Once the two had heard this from the gir,l both Gohan and Videl just looked at each other before they looked back at the girl that was on the ground. "What? What are you talking about?" wondered Videl, holding onto the badly wounded girl in her arms as she and Gohan wondered why she called them her mom and dad… especially since the girl in question is about 9 years old added to the fact that both teens were too young to have children at this time. "There has to be some mistake, I would know if I had a daughter and more so as me and Gohan never…."

However, Gohan knew that it had to be true otherwise there wouldn't be a reason for the time machine being here let alone the striking resemblance it has to the ones used by Future Trunks and Cell respectively. Plus the similarities between her and the two of them would also be a sign that she's telling the truth while placing a hand on Videl's shoulder. "I'm afraid this is not a mistake, I can sense her dying power…" he reassured his girlfriend even though it was hard to believe himself, especially as last he recalled was that his Future Timeline counterpart was killed by Future Android 17 and Future Android 18 about 13 years after the death of the other Z-Fighters, yet if that were the case then he would wonder how this girl even exists if she is their daughter and from the way she is bleeding, she might actually die if she isn't properly healed soon "What exactly happened to you?"

The girl wanted to speak but she was in so much pain that it hurts when she tried to do so and it was unbearable to say the least, more so as the wounds she was inflicted with aren't bullet wounds at all but resemble that of Frieza's or Cell's Death Beam like the ones that killed Vegeta on Namek and Future Trunks on Earth respectively. "A… A monster did this… He's horrible…" she muttered, almost in a whisper like tone, though she tried to be loud enough so they could hear her words.

"A monster?" wondered Videl, even Bee found himself whimpering in sadness while the surviving Z-Fighters had no idea on what this little girl meant as there couldn't possibly be something much worse than Kid Buu after all the hell they've been through fighting against Babidi's own creation even before Earth was destroyed during the conflict. "There's something worse than Buu?"

There was nothing but silence from the girl in question which she slowly nodded her head as she could barely see Videl's face though she felt something about Mr. Satan's daughter that made her rather curious. "You're much stronger than I remember mom, aren't you…" she spoke softly, surprising Videl as to how she could tell but mentally remembered from Gohan that the Z-Fighters and even most of the villains that they had previously fought could sense the Ki of anyone. "Not just you but dad as well… How is this possible?"

This made everyone even more surprised then ever, as if there was something else that they never known about but then again, the timelines where both Cell and Future Trunks came from were much different from theirs as well since in those timelines, it was Goku himself that killed Frieza and King Cold when they tried to attack Earth though their timeline changed significantly when Future Trunks came back in time to kill the tyrants, resulting in Goku not using his Instant Transmission technique he learned from Yardrat to get back to Earth quicker and him getting the deadly Heart Virus much later than previously predicted…. That and the fact the main timeline Android 17 and Android 18 being more powerful and more merciful than in the future timelines adding to the change since the only person they ever killed was Dr. Gero himself as opposed to the many innocent lives their future timeline counterparts claimed, the Future Z-Fighters included.

Videl just looked at the dying girl, as she wanted to know her name. "What's your name?" Videl asked with a worried tone in her voice.

"P-Pan, my name is Pan." She said as she coughed blood with a little leaking down her mouth and Both Gohan and Videl could see that she was having hard time breathing. "I came here 15 years from the Future in the time machine… I had to warn you all."

Both just looked at her wondering who would do this to her and why as she was just a little girl after all then again to Gohan, if she was from 15 years into the future then it would be at least be about 9 years ahead of when Future Gohan himself died in the era of Future Trunks and about 4 years before the alternate future counterpart of Vegeta's son would go back in time to warn them about the upcoming threat of the Androids, Videl just rubbed the girls face as she knocked something that was covering her right eye. It was an orange bandana and once it had fallen off Videl gasped at why it was cover Pan was missing an eye she could even still see the scar as well. "Oh no…." Videl said as she began to tear up look at the poor girl that said was her daughter.

Even Vegeta looked at this with anger on his face, while he may have killed many years ago this was something that he wouldn't do to his victims all the Saiyan prince was clench his fist in anger. 'What Monster did this?' he thought, causing blood to begin dripping from his fist

"Who did this to you?" Gohan asked as he could feel Pan's life energy slowly dying, but she was holding on, as best as she could.

Soon a tear came from Pan's lone eye as she took a deep breath or at least as best as she could. "It was a Tuffle…" Pan said as she coughed more blood up and cried in pain.

"Huh, a Tuffle you say?" Goku asked, thinking back to when he was trained by King Kai on his planet years ago after his death to stop Raditz's threat to Earth and he thought that all the Tuffles were long since wiped out by the Saiyans.

"If I recall correctly, my father told me about them before. They were quite the technological sophisticated race whom originally inhabited Planet Vegeta, which was named Planet Plant back then…. I am not sure it was because we Saiyans initially were forced to live in the badlands while the Tuffles occupied the more fertile areas of the planet or that the Tuffles considered us as slaves that we eventually decided to rebel, but regardless of that, the Saiyans one day attacked the Tuffles." Vegeta said, it was many years ago that the Tuffles were all wiped out by the Saiyans since he wasn't born yet though heard the stories of how Planet Vegeta was first named from his father King Vegeta. "The Tuffles had their technology at their advantage as Tuffle soldiers, male and female alike, went on the defensive. It would have been successful had it not been for the full moon appearing in the planet's orbit. As a result, the Saiyans used this to transform into their Great Ape forms and basically wiped every single Tuffle out of existence, at least that was what I was told. It's highly likely that some managed to escape, like how a few of us Saiyans managed to escape from Planet Vegeta's destruction by the hands of Frieza."

"That's horrible! Couldn't they just have agreed to live in peaceful co-existence together?" Goku asked, clearly disgusted especially as he didn't know much about the Tuffles other than what King Kai had told him when he revealed the story of the Saiyans during the time he was training in Otherworld before Vegeta's and Nappa's arrival on Earth.

"I told you everything I know, unless you wish to go back in time to see it for yourself!" Vegeta snapped back.

Shamano on the other hand scoffed at this. "The Tuffles, there not the so called good guys you think they are Goku, right." He said looking at him. "After all there was never that much information on them that even the Kai's know.

"Anyway, back to the subject, who was the Tuffle that did this to you?" Gohan asked, transferring a bit of his energy into Pan to at least give her some precious moments, feeling it was the least he could do.

"His… his name is… Baby…" Pan managed to choke out feel so tried. "Trunks, Grandpa Goku and I encountered him during an intergalactic trip to gather the Black Star Dragonballs. These… Dragonballs… originated from Earth… and its dragon is… more powerful than Shenron. However… when a wish with it is made… the Dragon Balls spread across the galaxy instead of the planet they originate on… the residents then have a year to… get those Dragonballs back together on that planet, before that planet is… destroyed…"

"So, what kind of Tuffle is Baby?" Videl inquired, though she also remembered the fact that Piccolo already warned her, Mr. Satan, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, Dende and Bee about the Black Star Dragonballs prior to having been absorbed by Super Buu back on Earth especially as the Dragon Radar had already detected all seven of these evil Dragonballs right where Dende's Lookout was destroyed.

"A parasitic mutant one… genetically created and… infused with the… DNA of the Tuffle King, while he started out initially weak… his greatest power is to liquefy himself… and enter a body of someone injured… possessing them, even if he would leave the body itself… Baby would leave an egg within the host's brain to continue his control over them, making them follow… Baby's will… like becoming… faithful servants… to him, which in turn also… increases Baby's power." Pan said. "He even created a scientist called Dr. Myuu to build an army of machines called Machine Mutants to do his bidding."

"And on who did he use that kind of possession?!" Gohan asked, dreading the answer.

"He… first managed to capture Trunks, before he managed to get to Earth before we did. When we got back to Earth, Baby had gone and possessed everyone on Earth, including my friends, my best friends… and my family… except for… Grandpa Goku... Grandpa Hercule… Uub, Piccolo and Mr. Buu…" Pan choked out, tears flowing from her eyes.

"What?! Except those ones, he got everyone?! Even me?!" Videl asked, bewildered at this.

"Yes… what made it even worse… is that while… you were being possessed… you wanted to let me become a Tuffle too… until Baby told you to kill me… which you were willingly about to do…" Pan said with sadness in her voice.

