Chapter 10: Transform

SASUKE'S POV (THIRD PERSON)

"Come on Naruto, what's taking you so long?" Sasuke was sitting at Iruka's desk resting his chin on his hand, tapping his fingers in impatience. He leaned back to look at the monitors. The time read 5:30am.

NARUTO'S POV (THIRD PERSON)

Naruto was secretly honing in on a conversation in the shadows. He was using his chakra to stay pressed against the wall close to the ceiling that was above an office. Being that this building was so old, the ceilings were extremely tall. His distance from the ground would do some serious damage if not kill someone if they landed just right when they hit the ground.

"What? Granny's in on this?" Naruto quietly said to himself. Tsunade was conversing with some guards.

"Thank you boys, have a good day."

"You're welcome Lady Tsunade!"

"Always a pleasure working for a beautiful young woman like you Lady Tsunade." Flattered she laughed a sexy laugh and walked over to her desk.

"Yeah, yeah." The guards left her office and she used her hand to flip back her blonde hair in a prissy manner. Naruto stuck his tongue out in disgust.

*Yeah soak it up you lyin' old hag. I can't believe this little bi-* Naruto's thoughts were interrupted from the sight of Asuma walking into her office. Naruto gasped.

*Shit!* Naruto knew he needed to leave. But a much stronger part of him couldn't resist the urge to listen for just a little bit longer.

"How's it Tsunade?" Asuma had his hand in the air wearing a smile on his face with his permanent cigarette hanging out the corner. Tsunade shuffled her papers in annoyance. She didn't take her eyes from them.

"I'm well how you are Asuma?"

"Can't complain. How are your new hires going?"

"Good, great actually. Anything to keep this place under wraps."

"Yeah tell me about it. Iruka's been having a rough time of it though."

"That reminds me, how is the Uchiha boy doing?" Tsunade looked up from her papers for the first time.

"Still alive. I'll be sure of it."

"Good. We can't afford to lose him. Deplorable condition or not, his chakra is too precious. Don't let that light fade in him."

"It hasn't Tsunade." She looked back down at her papers.

"Not to mention those eyes."

"Right."

"I've been meaning to have words with Iruka about that whole incident." Asuma sighed in worry.

"Tsunade I think he just lost his cool." She slammed her fists down onto her desk and stood from her chair.

"He did more than just 'lose his cool' Asuma!"

"What else was he supposed to do Tsunade?!" Even with his retaliation, Asuma had fear in his voice.

"The boy was pressing his luck every single day with his bullshit attempts and you know it. Iruka seemed to get the brunt of it. Plus, there was no way Iruka could cast his jutsu with Sasuke's Sharingan!" Tsunade stared for a moment, then closed her eyes and inhaled a calming breath. She sat back down in her chair and brought her fingers to her temples.

"I knew we should've taken stronger precautions with that boy…he was strong, too strong." Tsunade's voice was softer. Almost in an apologetic tone. She breathed hard and began to gather her papers into a neat pile.

"Well now, not so much." She stopped gathering the papers for a moment and looked up at Asuma angrily to his sarcastic comment, then looked away and tapped her papers loudly on her desk to straighten them out.

"Just report to me with his status after your shift." Asuma turned around and began to walk out of her office. Naruto comically threw a shocked expression onto his face and nearly lost his chakra concentration to his feet.

*SHIT. I need to get to Sasuke before he does!* Naruto hurriedly exited Tsunade's office into the dim hallway crawling above Asuma like an amphibious frog, embodying the true talent of a stealthy ninja. He quietly took off ahead of Asuma bouncing from wall to wall close to the ceiling.

SASUKE'S POV (THIRD PERSON)

Sasuke leaned the chair back so it was standing on only two wheels looking over his shoulder at the monitors to see that it was now 5:40am. He had been looking at the clock frequently growing more and more concerned versus impatient now for Naruto. Immediately after Iruka's door flew open and slammed into the wall ricocheting off of it. All balance was lost and the chair along with Sasuke fell backwards onto the ground.

"GAH!" Sasuke's outburst was met by a loud thud. As he fell backwards he managed to look over and process that it was indeed Naruto standing in the door way with his hand firmly pressed against the door.

"Why'd ya burst into here like that you idiot?! Sasuke was not only in pain, but embarrassed. Something that usually never happened to the cool and collected mystery boy. Naruto slammed the door shut behind him and ran over to help Sasuke up from the floor. He was holding the back of his head.

"Sasuke you've gotta get out of here!"

"Ugh, what?" Sasuke rubbed the back of his head then lowered his hand in front of him. The typical action a person will do to make sure they are not bleeding after a hard smack like that.

"Asu-"

"What took you so damn long?! I was worried sick!" Naruto couldn't even continue finish his cut off sentence. He just stared in shock with his mouth open at Sasuke who was returning his stare crossly. Naruto's cheeks filled with blood. They stared continued for a few more moments until Naruto shook his head and snapped himself out of his personal thoughts.

"Uh, uh, Asuma! He is on his way! You need to leave now!" They both heard the steel doors open and Naruto humorously jumped up and put both of his hands on top of Sasuke's head pushing him down to the floor.

"Quick! Hide under here!" Naruto shoved Sasuke underneath Iruka's desk and walked over to Iruka's door with his hands gripping his hair.

NARUTO'S POV (THIRD PERSON)

*Ah man this is it, this is it! We're done, we're so done!* Naruto could hear Asuma's steps approaching louder and louder. His stressed grip on his hair squeezed tighter. He heard the door knob begin to turn. And in that split second he saw a blue light. He looked over his shoulder to see the blue light dimming from underneath Iruka's desk.

