"I'm home!"
"Welcome home, Gio-nii!" Tsuna welcomed his beloved brother who just came back from his college with a smile. It would be a lie if Tsuna didn't worry about him, it's already 10 Pm and his brother just came back with an exhausted look. Recently, Giotto came home late.
He said that it's because his assignments (again).
"Assignments again?" Asked Tsuna to Giotto as he takes off his shoes and put it in the shoe-rack, "Mm hm, you could say that." Giotto gives Tsuna a smile, a sign that he is all right. Giotto doesn't want to make his little brother worried more than he already is.
"You're not tired? Rest down a bit."
"Well, I'm tired indeed. But just looking at your cute face it made my battery full again."
"Gio-nii!" Screamed Tsuna with a flushed red face, Giotto giggled and pats Tsuna's fluffy anti-gravity hair. In the middle of enjoying the soft strands on his hand, suddenly Giotto's vision become a little blurry and a terrible headache attacks him.
'Eh…? Did I push myself too hard…?'
Giotto's body fell to the wooden floor, Tsuna gasped and shaking his brother's body with a little hope that he will wake up soon and see those beautiful blue eyes, "Gio-nii!"
No answer.
"GIO-NII!"

A warm damp cloth being put on Giotto's burning forehead.
His cheeks flushed red because of his high body temperature, beads of sweat keep sliding down from his face to his body, eyebrows wrinkled as he slowly breath through his mouth… and those beautiful blue sky orbs can't be seen because he closed his eyes tightly. Tsuna clutching Giotto's bed sheets tightly as he seeing his beloved brother's sick figure, the usual smile and full energy figure of Giotto is nowhere to be seen.
Nana is now searching for medicine downstairs for Giotto, while the brunette is sits beside Giotto's bed silently and observing every movements he make. It's a rare occasions for Giotto to be sick like this, the last time he fell sick when he is in 2nd grade of elementary school. So this will be the first time Tsuna looking closely at his brother's defenseless figure.
"Tsu-kun, I brought a medicine for Gio."
Hearing his name called, Tsuna glanced to the source of the voice. Nana standing behind him while carrying a glass of water and a pill in her hands. Tsuna nodded and trying to wake up Giotto so he can eat the medicine, "Gio-nii, wake up. You have to take the medicine." Giotto stirred up from his sleep and opened his eyes slightly.
"Tsu…na?"
Tsuna smiled bitterly seeing his brother like this.
With a help from Nana, Giotto somehow managed to swallow the medicine and winced a bit when felt the cold water sliding down his throat. Giotto smiled for the last time to Tsuna and his mother before he gets back to sleep. Tsuna sighed heavily and turned around to see his mother.
"Hey… Mom."
"What is it, Tsu-kun?"
"Can I stay here? I want to stay by his side until his fever is gone."
"But you have school tomorrow."
"It's all right, I won't stay up late." Said Tsuna as he gripped Giotto's hand tightly with eyes full of determination. Nana sighed deeply seeing her son's stubbornness.
"All right, I'll bring an extra blanket for you then." With that Nana walked away from Giotto's room to bring a warm blanked for her youngest son, after his mother is nowhere to be seen, Tsuna leaned his body towards Giotto to losing a gap between them and pressed his lips softly at Giotto's burning forehead.
"Gio-nii…" Called Tsuna.
No answer from him.
No warm smile he usually gives.
Tsuna tightened his grips at Giotto's hand.
"Get well soon, Gio-nii."
…
His body like burning in flamed – even his throat, he really need a glass of water right now. His head throbbing painfully from the headache and now his stomach feels funny, he's afraid if he talks something other than his voice will come out. All of the power he stored inside has vanished into the thin air just like that, moving a single finger is the best he could do right now.
Those pale eyelids fluttering slowly before revealed the beautiful sky blue eyes.
'Ugh… I feel terrible…'
Giotto glanced around to see his surrounding, the curtain is closed with a ray of moon light coming in from a gap between the curtains. Then he noticed that there's someone inside besides him, and he was right –but he never expected to see Tsuna here besides him.
'Tsu..na?'
Giotto tries his best to lift up his hand and pat those fluffy chocolate strands of Tsuna. Steady breathing with a lightly parted lips, his legs is on the floor while the rest of his body on the edge of the bed. A white blanket covering his shoulder and lower half.
Giotto keeps rubbing his hands softly to Tsuna's hair.
Tsuna who feels like someone touching him, slowly opened his eyes. It was blurry at first, but he managed to adapt to his surroundings. Then he saw his brother all awake and patting his head. Without thinking of anything else, he throws himself towards Giotto and pulled him into a tight hug.
"Gi-Gio-nii… Gio-nii… Gio-nii…" Said Tsuna while burying his face into Giotto's chest. Giotto was surprised at first indeed, but he hugged back Tsuna when felt a warm tears wetting his chest.
"Shhh… I'm here, Tsuna…" Said Giotto as he rubbing Tsuna's back in circular motion – trying to make his crying brother feel better.
