Shintaro has made his fair share of choices all having consequences and his most recent one will be one that will impact everyone's life both in past, present, and future. That choice is to prevent the death of Naruto Uzumaki. Follow Shintaro in his quest as he puts everything on the line for one boy that'll change the world. Mainly focuses on OC then alternates to Naruto later

15. Negotiations, and Truths Revealed

Chapter 15

It was tomorrow after the boy had proposed his plan to Sasuke Uchiha, and dealing with the burns on his arms he had other things on his mind.

"It's been days since I spoke with...them, but I'm going to have to tell Sis about it sooner or later. This tattoo is getting harder, and harder to control along with my emotions, seriously it's gets so easy to get mad now. I just hope nothing happens today."

Currently the two siblings were together sparring in their makeshift dojo until they heard a knock from the entrance causing them to stop.

"Niichan, did you hear that?" the girl asked jumping back from her brother

"Yeah, wait here Sis." the boy said walking to the door

"Hey, who's there?" the boy asked as he opened the door to reveal...

"Wonderful, just what I need." the boy thought to himself annoyingly as something near his chest began rise

"Hello there, am I interrupting you two?" a female voice asked with a nervous smile

"Sakura-sensei! What are you doing here?" the girl said in a pleasant surprise

"Yes, what are you doing here?" the boy asked accusingly leaning against the frame of the door causing Sakura to flinch as she tried to explain herself

"I just came to see how my student is doing, with all that's happening between the riots, and constant struggle to find a cure I've neglected my duties as your teacher. I sincerely wish to make this up to you, but-"

"Cut the act Uchiha, what do you want?" the boy asked again irritated causing to lose her cool for a second

"Is it wrong to see my student again? It's like I said I haven't been able to teach your sister any medical techniques, I may have spared some scrolls, but there is only so much you can do with that. She needs a hands on approach with someone to guide her." Sakura explained as calm as she could

"And you really think you're the best option to teach to not harm others." the boy said angrily

"That's not fair, I told you time, and time again I'm sorry. I've tried to help you before but-" Sakura said before being interrupted

"Sorry doesn't cut it, and you only helped me because you were ordered to. Just like you were ordered to attack my village." the boy said bitterly

"Sh-"

"I told you not to call me by my name Uchiha." the boy said coldly with hatred in his tone

"Sorry, but it's not like I had any choice. We were at war in case you've forgotten." Sakura said agitated

"Don't you dare day that. There were those that were against your Hogake's war, and you had the choice to join them or stay and guess what you stayed. I can imagine why though." the boy said rolling his eyes as Sakura got the hint

"I am not a traitor to my village, and leave my husband out of this." Sakura said dangerously

"Your husband nearly burnt my arm off! If I hadn't planned ahead this arm would be ashes right now!" the boy snapped pointing to his arm

"You antagonized him!" Sakura retorted

"Oh sorry, I guess I don't have a high opinion of your almighty Hokage. Unlike every other dumbass here including you I am not a kiss ass especially to the likes of him. You, hell Konoha as a hole, they blindly turn to him as if he's got all the answers. When in reality it was you people that started this whole mess!" the boy said getting more angry as Sakura suddenly had a shameful look on her face

"The 5th Hokage made a mistake, but no one is perfe-"

"A MISTAKE! YOU CALL A MANHUNT ON MY PARENTS A MISTAKE!?" the boy yelled in rage raising his killer intent causing his sister to shiver in fear just as she was about to call him

"He may have been extreme in his way of thinking, but we was thinking what was best for this village." Sakura explained

"Dont' patronize me, the only thing he was thinking of was boosting his power. Just because your village along with everyone else that had one, the Jinchuuriki suddenly got some sense in their head to leave their village's persecution." the boy retorted

"It left all 5 Great Nations unbalanced in power." Sakura said trying to reason with the boy

"There you go again with that. Power. That's all that matters to you people in this world, when all the Jinchuuriki left the 5 Great Nations were balanced again only less powerful, but noooo they couldn't let their weapons have a thought for themselves. But now, all of the previous Jichuuriki are dead, and the new one's are brainless servants to their village. You people did anything to get your precious Jinchuuriki back, and even went to steal the other village's as well!" the boy said angrily as Sakura was losing her patience more and more

"They were Guardians who had a duty to their-"

"DUTY!? You call living a life of suffering, taking on a burden they never wanted in the first, living the rest of their lives as weapons a duty!?" the boy snapped raising his Killer Intent

"It has been like that for generations, without them we would've plunged into the chaos state of the Warring periods." Sakura said

"Seem like you did that all on your own. Working with that snake Orochimaru, hiring the Akatsuki, banning all 5 Great Nations just so you have things go back the way they were, and look where that got you. Orochimaru killed your dumbass 5th Hokage as well as your senile 3rd Hokage, the Akatsuki, went after the Jinchuuriki with your cooperation only to rebel against you, and now in an act of your desperation you caused the sky to go dark."

"But, what does all that matter, you got what you wanted right? You fulfilled your village's purpose for war right? All 9 Jinchuuriki are back where they belong acting as Gaurdians right? You're not fooling anyone with that talk, especially me." the boy said coldly with venom in his tone as Sakura finally snapped

"What do you want from me?! I've tried to make up for it in the past, but you kept refusing me. I took in your sister as my student as a hope for reconcile as well as teach her how to handle herself. I could've refused, but I didn't. Now I'm trying to act like the teacher you wanted me to be for her, and now I'm not allowed to see her?" Sakura asked angrily

"I was against you being being her Sensei from the very beginning!" the boy snapped again as his sister's head raised at that remark shocked to hear that

"What? Niichan didn't want me to learn from Sakura-sensei? Why? Does he hate me?" the girl thought to himself

"If I knew medical ninjutsu I would have taught hewor myself, but I don't so you're the only one in this damn village who's decent at it! After all the best student of Lady Tsunade should know a thing or two about healing people." the boy said snidely

"Leave Lady Tsunade out of this." Sakura said clenching her fists

"Should I leave her other student out of this as well?" the boy asked sarcastically

"Shizune was a remarkable woman, and more talented than me in many respects but she showed where her loyalties lie when the time came." Sakura said quietly as the boy had enough

"I'm not doing this, look if your here to teach my sister you're doing it here. Not in that ruined village of yours or your home where your children can harass my sister. If you don't like then too bad leave then. I don't want to spend anymore time with you than I have to. Just looking at you makes my scar ache." the boy said with disgust as he turned away to the back door

"Fine, go then. I wanted this to go smoothly, but I guess that idea went out the window." Sakura said quietly, irritated to herself

"Niichan." the girl called as the boy stopped

"What?" he asked loudly annoyed unaware of his tone causing his sister to flinch

"W-Were, you...really against me learning from Sakura-sensei?" the girl asked nervously

"I was, and still am." the boy said irritated in a hostile tone turning his head with eyes glaring at her causing his sister jump back a bit

"It's like I said before. If I knew medical ninjutsu I would teach you myself, but that...woman is the only remaining student of that Tsunade as if I care. If you want lessons from her fine, I don't care just make sure you learn something from her. I'm going hunting. Don't bother me." the boy said as he left slamming the door

"Niichan." the girl said quietly with tears streaming down her face

"I should've known it'd be like this." Sakura sighed shaking her head as she calmed down as she reached into her pockets to reveal more scrolls

"I'll just leave then. I doubt you want to be around me after that-"

"NO!" the girl yelled wiping her tears causing Sakura to jump back a bit

"I...I want to learn to be a medical ninja...for mommy's sake to impress her. If you're here to teach me then...please teach me." the girl said desperately

"Are you sure that's what you want?" Sakura asked uneasy as the girl wordlessly nodded with her head down

"Then come on, let's see what you've learned since my last lesson." Sakura sighed as she waved the girl over

"Hai, Sakura-sensei." the girl said as she shuffled her way towards her teacher

Silence, that's all that was heard in the council room. Be it from pure shock, terror, thinking or more like hoping now that Shintaro was wrong in some way possible, everyone was dead quiet save for Jiraiya who broke the silence.

"Kid, do you know what you're saying? That name alone warrants fear in Konoha to those who know it. Now, are you absolutely sure that in no way shape or form that you're wrong? That the fox's chakra didn't manipulate you when you absorbed it?" Jiraiya asked seriously

"Oh sure, I'm just spitting out random names that'll strike fear into you guys, and not trying to help you out." Shintaro said annoyed

"I saw what I saw, and besides, the Kyuubi's chakra can't manipulate me even if it wanted to. I guess you can say I'm more…tolerant to its chakra than anyone in this entire room, even more so than or Naruto despite him being a jinchuuriki." Shintaro explained surprising him

"Tolerant? How in the hell can you become tolerant to chakra like that? Even I rarely used it's chakra because it hurt so damn much." Kushina said rubbing arm wincing at the memories she used the fox's chakra

"Well, this plays against a condition I set with Hokage-sama yesterday, but I guess now I don't see any harm in it. I suppose it's thanks to my Kekkei Genkai that I inherited from my old man. I don't know if he ever told you about it, the Kyūshū to Sōsa. It gives me the power to absorb chakra, any chakra, and access it so I can manipulate it to my will as I see fit."

