Colette was born in America, daughter of a witch and wizard. But secretly given up for adoption, sadly, because Carla lived in a high standard society in New York where she was pressured into giving her up as she was only 15 when Colette was born. Carla did end up marrying Colette's father later in life, but still kept her first pregnancy a secret from him.

Colette was adopted by a couple who lived in the country side and grew up there. Anyways, she was always a little different and never quite fit in. So after graduating college, she decided to travel abroad to find herself. She traveled around Europe, studying art. She ended her trip in the countryside of northern England where she found a beautiful wooded landscape to paint, but it had a sign that said no trespassing.

She ignored it and set up her easel, painting for hours. Every once in a while she would think she had seen creatures that weren't normal, but they disappeared when she looked for them. She kept coming back to paint more, and see the creatures.

One day, there was a fox that followed her into the woods and came closer to her. It sniffed her and walked away. She continued her painting the next couple days and the fox would always be waiting in the spot she painted. The day she finished her painting, the fox wasn't there. As she was packing up, she noticed something carved into the tree behind her. It was the deathly hollows symbol but she just saw shapes. She climbed into the tree to get a better look, but slipped and fell. She got knocked out and when she woke up it was dark out. And she was disoriented and scared.

There were scary noises, and she saw a dark shape moving around the trees in front of her. It was a magical beast(idk which yet) and she ran from it and it chased her. Then the fox came from nowhere and attacked the beast. When it backed away, the fox turned into a man and flashed his wand to send the beast away. Colette was hiding behind a tree. She looked around when she heard the magical noise of the wand. And then he told her not to be scared now...

And then they fell in love.

She stayed in England and married Marlon Swan. She found out about the wizarding world and that she is actually a squib because she can see all the magic. He is an animagus and is also an herbalist that owns that woods. His family were wealthy pure bloods and lived in a mansion near the woods. They ran a potion business. He has a younger brother, Leo, who adventures out to find ingredients. The family was not very happy about the marriage, but eventually warmed up to Colette.

They have a son, Viggo; four years later, a daughter, Jasmine-both have magic. On the last bit of Voldemort's reign, the family gets attacked by Death Eaters because he had hid his wife and children from them and refused to help them with plants for potion stuff. But his brother was part of the Order and was able to get word to Albus and the Order showed up before anyone could be killed.

Marlon's brother, Leo, had a daughter, Marilla, who is Ginny's age. She's placed in Ravenclaw. She masters in potions.
Her mother dies of a magical incident when she's young about five, and because the father has to be away a lot on work, Marilla lives with Jasmine's family.

Viggo placed in Gryffindor, excels in herbalogy, and after finishing school, joins family business.

My character, Jasmine, is placed in Gryffindor, loves animals and becomes friends with Hagrid. When he becomes a teacher, she makes classes more bearable for her fellow classmates. Jasmine is a year older than Harry.

Family knows Arthur and Molly. Marlon is close in age to them, about two years older. Knew them in school.

Jasmine becomes good friends with Fred and George at Hogwarts when they find her lost in a hall her first year. Because of her family's business, when they are older, she slips them a lot of the ingredients the twins need to experiment on their joke items.

Relations could be traced back to Queenie and Jacob, when the mother searched for her parents.

Quentin Kowalski 1976 born in America

Father is badly injured from Death Eaters in beginning 1981. Takes a slow, long recovery.

Grows up near the Swan mansion in their country home outside of Oxford, England.

Mother decides that she wants to find out about her past when Jasmine is 5 years old. Is unsuccessful on her own: adopted parents don't have any information besides the orphanage she was sent to. Which is now out of business.

Every other summer, they visit in America with mother's adopted parents-David and Samantha Gibson. Opposite summers the Gibsons would come to England for a few weeks.

After saving up money for years, she hires P.I. Wizards to help track down Colette's parents during Jasmine's first year of school at Hogwarts.

In the summer after her first year, Jasmine and Viggo, stay with paternal grandparents, Charlotte and Pharris, while their parents travel back to America to find Colette's parents.

She finds them and they reunite, after quite the surprise and causing a little bit of drama for Carla and Walter.

She has her kids sent over, and Jasmine meets her real grandparents and aunts and uncles. Jasmine finds out she has younger twin cousins named Sage and Aubrieta. And an uncle, Quentin who is only four years older than her and he's a really good Chaser.

During the second Wizarding war, Marlon and Viggo join the Order of the Phoenix, along with the return of Leo.