Now that shocked Gohan and Videl to the core. Videl collapsed to her knees, shivering like crazy, while Gohan was incredibly close to losing his temper. Immediately Piccolo laid a hand on his shoulder. "Calm down, Gohan you aren't facing a new threat yet!" He said to the boy who he had trained since he was a child.

"It's not that, Piccolo," Gohan said through gritted teeth as he looked at Videl and felt even more pain and anger. "The fact that I was WILLINGLY about to kill my own child there, because of him…"

"What… what kind of a mother am I if I would allow something like that?!" Videl asked, practically hyperventilating at what she had done to her child.

"You… you were the best mother I could ever wish for…" Pan said, smiling at Videl and Gohan both, then continued. "Same with you daddy… it's just… that parasitic villain who made you almost do it. It was his… fault… not yours…please remember that daddy."

This knowledge did calm Gohan down to a degree, but he already felt that he had a new goal in mind; making sure that his mind was powerful enough to expel any outside party from taking it over and bringing harm to those he loved in the offender's name then again they have no idea on how strong this Baby is as if he is even stronger than Kid Buu, they all needed to be ready.

"Wait a minute, who's Uub?" asked Goku, since now that they mentioned it… they never met anyone called Uub at least not that they know of though there was something about Uub's name that sounded familiar as well until his eyes widened. "Don't you suppose that Uub might actually be connected to Buu in a way, since now that I think of it… Uub is actually Buu spelled backwards…"

"That's because… he's actually Kid Buu's reincarnation, Grandpa…" answered Pan, she was surprised to see Goku in front of her and more so than what she remembered before going into another coughing fit which shocked everyone even further, especially Zangya of all people as she used to be evil herself but the way this child was horribly wounded made her show genuine sadness, then the bleeding young girl began to speak. "You once said that King Yemma must have heard your wish for Kid Buu to one day return as a better person after you defeated him with your Super Spirit Bomb …"

While Goku was in a way relieved that King Yemma heard about the secret wish he had, which would mean that Kid Buu would be reborn as this Uub and they might actually get the chance to face each other sometime though the next part is something that everyone was in a way confused by. "Wait a minute, you're saying dad defeated Kid Buu?" asked Goten, trying to process what his future niece just mentioned. "I don't recall that ever happening here as my big brother and Videl killed Kid Buu with that Super Kamehameha and we all saw it with our own eyes."

Needless to say, Pan was at a loss of words at hearing it was her own parents who ended Kid Buu's life instead of her Saiyan Grandfather, more so as that things had turned out differently in the events from her timeline as opposed to what had happened here then realized something else…. Her parents as well as her Uncle Goten, Trunks, Piccolo, Android 17 and Zangya were here with Goku, Vegeta. Mr. Buu and Bee rather than Mr. Satan but the bigger shock is that the two younger boys have tails. "Where is Grandpa Hercule?" she asked, barely able to speak what she needed to say. "Also why do you and Trunks have tails, in fact why are you, Piccolo and my parents even here and not on Earth?"

This caused the surviving Z-Fighters to remain silent, realizing that there was something about Pan's timeline that didn't add up at all if she had never seen Goten and Trunks with tails before she came back in time and then Videl decided to speak concerning why they are all here as well as what became of her father. "We're all here because Goku and Shin were able to get us off of Earth before Kid Buu destroyed it, and as my father…" she spoke, it still pained her having to witness Kid Buu murdering Mr. Satan in cold blood the moment he appeared to this world. "Kid Buu killed him and we all were forced to watch that monster taking delight at this…"

Pan's remaining eye widened in shock at this, she had no idea Mr. Satan had actually been killed in this timeline which wasn't the case at all from hers. "She's right, not only that, but apparently Goten's and Trunks' tails have grown back when they were trapped inside Buu's body." Gohan added, hopefully the two boys won't be looking at the full moon once is restored as them turning into Great-Apes is the last thing they needed. "As for the Earth, it hasn't been restored yet… we were just about to head for New Namek in order to summon Porunga when you came here in that time machine."

Then Piccolo decided to speak up. "While we're on the topic, how could you actually have gone to search the galaxy for the Black Star Dragonballs?" he asked, since the fact that they were used was something that made him suspect especially as they were fully-aware of the devastating effects of the Black Star Dragonballs and what it could do to the planet they are used on. "Unless someone found out about them and tried to use them beforehand, though the odds of that ever happening are slim to none since I'm the only one who ever knew they existed even before merging back together with Kami."

Even the rest of the Z-Fighters found it suspicious, since none of them intended to use the Black Star Dragonballs anyway plus they also knew that none of their friends or family were aware of their existence either let alone any of their foes since these Dragonballs were hidden in the lookout by the Nameless Namek before his separation into Kami and King Piccolo years ago though Mr. Popo might know a bit about them himself since he was around since Kami became Earth's guardian. Added to the fact, that they must have somehow been restored, the moment Kami and Piccolo decided to merge back into one in order to combat Cell when his presence and threat to the Earth became known seven years ago.

For her part Pan nodded slowly. "Yes someone found them it was Pilaf and his group, but the wish didn't go the way they wanted it as…" Pan said trying to stay awake as best as she could. "He messed up on his wish and made Grandpa Goku a kid again but this made him weak as well because he had a child's body, and when Grandpa fought Baby on Earth, the parasite killed him with his Revenge Death Ball and to make matters worse…. Grandpa couldn't use his Instant Transmission anymore or maintain his Super Saiyan 3 form due to having been wished back into a kid and could barely maintain his normal Super Saiyan form when he previously went up against General Rildo."

"Pilaf? Man, I never thought I'd hear of him again…" Goku said, grinning while remembering the first villain that he and his friends Bulma, Yamcha, Olong, Puar and even Chi-Chi have ever went up against plus it felt like nostalgia to find out he's still around though he didn't like hearing that Pilaf was the reason that he is dead in Pan's timeline at Baby's hands and why the Tuffle Parasite took away everyone they cared about.

"You know him?" Gohan asked.

"Yeah, used to be quite an annoyance during my early years when it came for looking for the Dragonballs. He wanted to use them to summon Shenron so he could rule the world. It's a shame Oolong got to it first and wished for women's underwear instead." Goku said, doing the typical Son Grin while laughing about it as a joke…. Something King Kai would have gotten right away. The others present on the other hand were not as amused, especially when it came about such a serious situation.

"Anyway, how did you travel through the galaxy?" Videl inquired, trying to keep Pan stable, doing like Gohan by donating a bit of her energy to hers.

"B… Bulma managed to… create a space ship made for that purpose… a… at first Grandpa Goku, Trunks and Uncle Goten were supposed to go… but… being my adventurous self… I sneaked on board and went into Uncle Goten's place… had I known beforehand… what kind of mess… I would end up in… I would never have done something… stupid like that… and instead… continued to train…" Pan said with a slight smile as blood leaked from her mouth, while Gohan and Videl both could sense she was fading. "I might not even be like this,"

Immediately the both of them kneeled next to her, cradling her as if she was their actual daughter, already beginning to feel a stinging pain in their hearts.

"So let me understand this correctly, Pilaf and his cronies managed to somehow find out about those Black Star Dragonballs, used them to make that mistaken wish to turn Kakarot in a toddler, which in turn caused those Dragon Balls to spread across the galaxy, dooming Earth while at the same time, causing you, Kakarot and my son in your time to head on that goose-chase to retrieve them, stumbling across this Baby character whom in turn possessed all of us except Kakarot and you, eventually killing Kakarot and also leaving you to die, right?" Vegeta said, he was becoming furious by the revelation of what is to come and starting to see how this future has become an even worse mess than the one that Future Trunks originally came from.

"That's… pretty much it." Pan said, coughing hard which caused her to cough up blood once more. "Grandpa got in his way from making a wish to rule the world." As Videl saw the light was leaving her daughters eyes.

"Well, it appears you have SOMEONE to blame for the whole mess. If it wasn't for that damned Pilaf, you wouldn't be in such a situation." Vegeta said.

"For once I agree with Vegeta," Piccolo said, "Those Dragon Balls were definitely meant to fade into obscurity. Which leaves me with the question, how Pilaf could find or even heard of them in the first place."

"Piccolo, wouldn't it be wise to find out if the Black Star Dragonballs would be restored with the Earth and figure out how to render them permanently inert without the need of your death first?" Gohan asked, "If that would be possible, we should be able to avert such a disaster in the first place."