"I can refill someone's chakra if they're close to exhaustion at the cost of my own, I can also change its form if need be to match its uniqueness which was why I was able to revive Ms. Uzumaki the way I did, and with a lot of effort I can even change my primary chakra nature though I like to stick with my natural born wind/water combo. Although, I haven't been able to get a proper hold of lighting yet, and my earth nature could use some or a lot of work I guess." Shintaro said rubbing the back of his head

"Hold up, are you saying that you're capable of using all 5 elements?" Tsunade asked skeptically

"I guess, but not effectively. Like I said Lightning and Earth are the two elements I'm having trouble the most using if at all. I mean I can use earth style, but it's the real basic stuff along with maybe one or two intermediate levels ninjutsu. Whereas lighting I can't use at all even in the basic form, I'm have theories on how to change that, but that's when I have free time. Wind, Water, and Fire are my three strongest chakra natures in my arsenal in that order so at least I have those." Shintaro said counting with his fingers

"It's an ability that few in my clan possess that were considered capable of controlling a bijuu's chakra multiple times given that we also possess large chakra reserves. I plan to use this ability of mine to help train Fu with Choumei even though I don't have full control of my own power." Shintaro explained looking at Fu who smiled

"Yeah, and then I'll be able to do awesome stuff with it! Like Choumei told me I'll be able to fly once I get the hang of it! This is gonna be so cool!" Fu said excitingly

"Yes, but like I said it's gonna be a while before I start training you in that regard. Not until a few years later when you get a hold of the basics of chakra control. There's only so much your body can do at this point so don't push it ok? The last thing I need to deal with is you on a rampage because of something you tried to force." Shintaro explained

"Yeah, Yeah I know my body isn't used to this sort of chakra so I have to wait until I slowly adapt I know, I know. Geez, you know there's a thing called caring too much you know?" Fu pouted

"Now Fu-chan, Shintaro-kun is only worried for your safety that's all." Ayano chided

"I know, it's just that it sucks I have to wait so long." Fu groaned

"Well, that's the price you pay when you have someone who cares deeply about you." Shintaro said looking at Fu with an eye smile

"Yeah, I guess I can deal with that." Fu said trying to desperately hold in a cheesy grin

"So, you plan on helping Fu with her tailed beast when she gets older? Can you maybe do the same thing with Naruto?" Kushina asked intrigued

"If you'll allow me, and Konoha has no problem with it as well then I don't mind helping out in any way I can." Shintaro said as Kushina had a glimmer of hope in her eyes at the hope of Minato's dream coming true

"Tell me something kid. Why are you being so generous to us? What could you possibly gain from helping us with our problems? No one's ever this nice without wanting something in return. So what is it?" Jiraiya asked skeptical

"Jiraiya!" Kushina snapped

"No Kushina, Jiraiya has a point. Shintaro has done nothing, but helped us immensely in the past day up till now. Sure, he has asked things small things in return immediately, but in the long run when you look at it he's asked quite a lot." Hiruzen said

"Like asking ownership of a few buildings in Konohagakure, while avoiding citizenship." Danzo said

"Or asking me to take on a few students of his recommendations. Which by the way is still up in the air, but those girls show promise." Tsunade added

"Besides, only the Sharingan, and the Shodaime's Wood Style are the only known techniques in the world that are capable of controlling a bijuu's power. Who knows if what this Shintaro boy says is even true in the first place?" Hotaru asked

"Fu, can you come here for a sec?" Shintaro asked Fu who gasped happily

"Are you gonna do that?" Fu asked in glee

"Yup, do you want to prove my credibility to the people of Konoha together?" Shintaro asked

"Heck ya I do!" Fu said jumping up and down as she ran to Shintaro's side

"What are you planning Shintaro?" Hiruzen asked

"Oh nothing at all, just as I said. I'm proving my credibility to you nonbelievers."

"Now Fu, stay still like last time remember?"

"I know, I know just do it already! I wanna see it again!" Fu said excitedly

"Calm down Fu-chan. Shintaro-kun, what exactly are you going to do anyways?"

"Yeah, what can you do with Moss Head that she's so damn excited about?" Suigetsu asked annoyed

"Just watch and see." Shintaro said as he put both hands on Fu's shoulder

As Shintaro put his hands on Fu's shoulder Hiruzen felt a similar feeling like yesterday with Kushina only this time Shintaro wasn't concealing the chakra this time. Visible red chakra was leaking from Fu, and into Shintaro continuing to do so for a minute or so. When Shintaro was done he let go of Fu who seemed a little out of breath.

"You ok?" Shintaro asked

"Yup! I'm fine so just do it Shintaro, I wanna see it again please!?" Fu said ecstatically jumping up and down as if she just regain all her energy.

"Fine, since you asked so nicely." Shintaro said sarcastically

"Secret Ninja Art: Tailed Beast Chakra Release: Nanabi!" Shintaro yelled as all of the chakra Shintaro absorbed from Fu was released into one burst as two bug like wings of pure chakra sprung from his back fluttering while everyone was in wonder

"Whoa! Niichan what is that?" Hiromi asked in awe

"Are those wings?" Suigetsu asked very curiously

"Shintaro-kun how'd you do that?" Ayano asked in disbelief

"Just watch everyone! This is why I think Shintaro is the strongest ninja out there!" Fu said excitedly

"Thanks Fu, I suppose you'll want a better view of the Hokage up there right?" Shintaro asked

"Heck ya I do! Come on come on!" Fu said jumping up and down

"Up we go then." Shintaro said as he grabbed Fu and lifted them in the air with the wings he grew from his back.

"Wheee!" Fu said as Shintaro flew around the room while the younger children wanted their own turn.

Flying closer to Hiruzen Shintaro, and Fu were elevated to Hiruzen's position but far away enough to prove that Shintaro could indeed fly with ease doing various flying tricks.

"Hey no fair! I want to go next I want to go next!" Suigetsu complained

"Alright then better prepare yourself Suigetsu. Fu piggy back style." Shintaro said as Fu nodded getting into position while Shintaro nosed dived to swoop up Suigetsu from his feet.

"Woah! This is so cool Shintaro! This is...awesome...were so…high up." Suigetsu said as he looked down on everyone feeling a bit nervous gripping Shintaro's shirt

"Getting nervous are we?" Shintaro said as Suigetsu's grip grew stronger

"Thought so, it's fine we're heading down anyways." Shintaro said as he flew close to the ground

"There, you ok now?" Shintaro said as he let Hiromi down

"Y-Yeah, just a l-little scary that's all." Suigetsu said

"Guess you're afraid of heights then?" Fu said sarcastically

"S-Shut up!" Suigetsu said

"Well we can work on that later." Shintaro said as he patted Suigetsu's head who merely grunted in response

"So there you have it. That's what I intend to use in order to help Fu get a hold of her power, and if you'll let me Naruto too in the future." Shintaro said as Hiruzen and everyone else there, especially Danzo, were really interested in Shintaro

"Kid, how'd you..." Jiraiya asked

"Remember? Absorbing chakra isn't the only thing I can do. My body can adapt to it as well so that it doesn't harm me like it does with other jinchuuriki's even if to a lesser degree. It's more of an annoyance that you get used to like an itch you can't quite scratch, but if you don't think about it it'll go away on its own." Shintaro said

"Amazing, I'd never imagine such a power existed. To think there's another power besides the Sharingan, or the Wood Style capable of controlling a bijuu's power." Danzo said in wonder

"And a most valuable power to add to Konoha might. He may not join now, but I have ways of getting what I want." Danzo thought to himself

"Yes, but it's like Jiraiya-sensei said, I would like to ask you a couple of things if you don't mind Hokage-sama. It won't affect Konohagakure in any major way, but actually strengthen your power as well. A win-win so to speak. You get answer's and power while I can guarantee my friends safety. Although, from the looks I'm seeing from the Clan Heads it seems you've figured out one of their little secrets." Shintaro said as the original group turned to look at the Clan heads noticing that each of them were staring at them individually, and intensely.

Fugaku was looking at Shusuke, Tsume was looking at Katsumi, Inoichi was studying Ayano, Chouza was looking at Hideki, Shikaku was observing Sadao, Shibi was studying Shinji as well, Hiashi was looking at Momiji and Shou, and in a far corner there was Kakashi with Guy who was taking a liking to Ling.

"Told you you'd like her." Kakashi whispered

"Indeed, that young girl is fuming with the flames of youth." Guy whispered excitedly

"Yeah, and she has a better fashion sense than you." Kakashi thought to himself looking at his book

"What about you Kakashi? What's your opinion on these children" Guy asked

"Huh, you say something?" Kakashi said uninterested taking his eye off his book infuriating Guy

"Curse you Kakashi, and your coolness! Although, maybe she'd be interested in a tracksuit from me, I'm sure she would love it!" Guy thought to himself assuringly

"S-Shintaro-kun what are you talking about? Y-You're not saying that they..."

"We have Ayano." Inoichi said as the original group save for Shintaro, Sadao, and Shinji went wide eyed fearing for themselves

"Yeah, the second you guys told us your names we all figured out who you really are. I also confirmed it when I had a chance to sniff you from a distance." Tsume said

"You may not have realized it, but we all know what your real names actually are." Chouza said much to the 3 Elder's confusion

"What are you talking about? Do you know these children Chouza-san?" Homura asked

"The children wearing masks save for Shintaro are members of each of our clan's." Hiashi explained

"What?" Dazno asked furiously

"Are you going deaf or senile you old war hawk? Some of those kids down there are part of Konoha's clans. For example, Katsumi the girl with the demon mask and dogs next to her are part of the Inuzuka Clan." Tsume explained annoyingly

"The boy with the Kabuki mask is part of the Akimichi clan."

"I suspect that the boy with bandages around his face is part of the Uchiha Clan."

"The twins down there are most likely part of the Hyuuga Clan, but their eye's say different. I'm not sure if that's their true eyes, but I suppose it doesn't matter."

"You can fill in the rest yourself Danzo. These are most likely descendants belonging to part of the Konoha branch of The Fallen." Inoichi said much to the childrens confusion

"The hell is he talking about?" Katsumi thought to herself in confusion

"What's The Fallen?" Hideki thought to himself

"That dobe probably knows what's going on, and if he does I'm going to want answers." Shusuke thought to himself

"Each of you knew these were descendants of traitors to Konoha?!"

"They are not traitors." Inochi retorted

"They hold your clan's secret techniques! We should use this as an opportunity to lure in The Fallen! "

"They will not under any circumstances to be used by you Danzo. Or their will be consequences." Fugaku said

"Agreed." Hiashi said much to his displeasure

"Why are you all against this? Hiashi-san, I thought you of all people would have those children detained immediately, and be marked by the Caged Bird seal." Koharu said confused as Shou's and Momiji's eyes widen in fear

"Because there is no need to, and if I did I would be dishonoring a promise I made to their parents. I am Clan Head, and I will decide to not force our traditions" Hiashi said with extreme authority

"I would think that the Head of the Hyuuga Clan would honor his duty to protect the Byakugan."

