Announcement
I know I promised that I wouldn't tease you by posting anything else here until the sequel to Back and Forth was ready, but I couldn't help myself because I have three pieces of news that I am bursting about. I'll be short so that you all don't get too annoyed.
1. First, I have been nominated by readers for a Fangreaders Award for Back and Forth! It feels like an Oscar to me. I'm so happy and proud, and it is because you all encouraged me with your reading. If you are interested in voting (other wonderful stories from this site are nominated too), then you can find the link on my profile page.
2. Second, I've been asked to do an Author's Spotlight on the Fangreaders site too! I'll be in there live, chatting my heart out on Monday, January 23 at 9:00 p.m. EST (that's 6:00 California time - my time). I hope that some of you will come and join me. It's easy to join, and the instructions are on my profile page too. Many of you reviewed so much that it was like I got to know you, and I'd love to hear from you again.
3. The first draft of the sequel is almost 790 pages in rough draft form already. The plot is about 80-85% done, and then I will start revisions. I love the direction of the sequel so far. For those of you who are waiting, I can promise that I am working hard and the wait will not be too much longer-maybe another month or two! I may even spill a few spoilers in the chat on Monday.
Okay, that's all I have. I hope you are not too disappointed by my not having something new yet, but I'm working like crazy! And I just had to share my news with everyone that had put me on alerts, etc. because it is because of you that all these wonderful opportunities have happened to me.
