So after watching Star Wars the Force Awakens eight thousand times I've decided on a star wars story soon to come but that'll come at a later time. Guys let me tell you, I teared up when I watched it, I was just so happy that they recaptured the magic that made Star Wars not just a great Star Wars movie but a great Movie overall
Glad to always see love from you guys on this story, I'm starting to feel like this is my personal favorite.
Usually I have something say…can't really think of anything really groundbreaking.
I'm working hard on Noble Justice, Returning to Noble Spartan, Noble Heroes, writing my newest crossover League of Avengers as well as starting up another new crossover, my Kingdom hearts/Mass Effect which has yet to receive a name, so you all know what that means! Send in your name ideas for the title of my Kh/ME crossover before I think of a name and the best on wins!
Oh and it should be clearly obvious that the first part of this crossover is coming to its end. The first mass effect game while good, when compared to the other Mass Effect games has without a doubt the shortest campaign. You could seriously play through the main story mode without any of the side missions in a matter of hours.
But thankfully, once that gets out of the way, things are gonna become WAY more fun and the story will be a lot longer.
In all honesty, I think this crossover will be about…..i dunno sixty chapters long? Maybe more. Daunting goal really but I will do my damn hardest to finish this and give you all something awesome
Keep up the reviews with comparing the team to the avengers. Have an entire list down please and this time, go nuts with all the teams of Mass Effect. I love seeing that stuff

Along Came a Spider Chapter 14: I know what I want to do on Ilos
Normandy exited the Mu Relay, flying towards Ilos which of course was guarded by a fleet of Geth ships.
"Oh that looks promising" Garrus dryly remarked, standing beside Peter in the cockpit of the
"Have their sensors picked us up yet?" Liara asked
"Stealth systems are engaged" Joker informed the team "Unless we get close enough for a visual, they'll have no idea that we're here"
Navigator Pressly then added more information to an already tense situation
"Picking up strange readings from the planet's surface"
"Take us down Joker" Shepard ordered "Lock in on the coordinates"
"Negative on that Commander" Pressly quickly said "The nearest landings zone is two klicks away"
"We can't make it in time on foot" Kaidan said exasperatedly
"He's right" Ashley agreed "Get us something closer"
"There is nowhere closer, I've looked" Pressly barked back
"Maybe I should go in" Spider-man suggested "Help clear a landing zone"
"Now way in hell Peter" Shepard said sternly "We have no idea the kind of firepower Saren has down there. If we're doing this, we're doing this together"
"Copy that, Shepard" Spider-man ruefully complied
"Then drop us in the Mako" Shepard said
"You need at least a hundred meters of open terrain to pull off a drop like that" Pressly said "The most I can find near Saren is twenty"
"Twenty meters?!" Ashley exclaimed "No way we could make a drop like that"
"We have to try" Liara said
"Find another landing zone" Ashley said to Pressly
"THERE IS NO OTHER LANDING ZONE" Pressly shouted
"The decent angle is too steep" Tali added "Keelah knows what could happen"
"It's our only option" Liara reasoned
"Why are we even discussing this" Wrex spoke up "We've done, Incredibly stupid bullshit together for the past few months"
"Wrex is right" Garrus continued on "I think a landing zone should be the least of our concerns"
"It's not an option" Ashley argued "It's a suicide run"
"This whole mission has been a suicide run" Spider-man remarked
All arguments stopped when Joker said determinedly
"I can do it"
"Joker?" Shepard was unsure as to what he heard
"I. Can. Do. It" Joker reiterated with even more confidence
Knowing there was no point in further discussion, Shepard made it clear to the team
"Gear up and head down to the Mako" Shepard commanded "Joker, be sure to drop us right on top of that son of a bitch"
The crew all glanced at one another before rushing to their areas, collecting their gear and weapons and went right into the Mako.
They felt the Normandy begin to speed up as they piled into the Mako.
