A/N: Hi, sorry about the wait, I my cold is still being an annoying one and I have had a continuous chain of tests and such I also can't way whether I can bring out a new chapter next week as my exam week starts then, anyway, we are now on the home stretch of the story. :D

Thank you all who have been following this story so far! I love you all (As a friend ;) )

"I feel bad for pointing this out, but the ability you're looking for is not Song of Celebrity, but Aura of Perseverance. Song of Celebrity increases movement speed by 4 per level, while Aura of Perseverance heals and provides armor and magic resistance. Otherwise, great chapter!"

I had to recheck Sona's abilities to make sure I wrote down the right one lol (This is why I don't play ranked :3) But I purposely chose Song of Celerity as that is the first spell that most Sona players put a point in. (or at least me _)

"It was wonderful until the end where he and Sona began 'verbal' communication. It seemed a bit rushed to be completed, and his nonchalant reaction to her communicating only with him telepathically outside of Summoner communication was a bit of a buzzkill as well. They never said a farewell, and it seemed as if he was just like: Oh hey, you can talk to me now, BYE. I enjoyed the rest of this chapter though. C:"

Yeah I kind of ran out of stuff to write about at that chapter and I had already reached 1000+ words so I decided to cut it off then. sorry, it was a pretty noob mistake D:

"Good luck Ezreal. I pray that you have a safe expedition."

Ezreal thanks him and bows,

"I will pay you back one day." Ezreal says with a smile

Master Yi nods.

"Go on now" He says soon after.

"Thank you, goodbye." Ezreal says as he walks over to Sona.

"Time to go"

He and Sona soon walk off, along the wooden path waving behind them.

Slowly Master Yi becomes only a speck once they stop waving, walking through the forest of beautiful forest of pink cherry blossoms, Sona smiles. Ezreal hops slightly to reposition the bag on his back, he then holds out his right hand for Sona, which she takes. Ezreal gently intertwines his fingers with Sona's, her warm hand heating up his. Ezreal feels a light tap on his shoulder.

"Hmm?"

Sona slowly leans into Ezreal and gently locks her lips against his, much to Ezreal's surprise. But he kisses her back anyway, slipping his hands under her arms and wrapping them around her back.

Once they break their kiss, a few pink petals land on Ezreal's blonde hair. Sona lifts up her pale hand and brushes off the petals making a laughing expression while doing so.

Still holding hands and enjoying the view, Ezreal soon comes to a stop.

"Hold on," Ezreal says as he takes off his matte brown backpack and places it down. He then pulls out a rolled up piece of paper, he then looks around, fiddling with the paper. His gaze narrows at the golden etwahl behind Sona.

"Um, Sona, do you mind if I unroll this on your etwahl?"

Sona shakes her head, bringing the etwahl closer to Ezreal.

Carefully, he unrolls the map and looks at the surrounding landscape, rotating the map around. Once he fully orientates the map, he motions Sona to come closer.

"Alright so, right now, we are about here," He explains as he points at a black line on the map. "We need to keep going till we reach here."

He looks up for approval, Sona nods.

"The amulet should then be around here somewhere." Ezreal says with an uncertain voice, making a vague circle on the map.

Sona frowns.

"Don't worry, we will find it." He says with a smile, "But we are going to have to go off the path"

Ezreal points a finger at the expanse of forest to their left.

"That way is to the amulet."

"Follow me, we will go slowly." Ezreal says as he rolls up the map and places it back in his bag before leading Sona into the forest.

His boots make scrunching sounds on the carpet of pink petals along the forest floor, breaking the silence between the couple. He glances behind him, the golden etwahl behind them idly floating along, gently turning and spinning in order to avoid the thin tree trunks. A slight chill crawls down his spine, something that he can't quite put his finger on is agitating him, something that he can sense. Sona looks at him, thinking that he has something to say to her.

"Oh, it is nothing."

They continue to trek through the forest, soon the forest gradually changes as they travel deeper within. The trees change to a mix of lush green trees and solid patches of bamboo, the pink cherry blossoms declining. While Sona enjoys the chirping birds and warm sunlight shining down from the open canopy, Ezreal cannot shake his uneasy feeling, still unable to describe it.

They pass several small land formations and out of place boulders, weaving their way through the tickets of bamboo and the trunks of the large trees Occasionally Sona's etwahl would stop, being unable to follow them through the thin gaps of the bamboo, however they settle the problem with a laugh and try to find another way through. As they walk onward Sona soon hears the slight sound of rushing water over their footsteps.

"Yes Sona?" Ezreal asks once his shoulder is tapped.

Sona uses the sign language that they usually use in the arena, she makes a fluid wavy motion with her hand, normally meaning something is happening at the river coursing through the middle of 'Summoner's Rift' however this time it has a different meaning.

"A river?" Ezreal questions. "Where?"

Sona softly presses her index finger against his lips. Ezreal attunes his ears to the silence, he hears a small rumbling sound to his right.

"Oh, good job Sona." Ezreal says before he gives her a quick kiss on the cheek. "Once we get to the river we need to look at the map again."

The terrain becomes rockier as they head closer to the flowing river. Ezreal stops every so often to help Sona along the rocks. After several tedious moments of scaling over grey boulders, they reach the river bank; they sit themselves down on a rock on the side of the river their legs dangling over the water. He pulls out the map again and unrolls it, showing it to Sona.

"Right so we are about here right now." He explains, pointing at a certain point along the river on the map. We just need to find a way across this river and we should be able to set up camp here. Tomorrow we can begin searching over here."

Ezreal suddenly looks behind him, the same uncertain feeling creeping under his skin returns. However he sees only the empty green forest, it feels like… he is being watched.

Ezreal snaps out of his gaze when Sona looks at him with concern on her face.

"I am fine." Ezreal says, already knowing the question.

The concern on her face changes to a slight irritation. She takes out her notepad and pen from her cyan bag and writes something down.

"No you are not, why do you keep doing this to me? I can tell something is wrong."

Ezreal looks at the message and up at Sona's stern face.

"Sorry…" Ezreal apologises quietly

Sona writes more on the notepad.

"You feel it too don't you? That strange feeling?"

Ezreal looks at her with surprise.

"Yeah I do…"