"Gohan's right," Videl said, "Even though it wasn't our fault in the first place, I still would feel extremely guilty for having done this to our child. You may say that Baby is the real evil bastard for making us do this, but regardless of that, her blood would be on our hands."

Goku and Vegeta could see the logic in this, while Piccolo could also understand why Gohan was hurting but then there was another thing that came to mind…. How Pilaf and his gang were even alive to begin with as if Pan's timeline happened similar to theirs then when Earth is restored and everyone who was killed since the day of the World Martial Arts Tournament are brought back to life, except for the evil ones then it wouldn't make sense for the Pilaf Gang to be revived too. "You know, I think I might have a theory as to why the Pilaf Gang was brought back to life by Porunga in the future where Pan came from and would most likely be the same case in this timeline" he spoke, getting everyone's attention. "Sure they've done bad things, however to be honest they never actually did anything truly evil at least not like the Red Ribbon Army, King Piccolo, Garlic Jr, Frieza, Cooler, Broly, Bojack, Cell, Babidi or Kid Buu…. To be honest, I don't think Pilaf would be this smart either, I mean no mater what he did he could never achieve World Domination."

Everyone remained silent, if what Goku is saying about the Pilaf Gang is accurate, and then it would mean that his childhood enemies weren't completely evil unlike most of the villains they had gone up against and in the case of Baby, a villain that they will go up against while Bee felt sadden while whimpering as Mr. Buu petted his friend.

"Mommy… d… daddy…" Pan said, moaning as she tried to hold on for longer. "I'm scared I don't want to die." She said with tears falling down from her eye.

"Pan… thank you for being able to warn us of this threat at hand. While we couldn't save you from what happened to you in your time, we WILL make sure that this will NOT happen in THIS timeline." Gohan said, knowing that they will all have to start training at their very hardest if they want to save their timeline.

"Right, even if it means having to pay the ultimate price for it." Videl added, being determined as well.
This brought a smile to Pan's face.

"Th… thank you." She said, feeling that with this oath, she could at least rest in peace, knowing that she has done her part in averting a disaster. "But there is still more I need to tell you."

The two remained silent, slowly nodding to their future daughter as if there were similarities between the two timelines, there had to be some differences as well since she knew of things that had happened prior to the whole mess with Baby and even before Pilaf inadvertently caused the end of the entire universe as they knew it…. Zangya didn't know what to say, while she was evil herself, she had started liking her new life on Earth ever since she was brought to life after Bojack's defeat seven years ago and while she wasn't a huge fan of the Z-Fighters let alone Mr. Satan ever since her former boss's failed attack on the planet, she found to be rather interesting especially with their resolve to keep their home safe no matter what the risks are. "Alright sweetie, please… tell us more about the future you're from and what happened to differ it from this timeline" began Videl, more so as they all have the right to learn the differences much like the Z-Fighters did when Future Trunks came back in time to save this timeline from meeting the same fate his did.

"Be sure not to leave anything out, at least tell us what you know up starting with when Super Buu escaped from the Hyperbolic Time Chamber" Gohan spoke as well, since he remembered that Bulma sacrificed herself so Videl could live and in a way helped end Kid Buu faster, plus he never knew that Goku would have used the Spirit Bomb to finish the monster off in the worse case scenario then again if he himself and Videl were both stronger in this timeline then it would be fair to know what they were like in the alternate timeline.

"Uncle Goten… Grandpa, you need to hear this too…" Pan told her uncle and grandfather, wanting her entire family to be part of this though her Uncle looked pretty cute as a little kid, somewhat reminding her of her grandfather before his death at Baby's hands though not as power since at this point in time, Goten only had the normal Super Saiyan form but somehow sensed he is stronger than he was when he died in the destruction of Earth from her timeline too.

"Pan…." Goku really felt concerned for his dying granddaughter, more so as he realized that had Pilaf not caused him to regress back into his childhood, he would have been strong enough to beat Baby and save not only her life but the Earth as well plus he remembered when he gave Frieza some of his energy back on the dying Planet Namek as Gohan and Videl were doing the same for their future child only unlike with Frieza, it wasn't going to be enough to save her. "I'm sorry, I should have seen it coming… especially with Pilaf… I…"

"It's okay Grandpa, it wasn't your fault either… you couldn't have known…" Pan coughed up a mouth full of blood as she tried to reassure her Saiyan Grandfather that he isn't completely to blame either for the fate of her timeline but if this timeline can be saved then it would be worth it. "Maybe with this new information, it can help make a difference…"

"We really hope so…." Goten was the next to speak, more so as he was somewhat surprised that Pan is about two years older than him but reminded himself she is from another timeline and especially a horrible one due to the events that took place that will ruin the entire universe.

Pan gave Goten a weak smile. "You worry too much Uncle, besides I'm sure Valese wouldn't want you to be like this if she were here." she said, surprising Goten as he never heard of Valese before in his entire life… at least not yet, unless she's going to be his future girlfriend which the thought of that made his cheeks flushing red. "But you need to know that Baby took over Vegeta's body as his permanent host and used that to take over the Earth." Pan said as her voice started to grow weaker and the light started to leave her eyes but she still wanted to tell them everything that she could.

Dende also tried his best to buy Pan some additional time, knowing she wanted to tell everything she knew though Vegeta was completely pissed to hear that Baby has complete control of his body, now wanting nothing more than to completely obliterate that damned parasite before it could attempt such a thing. "Alright, could you please tell us what your timeline was like up before the start of the mess Pilaf caused?" began the young Namekian, hoping to at least hear everything that was different between the two timeline so they could be ready to stop theirs from meeting the same fate as Pan's much like how they were able to prevent what came to Future Trunks' timeline from happening.

"My… time was different… as Super Buu escaped from the Time Chamber; he proceeded to turn everyone present there into chocolate bars and ate them all, including you, mommy…" Pan said.
This caused both Gohan and Videl to go wide-eyed at this, with Videl even going sick.

"That… was what would have happened to me… if Bulma didn't intervene…" She said with the look of fear on her face as Gohan just looked at her with the same worried look on his own face and yet because of Bulma's noble sacrifice in this timeline, she and Gohan were stronger as was Goten.

"There's more… in the battles afterwards, Gotenks, Piccolo and even daddy got absorbed by that monstrosity in order to increase his power, forcing Grandpa Goku and Vegeta to fuse into an entity known as Vegito in order to combat Buu properly as now that the monster had Piccolo's mind and my dad's power, he was truly unbeatable even to Grandpa prior to the fusion into Vegito. At first… it seemed like… Vegito was toying with Buu especially after becoming Super Vegito," Pan said, trying her best to hold on. "but that was a mere ploy on Vegito's part and even when Super Buu at one point turned him into a candy and tried to eat him, which didn't go well at all… he wanted Buu to deliberately absorb him so… he could infiltrate Buu's innards and free the ones… that could be saved. Everyone else… Buu ate before was already digested by then, except for… Mr. Buu, whom got a 'special treatment' by also being absorbed and sealed…, in a pod,"

"Wait you mean Gohan was actually absorbed by that monster?" exclaimed Goten, shocked to hear that what happened to his older brother in the future that Pan originated from and even more shocked that it was Goku and Vegeta alone that saved himself, Gohan, Piccolo and Trunks from inside of Super Buu's body. "How exactly did that happen? Unless it had something to do Videl…."

"It has to be the only logical explanation as she was absorbed by Super Buu instead of Gohan due to the fact Bulma intervened in this timeline and it not only earned Gohan's hatred but Mr. Satan's as well when that happened." added Piccolo, starting to see this as making a lot of sense as Gohan might have not been as powerful in Pan's timeline than theirs due to the differences that had occurred that somehow altered their history significantly since while Gohan was still absorbed by their Super Buu, he wanted it to happen so Goten, Trunks, Piccolo and Videl, who had been absorbed along with the Namekian Warrior when she tried to save Gotenks though it had ended up in vain when Super Buu got him anyway, before finishing his opponent off. "Then again, the only reason he needed Gohan was to become stronger when Gotenks' fusion ended inside of his body."