"Oh god, is it too late to back out" Ashley moaned, already green faced, dreading Shepards driving
"Hey, you decided to stick with us the entire way" Kaidan joked, nudging the soldier as he sat down beside her
"Besides" Spider-man cheerfully said on the ceiling "Shouldn't you have gotten used to it by now"
"Fuck you both" Ashley groaned, leaning back and shutting her eyes tightly as the Mako shuttered "All the way to hell"
"Get ready everyone" Shepard said in total seriousness "Let's bring this bastard down"
There was a cry of 'Yes sirs' from the team, now all getting mentally focused for the task at hand.
The Normandy entered the atmosphere of Ilos, now descending to the planet's surface.
Down below, a contingent of Geth with Saren walked towards a bunker, their surroundings looking something like that out of a post-apocalyptic movie.
Saren was about to enter the building when the sounds of engines caught his ear. Looking up, he saw the Normandy coming at the structure at full speed.
Turning back, he quickly told the Geth to get inside, closing the door after him.
The Mako shot out from the Normandy, thrusters on full blast to level it's fall. The Mako bounced a bit, before screeching to a halt a few feet away from the entrance.
Ashley quickly stumbled out, followed by Tali and Liara and the red head proceeded to hurl. She was held up by Tali and Liara who both rubbed her back and kept her hair out of her face.
"Ash" Peter rushed up to her, getting in front of her when she sat down on the wall of the bunker.
"I'll be fine" Ashley said, rubbing Peter's arm that he placed on her shoulder "Just help me up"
"You alright, Gunnery Chief" Kaidan asked
"Worst. Landing. Ever. Lt" Ashley said drearily "I think I've had enough of Makos to last a lifetime"
"You and me both" Kaidan agreed with a weak chuckle
""So what now?" Wrex asked
"We've got to get inside this Bunker before Saren finds the conduit" Liara stated "There is no way we can get this open with Brute force"
Peter momentarily paused, scrutinizing the doorway that stood before the crew. His mind went into to overdrive whilst the crew discussed amongst themselves.
He glanced down at his armored hand. He didn't know if his armor could take the pressure he was about to apply, but he was damn sure his now symbiote enhanced body could do so no doubt.
Clenching his hand he knew what he had to do.
"So we find the Security override and get through" Tali said
"You heard the lady, let's…" Shepard glanced around, noting that they were missing someone
"Spider-man?" Shepard said, making everyone now look around
"Uh guys?" Tali said, pointing back at the bunker
Everyone turned to look towards spider-man who was bouncing a bit, loosening up his shoulders and rotating his neck.
"Ok" Peter murmured "Here we go"
Inserting his fingers in the small thin opening between doors, Peter began to strain as he attempted to open the doors through sheer strength.
"Peter?" Garrus said in bewilderment "What in spirits name are you doing?!"
Spider-man opted not to answer, instead focusing everything on the obstacle before him. Time was of the essence.
'Man really wish I had Hulk here right about now' Spider-man mirthfully chuckled in his mind
Gritting his teeth, Spider-man began to apply even more strength.
"Spider-man" Tali exclaimed "Are you insane?! There's no way you can open that"
The rest of the crew was about to vocally agree with Tali as well when they heard a deep creek from the door. They all froze in shock and somewhat anticipation.
'MORE' Peter mentally screamed at himself and now Peter began to add even more strength, now beginning to feel a creeping burn in his muscles.
But that didn't matter. All that mattered was getting in to stop Saren.
And with an even more purpose behind him, Peter growled out and with all his strength the doors started to slowly open, the metals straining from the pressure of Spider-man's power.
Everyone's jaws dropped in complete and utter astonishment, not believing what they were seeing.
Peter started to feel his body shudder but that did little to deter him. Cracks were now appearing on his armor, specifically his arms.
But with a mighty shout, Peter flung both doors apart, opening the way into the Bunker.
If Peter had been facing the crew, he would have whipped out his camera and had taken a picture at the priceless expressions the Normandy team currently held.
But right now, he just collapsed onto his knees, heaving heavily from the strain.
