"Hecate! Millie is GONE!",was the greeting Hecate recieved when she awoke in the morninng, Pippa and Miss Bat were in the room and both of them seemed worried. "Gone?" Hecate said. "I don't know where she is.I promise We'll find her for you" Miss Bat said. "Mother...Pippa...There is no need to worry,Millie is safe",Hecate assured and pulled down the blanket wrapped around her and Millie,and reveal a peacefully sleeping child. "Millie was with you?" Pippa said. "Yes,last night she had a nightmare and sneaked into my room" Hecate explained. Millie awoke just then, she smiled when she saw her mother. "Good morning darling",Hecate greeted, she recieved a tiny yawn as response. "Good morning mommy",Mildred giggled and climbed on to her mother's lap. She saw,that Pippa and Miss Bat were there. "Good morning Miss Pentangle,good morning Miss Bat",she greeted. Pippa was about to scold Millie for sneaking around like that,but seeing Millie safe and sound,she changed her mind. "Good Morning Cupcake",Miss Bat smiled, "Come to grandma". "Grandma?" Millie asked confused."Millie,this woman is my mother...well adoptive mother,she is your grandma" Hecate said. "You're adopted?" Millie said. "Yes,I adopted Hecate when she was thirteen years old",Miss Bat said. "Now,Mildred why don't you go and stay with your grandma?" Hecate suggested. Mildred went and hugged her Miss Bat. Miss Bat conjured a chair for her to sit on and gently lifted Millie onto her lap. Hecate got the help of pippa and ststed walking normally and three days later they went out of the hospital. Miss Bat was carrying Millie,whose arm was still in a bandage,Hecate was walking on clutches,Pippa was helping Hecate walk,Ada was following Miss Bat,while carrying Millie's stuff,and Miss Drill was pushing a small suitcase with Hecate's stuff.
"You all really don't have to do this,I can do all this mysellf you know",Hecate said for the billionth time. "Hecate,how excatly will you walk on clutches,push a suitcase,carry a bag and look after a small child all at once?" Ada asked, "And remember this is a non magical area,you can't use magic here",Pippa added.
They all passed a resturant,and the sweet smells filled the air,"I am feeling so hungry" Ada said suddenly,causing Miss Bat to giggle. "I'm hungry too",Miss Drill said. "That's weird,I am hungry too"Pippa said. Hecate rolled her eyes, "I honestly thought that Millie would be the one to say that she is since all of us are hungry,let's go eat".
They all got a table,sat down and ate.
Millie had never been this happy at all,She had a loving mother,a grandmother and three adults whom she can trust and she knows she won't get beaten up.