"Yes as when Super Buu absorbed Piccolo and Gotenks, he actually ended up becoming superior to my father in every way possible and nearly killed him too… at least had it not been for Tien's intervention and later Grandpa's when he came back to Earth after Old Kai gave his life to him" Pan slowly nodded her head as what she remembered, Gohan didn't stand a chance against Super Buu with both Piccolo and Gotenks absorbed especially as had her grandfather not been brought back to life, it would have completely been the end which shocked the present-timeline Z-Fighters completely to no end whatsoever. "When Grandpa and Vegeta then tried to free the ones Super Buu had absorbed, they somehow had to fight Super Buu himself, with no idea on how he could be inside his own innards to being with and after a tough conflict with Vegeta nearly being absorbed, Grandpa's former rival decided to tear off Mr. Buu's pod in an attempt to end the fight so they can get Dad, Trunks, Piccolo and Uncle Goten out though that only made things worse as it resulted in the birth of Kid Buu…. Who then proceeded to destroy Earth anyway and while Grandpa and Vegeta were able to escape, Piccolo, Tien, Chiaotzu, Uncle Goten, Trunk and dad were killed since Grandpa Goku had chosen to save Grandpa Hercule, Bee and Dende before Shin arrived as Kibito Kai to help get them off safely and wasn't enough time to get the others or use Grandpa Goku's Instant Transmission."

"Great…" Was all the two you Saiyans said with a frown on their faces at hearing this from Pan and Vegeta glared at Goku, knowing that it would have happened to Gohan, Trunks, Goten, Tien, Chiaotzu and Piccolo in this timeline too but it didn't. "I can't believe that we got killed!" Trunks yelled with anger in his voice.

Pan on the other hand just nodded at them. "After that Grandpa killed Buu with the help of the Spirit Bomb which killed Kid Buu for good and more so as it was Vegeta that came up with the plan by having Dende and Kibito Kai go to New Namek to have the Earth restored and everyone killed since the day of the World Martial Arts Tournament, except for the evil ones, to be brought back to life in order to help Grandpa in making the Spirit Bomb, our friends and family were easy to convince while everyone else needed to hear from Grandpa Hercule in order for them to give their energy. That is what happened in my world, I just wish Baby never came to Earth; I lost everyone I loved." The others all nodded in response though Vegeta was shocked to hear that it was he himself that came up with the plan to finish off Kid Buu in Pan's timeline while the biggest shocker is that Mr. Satan somehow contributed to saving the entire universe. "Of course, Vegeta during the final battle with Kid Buu started to accept that Grandpa will always be better than him, even gaining respect for him and had the third wish from Porunga be to restore my Grandfather's depleted energy."

Nobody said anything, though Goku turned his attention towards Vegeta and gave a smile to hear that his rival actually has gained some respect for the Earth raised Saiyan. "Stop grinning at me like that you fool!" Vegeta yelled as he looked away.

"One more thing… Trunks, was the first to be victimized by Baby's possession technique. Even though he managed to force Baby out of his body as Baby wasn't strong enough to have complete control over him, the time he spent inside him was still enough for him to put an egg inside Trunks' brain, which hatched when we were on Earth." Pan said, earning the attention of Vegeta, actually making him smile at hearing that Trunks at least had the willpower to resist him, regardless of what had happened later though the next thing she would say is something that nobody would like. "Dad on the other hand, stopped training completely after Kid Buu's defeat and became a scholar that Grandma wanted him to be… this in turn contributed to him easily being controlled by Baby when he began to take over Earth and eventually the universe, but also because Baby was getting stronger when you're in the super Saiyan form too."

"It appears that we have a lot to do then." Gohan said, hating that he was under Baby's influence rather easily and all because he stopped training….. While his alternate counterpart from Future Trunks' became a full warrior when Future Android 17 and Future Android 18 killed his friends, he himself realized that he needed to train hard like his counterpart did if he needed to be ready for Baby's upcoming arrival. "Mom is going to kill me for this decision but we really have no other options left right now."

"What do you mean?" Goku asked his eldest son, wondering what he meant by this and realized that it means needing to become strong enough in order to save their timeline but it was then that he saw that the elder half-Saiyan was grinning at this.

"Well, since we have to prepare ourselves properly to prevent Baby from taking over our bodies, I suggest we put everyone of us under a mental training to ensure our minds are powerful enough to resist it, and I DO mean everyone." Gohan said.

"Everyone?" Trunks asked.

"Yes, everyone." Gohan said with a nod of his head, it is what needs to be done even if Chi-Chi wouldn't approve of this decision herself. "This includes our mothers, Videl, Krillin, Yamcha, Dende, Zangya, Android 16, Android 17, Android 18, Marron and everyone else we know whom got possessed by that freak. Even those who weren't possessed like dad, Piccolo, Mr. Buu and Mr. Satan should undergo such a training."

Vegeta began to ponder this. It would be odd to see Bulma doing something as meditation to achieve this, but if it would be certain that it would eventually prevent her from being reduced to a mere willful servant/slave by that parasitical Tuffle, he would see to it that she, Trunks and any other children he may get with her would receive such a training. "For once I agree with the boy," he said, giving a grin as he liked Gohan's thinking. "I don't care how many hours we have to spend in this, even if we have to put our mates and offspring in the Time Chamber to achieve this in a faster rate, we have to make sure that we do not fall victim to such a parasite."

"But Vegeta, don't you think that will be a bit too harsh? If a mind is overloaded with pressure, it could work against that person and perhaps fry it, either turning them into a vegetable or otherwise killing them!" Goku said. "That and as I remember, Piccolo destroyed the door to the Time Chamber from the inside when he tried to keep Super Buu from escaping back into the Lookout even though Gotenks had yet to use his surprise at the time."

"Better THAT fate than a future where we become mindless slaves to someone who can control us like puppets. Besides, you should be supporting the idea the most, Kakarot. If what Pan has said is true, you have to realize that in her time, you've technically lost your whole family and friends whom, while against their will and with the exception of Pan, Piccolo, that Fat Buu and that oaf, have turned on you, seeing you as the enemy which they have to eliminate." Vegeta retorted, knowing that Goku needed to see the big picture right now and the seriousness of the situation. "Think about the people you've known throughout most of your life, like Krillin and my wife Bulma, abandoning you as if you have committed the worst betrayal or crime in your life, while your sons, your daughter-in-law and your wife wouldn't want to have anything to do with you anymore or perhaps even try to kill you. Given how strong your sons, my son and myself are, coupled with the state you were in at that time, that should be a cinch for them, especially since you were unable to hold on your Super Saiyan 3 or use Instant Transmission in that child body of yours, let alone barely maintaining your regular Super Saiyan form."

"Vegeta has a point, father," Gohan added, while he never liked the Saiyan Prince at first, he had become a valued ally against bigger threats to the universe. "After all, in a way we were the cause of the demise of you and Pan both, especially since Vegeta's body was altered to make it suit Baby's needs as an actual host."

Goku was at a loss for words, realizing that both Gohan and Vegeta were right then Zangya decided to speak up herself. "I'm only helping you so we can stop Baby from ruining the entire universe" she said, while she will do what she can to assist the Z-Fighters take out that Tuffle parasite for good, that doesn't mean that she's going to be a permanent member of the group. "Don't think I'm going this out of the goodness of my heart, I'm still a bad girl after all."

None of the surviving Z-Fighters said a word for a while, as they still don't trust Zangya after what she tried to do when she was with Bojack six years ago. "We need to include Launch into this mental training, besides I'd be damned if Baby was to gain control of her." began Tien, ever since the defeat of Super Perfect Cell, he had actually decided to marry Launch while still continuing with his training and her bad self was really angry when he was previously revived after Frieza's initial defeat on Planet Namek but at the same time had missed him "Aside from Chiaotzu, she's the only other person that I was ever close to my whole life."

It wasn't much longer before Pan coughed up another mouthful of blood as she didn't have much time left before her life faded away completely. "Would… my possessed self also turn on my own father like that?" Videl then asked, she was hoping that it wouldn't be so and could hardly imagine how Mr. Satan would feel about his daughter being possessed like that.

Pan said nothing as she was losing time but from the look on her face Gohan could already tell. "Yes." Gohan said solemnly, looking at his beloved girlfriend though he knew that while he wished that it wasn't so…. But had to accept the fact that the outcome is unavoidable and Videl looked down, before she promptly hugged Gohan while Pan smiled at this exchange. Since this timeline could have her father becoming the warrior that he was always destined to be and reminded him of the promise that he had made after his Mystic Powers were awakened by the Old Kai.

"Keep in mind; this has nothing to do with intelligence in the form of knowledge. This is completely in regards with your willpower, the power and strength of the mind." Vegeta said with a scowl on his face and took a deep breath before continuing his speech. "Weak brains can be easily manipulated, as certain Humans can be bought to do evil things if the price is right. Strong brains can resist such temptations, thus they should be able to resist them more properly."