"Don't you dare say anything to imply that I'm incompetent." Hiashi snapped raising his chakra intensity

"Need you forget that not only does The Fallen have members from Konoha's clan's, but every hidden village within the 5 Great Nations." Shikaku reminded

"That still leaves a chance for our secrets to be exploited for other's to learn." Danzo retorted

"You're not seeing Iwa using Inuzuka trackers for their own uses, Kiri having Akimichi in their ranks, or Suna despite being allies having Byakugan users with them. The point is that The Fallen has been around before the founding of The 5 Great Nations, and not once has a member of The Fallen given secrets from their own village to another." Inoichi replied

"You mean that we know of." Homura replied

"Yeah, because if Iwa, the village we all hate with a passion, had one of our secrets they would've let us know by now. They wouldn't care if we retaliated, if they had something that would piss us off they would let us know." Tsume said annoyingly

"I can't believe your all taking this so calmly." Danzo said frustratingly

"I can't believe your holding onto this like some grudge, but I guess it isn't that much of a surprise." Jiraiya said annoying Dazno causing more bickering between the Clan Heads and Elders and now the Sannin with Kushina

"Honestly, you should be more upset about this." Kotaru said

"It's their clan not yours you crazy old bags of bones." Kushina said irritated

"It's our village that their clan's reside in." Kotaru replied

"Your not the one's who founded this village. It was my grandfather along with the Uchiha Clan." Tsunade said jumping into the conversation

As the adults continued to bicker with each other about Clan proceedings, village founding, and other politics as well , the children decided to speak for themselves

"Uh, excuse me." Ayano said meekly but loud enough for the adults to hear getting their attention

"May I ask what you adults are discussing? Or at least when you will finish?" Ayano asked politely getting everyone's attention

"Sorry about that Ayano, you shouldn't have to suffer us adults bickering with each other with the bag of bones up there." Kushina said pointing to Danzo, Kotaru, and Homura who glared at Kushina

"Yes, can you please explain what this deal is you people keep talking about?" Momiji asked

"Gladly, this'll be a much better topic than discussing politics. You see, each of your parents came to us on their own asking a favor of us after the Third Great Ninja War." Shikaku said

"At first we thought nothing of it, but now that you're here we understood what they meant." Fugaku said

"It seems that they were somehow defeated after all, though given all that we've know it was due to an enemy none of us would've perceived possible." Hiashi said

"The hell are you guys-" Shusuke said before being interrupted

"Shusuke." Shintaro said sternly

"What?" Shusuke asked furiously

"Shut up, and calm yourself." Shintaro said seriously

"Why the hell should be calm about this dobe? If they know who we are then the whole point of us hiding who we are is pointless by now!" Shusuke yelled

"They figured out your names teme. Think about that for a moment, and I mean think." Shintaro said annoyed

"Shintaro's right, they figured out our names, if you think about it there was no point in hiding them in the first place." Shinji said

"You guys really need to calm down, you're all being a pain in the ass." Sadao said lazily

"Why are you guys so c...you guys know something we have no clue about don't you?" Katusmi said in irritation as they Shintaro, Sadao, and Shinji all nodded

"What the hell? Why are you keeping secrets from us at a time like this?" Shusuke asked angrily

"Because of what is happening right now." Shinji said confusing the group

"I filled them in on the way here on something I just found out half an hour ago, and if I told you what I told them you would've reacted in a way that would've cause us trouble." Shintaro said

"Basically, you all would've been a pain in the ass like you are now if we told you what's up." Sadao said groaning having to explain everything

"Just like you are now, even with those masks on you have failed miserably in hiding your emotions when the time came. They have easily figured that something was up, and immediately called us out on it." Shinji said while the others realized they were right

"Still, don't you think you should've let us in on what you guys were talking about?" Katsumi asked agitated

"You still don't get it do you?" Sadao groaned

"Then explain it to us already!" Katsumi snapped

"Later, for now let us do the talking, your poker faces are nonexistent. Even with those masks you're all easy to read." Shintaro said

"Damn it dobe not all of us can be mindless drones that turn off their hearts at a whim!" Shusuke yelled

"Shusuke, you take that back!" Ayano rebutted

"Leave him be Ayano. He's just to mad that I didn't let him in the know in when he wanted to. Despite how long we've been together he's just hasn't gotten used to the fact that things don't always go his way like the the spoiled brat he is." Shintaro mocked

"That's it!" Shusuke said as he charged towards Shintaro only to be stopped by a blinding fast kick to the gut from Ling who quickly handed Ranmaru to Momiji before hand

"Ling what're you doing!?" Misaka asked furiously

"Shusuke that's enough! It is unyouthful to attack comrades out of rage like that. It's true that Shintaro-san didn't share information with us, but he said that he only received such information a short time ago. There was no time to tell everyone about it, and I'm sure it was important. But the fact is that Shintaro-san, Sadao-san, and Shinji-san are the only ones that can keep a cool head in times like this."

"Shintaro-san, do you plan to tell us what you have told Sadao, and Shinji after we're done here?"

"Yes, I had planned on it so that we can all decided on what to do." Shintaro said

"See Shusuke? Shintaro-san had planned on sharing information with us, and he wants all of our opinions on the matter. So please calm yourself." Ling said as Shusuke merely glared at her not saying a word as he stood up taking one step forward as Genyumaru now was inches away from him

"If Ling says calm down, you calm down." Genyumaru said coldly glaring at Shusuke matching his intensity cracking his knuckles

"Tch! Fine, but I will get answers from you dobe." Shusuke said coldly as he stepped back

"And you will, but first you have to wait." Shintaro said

"Thank you Genyumaru-kun, but you didn't have to be so hostile with Shusuke." Ling said gratefully

"I wasn't going to take any chances with him Ling, knowing him he might've taken it a bit too far, but I see what you mean. Tell you what, since I'm still a bit anxious from that little scene, want to have a sparring match after this? I'm dying to finish up last night's match, even though I was going to win anyways." Genyumaru asked with a cocky grin

"Yosh! I'll take you up on that offer Genyumaru-kun! I must admit seeing such action has riled me up to the point where only a sparring match with you can ease my tension. We will finish where we left off last night to prove that my youthful spirit will overpower any foe I come across!" Ling said excitedly punching/kicking the air

"And if I fail I will do 300 laps around the village on my hands backwards!" Ling said as she got into a handstand kicking her feet in the air

"It really is a female Guy. Even though she's young, at least she can use her head...oh Kami, a female Guy that can use her head!? I really hope Guy doesn't take an interest." Kakashi thought despairingly taking a glance at the fire in Guy's eyes along with the grin on his face

"He's interested." Kakashi thought defeated hanging his head down

"At least he has competition...wait a minute. Guy has competition when it comes to a girl? This is going to end badly, maybe he'll see he's a bit to old for her, or maybe it's not that he sees an interest in a future student. Either way interaction with her is only going to make Guy louder, and maybe even take all his...time."

As Kakashi gained an idea he put his hand on Guy's shoulder who was looking at Ling with intensity turning to Kakashi who gave Guy his own thumbs up, and a nod of approval.

"You know she's going to do it, no point in stopping her at this point." Shou sighed putting a hand on his twin's shoulder for comfort

"Can we continue this after we finish up here? Or do we need to find you two love birds a room to yourselves?" Shintaro said to the two taijutsu freaks of nature

"S-S-Shintaro-san! I-It's not like that!" Ling said embarrassed

"Y-Yeah, j-just a sparring match that's all." Genyumaru said lightly blushing

"Oh? A boy and girl together alone, close quarters, constantly throwing their bodies at each other, sounds to me like you're both closer than y-OW!" Shintaro said rubbing his head

"Stop it you damn perverted baka!" Misaka said as she whacked Shintaro's head

"Don't say things like that in front of strangers! Besides, only a girl can tease another girl when it comes to stuff like this." Misaka said as she, Katsumi, and Guren grew a evil grin on their face

"Yeah, and believe me we'll have plenty to say when we're out of here." Katsumi said chuckling to herself

"I can't wait to see what happens after this." Guren said anxiously

"Why me?" Ling thought to herself internally weeping anime tears

"Can we continue or not?" Sadao said annoyed

"Yes please, I would like that very much." Hiruzen said as the kids all got back in their original place

"Quite an interesting bunch of children don't you think?" Danzo said to Homura and Kotaru

"Yes, they certainly act like their parents don't they?" Homura observed

"Some more than others, and that's not necessarily a good thing." Kotaru said looking at Shusuke

"Don't worry that'll be our problem to deal with." Tsume said reassuringly

"Agreed, it's part of the deal we've made, the least we could do is respect their wishes." Inoichi said

"Will someone please tell us what this deal is in the first place?" Katsumi asked irritated

"Easy, we're the one's going to take you in, that is if you'll let us." Chouza said happily

" 'Cough' Wait, what!" Hideki said choking on his chips

"When we last saw members of The Fallen they were members of our respective clans, and also became good friends of ours. They said that they were heading out to sea to a foreign land to investigate a war going on...though I suppose we know how that turned out." Shikaku said solemnly

"Yes, it's a shame knowing someone of my clan that powerful is probably dying a pitiful death unfit for a shinobi." Fugaku said with a sigh

"Gee, how thoughtful of you." Tsume droned

"So, now you know of another proposition given to you. Well, some of you. It is still your choice to join Konoha, and even more so to join our ranks as Shinobi. Though, some of the elders will have a hard time accepting the fact that there is someone in my clan that I don't immediately bring in by force." Hiashi said annoyed

"Forgive me Hiashi-sama, but may I ask Shintaro-san something?" Shou said politely

"Given that you're born of the Hyuuga clan I suppose you were trained to think like that calling me what you did when you came to Konoha, but since you're technically not admitted in the Hyuuga being born outside of Konoha there's no need for it. But yes, you may ask him a question." Hiashi said formally

"Thank you. Shintaro-san, since they already know our names, would it be acceptable that Momiji and I take them off?" Shou said pointing to his eyes

"Yeah, my eyes haven't been the same since we put them on." Momiji said rubbing said body part

"It's fine, I don't mind. At this point it's useless to where those things anymore." Shintaro said nodding

"Thanks, my eyes have been bugging me the entire time since they found out. Hey Ling, hold him for me will ya?" Momiji said as she handed Ranmaru

"No need to worry Momo-chan, I got him. That just means I get to play with you more, oh yes I do, oh yes I do." Ling said in a playful voice as Ranmaru giggled

"Oh man, that feels good! Finally, I can actually see again with my own eyes." Momiji said as she and Shou took out some contact lenses

As they both took out their lenses they revealed their real eyes to that of any Hyuuga. Both shared pearl like eyes that matched their pale skin wonderfully along with their dark brown hair, and white clothing they wore on their bodies.

