Yay finally back with the next chapter of little light wooo-

Sorry for the wait been busy with exams and assignments for university but only have one exam left than its end of the year, meaning more time to write and more fics to be published so yup some new fics to look forward to, don't worry little light will still update often.

Lucy is currently 7months almost 8.

Anyway onto chapter 10 of little light.

Lucy P.O.V

I slowly opened my eyes; the first thing I noticed was the unfamiliar white cieling in a white room. I also noticed the slight ache in my head; I placed my arm on my forehead closing my eyes.

'And im in a hospital' I groaned.

'well good evening sleepy head' I hear a familiar voice, opening an eye I can see my husband staring at me with his prized grin on his face.

"great my head is killing me and he's just smiling" signing as I tried to recall what happened to no avail I only remembered I was walking home with Sting but then nothing, I slowly shuddered my body expecting pain but surprisingly felt nothing, sitting up with my head in my arms.

'Natsu what happened?" I moaned, I lifted my head as I heard Natsu breathe in before exhaling "That's never a good sign".

'Your magic disappeared again' He replied in a serious tone as we made eye contact. I gasped completely taken aback by this information, my magic had disappeared completely.

'I had just gotten back to the guild when Lector flew into me, he was distressed and muttering I was able to make out that he was saying that you suddenly fainted…' Natsu paused before continuing 'you…we were lucky that Lector found Gray beforehand, he knew what was happening and about the medicine, he had you drink it' He finished, my brows furrowed as I listened to him explain what had happened noting the mild anger in his voice as he finished explaining, but what got me was when he mentioned about the medicine.

'but I was unconscious so how was I able to drink th…..oh' realization hit me like a tonne of bricks, suddenly I felt my body fill with guilt, I look down as I placed my hands on my pregnant stomach fiddling with my fingers

Normal P.O.V

Natsu curiously watched his wife as she realized what had happen and how she exactly she was saved.

'gomen' Lucy whispered tears forming in her eyes.

'Luce….hey, hey' Natsu softly sitting on the bed wrapping his right arm around her bringing Lucy closer to him, cupping her chin with his left hand placing their foreheads together 'Luce listen, it wasn't your fault neither was its Stripper's but it was something that had to be done, I'm just happy that you're here alive' he moved his hand from her cheek to rest on the mages stomach smiling 'beside the guild doesn't know and Sting has agreed not to say anything so it never happened right'

'Yeah' I nodded with a slight smile

'oh umm sorry to interrupt, but this is important' A timid nurse entered the room catching the couple's attention who smiled at each other before separating from one another turning to the nurse with slight concern evident on their faces. 'Mrs Dragneel is currently in her third trimester of her pregnancy however she has experience several problems that are also unpredictable, im sorry to say but due to these implications we have decided that it's best to label your pregnancy dangerous and we recommend that you stay here until Mrs Dargneel gives birth' the nurse explained. Both of the mages just froze completely staring at the nurse as they tried to comprehend what the she had just told them. Natsu felt his anger flare as he noticed Lucy turn pale from the news. The fire user was just about to argue about how wrong it is to force Luce to stay here however he never got the chance since a third person entered the room.

'Well, well this is interesting now isn't it' A mocking tone came from the doorway, Natsu turned his head and saw a young women in her early twenties with long dark violet hair leaning against the door frame.

'Ahh Mika-san' the nurse jumped at the presence of the women.

'although it is to say that Mrs Dragneeeel pregnancy has been a bit unpredictable when compare to others however I do see it rather unreasonable to keep a fairy caged in don't ya think' Mika retorted dragging out the name as she kicked herself off of the doorframe, turning to the duo who were watching her with curiosity.

'Yes but Mika-san it's important for the health and safety of thahhh' the nurse was silenced by a finger being placed on her lips.

'Jeez Kira why are all the nurses in this hospital so…so panicky' Mika gasped removing her finger turning her attention to Natsu and Lucy. 'ok then fairies I'll pitch you two options, number one you can leave but I'll become your personal doctor you know something like a midwife or you can waste your time in this white wash room, caged in, no freedom, hypnotic white walls' Mika asked in a excited tone. Natsu stayed silent as he turned to look at Lucy who met his eyes, he nodded silently communicating to her that this decision was hers to make. Lucy closed her eyes to think for a moment before making eye contact with the purple haired women.

'if it means that I will be allowed to leave then I would greatly appreciate it and have no problem with you becoming my personal doctor' the blonde replied in a level voice. Upon hearing this Mika smiled

'Mrs Dragneel I insist that you reconsider your decision you really must stay here' Kira intervened

'Mrs Kira do you doubt me and my worth as a doctor, if I may add as far as this industry goes I may be a lot younger but I have more skills and knowledge, especially in this field then you shall ever have' Mika retorted.

'Sorry Mika-san I didn't mean to offend you' Kira softly said before leaving the room.

'don't worry about her, I swear the nurses here are all so scattered brains you however have chosen wisely fairy, I look forward to working with you, however I do recommend you take advantage of the health care system and spend the night is gotten rather late' Mika replied smiling at the couple.

'Yes and thank you for your help Miss Mika-san, I just couldn't imagine having to stay here for so long' the blonde replied in a relieved voice

'Not a problem Mrs Lucy, but just Mika is fine' The young women replied 'Oh yea the real reason why I came was to give you two this' Mika handed over the file she was holding to Lucy. 'Earlier when we were scanning Lucy for any injuries or effects that the ordeal could have had on the babies we preformed an ultrasound, now I understand that you two have already had a couple of these but it felt unfair that the mummy was unconscious and daddy was locked out of the room so I went out of my way to get these for you two.'. Both Natsu and Lucy looked confused, Lucy opened the folder only to have tears form; Natsu had a similar reaction with a small smile, within the folder two ultrasound pictures of their babies, THEIR babies. 'Of course they'll look a lot cuter once born, oh and on the back of the pictures is their gender' Mika smiled. The couple both had the same reaction as they each picked up a photo with Natsu turning the picture over immediately while Lucy hesitated before flipping the photograph gasping she switch with Natsu to see the other, amazed at the warm look he held, turning her attention back to the information she smile.

'Perfect' she whispered as tears had already began streaking down her face, her husband turned to her as she said the word, he gently placed both photos back into the folder before cupping his wife's face.

'Yea wouldn't have any other way Luce' Natsu smiled as he placed his lips onto hers in a sweet gentle kiss. Mika watched the two with a small smile before turning to leave the room since the couple had long forgotten her presence.

"This is definably going to be an interesting next two months' Mika thought as she walked down the hospital hallway.

So that's it for chapter 10. It turned out a lot shorter and rather different then I first planned….oops. In a way this tuned out to be more of a filler chapter to introduce Mika. Anyway hope you enjoy this chapter and if by chance you don't like the idea of an OC don't worry she is planned to leave after the twins are born, which if this fic goes according to plan is should be 3 or 4 more chapters yay. Speaking of which genders are now known to Natsu and Lucy but yet to be announced as well as names hahaha.