"Also… be careful when fighting him; in his normal body shape, he can liquefy himself and enter a person's body through the victim's body through a single wound, whether it is a gash, a cut or any other bleeding wound, big or small." Pan then said, choking up another bit of blood as she said this. "It's actually almost like when Super Buu liquefied himself before he went into Super Vegito's body down his throat in an attempt to control him and that if his opponent tried to power up…. it would have make him stronger had it not been for the fusion of my Grandpa and Vegeta managing to force Super Buu to leave his body by manipulating his Ki to keep him in place…. and beat him each time he moved to a different part of his body until he was forced to leave the same way he came in…."

Gohan and Videl turned back to Pan, once again moving to embrace her, even standing up straight as Gohan held his dying future daughter in his arms, with Videl caressing her cheek and head… almost as if she truly was their actual daughter. This was made more clear as both Gohan and Videl subconsciously shed a tear simultaneously for Pan, as if wanting to give her final moments with the feeling that she was being truly loved by her family and friends after all, which by itself would make her passing a lot more peaceful, despite the horrific events she had gone through. Gohan sincerely hoped that Pan would be admitted to Heaven or Other World if she would pass on, so that she would hopefully live in the afterlife in peace, liberated of her fears, worries, anguish and pain, as if her soul was healed.

However, they also realized that if this is the future timeline version… then that would mean they needed to ensure their present-timeline counterpart would be saved from this fate…. That is if this Pan isn't revived by Porunga when they restore Earth and bring back everyone killed since the day of the World Martial Arts tournament, assuming that the Namekian Dragonballs had received an upgrade like Shenron and Earth's Dragonballs had. "Dad… please… no matter what… keep training, you need to fulfill your promise…" began Pan slowly closing her eyes. "And please watch out for his eggs I'm not sure how to beat them, I love you Mamma …daddy…" As she said her final words before her hand went limp in the arms of those who cared about her much to the sadness of her main timeline family.

"I promise…. No matter what…." Gohan spoke silently though anger and rage filled his eyes all because of Baby as Videl was in tears at the loss of her daughter, something that reminded her of what happened to her father and more so as another monster, one far worse than Kid Buu, was responsible for this and he held the girl he loved in his arms while Goten fell onto his knees as he felt like crying as well and punched the ground.

The others were all silent, realizing that must have been what the alternate version of themselves have felt when Future Goku originally died from the heart virus due to there being no cure for it and since it was a natural death, there wouldn't have been a means to revive him even with the Namekian Dragon Balls since Shenron and Porunga cannot revive anyone who died of natural causes plus when the Future Timeline Z-Fighters were all killed by Future Android 17 and Future Android 18…. Future Trunks and Future Bulma must not have had a means to reach New Namek or even have the time to find its exact location due to the hell that they were experiencing already on Earth as well as the fact that Future Bulma was too busy working on the Time Machine to even figure out a way to get to New Namek anyway.

Piccolo silently glanced at Gohan, seems after everything they were all put through all these years, the young half-Saiyan fighter has indeed matured since the training for the arrival of Vegeta and Nappa, having indeed become a real warrior like his father before him… something that would make him and Goku proud of to this very day though the loss of Pan in a way also reminded Gohan of what became of Piccolo when the Namekian sacrificed himself to save him from Nappa's Bomber DX attack. "Gohan… I'm sorry…" he spoke, in a way he tried to reassure his friend and not knowing what else to say about what had come to be.

Videl just wiped away the tears as she looked at her daughter body seeing she was peace full. But an idea soon came to mind. "We can use the Dragonballs to bring her back." She said with hope in her voice.

Everyone else thought the same after all they could just use the Dragonballs on Namek to bring her back. "We can't…" Said a voice as they all looked to see who it was and as both parents looked they saw it was Shamano who had remained silent throughout.

Videl just looked at him and felt rage in her. "Why the hell not, we should just leave her dead is that what your saying?!" She yelled with anger as she stood on her feet and moved over to the alien. "Well come on tell me why can't we bring her back?" she asked as more tears feel down her face.

With a deep sigh Shamano just closed his eyes. "If she was brought back, where can she go back to in her time?" He asked as he folded his arms over his chest and remained clam. "As she couldn't stay here in this time it would cause a paradox, if Pan was brought back and she stayed here, and then you had her counterpart of this time. The whole universe could be destroyed or even worse."

"And who are you to decide that?" Videl asked as she clenched her fists as she felt more anger. "I mean this is my future Daughter."

"Trust me I make it my business to decide. I may hate it more than you know but it's a matter of many lives at risk and your daughter Pan wouldn't want that, its different using the Dragonballs to bring someone who was killed in this time, as they live here." He said while still looking at Videl. "Remember I hate the Tuffles just as much as you right now… they murdered over 200,000 of my people."

"Then would it be possible to go into Pan's time, destroy Baby for what he did and revive Pan there?" Videl then asked.

"The idea does merit, but if what Pan said is true, he may likely be incredibly strong due to using Vegeta as a host…" Piccolo said, reflecting on what Pan had told them before her death and how things had went to hell ever since this horrific event.

This aggravated Gohan to no end and Videl was just about the same. "But there has to be SOMETHING we can do, other than honoring her request of preventing Baby from surfacing?!" He then asked, and then again he realized that there was another problem... Earth's fate would be sealed anyway as Baby had used the Black Star Dragonballs in Pan's timeline to restore Planet Plant but in Earth's orbit rather than where it was originally destroyed. "Does the countdown reset if the Black Star Dragonballs are used on the same planet they were the first time around?"

Piccolo remained silent for a moment then frowned, knowing that this was something that he neglected to mention before. "I'm sorry but it doesn't…. even if they were used on the same planet they were before and trust me, as much as I wish it wasn't the case…" he answered, causing Gohan and Videl to lower their head while having their hands clenched but he couldn't blame them since Pan was their child to begin with and that even if they were able to beat Baby by going to Pan's timeline, they wouldn't be able to do so on time before the Earth's explosion.

"Dammit!" yelled Gohan, slamming his fist onto the ground out of anger it was then that Shamano approached the half-Saiyan warrior.

"He's right especially as the conflicts with Baby would have taken over a year to resolve and there wasn't enough time to train in order to combat him again in that timeline at all due to that countdown caused by the Black Star Dragonballs" he told Gohan, this wasn't like with Future Trunks after the defeat of Perfect Cell in the conclusion of the Cell Games as he still had a future to go back to and restore the peace there, Pan on the other hand wasn't so lucky. "As far as I know, there isn't anything we can do to change the outcome as it was a fixed point in time and fixed points in time cannot be changed. So the Dragonballs or these's Black Star ones will still be used, same with Baby coming to Earth no matter what they will both happen as for the end I'm not sure."

There was nothing but silence from everyone, especially Goku as normally he would not have to worry about the future with Kid Buu gone but now that they've learned of an even worse future to come than the one where Future Trunks originated, he wasn't sure what to make of it. "No… you're wrong…" Gohan finally spoke, knowing that there will be a way they could save their timeline as they've done it before when they were warned about the Androids and they're sure as hell going to do it again when they have to take on Baby. "The future has not been written… We've been through terrible messes like this before and somehow we were able to overcome them together…"

"That the sprite, even so, what makes you think that you'll be able to defeat this parasite?" asked Shamano, while he is like the Kais, who prefer not to interfere with the events that are taking place in the universe, he wonders what Gohan is thinking by saying those words. "When you and the others trained to fight the Androids, this timeline's versions were somehow stronger than the ones from Future Trunks' timeline and the same thing would apply to Baby as well, and if what Pan said is true this time has already changed."

"Yeah, but Gohan is right…. If we are to save the universe, we need all the preparations we can if we are to keep Baby from taking control of us and the Earth." answered Piccolo, seeing this is making sense and at the same time, he was sure that Goku would not want to be regressed back into a child now that he knows Pilaf would be responsible for the future to come. "Me, I want to live so I'm going to train at my very hardest."

Shamano remained silent, biting his lower lip at hearing this decision and Vegeta was the next one to speak up. "I sure as hell don't want that degenerate Baby stealing my body and if we're going to stand a chance against him, then I'll train myself and achieve the Super Saiyan 3 level that Kakarot had managed to acquire from his training in Other World!" the Saiyan Prince refused to lose his family again, if becoming a Super Saiyan 3 like Goku and Gotenks is the only means to keep those he grown to love safe, then so be it and he won't care how long it will take for him to become one. "In the worse case scenario, then I can't believe I'm saying this… I'll perform the stupid Fusion Dance with Kakarot."