"I-I was really worried whe-when you suddenly collapsed in front of me…" Giotto brought Tsuna's head up so he can see Giotto's face properly, "See Tsuna? I'm fine." Giotto gives Tsuna a smile to make sure that he's all right, but Tsuna just nodded and trying to wipes the tears away from his eyes. Giotto leaned forward and kissed Tsuna's cheek, and somehow he managed to stop the tears too.
Giotto then smiled before kissed Tsuna on the lips, of course, Tsuna was surprised and didn't know what to do at the moment – but he slowly relaxed his body and kissed back Giotto. The blonde pulled Tsuna closer and bit his lower lip, using that chance to slips his tongue inside and letting the wet muscle exploring Tsuna's wet cavern. Tsuna closed his eyes tightly and grabbed Giotto's shirt. When Giotto breaks the kiss, a string of saliva connected them before it snaps.
"Hmm… I felt really good to kiss you, your mouth felt cold."
"Gio-nii! Don't say it like that…" Tsuna covers his blushing face with Giotto's blanket and starts to mumble something Giotto's ears can't catch. Giotto giggled at his brother cute figure.
"Let's sleep." Said Giotto as he pulled Tsuna into a tight embrace then, Tsuna stayed still when Giotto pulled the blanket to cover their bodies. After shifted into a comfortable position, Tsuna leaned his head to Giotto's chest. The older brother just smiled and kissed Tsuna's forehead.
"Have a nice dream, Tsuna."
"You too, Gio-nii."
'And get well soon.'
…
Morning has come.
It's the time for Nana to waking up her youngest son from his brother's room to prepare to go to school today, "Tsu-kun?" Called Nana while knocking on the door. She waited for a few minutes. But no answer. Then she decided to open it, she twist the doorknob and pushed it slowly. She smiled when saw sleeping Giotto with Tsuna in his arms – sleeping as well. Nana shook her head and closes the door with a soft click.
"Guess I'll have to call his school then."
…
"Why are you following me, Baseball-idiot?!"
"Why not? I'm worried about Tsuna too."
"Tch."
Gokudera stopped for a while when arrived at Sawada residence's gate before pushed the gate and walked in. He lift his hand up and knocked the door.
Knock knock
After a while, Nana opened the door for them, "My, Gokudera-kun and Yamamoto-kun."
"Good afternoon, Ooka-sama." Gokudera bowed politely.
"Good afternoon." Yamamoto gives his usual grins.
"Good afternoon you two." Nana replied with a smile.
"Is Te – Tsuna's home?" Gokudera asked in a worry tone. Of course, there's a call for the School mentioned that they received a call about Tsuna absent today. But still, when everyone is studying like usual, Gokudera was worried to death – because Tsuna isn't a person who absent just because a fever. There's one day he went to school with a fever before.
"Yes he is, come in." Nana pleased Tsuna's friends into her house, Gokudera bowed again and takes off his shoes and put it neatly, Yamamoto followed after. Yamamoto closed the door and followed Gokudera again from behind.
"Ah, maybe Tsu-kun is in her brother's room right now, if you don't found him in his room try there."
WHAT?
"All right." With heavy footsteps, Gokudera drags his feet up the wooden stairs. Now his mind is full of the reason why Tsuna is in Giotto's room. If Tsuna's sick, why is he in Giotto's room? And…If Giotto is the one who sick… - okay, his mind capacity is full.
"Gokudera, where's Giotto's room anyway?"
"It's here." Answered Gokudera when reached a chocolate wooden door across Tsuna's room. Without thinking of knocking the door, he immediately opens the door. Gokudera and Yamamoto blinked and trying to process a scene they saw in the room, Tsuna is feeding porridge to Giotto who's sit on his bed.
Gokudera regretted that he didn't knock the door before.
Meh.
Realized that the door is opened, Tsuna glanced back and surprised when saw his best friends standing there. Tsuna blushed for a moment there and put down the bowl of porridge on the floor, "Gokudera-kun, Yamamoto."
"Yo, Tsuna!"
"Tenth… why are you in his room?"
"Umm… I'm feeding Gio-nii porridge?"
"Problem?" Chirped Giotto who's sitting on his bed and leaning his back to the bed post. Gokudera doesn't say anything but sending Giotto the best death glare he have, Giotto noticed that and smirked in victory. While Yamamoto and Tsuna sweat dropped seeing their friend and brother acting like that.
"Nah, it's okay. Did we interrupt you, Tsuna?" Asked Yamamoto with a smile, Tsuna shook his head and smiled, "No, it's all right, Yamamoto."
"Tenth, why didn't you come to school today? You're perfectly fine." Asked Gokudera who's snapped back into reality and judging from his face, he lost the glaring competition against the smirking blonde on the bed, "Gio-nii's sick, so I want to treat him. Well, at first I intended to go to school, but I overslept. So… yeah."
