It had been a while. How many years? Not too many, I guess. I hadn't changed much. He, of course, hadn't changed in the slightest. Except, maybe . . . for something in his eyes. (Takes place before/around/during TRIGUN STAMPEDE. I'm leaving it marked as uncompleted, because, although it could be a one-shot, I had initially planned on writing more, and I still hope to do so.)

Some are slices of life, some are humorous, and some are sappy- but they all detail the life and times of our favorite characters from the Planet Gunsmoke. Takes place in the 1998 anime/manga canon. After the incident in July, he has vowed vengeance against the so called "Humanoid Typhoon" for the death of his family. The only problem is, no one actually knows what 'The Humanoid Typhoon' looks like or even his real name. Will that stop The Bombshell from getting his vengeance?

what if, instead of vash winning their final showdown, knives did?

Forgiving and trusting each other again proved more challenging than Vash or Knives expected. The complexities in life didn't simply disappear just because a holiday was being celebrated, especially when those complications were a result of Knives' devastating choices.

Wolfwood doesn't have experience, but he has a vivid imagination, the stamina of a boy in his late teens, and the body of a dark god. Vash does have experience and by God he's going to use it to give Wolfwood some fucking pleasure in his short and doomed life.

The boys uh enjoy a charcuterie plate semi-sexually

Knives attempted to live with Vash and the humans, but even a superior being couldn't avoid death forever.

Never one to trust easily, Meryl's curiosity combines with suspicion and she just has to know what thoughts Vash has been keeping to himself.

Vash would rather be earning a paycheck. But with work not to be found and the insurance girls a long ways off his trail, tangling with a local outlaw is at least something to pass the time.

Reality is not a simple division between what is and what is not. It is an omnipotent force that is as amiable as it is malicious. It will destroy and it will change the very fabric of the universe as it pleases, tearing the unsuspecting from their homes and thrusting them into worlds beyond their imagining. It always has a plan and it will forever see them come to fruition.
