When Sidney got back from the ride, the first thing she noticed was a letter on her bed. She ran to it and saw who it was from. Vernon Dursley! She suddenly didn't want to open it; what would it say? She decided it was worth opening. She opened it and gasped as she read it;
Sidney,
What did you do? Your school called us telling us they found wounds all over you! When you get back here, we are going to have a large talk! I am going to kill you! I mean it! You stupid freak! You're never going back to that school of yours if this is how you are going to be! I'm going to beat you until you wish you'd never been born!

Sidney backed into the wall, tears falling down her cheeks. Who found out about it? What would Uncle Vernon do to Harry and her? Why was she so panicky?! She ran out of the room, crying. She ran out of the dormitories, holding her letter. She ran into a deserted room, unknowing that Harry was inside. She cried into her hands.
Harry saw her and knew something was wrong. He saw his Uncle's messy scrawl, "Sidney!" She looked up, "Harry! They found out! I don't know how, but read this!" He read the letter and gasped. He said, "We're not going back there, do you hear me?"
Ronald Weasley stood outside the door, listening in. He gasped, opening the door, "You can't not go home!" Sidney took the letter from Harry and stuffed it under her small jacket!
Ronald charged at her; she had a flashback. Suddenly she saw Vernon Dursley charging at her with a whip. She turned around instinctively, cringing as far as she could into the wall. Ron tried to take the letter from her, but she noticed what he wanted. She ducked out of the way quickly.
Ron pursued her; Harry pulled his friend's arms back and yelled, "Go Sidney!" She ran away; Ron stared back at Harry, "What was in the letter?" Harry ran out of the room quickly; he went after Sidney. He found her in a corridor, shivering and crying. He hugged her closely, "Sidney!" She hugged him back, "H-Harry." She looked up into his eyes, "I love you." He stared into her eyes, "I love you too!"
Draco left the dormitory to hear muffled yells from inside a room. He opened the door, and Ron burst out. He seemed to be saying, "Sidney! Harry and Sidney aren't going home! I must see that letter!" Draco shook Ronald, "What letter?" Ronald fainted in the hallway, right then and there. Oh great, Draco thought, Now I have to help him. He picked Ron up and took him to the hospital wing.