"I see – oh yeah, we're here to bring you the homework for today, you have to finish it the day after tomorrow." Yamamoto bumped Gokudera's shoulder softly.
Tsuna screamed mentally.
"I've written it down, and if there's anything you don't understand – either it's from my writings or the question, please give me a call anytime." Gokudera reached for his bag and pulled out a blue notebook, Tsuna reached for it and smiled bitterly. It's math. For Colossal Titan's sake in neighbor fandom! Tsuna hold his urge to burn this notebook. He flipped the pages and noticed that besides the questions and a few notes, there are comments from the silverette.
[Tenth, this is the formula for number 3.]
[Be careful when answer it, Tenth!]
[Do your best!]
And many more.
Those messages are written with red circle around it, making it visible from other writings. Tsuna surprised but then he smiled and pulled the notebook close to his chest.
"Gokudera-kun, thank you so much!" Said Tsuna as he smiled towards Gokudera with the warmest smile he can give. Gokudera widened his eyes in surprise before covered his face with his hand along with a faint of; "You're welcome."
"Gokudera-kun, Yamamoto-kun, we have a cake downstairs, so if you like – "
"No thanks Ma'am, we're just here to give Tsuna the homework for today." Asnwered Yamamoto in Gokudera's behalf. Nana blinked in confusion when saw a blushing Gokudera, over-joyed Tsuna and the blonde surrounded with a dark aura.
"Well, I can't be helped then. Come again next time, I'll have a cake prepared for you two."
"Thank you, kaa-sama." Said Gokudera.
"All right then, see you tomorrow Tsuna – that's if you're gonna go to school tomorrow." Said Yamamoto with his usual grins, Tsuna smiled in response, "I will. And thank you for visiting me today." Gokudera smiled at that and prepare himself to go home, but before that, Gokudera glanced at Giotto and give him a smirk in triumph.
"I'll accompany you down." Yamamoto and Gokudera accepted that offer whole heartedly. Then the trio walks side by side through the corridor to the stairs – leaving Giotto alone in his room all by himself. Nana already went downstairs a few moments before Tsuna and his friends.
And,
Giotto now is in a really bad mood.
"Tenth, go down first with Baseball-idiot, I think I dropped something in Giotto's room." Gokudera stopped walking, Tsuna and Yamamoto gives Gokudera a look full of questions.
"Okay then, we'll be waiting downstairs." Said Tsuna that replied by Gokudera with a smile. After confirming that's Tsuna and Yamamoto is completely out of reach, Gokudera turned his body sharply and enter Giotto's room without any hesitations.
"What?" Asked Giotto coldly.
"What is your relationship with Tsuna exactly?" Giotto sharpened his gaze at the silverette's questions. Honestly, he never expected that this friend of his brother would ask this now. Before he answers to that question, Giotto let out a long sigh and stares to Gokudera's emerald eyes sharply.
"Just a normal brother relationship." Gokudera rolled his eyes and snorted at that answer, "No matter how I look at it, it's obvious that it has passed that border."
"What do you want?"
"Stay away from Tsuna." Giotto raised his eyebrows.
"Why should I?"
"Even if you have some kind of relationship with Tsuna, in romantic ways that passed the border of siblings love – You are still his brother." Giotto can't say anything when Gokudera's words pierced his heart. He silently grabs the bed sheets tightly until his knuckles become white.
"Excuse me." With that, Gokudera leaves the room to meet with Tsuna who's waiting for him downstairs with Yamamoto. After a while, Giotto relaxed his body so his back isn't leaned to the bed post anymore. He turned his body facing the cold wall besides him while mumbling Gokudera's last words to him.
…
"Gio-nii?" Called Tsuna after he escorted his best friends to his house's gate. Because he received no answers from beyond that closed door, Tsuna nodded to himself and twist the door knob slowly. And there he found his brother sleeping on his bed facing the wall.
"Gio-nii…?"
"Tsuna?" Giotto turns his body slowly and stares at Tsuna with an empty eyes, Tsuna was taken back when saw that hollow eyes of his brother, "Gio-nii… are you okay?"
"Mm yeah, I'm fine."
"U-Umm, there's still porridge left, so if you want – "
"I'm fine. And could you please leave? I want to sleep for a bit."
Tsuna bit his lip and nodded. Unwillingly he left from Giotto's room anyway and enter his own room, he let his body fell to the soft mattress and hugged a pillow tightly. His mind is full of Giotto – did he do something wrong? Why is he like that…? Tsuna doesn't know anymore and let single tear fell down from his eyes.
While Giotto is staring at his rooms white ceilings with Gokudera's words echoing in his mind.
"His brother… huh?"

A/N;
I'm sorry, but I'm not abandoning this story, I swear. I just need time to straighten some plots for this story. Honestly, I don't know myself where this going is.
So, do you want me to change the rating into 'M'? Well, there will be a lemon scene but it's quite far from here though.
Thank you, you can contact me from FB or Twitt or something, just see it in my profile.