"Don't try to change our minds about it either…" added Zangya, giving a wicked smile and for the first time, she found herself truly agreeing with the warriors who she once called enemy then realized something that she needed to say. "It's not like you could find the planet Baby is on and destroy it to prevent this from happening…. I've heard a lot about you Trimonights and how you don't directly interfere with anything unless it threatens all reality not just one universe, then again you are the last of your kind aren't you?"

"Yeah I am the last of my kind." He said with the hint of sadness in his voice, though none of the others had known that fact until recently which made them frown a bit. "And don't worry I won't change your minds I just want to make sure you all know what you're doing. As I may not be able to help you but I give you my word that I will do all that I can in order to all I can, after all this Baby will want me dead as well."

"So it'd be like cutting the head off the snake, right?" Videl then asked Zangya, while the female being nodded her head as she had a bit more information that she needed to be aware of.

"Exactly but what planet did that Baby originate from? I don't think the girl had said it." Zangya said, then again she was rather unimpressed by the fact that they'll have even bigger problem than they realized.

"According to her memory, which I read while she spoke, the planet where they found Baby on in her time was known as M-2. When she arrived there, the planet was already occupied by new beings known as machine mutants." Piccolo said.

"Machine Mutants?" Gohan asked, remembering that Pan mentioned something about what Baby's army is called but needed to find out more before they can properly deal with this upcoming threat to the Earth.

"What are those?" Videl was the next to ask, still cradling the deceased Pan in her arms.

"According to the knowledge that Pan had about them, Machine Mutants and their technology by itself are fully mechanical beings with organic properties; they can mold, contort, and reshape themselves like organic life forms." Piccolo said, wanting to be certain of what Pan said to them before her death was completely accurate. "Machine Mutants also display the ability to absorb and integrate metallic and mechanical materials into their own being, as well as restructure themselves. One might say it's an inversion of what Android 17 and 18 are."

"So, instead of being an organic life form with cybernetics within them, it's a cybernetic life form with organics in them, correct?" Trunks asked the Namekian Warrior with a frown of his own.

"That is most certainly correct. In fact, the machine mutant named Dr. Myuu, who Baby created personally, is the mastermind behind all the machine mutants by itself, which in turn was created and programmed by Baby in order to safeguard him during the time Baby was laying dormant, gathering power so that they can conquer the universe." Piccolo said, he wasn't too happy about this either but was somewhat glad that Pan warned them of this though at the same time was angry at Baby for what he did to her. "You could say that Dr. Myuu is the Machine Mutant counterpart to Dr. Gero, given how they are both mad yet brilliant scientist. Even though I hate to admit it, but those two have their ways with technology."

"And yet they also put science to shame with their antics. Hell, even Bulma, while she is a scientific genius by herself, is utterly disgusted by what Dr. Gero has pulled off." Vegeta scowled, his hands were curled into fists from sheer hatred towards the Tuffles or at least Baby, being the only Tuffle left in existence and what he was capable of doing. "It's no wonder she became quite good friends with #18 of all people, simply to show her that she is not like him. That and the creation of this Cell character definitely crossed the line with her in the first place."

Gohan sighed, both he and Goten showed darkened expressions of their own since they wanted nothing more than to see Baby wiped from the face of existence to the point where he won't ever come back at all. "Great, as if we need another villain who can absorb other fighters in order to obtain superior power." Gohan said as he gritted his teeth with anger on his face.

"What is absorption for a technique anyway?" Zangya asked, she only witnessed Super Buu's absorption technique used on Piccolo, Gotenks, Videl, Gohan and Vegito only the latter two Saiyans created a barrier around them respectively to avoid Super Buu gaining more power. "I've seen the one used by Super Buu but is there any other version of that technique?"

"Absorption can go in two ways. First, certain characters like Android 19 and Dr. Gero himself were capable of doing, they could drain the energy of their victims to add it to their own, becoming stronger in the process. However, what Gohan means is the second method of absorption, which is where the user consumed their target whole to obtain their full powers." Piccolo said, nodding his head as he knew where what his friend meant previously and wanted to properly explain it to Zangya. "Majin Buu or more specifically Super Buu, as you have witnessed first-hand back on Earth, could absorb his desired target with virtually any part of his body, while Cell had to swallow them whole with his tail. You could say that this kind of absorption is a form of fusion, but more in a forced, unwilling fashion."

"Wait, doesn't that mean that what Baby did could also count as absorption?" Zangya asked again, wanting to see if this was all being processed into his mind right now. "I mean, he has used and altered Vegeta's body as a host and is pretty much controlling all of you, well apart from a few exceptions."

"While I understand where you're getting at, possession is technically different from absorption as a whole." Vegeta said, even he couldn't believe how fucked up this whole future became all because of one parasite that managed to easily take control of everyone on Earth. "From what I understood of Pan's story is that the way we acted as supposed 'reborn Tuffles', is more akin to mind control, similar to what Babidi can perform and has done to yours truly."

Zangya nodded in understanding, this gave her something to think about. "The only difference is that Babidi's magic can only control the minds of those whose hearts are filled with evil" added Gohan, remembering when Vegeta ended up under Babidi's control and became Majin Vegeta before taking on Goku again while he himself and Shin continued down Babidi's ship in an attempt to stop Majin Buu's resurrection only to fail in that mission due to the energy from SS2 Goku's fight against Majin Vegeta providing the means of freeing Bibidi's creation from imprisonment. "I was glad it wasn't used on Piccolo, otherwise I wouldn't know what to do."

Piccolo remained silent, as he was originally evil much like Vegeta once was himself. "In any case, we should at least get focused on restoring the Earth and its population, and then we'll worry about Baby and the Black Star Dragonballs afterwards" suggested the powerful Namek, which everyone else nodded but not before Gohan and Videl knew that something needed to be done as well.

"Give us a moment, we'll be back soon." he told Piccolo, joining with Videl again as they carried their deceased child in their arms with sadness in their arms, who could blame them as she was their only child from the future and everyone else present didn't know what to say or do right now, even Goku and Goten felt a large part of them being torn right out and ripped apart but the full-blooded and pure-hearted Saiyan Warrior knew what they were about to do as they prepared to bury the lifeless child much like how he did so to Vegeta when Frieza killed the Saiyan Prince back on Namek.

Trunks saw the expression of hurt and rage from his best friend, the same look that Gohan and Videl had upon having to see Pan dying right in front of everyone. "Goten, I…." he tried to speak as he was about to place a hand on his shoulder only for it to be swatted away.

"Leave me alone!" he lashed, catching Trunks off-guard somewhat but knew that he was experiencing some inner-demons and saw Vegeta looking at him, the proud Saiyan Prince realized that it was something Goten had to deal with himself while giving the purple-haired boy the expression that simply said 'This is something that he needs to deal with on his own' even if Trunks wouldn't approve of it.

"Oh yeah, I just realized something… Wouldn't the full day Vegeta was given so he could help fight the evil Buu be over by now?" asked Goku, having almost completely forgotten that notion as he remembered how his adoptive Grandfather Gohan was given one day to see how strong Goku back when he was looking for the final Dragonball to wish Upa's father Bora back to life after the older Native American's death at the hands of Mercenary Tao near Korin's Lookout, was while he himself was given one day so he could return to Earth and participate in the World Martial Arts tournament, even seeing his friends and family again since he thought it would be good to see them one last time after seven years since the defeat of Perfect Cell and Bojack, but his day ended quicker than usual due to his use of Super Saiyan 3 first to stall Majin Buu so Trunks could recover the Dragon Radar and again when he showed Goten and Trunks the Super Saiyan 3 level back at Dende's Lookout, Vegeta on the other hand was only given his one day as he was thought to be the only person who King Yemma and Baba could send to help Gohan. "If that's the case then we can't bring Vegeta with us to New Namek or Old Kai for the matter since he's still dead himself ever since he gave me his life so I could return to Earth again."

Vegeta realized this and mentally cursed himself for having forgotten that. "Dammit, now you tell me?!" he exclaimed, mad at Goku for just remembering and had to stay behind with that Old Kai until Earth and its population were revived by Porunga. "In any case, don't take too long and you better come back for me once the wishes are made otherwise you'd not want to find out what would happen if you don't!"