"Haven't done that in a while" Spider-man said in a bit of a croaky voice
"Holy fucking shit" Garrus and Kaidan whispered together at the same time
The rest of the crew just stood there, unmoving in total shock.
"Did that…." Ashley stammered "Did that seriously….just happen?"
"Keelah" Was all Tali said
It was at that point that Garrus finally realized that his friend was down on the ground and by the looks of things didn't look so hot.
He ran to his side, sliding down onto his knee.
"Peter!" Garrus said aloud, shaking his friends shoulder "Peter, are you alright?!"
Liara and Ashley at this point had also at long last shook themselves from their shock and also joined Garrus and Peter.
"Peter" Ashley and Liara said in clear worry
At long last after hearing the three concerned friends, the rest of the crew went up to the other half, surrounding the web-head.
"Spider-man" Shepard said in worry "Are you alright?"
"That was fucking crazy" Wrex bluntly stated
"Damn right" Kaidan said
"Ow" Peter finally managed out, making everyone shut up "That hurt, WAY too much"
"How in the hell did you pull that off?!" Shepard asked
"Super strength" Peter remarked, looking up at the commander "Where there's a will, there's a way"
"Dude" Garrus chuckled weakly "That was fucking incredible"
"Doesn't feel incredible" Spider-man said weakly "Needed to get through, right?"
Shepard instantly realized and remembered their mission, his objective now fully returned to his mind
"Let's get you back into the Mako" Shepard said "Try to relax for a bit while I take care of the driving"
"Can do Commander" Peter managed to salute
"How are you even moving right now?!" Ashley said
"Ask questions later, Gunnery" Kaidan said as he moved to help Garrus, both men hefting Peter up on their shoulders, all three moving to the Mako with the rest in tow.
Cautiously setting down Peter into a comfortable position in one of the chairs the rest all sat down, Garrus and Shepard getting into their positions.
"Who votes we take the Mako into the underground, creepy Bunker?" Shepard remarked
He was met with a resounding 'aye' from all. Shepard drove right into the bunker
"There's something in the air here" Tali said with a shiver
"Death is on the wind" Wrex hummed "It's a good place for killing"
Wrex of course was met with the stares of the team
"What?" Wrex said indignantly "So you guys can brush off Spider-man's holy shit strength but a Krogan being poetic is too shocking for you"
"It's not that" Liara said
"It's just we don't know how many More shockers can we take today" Garrus quipped
"Guys can you not" Spider-man said, his voice hallway to normal "If you keep saying Shocker, Sakoln is going to magically show up and cause even more problems as it is"
"I second that" Shepard said "I think I've seen my fair share of crazy for the day thank you"
"Why do I feel like something like that would happen" Garrus dryly said
"Because it would probably" Tali said with a shrug
"This Bunker" Liara murmured as she studied what they passed "This is a Prothean bunker! My entire life, studying Protheans, I never would have imagined finding a place like this"
"This Bunker Might have been the last refuge of their entire species" Liara said ecstatically "Just imagine what mysteries it might hold! Imagine What secrets it might reveal!"
"Guys" Spider-man groaned "Liara's geeking out over here"
"Hey" Wrex said to the Asari "Fate of the galaxy at stake here. Go do your excavations later"
"Sorry" Liara stuttered in embarrassment "It's just so overwhelming for me, seeing all this. I hope I can come back here to study this place once this is all over"
"We'll make it a birthday gift for ya" Spider-man joker
"Yeah, tools and everything" Tali added "We'll even be here to take pictures"
They continued to drive through another hallway when Kaidan noted
"What's up with these things on the wall?" He asked
"They look like containers of something" Garrus said, rubbing his chin as he looked at the walls of the Bunker and their strange contraptions
"Any ideas, Liara?" Ashley asked "You are the archeologist here"
"They look like Stasis pods" Liara surmised "The Protheans tried to keep themselves alive through cryogenic freezing"
"Something must have went wrong" She added somberly "The pods are dead as well anyone or thing inside. This bunker became their tomb"
"Well that wasn't morbid at all" Peter murmured
"Contacts dead ahead" Shepard said "Garrus"
"I'm on it" Garrus whirled the gun round to face the Geth Armature
Garrus fired everything at the head of the Geth, the shield being taken down followed by its head. Shepard just plowed through the other Geth foot soldiers, not slowing down in the slightest
He continued driving into the next long hallway when up ahead he caught sight of what looked like some kind of golden force field.
