It was another peaceful day in the strange city of Onett with Ness farting when suddenly he and his party witnessed the Wacky Racers zipping by and causing quite the traffic trouble for everyone within the town!
"Huh; I didn't think we would get racing action here!" Ness chimed for he was quick to wield his baseball bat and burped loudly for he began dashing after the Wacky Racing group that were driving through his hometown. "Hey! Are you guys OK?"
"Drat; it's that annoying PSI kid I heard about!" Dick Dastardly cursed while trying to see which traps he could use for his latest round of schemes and scams. "Muttley do something!"
Alas all did his not so faithful dog Muttley do was simply chuckle since Ness propelled himself to the Mean Machine by using PK Thunder on himself that caused the fast vehicle to spin out of control and crash into the jail, with the other members of the Wacky Races crashing into the other buildings within the quaint American city.