"So they do posses the Byakugan." Hiashi said to himself

"Thank you Shintaro-san, it's a pleasure to at least not hide one of our defining physical traits." Shou said relieved blinking a few times

"Well, that doesn't really matter to me, those contact lenses of yours bugged the hell out of my eyes. How do you live with these things on?" Momiji asked Shintaro

"You get used to it." Shintaro shrugged

"Wait a minute, so that eye color of yours..." Kushina asked

"Aren't really mine, no one here knows anything about me save for what I allow them to know." Shintaro said plainly

"Yeah, and even that isn't much to go on unless you snap." Katsumi said much to Shintaro's annoyance

"Ignoring your comment. So, this changes up things for you guys. What'll you do? We're going to stay here a while, and it's always good to have a backup plan to lean on in case things go awry. I don't mind what you choose, if anything I'd say go for it, it'll also give me more leg room to move around in as well as...other guests." Shintaro said

"What do you mean other guests? Just how many people do you plan to take in?" Honoka asked

"There is only so much you can offer to people before it consumes you." Shinji said

"That's for people who can't handle it. Besides, this is going to be different from the other times." Shintaro said

"Different how Shintaro-kun?" Ayano asked

"That is something I'm going to discuss with the Hokage in private." Shintaro said

"Again with the secrecy, you know you're not winning our trust that way." Katsumi said

"Who said I was? My job is to make sure you are safe for the next 9-12 years, not gain your trust, and if it means you not trusting me then fine. I said it once, and I'll say it again. I hardly trust any of you with some exceptions." Shintaro said looking at the original group

"The others we picked up along the way are a different story, I don't trust them completely, but I do trust them a lot more than the lot of you." Shintaro droned pointing to the other group

"Shintaro-kun, trust is essential in order for a team to work together. I trust you completely." Ayano said

"Thank you, now tell them that 5 years ago, and everything'll be fine." Shintaro said harshly causing most of the original group to flinch or look down in shame save for Shusuke who merely grunted

"Shintaro-kun, everyone was just scared at the time that's all. We were just kids, even more so then, and not all of us had the same training as you did." Ayano said gently as Shintaro took in a deep breath

"No, but no one seemed to think I wasn't scared at all. Everyone thought that I was just an hardened, cold blooded, emotionless, idiotic, inexperienced kid that had no business leading anything much less a large group of children that didn't trust a leader that told them what to do on a whim. Or so I remember. Hard to forget the details your escorts give you for nearly two years on a daily basis" Shintaro said recalling the exact details they listed to him when they first started

"Man, you guys really didn't like him did you?" Guren said looking at the group

"You said all of that to Shintaro?" Karin asked shocked

"No wonder he doesn't like you, much less trust you." Fu said sarcastically

"Seriously, why so hard on the poor guy?" Suigetsu asked

"Even I don't think that poorly about Shintaro-san even when I first met him." Honoka said surprised

"It's true I have had a...bad start with them, and I know I just said I don't trust them, but I hardly trust anyone that way. However, there's no reason to for you guys to treat them differently because of that. I've learned to deal with it, and to be honest I'm surprised I've gotten that far as it is."

"I learned from their...habits of how to deal with them, and gotten to know them these past 5 years...it's helped just a bit of how I view them. To be honest, I mostly just tolerate their more...extreme habits of when it comes to the safety of the group." Shintaro said taking a quick glance to Shusuke

"What I'm saying is that for now I'm stuck with protecting them, but until I'm free of that burden I'll make the most of it. That applies to me, and me alone so don't base any unwarranted negative feelings toward them...well, I give you permission to hate the teme anyways. So until then who knows maybe my opinion of them will change in the near...far future...maybe...if I'm up for it...except for the teme obviously." Shintaro said happily

"Um...Shintaro-kun?" Ayano said

"Yes, Ayano-chan?" Shintaro replied

"I know that Shusuke isn't the most...friendliest or diplomatic of individuals, but you aren't going to get anywhere if you keep treating him like that. You can't be friends if you don't even try to get along." Ayano said

"Hey Shusuke. Want to be friends?" Shintaro asked happily

"Go to hell." Shusuke grunted

"You first." Shintaro said still in a happy tone

"As long as I see you suffer with my own hands." Shusuke said darkly

"Fine by me." Shintaro replied nonchalantly

"Well, I tried. Sorry Ayano-chan, but it's impossible to be friends." Shintaro shrugged

"Shintaro-kun, you know what I meant." Ayano said pouting underneath her mask

"I know Ayano-chan, I just don't see the point in making friends with everyone I meet...especially those I already know, and have an opinion based on them." Shintaro droned looking at Shusuke

"The feelings mutual." Shusuke not looking at Shintaro

"Well, I guess we share the fact we hate each other, that's something I guess." Shintaro said shrugging

"That's not the healthiest of relationships Shintaro-kun." Ayano said sweat dropping

"Even so, it's a relationship, and it's not like I'm gonna kill him...that would be too easy of a challenge." Shintaro mocked

"Hey! Don't underestimate me dobe! Take a look into my eyes, and see for yourself." Shusuke said as his eyes turned blood red with three tomoe in his left eye, and three in his right.

"Every time I fought someone I've been forced to hold back all the damn time to keep this a secret, but that ends now. I have all six tomoe for my Sharingan, and when I master the sharingan to it's highest potential I'll be the most powerful one in the group leaving you in the dust." Shusuke said glaring at Shintaro unfazed

"Wow, you're so cool Shusuke-kun! Nailing down that many without any help all on your own! All that training really paid off didn't it?" Misaka said cheering for her crush

"A full Sharingan at your age, and without any help? Impressive, I must say you do the Uchiha Clan proud. Shusuke was it?" Fugaku said taking interest

"Yes, and may I ask you something?" Shusuke asked changing his tone in a respectful way

"What would that be?" Fugaku replied curious

"Truth be told I've been wanting to come to Konoha for years now, but due to us being constantly hunted down on a daily basis we really haven't been able to move freely a lot. It's been my dream to surpass my father, and have him acknowledge me unlike my elder brother, and sister. The second we entered here I wanted to join Konoha's rank, and if'll you'll let me, serve under the Uchiha Clan Fugaku-sama." Shusuke said sincerely with a bow

"By Kami, he knows how to not act like a prick!" Shintaro said in mock surprise much to Shusuke's irritation

"Damn, did he actually use another tone in his speech other than boredom or anger?" Katsumi asked faking shock

"So he does know how to ask nicely." Guren said mock surprised

"And apparently has a heart." Genyumaru said snidely

"Not to mention humility." Honoka added

"Although, it is someone from his clan." Haku said

"The Clan Head for your information." Fugaku said with authority shutting the kids up save for Shintaro who merely smirked at the idea of aggravating the Uchiha Clan Head

"Ignoring your comments aside I find it admirable that someone his age knows respect for his elders. As for your request I would gladly honor it. Though I may not agree with some of The Fallen's ideals your father was a genius with the Sharingan, and more so a good friend of mine. Even though your ancestors left the Uchiha Clan long ago before Konoha was founded, it was because they thought our clan would be stronger on our own believing in their own strengths. Many thought they were stubborn fools, but each of them managed to attain power equal to Madara Uchiha with the Mangekyo Sharingan all on their own each avoiding the...methods used by Madara himself." Fugaku said with mixed pride and shame

"And as for serving under the Uchiha Clan think nothing of it. You'll be treated as an equal among us Uchiha. If you wish you may live with me so that I can train you personally." Fugaku said

"Thank you Fugaku-sama, if possible I would like to do so today." Shusuke said in a calm, but eager voice

"That's fine with me, I'm sure Mikoto wouldn't mind someone else living with us, this'll give Sasuke someone else to look up to, and maybe even rival Itachi in visual prowess. You're a fine example of the Uchiha Clan Shusuke, and I'm sure in due time you'll surpass your father." Fugaku said

"Shusuke, what about us? I-I mean we've been together all this time, shouldn't we stick together?" Ayano asked

"It's not like he's moving to the center of the earth Ayano. Besides, I...I kinda want to do the same. It would be nice to hang out with others from my own clan, even if it's for a little while." Katsumi said sadly as Tomoko, and Tomoki gently whined

"Same here, it's not like we can't see each other, I mean I'm tired of all this running away business. I want to feel safe enough where I don't have to constantly look behind my back to see if we're being followed." Hideki said closing his bag of chips and wiping his mouth

"It would nice to walk among members of our own clan again." Shou said solemnly

"Yeah, it'd be kind of weird not sharing the same roof, but we can make it work." Momiji said with hope

"I don't mind either way, it's not like I'm forbidden to visit either one of you." Shinji said

"This turning into a real big pain in the ass." Sadao said tiredly

"As everything is for you lazy bastard." Katsumi said

"I am truly happy for you all, really I am, but not all of us have a clan to go to you know." Ling said quietly with a tiny hint of bitterness

"Ling." Momiji said quietly

"What about you Ayano?" Misaka said

"M-Me? W-Well, it's not like I wouldn't mind living with the Yamanaka Clan, but Shintaro-kun, Hriomi-chan, Guren-chan, everyone..." Ayano said softly

"Don't worry about us Ayano-chan." Shintaro said

"If you do go I'll be sure to visit you every day Onee-chan!" Hiromi said happily

"Yeah, it's like they said, we won't be that far from each other. We'll be in the same village, and still hang out from time to time." Guren said happily

"This is a chance to live amongst your clan members, I'd give anything to have a chance like that." Genyumaru said

"Genyumaru-kun..." Ling said softly

"Don't worry about me Ling, I still have hope that my clan is out there somewhere. I just need to find them, and then I can see my friends again. Hell, if there's something my clan is known for it's stubbornness for not dying." Genyumaru said with a small smile

"Wait you guys, what about Honoka, and Karin? Or Guren, Haku, Jugo, or even Kimimaro? Their clan's are..." Misaka asked

"My clan went extinct because of their lust for battle, brute strength mentality, and their stupidity. I'm going to rebuild the Kaguya clan based on my own principles."

"I'm sure there's someone else from my clan out there, but if that's not the case then I'll do the same as Kimimaro." Haku said

"Ditto, though I'm not that concerned with heavy stuff like that. I'm just gonna take it easy, and live at my own pace. The world is soon gonna know about all of the wonderful things about me! Boys will drool, and fight over me while all the girls will be wishing I was dead. Oh, I just know I'm gonna famous one day." Guren said with sparkles in her eyes as the kids sweat dropped

"Don't worry about us. We have Lady Kushi-I mean Ms. Uzumaki, and Naruto with us so we're not totally alone." Honoka said laughing nervously as she saw Kushina looking at her

"Besides, Lord Homura-sama is doing his best to reunite the Uzumaki Clan, and he asked me to look after Naruto, his grandson/heir to the throne. I intend to keep my word to Lord Homura-sama." Honoka said in a determined voice

"Thanks Honoka, but that just proves that dad is just being overprotective...again. I'm sure you have your orders from my dad, but that's the thing he's my dad, and Naruto's my son. As Naruto's mother it's my duty to protect, and raise him. I'm sure the next time Kenshi rolls around here I'll tell him for dad to lay off on your orders. Oh, and you can stop with the Naruto-sama bit, if Naruto's my son the he'll won't like it when someone calls him that. Especially if it's a friend." Kushina said smiling

"Even so, I plan on protecting Naruto-sama-I mean Naruto-kun even after Lord Homura-sama orders are reprieved." Honoka said

"Oh, Naruto-kun huh?" Kushina asked teasingly

"I-I-It's not l-like that L-Lady I mean Ms. Uzumaki! I just took a liking to your son that's all, he's like a little brother to me." Honoka said blushing

"Oh? Are you sure there's no ulterior motive?" Kushina teased further

"I-I'm being honest Ms. Uzumaki! Besides we're family!" Honoka said flustered gaining Kushina's interest

"Family eh? Well then, would it be to impolite to ask who are your parents? Your face rings a bell, but I can't quite place it. It's been bugging me the entire time since I've met you." Kushina said staring at Honoka

"W-Well, I suppose it's fine to tell you now." Honoka said a bit nervous chuckling

"Tell me what?" Kushina asked confused

"Father said to keep it a surprise for as long as possible, but I suppose now is a good time as any." Honoka chuckled

"My mother's name is Kiyomi Uzumaki, and my father's name is Kenshi...your older brother Ms. Uzumaki. Which would make you my..."