Not risking the chance of running into it, Shepard slowed to a stop in front of it when another force field appeared behind them, trapping them inside
"What's happening?" Liara asked
"It's a trap" Kaidan exclaimed "Saren must have set an ambush
"I don't think so" Spider-man said slowly, now seemingly fully recovered "My Spider-sense didn't go off but…"
"What is it?" Garrus asked
"I don't know" Peter placed a hand behind his helmet "My spider-sense is trying to tell me something….more like guide me. It's like that time back on Noveria with the Rachni queen. Like it knows where to go"
"There's a passageway over to our right" Shepard noted "Think your Spider-sense is telling you to go there?"
"Maybe" Spider-man said
"Regardless, that's our only way to go anywhere right now" Shepard said "Spider-man, Liara, Tali, Garrus, you come with me, see if we can find anything down there. The rest of you stay here to guard the Mako. If anything happens radio in. if we find a way to continue, we'll call you and you guys come join us. We might have to leave the Mako behind"
"For some reason I'm both happy and sad on hearing that" Ashley remarked
"Don't get your hopes up" Kaidan murmured
The team of five went into the doorway walking right into an elevator.
"Oh look" Spider-man said whimsically "Another elevator. Let's see how slow this one goes"
"Don't tempt it" Garrus said with equal whimsicalness "These things have a mind of their own. They'll go extra slow just to mess with us"
"Come on" Shepard said tiredly "Let's just get this over with"
"Roger roger" Peter said, the five now standing in the elevator
Tali pressed down on the controls and the elevator began to descend when it opened mere seconds later at a large room with only one direction to go.
"Huh" Peter said "Look at that, an efficient elevator"
"Wonder what's that" Tali said, looking ahead to what seemed to be a terminal
"Whenever there's an elevator specifically made to take us to one room, it must be important" Spider-man mused
"What is that supposed to mean?" Liara asked
"Life Logic at its finest" Peter proudly said
Everyone momentarily stared dully at the superhero
"That…for some reason makes too much sense" Shepard said
"Very much so" Garrus agreed with a nod
"Let's not delay then" Liara said and in a few moments all five stood before the terminal
And of course, an odd holographic static looking projection appeared and spoke to them
"You are not Prothean" It so blandly stated yet it's voice was rather unique, almost divine like in what it was portraying
"But you are not machine, either. This eventuality was one of the many was anticipated. This is why we sent our warnings through the beacons"
"Looks like it's some kind of VI program" Garrus surmised "Seems like it's been damaged"
"I don't know" Spider-man countered "I'm getting a weird vibe from it"
"I do not sense the taint of indoctrination upon any of you" The Vi spoke as if none had spoken "Unlike the other that passed here recently. Perhaps there is still hope"
"This is incredible" Liara exclaimed "An actual Prothean VI! And we can understand"
"Hooray" Tali dryly said "Keelah is this how I am when I get excited about engines?"