"Uh sure, no problem Vegeta…" Goku sweat dropped, he was just starting to be accepted as a friend and knew it was best not to go back onto Vegeta's bad side after everything that they've been through lately then everyone turned back to see Gohan was making the hole for Pan's grave while Videl made something to show where it would be located so they know it is where their future daughter would be buried at.

Videl just looked at Pan's face as she had a slight smile on her face, and Videl could tell that at least she was happy to have seen her parents once more. "Please rest in peace, sweet heart." She spoke, hugging the lifeless body of her future daughter once more as tears flowed in her eyes.

Gohan used the same technique that Goku once used on the old Planet Namek to bury Vegeta's body in during the confrontation against Frieza, Videl silently watched this happen. "I wish we could do something other than taking heed to Pan's warning to ensure that we won't fall victim to this mind control technique that Baby used in order to return the favor." he said to the girl he loved.

"Perhaps we can do something after all; if we learn of the location of Baby in this timeline, perhaps we can go there and destroy him and messing up those watching over him in retribution?" Videl suggested.

"That idea has merit and it's likely we'll do just that. But our first priority is to ensure our minds are strong enough to prevent them from being hijacked by a parasite. We owe her at least that much. Perhaps we can use Pan's story to coax even my mother and Bulma into getting at least that mental training." Gohan said. "Besides, we don't know where Baby would be at this point and there wouldn't be enough time to search the entire galaxy even in the Capsule Corp spaceship unlike when we went to New Vegeta and confronted Broly and his father Paragus seven years ago."

"Are you sure this will work?" Videl asked, hoping hat it would at least be helpful for what is to come against this new threat.

"Trust me. I am thinking of using the imagination trick on this one." Gohan replied, now he was certain that becoming a full scholar was out of the question as if everything that Pan said was true then they would all have to train both physically and mentally if they were to stop this monster.

"What do you mean?"

"Like imagine you being in Pan's shoes. Imagine all of your friends, your family and everyone you know being possessed and/or mind-controlled by a parasitic alien and see you as the enemy, with either coaxing you to join them as a mindless slave, puppet or servant without a free will or otherwise denouncing you and attempting to kill you." Gohan said, wanting to make her see that if this could help somewhat even though it pained him to see the expression from doing so.

Videl immediately growled at the thought of this, imagining Erasa, Sharpner, her own father and the Police Force see her as their enemy while being possessed and doing horrendous things that are out of their control... "I would take up that training right away." she said.

Gohan nodded as he and Videl both placed Pan in the open grave. "I know for certain that Piccolo may help us out. In any case, it does prove one thing..." he said, preparing to bury the body and mark the grave similar to how he did so for all the Namekian villagers from Tsuno's Village slain by Vegeta back in the conflicts on Planet Namek.

"What would that be?" Videl asked, gazing sadly upon their future daughter's deceased body.

"That, regardless of how good we are and how strong we are, you and I both as well as the others have still a lot to learn. There are still those fools that can gloat about their superior strength and abilities, but that can be easily turned against them which in turn will make them go crazy."

Videl saw the wisdom in Gohan's words; she remembered her father freaking out when their respective identities at the Tournament were revealed, coupled with her ability to fly which she gained thanks to Gohan and at the same time, it might have caused Mr. Satan to realize that Gohan was the same boy who defeated Cell at the Cell Games seven years ago and that Piccolo, Goku, Vegeta, Krillin, Yamcha, Android 18 and even Trunks, albeit younger than the Trunks that was at the Cell Games, were the ones who were present with Gohan when Cell began his tournament. She sighed as Gohan stood back up and walked to her, before gently embracing her as they both held a moment of silence together.

Vegeta realized that Gohan and Videl shared a special bond together. He had seen Videl as a stubborn, proud yet strong Human fighter, but he noticed that, whenever she was alone with Gohan, Videl showed a more vulnerable side to her, to which Gohan could provide the comfort and support she sought. It was through this evident that both Gohan and Videl truly were in love with each other and that this tragic event somehow brought them closer together.

Piccolo overheard their conversation and understood what Gohan was getting at. He turned to the others. "We should be also tactical and convincing if we are to get everyone, including your respective spouses and friends, into getting that mental training." He said.

"What do you mean, Piccolo?" Goku asked.

"We need to make them imagine what it will be like to have everyone you know being controlled by an outside force and at the same time having turned on you, trying to make you join them like a servant without a free will or otherwise wanting to kill you. If anything, this is technically more devastating than the Black Water Mist from Garlic Jr. Where the Black Water Mist made everyone go on a rampage, Baby's form of possession let everyone pretty much retain control over their own bodies and live out their lives, but instead of being free to do as they please, they are serving one parasitic being altogether and would gladly donate their power to his in order to finish an enemy off." Piccolo replied.

Goku and Vegeta nodded, while Trunks seemed confused. However he was more focused on his best friend, who was now in an internal struggle much like Gohan had experienced several times...

Goten… the purple-haired boy thought to himself as he saw that Goten had once again gone into his Super Saiyan form, not sure how he could help and to Piccolo, Vegeta and Goku however, they are starting to realize what Gohan and Goten are feeling about the situation made the three adults remember what kind of horrible life that Future Trunks had to go through with only his mother being the remaining family member left while, unlike the main timeline Trunks, never saw knew about his father at all, aside from what he learned about him from Future Gohan and Future Bulma, due to being a baby at the time Future Vegeta was killed by Future Android 17 and Future Android 18, it wasn't until he traveled back in time that he met his father in person. I know that Dad said to give him some time to deal with his own inner demons but still….

Even Mr. Buu was angry, almost to the point where he could have created another Evil Buu, as Mr. Satan having been killed by Kid Buu wasn't already enough… now having to see Pan's death in the arms of her future parents was close to pushing him over the edge yet the others needed to make sure that he doesn't create a second Evil Buu as the first one that came to be when Bee and later Mr. Satan had been badly injured had nearly began the end of the universe. "Just when we thought things couldn't get any worse…" muttered Android 17, mentally cursing their bad luck as he was hoping to enjoy the peaceful life with his family now that Kid Buu was no more.

"I don't like this anymore than you do… however as it turns out, this is unavoidable" commented Zangya, wanting to remain a loner like she was after Shenron revived her and all the other victims of her former boss and her former allies, yet they all saw that Goten had transformed and felt nothing but pure rage at having learned of what happened to Pan and seeing her dying in front of them… which was more than enough to make them worried for the little boy. "Still, I can't say I blame them…."

Android 17 remained silently, yet could sense the rage and grief from inside of Goten starting to overcome him and being unleashed, like his older brother before him, he too had hidden powers inside which was now starting to erupt, resulting in him transforming past his Super Saiyan form, something neither Goten nor Trunks were able to do before their fusion into Gotenks as they could normally go into their Super Saiyan 3 stage while as him even though it shortens their time before eventually separating as prevent when they were able to outmatch Super Buu in every way until suddenly regressing back to normal before the fusion ended and before they could finish him off.

This is so unfair… why did this have to happen….If I hadn't fallen victim to Baby's control… she would have never… This is even worst than if anything was to happen to Trunks, that girl was family and the niece that I… thought Goten, he was in so much anger and hatred that he no longer cared about anything except for revenge and to make sure nobody else he loved would suffer this fate ever again… more so as his power increased. "Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!"

Needless to say, everyone, including Gohan and Videl who had finished burying their fallen daughter felt this and turned to see what was happening to Goten. "It couldn't be…" he muttered, seeing that his little brother was becoming as energy cackles around the golden aura that surrounded his entire body which also began making the 7 year old boy more merciless as he wanted nothing more than to see Baby dead as his golden hair brought on by the original Super Saiyan transformation becomes rigid and started standing up even more while the aura is now a jagged, fierce flame-like appearance due to the increased energy radiation.

"Is that what I think it is?" asked Trunks, seeing his friend's muscle mass was barely increased but the energy output is now multiplied manifold and his speed was increased proportionally, something that neither of them were initially able to do separately nor did they have the time to achieve that form due to Buu's threat to the Earth at the time. "Goten has assumed the form Super Saiyan 2 without needing to fuse with me to achieve it?"