"You're Kenshi's girl! Wait, if you said that Kiyomi's your mother then...OH MY KAMI! Kenshi finally got the balls to tie the knot!" Kushina yelled happily jumping for joy as everyone in the room sweat dropped at her as she rushed towards Honoka squeezing the life out of her

Kushina said annoyed but chuckled at the memory as she put Honoka down breathing again

"Yes, father does have a sense of following rules. He made that clear when raising me, but mother always said to have a little fun once in a while. Although her version of fun is well...a bit extreme." Honoka said honestly

No matter how many times the villagers, the old hags, or even her old man yelled at her for doing something dangerous, she'd do it again the second they took their eyes off her. How is your mother these days anyways?" Kushina asked curiously

"Oh um...we got separated from when a band of Iwa nin attacked us. I honestly don't if she's still alive or..." Honoka said sadly too afraid to finish her sentence

I'm sure she's doing fine, she's a survivor, and a tough one at that. Until my idiotic brother comes back permanently or news of your mother comes up you'll be staying with me when I get a place of my own. I won't have it any other way, and you can bring little Karin with you as well." Kushina said surprising Honoka

"Y-You'd d-do that f-for us Ms. Uzumaki?" Karin asked shyly

"Of course! Both of your mothers are good friends of mine, and I intend to keep you both safe until you're reunited." Kushina said putting her hands on both the Uzumaki girls head

"EEHHH! I'll have none of that from my own niece! From now on it's Auntie Kushina, Aunt Kushina, Obaa-san, or anything similar to your own liking." Kushina said with a smile on her face before turning to Ayano

"But don't think I forgot about you Ayano sweetie! You're just so darn cute to ignore, even with that mask on." Kushina said happily as quickly ran back rubbing her face against Ayano's much to her embarrassment

"T-Thank you Obaa-chan." Ayano said a little embarrassed

"You kidding? Your mother was a close friend of mine as well, and I already claimed you as my surrogate niece so there's no backing out now ya know?" Kushina said happily

"W-What about Honoka-san, and Karin-chan?" Ayano asked

"Don't worry, you're looking at the master or multitasking right here! Raising Naruto on my own will be a challenge in it of itself, but with Honoka it'll be that much easier. That is if it's ok with you Honoka."

"Of course L-I mean Ms-uh...Aunt Kushina?" Honoka said nervously as Kushina stared at her until she got the response she wanted to hear

"Exactly, I'm mean I'll let Inoichi help out too since you're part of the Yamanaka clan, but I'm still claiming you as my niece. That ok with you Inoichi?"

"I don't mind, so long as you let her decide where she wants to stay, but it looks like the poor girl is confused on what she wants to do." Inoichi said concerned

"True, so Ayano. Do you have an idea on what you want to do? Or do you still want to wait?" Kushina asked

"W-Well, I'd like to live with Yamanaka-sama, but I-I don't want to be a burden to his family. Even if I do leave with Yamanaka-sama then I'd feel like I'd be leaving Shintaro-kun, and I don't want to refuse your hospitality either Obaa-chan." Ayano said confused on what to do

"Well, let me put your mind at ease on one thing at least Ayano. By no means will you be a burden to my family, I'm sure my wife will be happy to take care of you, and my daughter Ino will be happy that another girl will be living with her. Even if you choose to stay with your friends or with Kushina I'll take no offense with your choice whatsoever. Both have your best interests in mind, and I'm sure both won't mind with whatever you choose so long as your happy." Inoichi said honestly

"Yeah, what Inoichi said sweetie. Just do you what you think is right, and we'll all adapt to it so long as you're happy." Kushina said smiling at her

"Same here Ayano-chan. I won't blame you if you want to live with the Yamanaka's or with Ms. Uzumaki, so long as you're happy I'm fine with either one. Your happiness is what matters to me most." Shintaro said

I'm terrible at girls, maybe you can get through to her." Shintaro asked Kushina as every female including Hiromi sighed heavily at Shintaro's...response

"What do you mean? I'm great at finding a hidden messages in letters, phrases, secret codes, ancient text, and even complex sealing recipes."

"Yet none of those are as complicated as women." Jiraiya said deadpanned

"Agreed." Hiruzen said quietly along with every other man in the room who was in a relationship

"I guess it just hopeful thinking on my part. I must've been stupid to think Shintaro-kun would think of me like that." Ayano said as her aura continued to went in a downward spiral as she sat down hugging her knees

"Ok?" Shintaro said

"Baka." Misaka muttered as she rolled her eyes

"Well, while she's recovering from...whatever she's going through I think there are a few things left I want to settle before talking to the Hokage in private." Shintaro said turning to Hiruzen

"What would that be Shintaro?" Hiruzen asked

"I want to get one of the big ones out of the way first, actually I think this is going to be the biggest one out of the topics I wish to discuss."

"Oh? Then let's discuss it then. What would you like to discuss Shintaro?" Hiurzen asked curiously.

"I would like to discuss the return of a certain organization that everyone here is aware of. I want to discuss the return of The Fallen." Shintaro said seriously at everyone who was looking at Shintaro as if he grew another head gaining everyone's attention

After a few minutes of silence, and studying what showed of Shintaro's unchanging face Hiruzen realized that Shintaro wasn't joking in the slightest.

"Shintaro...for what purpose do you want The Fallen return?" Hiurzen asked seriously

"Every Senpu before me since Masayoshi Senpu who created The Fallen have used them when times of war approached or unjust things happened on his continent. His participation in the First Great Shinobi greatly decreased casualties among all the 5 Great Nations, along with Rīdā whose participation in the Second Great Shinobi War continuously went against Kumogakure's reign putting them to a stand still, to my old man Jiyu who held back all 5 Great Nations from going too deep into each other's territory."

"Each Senpu arrived before the wars have started each warning them that if they were to go to war the consequences would be dire. They all knew when war was brewing, and did everything in their power to prevent it through diplomatic means. Each of them failed, but they made up for it by showing their power by protecting those caught in the crossfire. I have that same feeling in my gut as well, I think-no I know that my generation will know what it is like to experience war, and hopefully the last one." Shintaro said seriously in a tone that said he wasn't messing around

"So you're saying that you feel that this generation will experience war? Even though there have been no signs of hostility between the 5 Great Nations as of late?" Danzo asked

"Considering you're a war hawk this shouldn't much of a surprise to you, but since this war will happen because of you don't have the right to ask that." Shintaro thought bitterly to himself

"Do you think I am lying?" Shintaro asked

"No, just confirming that's all." Dazno said

"Then what're you going to do about it?" Shintaro asked

"Not like it matters, you're going to die no matter what. If not by who did you in the first place, then that pleasure will be going to me." Shintaro thought to himself a pleasurable grin underneath his mask

"Prepare for the future, and be on alert. So that what you just said doesn't come to past." Hiruzen said with authority

"Hiruzen, are you really going to take this boy seriously?" Homura asked

"Did you forget when Rīdā came here to warn Tobirama-sensei? Or Jiyu who did the same with me, and tried to prevent the wars? Each of them said they had a "gut feeling" and each time we dismissed them which led to bloodshed that could've been avoided. I won't make the same mistake again." Hiruzen said putting his hands together in a thinking pose

"Shintaro, are you absolutely sure this "gut feeling" of yours is accurate?" Hiruzen asked seriously

"I am, but I have a feeling it won't happen until at least a decade." Shintaro said not changing his tone as Hiruzen inhaled deeply from his pipe

"Then we'll need to be on the lookout for anything suspicious until then. Rida came to us 4 years before the Second Great War began, and Jiyu came 6 years before the Third. If you say tat we have 10 years, then we have 10 years to ready ourselves, and more importantly prevent it from happening in the first place." Hiruzen said in a worried tone

"I agree, which is why I'm going to rebuild The Fallen from the ground up increasing their ranks."

"As well as preventing a certain organization from gaining too much power. Then again, Ame isn't as bad as I thought'd be." Shintaro thought to himself

"Increase their ranks?" Danzo asked curiously

"Yes, The Fallen above all else want peace between the 5 Great Nations, as well as continued peace within the 5 Great Nations. That is why by bringing them back is why it spawned an idea of mine that might benefit a few of my friends." Shintaro said looking at some of the kids he picked up along the way

"I'm sure you are all aware of the bloodline purges going on in the Land of Water right now." Shintaro said as the mood dropped

"Since our parents left to stop a war overseas as well as more than a few followers, the ranks of The Fallen have dropped immensely, but that doesn't mean they've been inactive during that time. I'm sure Jiraiya-sensei can attest to that."

"Yeah, they've hassling the Land of Water to stop their crazy Mizukage Yagura from the bloodline purges, rescuing countless bloodline users as many as they can with their small numbers. I've even heard rumors that their are some really rare members of near extinct clans, bloodline users, and even nobles in their ranks." Jiraiya said

"Exactly, but as you said they've been doing so with small numbers. Even so, I don't doubt they've rescued certain clans from extinction doing so, that may include those among us." Shintaro said gaining some of the children's interest

"They did so with but a fraction of their strength, I intend to change that. I'm willing to look everywhere, and anywhere for members that would qualify or train new ones that want to join our cause. Hokage-sama, you told me that under the Family Business Act according to your Hokage I can own land within Konoha if I run a business that's owned my family. Well, with your permission I would like rebuild The Fallen in Living District 14." Shintaro asked humbly

"Be aware that I am not going to have them stay here permanently, when the war or hopefully if the war is avoided I will immediately have The Fallen leave, and return all it's property to you when this is settled." Shintaro added

"You can't be serious. Have The Fallen, one of the world's most deadliest organizations that have defied Konoha in the past settle within our walls?" Kotaru asked

"It's not like you haven't used The Fallen before in times of war, or even times outside of war." Shintaro retorted

"True, we have often used The Fallen's territory as a means of peace talks, or hiring them to help on missions, or paying them for information on... certain subjects of interest." Hiruzen said carefully

"They have indeed proved useful at times." Danzo admitted

"Shintaro...you have a knack of constantly surprising me, and keeping me on my toes." Hiruzen said tiredly

"Tell me, how do you plan to increase the ranks of The Fallen?" Danzo asked

"Simple, I'll just ask around just about anyone, anywhere, and see for myself if I should let them join. In fact I'll start right now." Shintaro said enthusiastically

