It was a month later but nearly Karu's birthday, making both Chomper and Pricat excited but nervous, because they knew their little human pup did not have many friends, seeing Karu playing with Belle and being cute as usual plus she was excited for her birthday plus teaching her little sister whom was a purple minion like their parents not caring she was different, making Chomper and Pricat grin at this.

"Maybe we should have a family party, for her, since she does not have many friends." Pricat said softly to her brother.

"Yeah, we should, as Karu would love that." Chomper replied mentally planning plus they were going to Gru's house so their friends could help, hoping Mel would not ruin or try to control things.

But at the Gru house, Karu and Lei were running around the lab, playing seeing Karu bump into the Minioniser, as it activated, zapping the girl making Lei curious, hoping her favourite cousin was alright seeing Gru there.

"You alright, Karu, you're not hurt right?" he asked her seeing that purple fur was growing slowly on her, making Lei excited, knowing her favourite cousin was becoming like her, seeing Gru nod telling her to keep it a secret.

"Okay grandpa, but what about uncle Chomper and Aunt Pricat, won't they freak?" Lei asked.

"No sweetie, once I tell them, plus it was just an accident." Gru told her.

She was happy that her favourite cousin was becoming a purple minion like her, making Dave and Kevin grin at this knowing Chomper and Pricat might not mind, what happened to Karu, plus they were busy tending to Belle, who was Karu's younger sister so this might be a good thing.

Chomper and Pricat were surprised, but not angry as it had just been an accident, knowing that Karu would be happy being a purple minion like them, and Belle having a snack making Gru chuckle at this, plus Lei could help her adjust to being a purple minion like them, so was making a snack for when Karu woke up.

But Belle was crawling around in the lab as a beam from a growth ray making the infant purple minion giantic, stunning Gru and Lucy but surprised Chomper and Pricat, knowing Belle was not scared, having fun being bigger than everybody, scooping tnem up into her overall pocket, making Pricat surprised knowing Belle did not mean what she was doing.

"Belle sweetie, be careful alright, and don't hurt our family that are in your pocket, alright?" she said, as she was now fifty feet tall, impressing Lei, knowing Karu would be impressed, if she saw this knowing she would be impressed, realising she was becoming a purple minion herself.

Chomper found the Growth Ray, pressing the shrinking button, as a beam shot out, hitting Belle shrinking her back to her normal height relieving yet worrying Pricat, guessing everybody in her overall pocket had been shrunk, taking them out carefully using her magic, to bring them back to their normal heights, relieving Gru, because a giantic Belle was not a good thing seeing Pricat agree.

"Wow, I'm becoming like you, mommy and Belle, which is awesome." Karu told Chomper.

"Yep, but we can help you get used to it, meaning you are gonna get very cute." Chomper replied, while having some play time while Pricat was tending to a hyper Belle, so Karu was excited about becoming a purple minion like her parents and sister after waking up earlier from her nap, seeing she was growing purple fur!

"Yep, a ray in your grandpa's lab hit you, which is turning you into a purple minion like dad and me, along with Belle." Pricat told her making Karu very happy, making Pricat giggle at her energy, so was letting her be because Belle was taking an nap hoping things would be alright, plus Karu was getting quite rambunctious, just like purple minions did knowing her new instincts were kicking in, knowing she would be wired during the night, which was fine with him and Pricat.

"Yep, but we should let your sister sleep, or she'll be a grumpy pup." Pricat told her.

Karu couldn't wait to look like her parents and little sister, imagining how awesome that would be, giggling to herself making Chomper and Pricat wonder what was running through her mind, guessing it was about becoming like them, but they could talk about it later.
