Sorry for getting Sidney sick...I had to put her somewhere, and I heard that can really happen to someone who doesn't each much. Sorry!

Harry sat in his bed, reading. He didn't usually read, but Hermione was encouraging him to. He knew she was a little psychotic about school and reading, but he knew she thought it was fun. He couldn't do it. He wouldn't read.

Ronald looked up, curious. "Why are you reading? We all know Hermione's crazy, but you are the last person I'd expect her to rub off on." Neville looked up, "Oh, Harry, I wanted to ask you how your summer was. How was it?" Harry remembered his sister's wounds and seeing Vernon grinning down at her. "It was fine. How about you, Seamus?" Seamus looked up, "Oh, it was great! How about you Dean?" Dean Thomas grinned, "Oh, it was alright. I wished I could have stayed here, though." Ron smiled, "Yeah."

Hermione entered the room, "Harry? Can I talk to you?" He nodded and followed her out of the room, sensing she didn't want to let the others hear. She led him into an empty room outside the dormitories. He said, "What?" She said, "Did the muggles hurt you at all?" He stared into her eyes; she was really worried. She said, "They did, didn't they?" He shook his head quickly, "No, they didn't." She growled, folding her arms over her chest, "Ron said he took you from a room with bars on the window and a locked door. He also said Sidney looked horrible." Harry sighed, "Fine...they gave us a small time out."

Hermione said, "You're sure?" He nodded; she said, "You'd better be telling the truth..." He felt suddenly very bad; he almost told her. He said, "Hermione..." She looked up, "Yeah?" He shook his head, "I missed seeing you." She hugged him, "Me too Harry."

Sidney lay in her dormitory bed, and whimpered. She couldn't sleep at all; she was having nightmare after nightmare. She shivered; everyone else was asleep. She knew what she wanted to do, but she didn't know whether or not it was the right thing to do. Her eyes widened as she saw some of her burn mark. She tightened the bandage and got up. She slowly got up and moved to the stairs. She crossed to one side; to the boys' side. She got into Draco's dormitory and shook him awake softly.

He awoke, and when he saw her he said, "What's wrong?" She said, "I can't sleep; can I sleep with you?" He nodded softly, "Alright." He made room for her on the bed. She got into the bed and almost immediately fell fast asleep. Just before she did, though, she felt Draco's warm skin wrap around her. She sighed and fell asleep.

When the other boys in Draco's dormitory awoke, they saw Sidney almost immediately. They stared, eyes wide, at what they were doing. Draco's arms had snaked around her; he was hugging Sidney closely to him. Sidney was snuggled into the crook of his neck. She was smiling in her sleep a little bit. Draco awoke at that moment; he smiled when he saw Sidney in his arms. He pulled her tighter to him and tried to go back to sleep.

Crabbe came out of his trance at that moment, "Draco?" Draco's eyes opened, "Hi." Crabbe said, "We've got to get to classes." Draco's light blonde hair fell across his face as he got up. He crooned Sidney awake. She opened her eyes, "Draco?" He smiled, "Yeah, it's me." She hugged him a little bit, "Thanks." He said, "Classes are going to start in..." He checked the clock..."5 hours..." He glowered at Crabbe, who turned bright red.

Sidney said, "Oh, it's okay. I have to study anyway." Draco said, "Study?! Sidney, it's midnight! I've something for us to do except study!" Sidney looked at him, "What?"

Draco said, "Hold on tight!" Sidney stared at him, "What?" He grasped the broomstick in his hands tightly as he kicked off. She screamed, "DRACO!" He grinned, "Trust me!" She nodded, "I do." He said, "Then hold on tight!" He urged his broomstick 2001 forward. She held on to the broom tightly as he made them twirl and twist in the air. She screamed; the thrill was overpowering.

Hagrid stared up at the two Slytherins. Sidney was laughing and her beautiful flame hair flew behind her. She whooped with joy, "Draco!" He said, "This isn't even fast on this thing!" She said, "Really?" He nodded, "Yep. Watch this!" They zoomed across the quidditch field, through a ring, and up the pole. She laughed, hugging onto Draco for dear life.

Hagrid smiled at this; this was friendship? They should be...no, he thought...but if it were something he would've done, it would have been for romantic purposes. He grinned up at Sidney and Draco, who didn't seem like that bad of a guy. Sidney and Draco were now doing a dive. He landed right where they started.

Draco picked up his broomstick, "I bought this...for a very good friend." Sidney smiled, "Who?" He put it into her hands, "You." She blushed, "Oh...Draco, I shouldn't..." He said, "Please..." She grinned, "Oh, Draco...I have no place for it." He said, "Sure you do...you know about the broom cupboards in the dormitories, don't you?" She put the broom down carefully. Hagrid stared; what was she doing? Sidney threw herself on Draco, "Thank you, thank you!" Draco blushed as deep red as he could. Hagrid grinned slightly; Draco said, "You're welcome!"

Harry was waken by whoops of joy outside his window. He recognized that voice, "Sidney!" He looked out of the window. Draco was giving her a broomstick!

He growled; what was that jerk thinking?
