stars 'n' Stripes outfit, minus the headgear.

"You're Captain America?" Harry guessed.

"Yes. But you can call me Captain Rogers. Now, I need to discuss with you our options. We can eith-"

"Jesus Steve! The kid just woke up from a concussion!" Clint leaned against the doorway.

"Well we have orders to preform and plans to make! And not a lot of time to do so. So I'd appreciate it if you shut your mouth for the moment," Steve turned to face Barton.

"Gawd, don't piss off Uncle Sam today!" Clint raised his hands in surrender and exited into the hallway.

"Look, are you up for whatever I throw at you?" Rogers smirked at Harry.

"Uhhh..."

"Perfect."

"Your options at the moment, Harry Potter-Lokison, are simple. You can stay close to SHIELD and live with Rogers for a while, or you can start training and help the Avengers find Loki."

"Whoa! Whoa, whoa, whoa. That was not part of the discussion that we made!" Tony pounded his fist on the table.

The Avengers, plus Fury and Harry, were assembled in the helicarrier debriefing room.

"Stark, you were late to the meeting then," Fury hissed at him.

"As always," Clint added.

Stark relunctantly sat back in his chair.

"You mean, I would work with the Avengers?" Harry's eyes widened.