"Hey there Naruto!" Naruto nearly jumped out of his skin and he redirected his attention to Asuma's smiling face.

"U-Uh hey there Asuma!" Naruto laughed nervously and rubbed the back of his head. He felt a bead of sweat fall from his temple and trickle down past his ear onto his jaw line, tickling all the way down. It grew cold from the air by the time it made it to his jaw line and dripped onto the floor.

"Hey Sakura!" Naruto's eyes shot open and seen Asuma wearing that same smile, waving that same wave to someone behind him. He turned around to see indeed, a Sakura look-a-like. She was returning his smile and wave.

"Hi Asuma! Naruto, what's WRONG? Don't look so TENSE our shift is almost over, REMEMBER?" The Sakura look-a-like was still smiling, saying this through bared teeth.

"…Sasuke?" Naruto mouthed silently. The pink haired girl kept that same cheesy smile and discreetly nodded her head 'yes'.

"How'd the night go guys?" Naruto jumped again. He slowly turned around to face Asuma once more.

"Pretty good, same as usual." Sasuke/Sakura responded.

"That's good. Hey is Iruka around?" Asuma scratched the back his head as his eyes scanned the perimeter of his office.

"Oh you missed him, he left early last night. He wasn't feeling so hot." Naruto replied.

"Ohh that's right. Yeah he did call me saying he had some sort of stomach thing going on or something. In fact, I remember now. He said he thought he got it from you?" Iruka pointed at Sasuke/Sakura. Naruto freakishly looked over his shoulder with wide eyes. He seen Sasuke/Sakura jump and her pink hair frazzle.

"Me…?" She pointed to herself. Naruto gestured his hand to keep rolling with it.

"Ah uh I mean oh yeah that's right I-I mean you're right. I feel terrible for it."

"Well that's what happens when you work with people right?" Asuma laughed and Sasuke/Sakura grabbed his stomach.

"Ya know I still am not feeling back to one hundred percent. Do you mind if I leave an hour early and let Naruto finish up our shift?"

"Sure thing sweetheart. I mean, I sure as hell don't want you around me."

"Thank you Asuma. Naruto, would you mind walking me to my car just in case? I have been feeling kind of light headed. But I know I'll be fine once I sit down."

"U-Uh, yeah sure! Be right back Asuma!" Sasuke/Sakura began to walk towards the office door and Naruto quickly joined his side.

"Alrighty. Feel better Sakura! Now time to disinfect!" They both left Iruka's office and Sasuke/Sakura shut the door behind himself.

"That's her badge right?" Naruto said quietly. Sasuke/Sakura held it up from his chest and nodded 'yes'.

"Good idea Sasuke. I was wondering how we could get you out of here." The steel doors opened and they both stepped out into the dim hallway, being sure to be out of the camera's view.

"Yeah but that's only half of our battle. How are we going to fake the fucked up part of me in my room?" Naruto put his hand on his chin for a moment. Then he redirected his eyes from the floor and opened his mouth stealing a quick gasp.

"That's it!" He said immediately after snapping his fingers.

"Sasuke, just leave it to me. Head over Sakura's and I'll meet ya there in about an hour or so." With that said Naruto brought his hands together and formed a sign. A blue light slowly consumed and transformed his body starting from the middle of his back forward, ending with a pair of large succulent breasts bouncing into completion. There stood a perfect Granny Tsunade look-a-like.

"What the…?" Sasuke/Sakura said in confusion.

"I'd say we're pretty hot don't cha think Sasuke?" Naruto said with his hand behind his head popping his hip out.

"A little big on the rack don't cha think Naruto?" Sasuke/Sakura said agitatedly with his eyebrow twitching.

"What? They always look like this!"

"Ugh!" Sasuke/Sakura shook his head quickly back and forth. Clearly trying to defer his thoughts from the tantalizing site of a female form before him.

"T-That's not the point. Why did you transform into her?!"

"Remember when you told me to scan the perimeter?" They both gasped when they heard the echoing sound of Iruka's office door opening.

"Shit! Just go I'll explain later!"

SASUKE'S POV (THIRD PERSON)

Naruto/Tsunade turned around and ran back into the light beaming from the steel doors. Sasuke/Sakura quietly pressed against the wall and slid behind one of the steel doors. When the doors were open they would not completely lay flat against the wall. He looked through the crack and could see Asuma and Naruto/Tsunade facing each other.

"Ah Asuma, there you are."

"Oh! Lady Tsunade. What brings you here?"

"I've come for the boy."

"Who? Sasuke?"

"Yes the Uchiha boy. Remember our discussion earlier? Well I've been thinking. I want to put him in the care of someone who can monitor him more closely. I can't have him dying on me from these injuries."

"O-Oh well, I mean if that's what you want." Asuma was rubbing the back of his head from the randomness of her 'decision'.

*What?! That dobe! He must've found out that she was a higher up within this shit or something. If that is the case, then how does he plan on hiding this from Tsunade herself?* A loud creaking noise caused Sasuke/Sakura to jump. The steel doors were closing.

"Fuck, no!" Sasuke/Sakura whispered loudly. He agonizingly watched them seal shut and threw his hand into his face. The ability to further listen to their conversation was diminished. The doors were completely sound proof and he knew it.

"Ugh it's no use. Naruto better have a good plan up his sleeve." Sasuke/Sakura walked down the dimly lit corridors and got passed the guards flashing Sakura's badge wearing a poker face with ease. When he stepped outside of the tunnel the sunlight kissed his skin and he stopped in his tracks. He looked down at his feet, then up at the town taking in the beauty. A light breeze caressed his face and pink strands of hair danced around him. He closed his eyes and took in a deep breath in utter realization that he was standing on free ground, outside of that asylum.

*It's been so long…*