"What do you mean?" Hiruzen asked curiously

"I'll accept those who are already part of a Hidden Village anyways if they'll allow it, but to a lesser degree. Like second rate citizens, they'll be part of The Fallen, but I won't trust them with certain information with the inside workings. If I were to put it in simpler terms, it be like a joint operation, but more dangerous. That applies to you guys as well." Shintaro said turning to the original group

"If you want you can join me, but if you don't that's cool it doesn't really matter to me either way." Shintaro said at the original group

"Count me in then." Sadao said lazily raising his hand

"I as well." Shinji said pushing his glasses up

"I don't anything personal against Konoha or the Nara clan, but if I join that means I gotta be a ninja. Then I'll have to do stuff, work a lot, and doing so will cut into my nap time on a daily basis so that isn't for me. If I join The Fallen I can do all that at my own pace, my own free as a bird, slow as a snail pace." Sadao sighed dreamily

"You would do anything to avoid work you lazy bastard." Katsumi said annoyed

"My life, my choice." Sadao simply shrugged

"Well, what about you Shinji what's your reason for joining?" Momiji asked

"I see no reason to join a village in which we'll be staying in temporarily. Even if it turns out that our parents have died, and our village destroyed you all know where were from. Only if it proves where were from is totally unlivable by human standards is when I'll choose whether or not to live in Konoha." Shinji stated emotionlessly

"There isn't enough data to confirm anything, besides I have a feeling Shintaro will need my advice in the future on how to run things. I will be there as his advisor, and as his comrade, nothing more nothing less, just as I always have." Shinji said in his monotone voice

"Thanks...I guess." Shintaro said rubbing the back of his head

"I apologize if I may seem rude to you Shibi-sama, but I intend to stay with my comrade." Shinji said plainly

"Not at all, it is only logical to stay with someone that you are familiar with especially if they are your comrades." Shibi replied in an equal monotone voice

"Thank you for your understanding." Shinji said with a bow

"Same goes for me, no offense, but I think I'll stay with Shintaro. The guy probably would've went insane by now if it weren't for me." Sadao said nodding his head

"Gee thanks." Shintaro droned

"You're welcome." Sadao said sarcastically with humor in his tone

"Whatever, just don't sleep to the point where I think you're dead. I got enough to worry about, and you being dead isn't going to help. Besides, too much sleep is bad for you." Shintaro said in mock concern

"I'll think about it." Sadao said as he yawned

"S-Shintaro-san." Ling said nervously

"Yeah, Ling?" Shintaro replied

"You said that if we became a Konoha Shinobi you would still let us in correct?" Ling asked nervously

"That's right, if you want to be a Konoha Nin, and become a member of the Fallen that's fine...you're not worried I'm going to kick you out of the hotel if your not a member are you?" Shintaro asked in concern

"W-Well, it's j-just that I have no clan heritage of my own, and no family here to rely on so I thought that...maybe you'd throw me out if I didn't join." Ling said shamefully

"Ling, I'm not that shallow as to scare you like that. The teme is a different story, but that's something I don't want to get into right now. Anyways, if you want to join Konoha, and not be a part of The Fallen you can still live with us. Don't worry, I'm not going to kick out a friend just because they don't agree with me." Shintaro said reassuring Ling

"Oh, thank you Shintaro-san! The youthful flames of friendship will never be doused between us!" Ling said excitedly running to Shintaro giving him a death defying hug

"Yeah, youth-ack-full flames or-oof! something. Can you please let me go? I'm worried for my aiee! back." Shintaro squealed as he heard his spine crack

"Oh, s-sorry about that Shintaro-san." Ling laughed nervously as she released her death grip.

"No problem, just, 'crack!' oh kami that feels so good, just try to control yourself next time." Shintaro said as he set his back into place

"I already have enough back problems from Hiromi's unnatural strength. Speaking of which, what about you Sis? You've been quiet this entire time, what do you want to do?" Shintaro asked Hiromi who squeaked in response

"W-Well, I-I w-want to s-stay with you N-Niichan, b-but I always wanted to become a m-medical ninja j-just like mommy, and b-be part of Konoha. But I...y-you'll hate me if I do join Konoha, a-after w-what you said this morning..." Hiromi said quietly as tears began rolling down her cheeks

"Should've figured she'd break down at some point." Shintaro thought to himself despairingly

"Hey, hey. I could never hate you Hiromi. Your precious to me, my little imouto, my Sis. You're the last family I have right now...look, I'm sorry if I scared you this morning. That was just...I just lost control of my emotions at the time that's all." Shintaro said gently as he got on his knees

"Look, I've known you since you were just a baby, and raised you from the ground up with my own two hands. Even if you are adopted your still family to me, you are my sister in all but blood." Shintaro said genuinely before his thoughts turned to somewhere else

'Well, that's still...' but he shook his thoughts aside

"If you want to join Konoha that's fine, I'll support you 100% all the way through and through. That's one of the reasons why I decided to bring you guys here in the first place. I brought you here so that when you reunite with your parents they'll have a daughter to be proud of. A daughter that can stand tall on her own proud and strong that doesn't need someone like me to look after her."

"N-Niichan..." Hiromi said quietly before Shintaro lifted her head to bring them to eye level

"That's right, I am your Niichan, and I will always be your Niichan. That fact will never change for as long as I live. You understand?" Shintaro asked softly

"Niichan." Hiromi said as she continued to cry hugging Shintaro

"I'm sorry Niichan, I'm sorry! I-I w-was so scared t-that you'll h-hate me, and l-leave m-me alone. I-I'm sorry Niichan for thinking like that, p-please forgive me." Hiromi said in a choked up voice as Shintaro returned the hug

"There's nothing to forgive Sis, if anything I should apologize to you for scaring you like that, but I'm just glad I cleared your mind of all those thoughts. Say, tell you what? How about when I list you as a member of Konoha, and undoubtedly sign you into the academy I'll take you out for some ramen over at Ichiraku? I know you love the place as much as Naruto does, and your love for ramen rivals his, which is saying something. How bout it?" Shintaro said as he wiped away the tears from her eyes

"...'sniff' C-Can I have an extra large bowl of miso ramen with two eggs, and everything else?" Hiromi asked shyly as Shintaro chuckled

"Sure, why not?" Shintaro chuckled as Hiromi's mood quickly changed

"Yaay! Then can I have pork, beef, shio, tonkotsu, and shoyu too!?" Hiromi asked urgently as her mouth watered

"Uh Sis, you remember what I said about binge eating ramen right?" Shintaro chastised eyeing Hiromi as her mood dropping with every word

"I can eat ramen, but with limits. If I eat too much of the same thing I won't get my proper nutrition." Hiromi said as she pouted

"And if you don't get your proper nutrition?" Shintaro asked in a lecturing tone

"I'll stay a short, and unhealthy girl that will have an underdeveloped body with problems." Hiromi repeated from memory still pouting

"And if you have an underdeveloped body?" Shintaro asked in his lecturing big brother tone

"Niichan do I have to?" Hiromi whined embarrassed

"And if you have an underdeveloped body?" Shintaro pressed

"Then I'll never fully blossom into the prettiest flower on earth." Hiromi said embarrassed with blushing cheeks

"That's right." Shintaro said happily with an eye smile as he patted her head

"Niichan, did you really have to make me say all that?" Hiromi complained

"You're the one with the ramen addiction., and admitting you have a problem is the first step to overcoming it." Shintaro said

"It's not an addiction it's a way of life!" Hiromi protested

"Uh huh, look your limit is 5 extra large bowls a day. You already had 3 an hour ago, do you really want to use the rest of your limit this morning?" Shintaro said

"Maybe." Hiromi teased swinging her body back and forth

"Sis." Shintaro said flatly

"Ok, fine. I'll wait a bit, but you are taking me out to ramen later. That Ichiraku Ramen place is the best, and we get to see that Ayame waitress again. She's pretty don't you think Niichan?" Hiromi asked getting Ayano's attention

"Well, she's not ugly, but I suppose she isn't that bad. Maybe she'd be in my...top 10 in my opinion." Shintaro bluntly said absent minded sending Ayano into a deep despair

"Top 10? What am I then? Am I even on his list? If I am where am I?" Ayano thought depressingly

"Niichan, that's mean." Hiromi said looking at Ayano

"Well, you asked didn't you?" Shintaro replied

"Still, you should be a bit nicer when talking about girls like that Niichan." Hiromi said

"I'll keep that in mind. So, that's Sadao, Shinji, Akihiko, Rei. Now let's see...oh, Ling! You still joining or are you becoming a Konoha shinobi?" Shintaro asked

"Me? Uh, well I would like to become a Konoha shinobi, b-but I would also like to work with you as well Shintaro-san." Ling said unsure of what to do

"Well, like I said you can do both. You can become a Konoha shinobi, and an active member of The Fallen as well if you want. It all depends on whether Konoha will even let you join up with The Fallen. That's what it means to be part of a Hidden Village, you swore your complete loyalty towards them for life. Now we're a special case, but if it ends up being we have to stay here then you have to still stay as a ninja of Konoha, then that's on you. The Fallen gives you a choice on how long you want to stay, who you want to work with, and gives you the freedom to pursue your own personal dreams." Shintaro said

"If you join Konoha, it's for life, and if you want to leave to another village then you'll be branded as a rouge ninja or executed on the spot. If you join the Fallen, I could care less what you do or who you visit in your spare time. So long as your not committing genocide, abusing your power on the innocent, or anything major like that then by all means do what you want."

"It's because of that freedom that The Fallen are looked down upon. You are free to do whatever you please, and lack disciplinary methods along with true loyalty." Danzo said

"Yes, because living under a militaristic rule is so much better than having a choice in the matter." Shintaro retorted sarcastically

"Not everyone is capable of making of those kind of choices nor should they be. There is a reason why there is a Daimyo for civilians, and a Kage for Shinobi for each of the 5 Great Nations." Homura said

"Yes, those pompous jerk ass nobles who rule over the civilians with mock armies that pale against the Hidden Villages, and the 5 Kage who are literally the strongest ninja's in the village chosen to lead them. Granted there are other qualities when it comes to choosing a Kage, but in the end it all comes down to power and whether they are capable of protecting their village."

"When in The Fallen the subordinates, the lowest of the low civilians, to the highest ranking officer have a say in who they want to follow. My great grandfather Masayoshi created The Fallen with this in mind, he worked his ass off to gain the respect of his peers, and did so with the best intentions possible as did Rida my grandfather as well as my old man Jiyu."

"Each of them did not inherit the right to rule The Fallen. They did so by gaining the trust of each member with the risk of losing their position should they fail their subordinates in what they set out to do. Their word was final, but a vote was made to have their followers voices heard. This is what made The Fallen trust each other so much. No one was treated different because of who they were, or how strong they were, but treated as equals from the civilians to the soldiers."

