"Isn't wonderfull to have such a sweet grandaughter?" Ada asked Miss Bat,who had been watching Mildred sleep so peacefully. " "Yes,of course. Iwonder if she knows that I'm her grandma",Miss Bat wondered "But she wouldn't call me 'Miss Bat' if she did right?". "Maybe She doesn't know",Ada said. "Or maybe Hecate didn't tell her",Miss Bat accused. "I don't believe that,Hecate has only just adopted this child,and Pippa told me that the child would speak at first,,and it was hard for Hecate to get her to speak", Ada said.
Mildred mumbled something in her dream,which made Miss Bat chuckle, "She really is just like Hecate".
Meanwhile,Pippa and Miss Drill were with Hecate, "Oh Hecate,you have the sweetest daughter" Miss Drill commented. "Oh,I see you have fallen under spell as well, my Millie may be a non magical child,but she certainly knows a lot of spells", Hecate said with a hint of happiness in her voice. "She looks a lot like you too,even though she adopted",Miss Drill said. "Don't lie to me,Millie doesn't look like me at all" Hecate argued,but then again,there were times, when she had seen herself in Millie,they have the same brown hair,the same brown eyes,the same surely it can't isn't her biological daughter. As for that matter she doesn't even have a biological child. Seeing the serious look in HB's face,Miss Drill said "It's nothing serious,there are some adopted children who look like their adoptive parents". "I have to agree with that,Hiccup,you look like Miss Bat,even though you are her adopted daughter",Pippa reasoned. "Alright...I agree with you" Hecate finally said.
"So,how is my darling?" Hecate asked. "She's fine,just a few injuries,and she was looking for you when she awoke",Miss Drill said. "And what did you say?" Hecate asked. "I told her that you have a few injuries and that she isn't allowed to see untill she's better too", Pippa said. "Oh good" Hecate sighed "I don't want her to see me like this,it will scare her and she still has memories of her parents passing away,and I think she has memories of the acident that just occured,so I don't want to add me looking like this to her list of nightmares too",Hecate said.
When it was dark,Miss Bat,Ada and Pippa fell asleep as soon as she hit the pillow,which wasn't normal for her. Mildred too was asleep,But she awoke from a nightmare,She and Hecate were walking home from the park,when a car hit them,all she can remeber was Hecate's scream,Her scream,Blood on Hecate,her head hurting and then the depths of darkness that surroungded her soon after. After a nightmare,she didn't want to be in her room,Hecate would cuddle her if she had a nightmare and assuring she that she was safe and sound in her mother's arms. At that moment,she thought of something,she snuck out of the room,her legs were hurting and she fell like she'd collapse soon,she slowly opened the door and snuck into the her mother's room,108. She slowly poned the door,and as expected her mother immediately awoke.
"Millie? What are doing here?" Hecate asked. She looked at the state of her child,her head wrapped with a bandage,her srm in a bandage,and she was clutching on to the door of support,and the worst is,she looked like she had been crying. "Millie,come to me",Hecate instruted,and Millie obeyed. Hecate made some space for Millie, "Darling,what are you doing?shouldn't you be in bed?",Hecate asked sternly. Millie was shaking,she thought Hecate was yelling at her. Hecate noticed this, "Darling,I am not yelling at need to be scared",Hecate softly said. "I had a nightmare.I am scared",Mildred mumbled. "Oh,I see,come,sleep with me",Hecate Millie accepted it by jumping onto her mothers bed. "Hmm...someone is excited",Hecate chuckled. "Mommy,why didn't they let me see you?" Millie asked. "Darling,I told them not to let you see me" Hecate said. "Why?" Millie asked. "Because,If you saw me,you'll be scared" Hecate said. "Mommy,I am not scared of you,you are still my mom",Millie said. Hecate wrapped her arms around Millie,and kissed her forehead. And that is how they fell asleep...