Vegeta nodded his head, realizing that it was indeed Super Saiyan 2 and felt a bit nostalgic when he and the other Z-Fighters had witnessed Gohan achieving the form when Cell killed Android 16 and the Cell Jrs nearly killed the others due to the bio-android having stolen the Senzu Beans from Krillin in order to anger Gohan enough to unleash his hidden powers, not realizing it would be a huge mistake on Cell's part and just resulted in his eventual demise while at the same time, the Saiyan Prince was pissed when Mr. Satan took all the credit for defeating Cell and Bojack respectively, something that Gohan himself was able to achieve not that buffoon. "Yes, I never thought Goten would be able to acquire it in his entire life…" he answered his son's question, more so as Goten was born at some point during the seven years that occurred after Perfect Cell's defeat and Future Trunks never met the boy before returning to his own timeline. "The question is can he control or maintain it like Gohan did…."

Gohan however moved to his brother, sensing the emotion within him. As he looked at his younger brother, he could see the hot tears flowing from his eyes, but also the rage that he had pent up. In an instant, Gohan flashed into his Mystic form, mainly to catch Goten's attention. Goten indeed looked up at his elder brother, who looked sternly at him... before scooping him up into a hug.

"I know how you feel, Goten." Gohan said softly to his younger brother.

The mere gesture of his elder brother comforting him like this, coupled with those words, caused Goten to do something that none of the Z-Fighters saw coming; he buried his face in Gohan's shoulder... and then he wept. Being stronger than him, Gohan was able to deal with the pressure as well as the power Goten had at his disposal right now, as well as understanding him as he had been down that road before, but then it was against a certain biomechanical android with a lust for power.

"First my daddy... then my mommy... then I thought you too... and now this... my Future Niece dead... WHY?!" Goten wailed in the embrace of his elder brother, who remained silent as he stroked his younger brother's back and head.

"Let it all out, Goten," Gohan reassured Goten, understanding how his younger brother feels right now since he felt the same way seven years ago ever since the Cell Games. "The sooner those emotions are out, the better it is."

"H... How can you know?!" Goten asked.

"I have been down that road before, Goten," Gohan replied calmly, "I would be devastated if you'd fall in the same pattern and make the same mistakes I made. I will not let that happen."

This in turn caused an epiphany with the other fighters, in particular the ones who were there when Gohan became Super Saiyan 2 against Cell. It pained Goku and especially Piccolo to see the once carefree, fun-loving, smart young man with a passion for life become a blood-thirsty, rampaging, sadistic warrior out for blood. While they were lucky to realize that Cell was the primary target for Gohan's unstoppable rage, the sight of Gohan crippling Cell with only a few blows as well as wanting to make Cell suffer in a form of Laser-Guided Karma for all the pain and suffering that android caused still made them cringe.

Although Gohan had to be given credit to make Cell regurgitate Android 18, in effect causing at least ONE soul to be saved from the monster, none of them had seen Cell's desperation move in the form of his Self-Destruct mechanism coming which not only killed Goku and Android 17 but also King Kai, Gregory and Bubbles with them while Cell survived due to his nucleus remaining intact along with the Zenkai making him stronger…. Gohan knew over time that he was not to blame for Goku's demise, the blame being solely put on Cell for forcing Gohan to become such a berserker in the first place and especially for killing Android 16 which contributed to the Half-Saiyan becoming a Super Saiyan 2, he held that guilt in a way with him so he could prevent his younger brother from falling in the same pattern in this. After all, Gohan was able to learn from his mistakes, having trained his Super Saiyan 2 form in secret to at least keep his own power and emotions under control to be more focused, but that didn't make him any less scary; Zangya could attest to it as she had seen that Gohan, while fully in control of his Super Saiyan 2 form, cleaved Bujin and Bido clean in two with his Quiet Rage move, especially without even looking at them. This actually scared her out of her wits, right before Bojack blasted her into her back in an attempt to distract Gohan, killing her in the process. This in turn caused the Hera-jin to have some second thoughts in regards to her posture; having observed that, for some reason, most of the good guys and girls had some kind of warranty of surviving longer than those who chose the path of evil, although the warranty wasn't always there, as in some cases the bad guys win.

Thing had changed since then as it Goku was alive again thanks to the Old Kai having given up his life to revive Goku so he can return to Earth and help against Super Buu even though Gohan did still technically have things under control at the time but at least it was good for his father to be among the living again yet to Videl… she was starting to understand how Gohan was able to defeat Cell this whole time and had not known any of this until just now despite the hell they were put through, it somehow brought them closer together and sometimes wished she could have seen how Gohan, Goten and Trunks were able to slay Broly before the World Martial Arts Tournament due to her having been knocked out in the battle with that monster…. It was kinda shocking to have discovered that her boyfriend was not only the Great-Saiyaman but also the Gold Fighter, which she now knows is his Super Saiyan form as at the time, she had no idea that Goku, Piccolo and Vegeta were actually aliens from another planet while Gohan, Goten and Trunks were Half-Saiyan due to their respective mothers being human and Goten being Gohan's little brother.

There was nothing but silence from everyone, especially as Goten slowly reverted back to his normal form, having gone Super Saiyan 2 had exhausted him a lot and he was in tears as his older brother held him tightly… promising everything will be okay. "Alright, we better get going to New Namek… at least this time… getting there via Instant Transmission would be easier than the first time…" began Goku, he wanted everyone to gather together that is… everyone except Vegeta due to his current predicament, then again it might be for the best as they might not trust Vegeta due to killing the entire population of Tsuno's Village on the old Planet Namek and on the other note, since he himself knows how to get to New Namek thanks to King Kai, this would be less of a hassle than when he had to go there to get Earth a new Guardian to replace Kami ever since his merging back together with Piccolo. "We'll be back as soon as possible Vegeta."

Shin and Goku quickly teleported off with the others to where New Namek was located while Vegeta huffed with a scowl as he needs to keep Old Kai company, sometimes wishing he was with King Kai on Grand Kai's planet rather than this old fool even if King Kai's jokes irritated him to no end. "Damn that Kakarot, of all the things I have to do…" he muttered darkly. "Looking after this old fool, this couldn't get anymore demining to a Prince…"

"You better watch what you say sonny…" scowled Old Kai, not liking this anymore than Vegeta did but there is nothing more they can do right now which made the Saiyan Prince more annoyed as he waited for Goku and the others to make the wishes so he could hopefully be back on Earth with his beloved Bulma.

This was pretty much the first time everyone aside from Goku, Gohan, Piccolo and Shin ever traveled through the far reaches of space just to get to another planet though they were all hoping it wouldn't take too long to reach New Planet Namek and fortunately, it didn't as everyone was in awe at the sight of the planet where the Namekians have moved to ever since the initial defeat of Frieza while Goku and Dende could only hope that Elder Moori had upgraded the Namekian Dragonballs by this point.

Upon landing on one of the islands once they have successfully reached their destination, Piccolo and Gohan looked at their surroundings as they see that it looked just like the old Planet Namek from before Frieza and his minions attacked. "So this is where the Namekians live now?" began Gohan, reflecting on when he, Krillin and Bulma first landed on the original Namek back in his childhood and for the same purpose as why they were here right now.

"Yes, it's just as I remembered it!" said Dende with a smile on his face, it was a bit nostalgic to be back on his home planet since having moved to Earth as its new Guardian and at the same time…. knew it wasn't the time for sight seeing as they have an important task to complete. "This is too good to be true; it even smells the same…. Ah, my beautiful home!"

Piccolo, Gohan and Goku smirked as they examined the area, fortunately like the old Planet Namek, there is oxygen for Tien, Chiaotzu, Goten, Trunks, Gohan, Goku, Zangya, Videl, Bee, Mr. Buu and Android 17 to breathe so they wouldn't need to worry about needing spacesuits while they're here. "Just look at this place…" added Shin, somewhat surprised to see what New Namek is like even the others present were at a loss of words, except Goku since he was here before so it isn't anything new to him and for the first time, they were actually visiting a planet while there isn't any danger happening.

"You mean this is the planet that you came from?" wondered Videl as Bee was sniffing the area, as if he was trying to find a similar scent to Piccolo and Dende, the younger Namekian nodded his head to confirm to the human girl that it is indeed true.

"You bet I'm so relieved that nothing has changed since I left." answered Dende, his smile growing wider as he was looking forward to seeing Elder Moori again after seven years of being on Earth. "Hopefully Elder Moori and my brother Cargo would be nearby; they should have the Namekian Dragonballs upgraded by now."