"You have your type of government, and I won't change how you do things. I just have my own opinion of how things should work, but won't be blinded by my own perspective. Anyways, boring politics aside that still leaves me without an answer. Are you guys going to allow Ling to join The Fallen even as a reserve member if she chooses to join Konoha?" Shintaro asked

"How do we know that you'll exploit her as a spy for your own use?" Danzo asked

"It's not like I'm gonna use her to exploit your secrets. Or am I?" Shintaro said in a mock evil laughter

"You made your point Shintaro." Hiruzen said annoyed

"I'm glad then. Ling isn't one for backstabbing those she cares about, or gaining information through secret means...to be honest I think she's incapable of even trying to keep a secret like that. She's kind of loud, and reckless like that." Shintaro said offhandedly

"Eh...thank you Shintaro-san, I think." Ling deadpanned with a twitch in her eye

"Either way, there's still one more person I want to make sure who knows what they're going to do. Misaka-chan, you want in or are you sticking with Konoha?" Shintaro asked

"No offense Shintaro, but I'm gonna stick with my original plan of being a Konoha nin. I'm sure what you're doing is important, but I planned on being part of Konoha as from the get go." Misaka said calmly surprising everyone

"Oh, ok then I sup-"

"Because then I'll get a better chance to hang out with Shusuke-kun! Maybe even be part of the same genin team too! Ooh, I just can't wait!" Misaka said dreamily with hearts in her eyes as everyone immediately sighed at her reaction

"There it is, I should've expected as much." Shintaro sighed shaking his head

"A Fangirl through, and through to the very end." Katsumi droned

"Anyways, so that about covers it for now. I know where everyone stands, and what I'm going to do as far as room and board is concern. Any questions before we move on?"

"Yes?"

"How will we know that our village's secrets or other village's will fall into someone else's hands or vice versa? Say you employ an Iwa nin, he can't reside here in Konoha. Or have a Kiri nin work with a Suna nin, it just isn't going to happen. What makes you think this is a good idea?" Shikaku asked

"Because they're not going to reside in Konoha or work with other nations that they hate."

"Excuse me?"

"You think I'm dumb enough to put two ninjas from villages who hate each other on the same team much less either one's home village? You're crazy. I'm merely going to allow them to work within their own nation, and besides it's not impossible for them to work together. But I digress, your village's secrets, patrol routes, or whatever you hold dear won't be compromised in any way, shape, or form...unless someone takes advantage of this to try and destroy the other villages, but that's impossible. Surely, there is no such individual in the peace-loving Konohagakure who would do such a thing. Am I wrong?" Shintaro said innocently but with a tone that implied that he knew who he was talking about.

It was then that most if not all that knew Danzo for who he is unconsciously turned their eyes towards his direction while Danzo merely grunted.

"Huh, I guess Konoha is perfect then. Who would of thunk it? Konoha is corruption free without any shady characters whatsoever both past and present. No snake's whatsoever." Shintaro said sarcastically as everyone got the hint that Shintaro knew of Konoha's dark side

"Shintaro, are you saying you are aware of our...blemishes of the past?"

"You'd be surprised of what you learn when you read from the libraries of other hidden villages, and rumors that circulate around the world when you constantly travel. I'm sure everyone can agree that when something bad happens to your village your enemies will exploit it to make you look bad to lose face. Though, I suppose some things happen due to weak wills to not being able finish what needed to be done." Shintaro droned as those words hit Hiruzen close to home as it showed in his facial expression before retracting it

"How much does this boy know? Better safe to keep him here after all." Hiruzen thought to himself

"How would you know of what to do in certain situations like that kid?"

"Believe me, I am more than capable of doing what needs to be done if it benefits others even if they don't think on the same level. Isn't that right you guys?" Shintaro said neutrally to the original group not even glancing at them who mostly just nodded quietly

"Now, onto the next matter at hand. Which would be the discussion of what to do with Naruto Uzumaki, or should I say Naruto Namikaze?" Shintaro said looking at Kushina while the council members were a bit confused and some insulted that Shintaro would connect Naruto to their Yondaime

"I'm seriously going to have a word with you Shintaro." Kushina thought to herself

"Thank you Shintaro, I was wondering when we'd get to that subject." Kushina said a bit impatient

"Well, I thank you for your patience Ms. Uzumaki. Please, express your opinion about the treatment of your son."

"Gladly." Kushina said in a sweet tone while cracking her knuckles taking a deep breath

"GIVE ME ONE GOOD REASON WHY I SHOULDN'T SKIN THE LOT OF YOU ALIVE FOR TREATING MY SON THIS WAY!" Kushina yelled angrily with her killer intent rising to considerable levels frightening the civilian council members.

"It's amazing Naruto hasn't woken up by now. Must've over done it on the whole knocking him out technique. Oh shit, I just realized I instinctively used my sleeping sebon on him. No wonder he's been out like a light." Shintaro thought to himself as he looked to a snoozing Naruto that was snoozing about in Tsunade's arms

"I already know why my friends weren't able to help, but what in the hell gives you to right to treat my son like trash marking him as if he was the Kyuubi himself? When he's the son of Minato Namikaze your Yondaime, my husband! Minato would be ashamed to see what had happened to his son, he wanted Naruto to be a Hero among Konohagakure yet you've made him into the village pariah!" Kushina yelled enrage

"What proof do you have that that d...that boy is the son of the Youndaime? Weren't you forbidden from having a relationship with him in the first place due to your status of a jinchuuriki at the time? Not to mention you were an outsider from Uzushio, such a marriage at the time even now is forbidden." an elderly civilian council member asked skeptical

"Do you really think I'd listen to what you ignorant pricks said when it came to the love of my life?" Kushina asked annoyed

"The same applies to Minato, we both decided that your rules can go to hell, and marry in secret then had Naruto not too long after. Hiruzen, Mikoto, Hiroko, and many others close to me know about this."

"I have all of the paperwork confirming that Kushina Uzumaki did in fact marry Minato Namikaze in secret with my authority, and that Naruto is indeed their son." Hiruzen said as she took out some papers from his desk

"This confirms everything that Kushina said to be true." Hiruzen said raising the paper so that everyone could see

"Those could be forged for all we know." a male civilian said much to Kushina's annoyance

"If it's a witness testimony you want fine, I along with most of the Clan Heads, and Jiraiya-sama, and Tsunade-sama attending the wedding as well. My wife Hiroko dragged me to Kushina and Yondaime's marriage ceremony much to my displeasure. I can still remember the bottles of sake Kushina made the Yondaime down. That made it all worth it." Hiashi said with a small smile

"Oh yeah, Minato was hilarious as a drunk. Couldn't even handle one cup of sake much less a bottle." Tsume said with a fond laughter

"Yes, and how he accidentally planted his Harashin on Kushina's..."

"Damn it Shikaku you weren't supposed to talk about that!" Kushina said as Tsume roared in laughter

"That was the best part by far." Tsume said in between laughter

"Those were good times." Chouza said

"Agreed." Inoichi said nodding his head

"Although, the best part for me was watching Minato sneaking off to Fugaku's place." Tsume said

"And I had to deal with a drunken imbecile flashing himself all over my property." Fugaku said annoyed

"He was teleporting himself all over your house?" Shintaro asked confused causing the adults in the room save for Shibi, Fugaku and Hiashi along with the civilian's, who were in shock to hear their beloved Yondaime act like a drunk idiot, to laugh even more while Kushina merely blushed at the memory

"Yes Shintaro, that's what we're talking about." Kushina said calming down

"Grown ups are weird." Hiromi commented

"Agreed, please don't grow up." Shintaro pleaded

"I won't." Hiromi said looking at the adults.

"But getting back on track I will testify to acknowledging the wedding for Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze taking place. Anyone else who attended please say I." Hiashi said raising his hand

"I." was all the Clan Heads needed to say with assurance

"S-So that means, that brat is actually?" a female civilian council member said nervously

"The son of the Yondaime, my son." Kushina repeated glaring at the woman

"T-That can't be, i-it just can't." another member said in disbelief

"Believe it bub, and now that we've gotten that out of the way, I want an official house big enough for Naruto, and I to live in as well as for my niece Honoka with her surrogate sister. I also want complete full access to Minato's savings from the Namikaze clan, and full acknowledgement to everyone that Naruto is Minato's son with I as his mother." Kushina said in a demanding tone with a look that dared people to test her so that she could grind them in to the dirt

"Very well then, I still believe one of Minato's mansions were saved from the destruction 5 years ago. You, Naruto, and your clansmen can live there along with everything he owned now belonging to you. It shall be ready by the end of the day if not by dawn tomorrow." Hiruzen said

"Good, and one more thing."

"Yes?"

"I have no idea how many of my clansmen are left or what Dad plans to do when he's done finding every Uzumaki out there, but if turns out that...our numbers are really low, then decides to rebuild here. Will you accept the Uzumaki Clan as a part of Konoha?" Kushina asked sincerely almost pleading

"Hmm...that is a matter that will require some thinking. Something that I am having to do a lot of recently, but I will think about it immensely there's no doubt about that. I'm sorry I can not give you a definitive answer at the moment."

"It's fine, all I ask is that you think about it. I know this is a huge favor that I'm asking of you, but it would mean a whole lot to me ya know?" Kushina said a little sad

"L...Obaa-san, forgive me if I may seem a bit rude, but I'm not sure that Lord Homura-sama would do such a thing. He'd said that when he finishes his search he plans to rebuild Uzushio from the ground up. He didn't give me the details, but he said that he wouldn't abandon our home." Honoka said interrupting Kushina

"Well, I don't doubt that, but dad's always been a bit...indecisive. Even when he said he's going to do something he always changing his mind at the last minute, always doing something completely unexpected. If dad said he's going to rebuild Uzushio I don't doubt it, but maybe he's going to do it a bit...different. " Kushina laughed nervously as Honoka sweat dropped thinking what Kushina meant by "different"

"In any case I just realized something. Shintaro, why didn't you ask Honoka or Karin to join The Fallen?" Kushina asked

"I thought they'd wanted to be part of Konoha or stay true to their Uzumaki Clan. So I didn't bother asking them, but if they want to that's fine with me." Shintaro said

"May I ask you something Shintaro-san?" Honoka said politely

"Shoot." Shintaro replied casually

"The Fallen, it was said that they participated in the defense, and evacuation of the destruction of Uzushio. Do you think that maybe..."

"That members of the Uzumaki clan being kept safe with The Fallen?" Shintaro said finishing Honoka's thought who nodded slowly

"There definitely is a possibility of that being true, I'm sure that whoever is in charge of The Fallen's rank here would no doubt help the Uzumaki clan in that way just as they have rescued many bloodline users from Kiri's bloodline purges. So there is a good chance that The Fallen have some of your Uzumaki brethren in their protection."

"Really?" Kushina, Honoka, and Karin asked at the same time with hope

"There's only one way to find out, but it seems that I haven't made something clear with you guys yet. When you guys become a Konoha nin, and somewhere down the line want to join The Fallen I'm not going to withheld anything that can prove helpful to you. Sure, you'll be selected for mid to low priority ranking jobs, but that's about it as far as the major discrimination goes."

"Obviously I won't ask you to carry out missions that'll prove detrimental to your village nor carry out those kinds of missions in the first place, and I can't tell you the majorly private info due to secrecy so that should prove to you I'm willing to cooperate with the 5 Great Nations."

'Less they prove themselves dangerous enough to be eliminated or have proved themselves worthy of termination. Be they nobles or peasants, genin or Kage, samurai or bandits, anyone that needs to killed will be done so without hesitation.'

"It all depends on what the Hidden Villages you are involved in will allow you to do in the first place." Shintaro said

"Is that what you wish to discuss with me in private Shintaro?" Hiruzen asked

"That among other things, but that can wait, we can talk about the things we discussed earlier in greater detail among other things. However, right now I want to just want to get rid of the application process to join Konoha for these guys." Shintaro said in a tired tone pointing to the original group.

"Very well then. Is that all you wished to discuss Shintaro?"

"Just this, are you going to grant me ownership of Living District as a temporary base for The Fallen?" Shintaro asked

"As long as you pay rent, don't partake in activities that would put Konoha in danger nor conspire against it, give me a roster of those you plan to include in your ranks, and if need be use your land as neutral territory to host peace talks then fine you may do as you wish with your territory." Hiruzen agreed calmly before changing his tone

"However, let me make myself clear. If there is reason to believe you are hiding anything that'll prove harmful to my village, plan anything to betray my trust, or conspire actions without my knowing there will be consequences. Are we clear Shintaro Senpu?" Hiruzen said in his Hokage voice raising his chakra presence immensely to prove his point intimidating the children again save for Shintaro

"As you wish, Hokage-sama." Shintaro said calmly in a happy tone bowing politely

"You don't seem to be intimidated easily do you?" Hiruzen said curious

"Hokage-sama, I have come close to death many times, have had my spirit broken down many times, been beaten to a bloody pulp multiple times within an inch of my life, killed my fair share of men both to defend myself along my friends, watched many I cared deeply about die before my eyes or in my arms, and have seen the Shinigami a number of times from my near death experiences to the point where I can say hi to him. To be honest, I hardly know what it means to fear anything anymore, I'm too tired for fear to have an effect on me, and that includes being intimidated by you." Shintaro said looking directly at Hiruzen with empty eyes as everyone turned to look at Shintaro with varied looks of sorrow, understanding, or shock

"You certainly have endured more than a kid like you should in your life, if you have lived through all of that then it's hardly a surprise at all that you're not intimidated by the old man." Jiraiya said solemnly

"Shintaro-kun..." Ayano said softly

"Niichan." Hiromi said quietly hugging her brother

"Shintaro, you really lived through all that?" Kushina asked in shock

"I have, and I did it alone without a goal in life...but now I have those things." Shintaro said as he wrapped an arm close around Hiromi

"I have an awesome sister to love with all my heart, good friends I can rely on, and a purpose for the time being." Shintaro said rubbing Hiromi's back looking at Ayano

"I am not without problems, and I am far from perfect. However, I'll do anything and everything in my power to complete those goals in life 'even if I lose my life in the process' so that I can finally stop living a lie."

"I even found someone who I can turn to when distraught...someone who I can finally trust completely with who I am. It's been so long to find someone like that again...too long." Shintaro said he and Ayano briefly looked at each other before looking down

"The point is, is that I'm broken to my core, and can never be whole again. However, I can still move on with my life, and carry out my mission to the end." Shintaro said determined

"You really are Jiyu's kid aren't you?" Kushina said sighing in relief

"The Senpu are known for their stubbornness when it comes to finishing things they started, and kid you are stubborn as hell." Jiraiya said with a small grin

"It seems that the youth these days are tougher than we realize." Tsunade said

"That's how it is with every generation, and I'm glad to see the cycle continue once more." Hiruzen said with a small smile

"Shintaro, I'm sure like your grandfather, and your father you'll do great things in life surpassing them in some way or another. And like them become legends that will be forever remembered in history." Hiruzen said honestly

"Thank you Hokage-sama." Shintaro said with a bow

"This meeting is adjourned. I'll allow you the ownership of Living District 14 to use as Fallen territory, I will set an appointment for the citizenship of Konoha, and I will await for whatever else you wish to discuss in private. As for your friends, and their clan status I'll leave it up to each of the Clan Head's to come to their own decision."

"Don't worry Hokage-sama we intended to from the beginning." Tsume said with a grin looking at Katsumi

"Indeed, we can't very well leave our own clansmen to fend for themselves." Chouza said

"Even if they choose to stay with their friends I will not abandon a member of the Aburame Clan." Shibi said neutrally

"The same goes for me, anytime you need anything from me don't hesitate to ask at all Sadao." Shikaku said to Sadao who nodded

"And I as well Ayano. Feel free to make your choice whenever you're ready." Inoichi said as Ayano nodded happily

"Especially if they ask for our help to better themselves for the sake of their clan." Fugaku said observing Shusuke

"Even if there are those who wish to take you back by force I am the Clan Head, and my word is final." Hiashi said with authority

"As much as they hate to admit it we are the Clan heads, they are the elders/clan head advisors, and that's what they are for, advising." Fugaku said dismissing them

"They may have been around longer than us, but there's a reason why technology changes, people die, and new Hokage are chosen...time changes everything." Inoichi said

"They can advise us as long as they want, but their advice mainly applies to a time where things acted out differently. You think we used the same war tactics in the last 3 Great Shinobi Wars? No, we would've been suicidal to do so. No, we changed and adapted to the times with the passage of time." Shikaku said

"And with that we finish what we had to say." Chouza said as each of the children were set in their own thoughts

"So then, it's really happening...we can go home with our clansmen then." Hideki thought happily

"It's been forever since I've seen another Inuzuka besides dad...dad." Katsumi thought to herself sadly as her pups softly whined feeling her mood

"This time we'll be sure to protect Lady Aiko-sama. I won't fail your wishes Father, and especially you..Hanabi-sama." Momiji and Shou collectively thought at the same time sharing a glance of determination

"Daisuke, Sadaaki, I won't fall behind you, and Father...when I get back I'll be a worthy son of the Uchiha name."

"Mother...please be safe." Ayano thought to herself clenching her heart

"Father, Mother, please be alive when I return. I'll be sure to practice my taijutsu along with my weapon training every chance I get! Yosh, I'll be the best daughter I can be for you when I get back. This I swear!" Ling thought to herself with a fire in her eyes

"It seems they're getting sentimental...the fools." Shinji thought to himself as he pushed up his glasses

"Father, I'll keep your wishes. I'll keep our family line safe, even if it cost me my life." Honoka thought to herself

"Mommy, please come back safe. I don't want to lose you too." Karin thought to herself

"Well mom, you always said I'd be part of something big...what a pain in the ass, but it's a pain in the ass that I'll have to live with." Sadao thought to himself

"Mommy, Daddy, I know I haven't seen you before, but I will return. I will be the best kunoichi I can be, and the best medical ninja just like you mommy. Don't worry about me, I'll have Niichan to look out for me, and I'll know he'll bring me back to you one day."Hiromi thought herself as she clinged to Shintaro's shirt

"Don't worry Mrs. Uchiha, I'll be here to keep Shusuke-kun safe and more!" Misaka thought to herself giggling

"It seems that everyone is getting what they wanted...good, and I'll do my damnedest to keep it that way. Haruko, Yumiko, Fumiko, Masori, everyone...I know I failed to protect you, but...I will not fail in protecting them." Shintaro thought to himself as he looked to the kids he picked up along the way

"They're still how they were when we last met them, I'll be damned to let them die in my arms again this I swear. Even if it alienates me from everyone, even if I die hated by everyone, even if I'm forced to keep everything a secret I will still keep my promises to you all...even if I'm forced to kill those who trust me."

"Shintaro, you know you're not alone in this. I'm here for you just as I've always been, and then there's that Ayano girl too."

"Uncle, I appreciate the help believe me I do, but if given the choice I don't want to drag you into something that's sure to kill me. I mean, you're obviously capable of taking care of yourself, but let's be honest...you're not the most...quiet of individuals."

"I know kit, it's just that I've also made a promise, to both your father, and your mother. I know you and your father didn't get along, even when he was home he was trying to be a father when it was obvious he had other things on his mind. Your mother as well, stressed beyond belief from raising you, and your brother to dealing with the harshness of war along with her damn clan hassling her. I swear those arrogant bastards could never let things go, going so far to kidnap you, and your brother multiple times to the point w-"

"Uncle." Shintaro interjected sternly

"Sorry kit." Uncle apologized

"I...I'm aware of what happened, and what was going on at the time. You showed me yourself through your memories...I saw everything, and it still doesn't change a thing. They're dead, my village is burned to ash, my first friends are all gone or dead, both of my sisters don't know who I am much less...the point is that knowing everything that happened doesn't change a thing about my life. I have two options when all this is done. Go back to where were from to live on the run or stay here, and live out a lie the rest of my life. Either go back home to keep my name or stay here or live under someone else's. Not the most comforting of endings Uncle." Shintaro said to his Uncle who sighed in response

"I know kit, and the point I was trying to make is that I've known your old man as well as your mother a lot longer than you did. If they saw you like this...they'd be heartbroken beyond measure to see you like this."

"Henceforth why they're not here Uncle. If they were alive...I'd couldn't face them in person. None of them, all my aunts, uncles, friends, even my brother...all of them would be sickened at what I've become." Shintaro thought with disgust at himself

"You're wrong kit. I'd said they'd be heartbroken, I never said they would hate you. If anything they probably despise themselves to no end wishing for a better life for you. I may not be a father, but if there's one thing that was apparent to me, no parent despises their child no matter how much they fall...heh, ironic isn't it?"

"I know what you mean, but that's one of things bugging me. This Masayoshi dude, from what I've read about him in the history books it's almost like he built The Fallen specifically for me to use now. If I can get in contact with The Fallen I'm sure the Senpu family journals will explain everything once I get my hands on it. Still, after all these years of planning ahead, I'm going to have to make a few adjustments, but it doesn't matter. It'll all play out sooner or later in the way I want it, but that'll have to wait. For now, I'll just enjoy today with my mind at ease that Konohagakure will now be my own fortress...all in due time as they say, and time is something I have plenty of." Shintaro thought to himself as he put his hand on his heart.