"You have no idea" Spider-man cheekily responded getting a friendly glare from the Quarian
"Wonder how it could speak our language?" Shepard said aloud
"I have been monitoring your communications since you arrived at this facility" the VI responded in turn ""I have translated my output into a format that you would comprehend"
"My name is vigil" The 'VI' introduced itself "You are safe here, for the moment. But that is likely to change. Soon, nowhere will be safe"
"That's a comforting thought" Peter murmured
"Why did you bring me here?" Shepard asked
"You must break a cycle that has continued for millions of years" Vigil answered "But to stop it, you must understand or you will make the same mistakes we did. The Citadel is the heart of your civilization and the seat of the government. As it was it was with us and as it has been with every civilization that came before us"
Vigil than took on a more grim tone
"But the Citadel is a trap. The station is actually an enormous mass relay. One that links to dark space, the empty void beyond the galaxy's horizon. When the citadel relay is activated, the Reapers will pour through. And all you know will be destroyed"
"It's the perfect trap" Shepard said in horrified realization "Those bastards can come through and destroy everything in a surprise attack"
"That was our fate" Vigil said somberly "Our leaders were dead before we even realized we were under attack. The Reapers seized control of the Citadel and with it, the mass relays"
Vigil briefly recounted how it took only a decade for the Reapers to send the Prothean empire into extinction
"There was nothing you could do?" Shepard asked "You couldn't surrender and have your lives spared?"
"There was no offer of Surrender" Vigil explained "The Reapers only had one goal: The extinction of all advanced organic life"
Vigil went on to say how the Protheans were killed by both the Reapers and sleeper agents of their own people sent in once indoctrinated.
"Hang on" Garrus said "If they did all of this, conquering your worlds and such, why did they just leave suddenly? Where did they go?"
"Our worlds were stripper bare, harvested by the indoctrinated slaves. Everything of value—all resources, all technology—was taken"
Hearing that, Spider-man went into deep thought.
This was truly troubling, practically frightening to hear.
Hearing this made him question the validity of returning home.
For the past few months, hell maybe a year by this point(Who knows really), Spider-man had somewhat enjoyed his time here in this reality. But he always knew he wanted to return home.
Now however, he was not so sure. These Reapers sounded like a complete nightmare, their names kind of a dead giveaway. And to think that they systematically and singlehandedly brought about the extinction of an entire galaxy wide species was unfathomable….sort of.
Hey when you deal with guys like Galactus and Thanos, these kinds of things become top priority.
'God, really wish the Avengers were here with me right about now' Peter thought to himself before returning to the conversation at hand, just I n time to hear that Vigil was originally programmed to monitor this station when he said that in order to conserve power, the stasis pods which contained the Protheans were systematically shut off due to some being dubbed 'non-essential staff'.
"There were hundreds of stasis pods out there" Liara's voice cracked "You just shut them down? You killed them?"
"You were programmed to protect them not kill them" Shepard said with fury
"This outcome was not completely unforeseen" Vigil stated "My actions were a result of contingency programming entered on my creation"
"That sure is a great way to micro manage" Garrus said darkly
"I bet the 'non-essential staff' here wasn't even informed of this contingency" Tali said venomously
"You bastard" Peter grit out in fury "These people were counting on you to keep them alive"
"I saved key personnel" Vigil said "When the Reapers retreated, the top researchers were still alive. My actions are the only reasons any hopes remains"
"When the researchers woke, they realized the Prothean species was doomed. There were only a dozen individuals left, far too few to sustain a viable population. Yet they vowed to find some way to stop the Reapers from returning. A way to break the cycle forever. And they knew the keepers were the key"
"The keepers?" Liara said "The ones who live on the Citadel?"
"What do they have to do with this?" Shepard asked "What about the conduit Saren is after?"
"The Keepers are controlled by the Citadel" Vigil explained "Before each invasion. A signal is sent through the station compelling the Keepers to activate the Citadel Relay"
"Citadel relay?" Garrus murmured "Hang on, The Citadel is a relay?!"
"Indeed" Vigil said "After decades of feverish study, the scientists discovered a way to alter this signal. Using the Conduit, they gained access to the Citadel and made the modifications. This time, when Sovereign sent the signal, the Keepers ignored it. The Reapers are trapped in dark space"
"Unless Saren gets his hands on the Conduit" Spider-man said, looking to Shepard "If he accomplishes…"
"The Reapers will come" Shepard finished grimly
"He's gonna give the Reapers a front door pas to the hub of the galaxy" Tali said in dread
"Correct" Vigil said "And once inside, he can transfer control of the station to Sovereign. Sovereign will override the Citadel's systems and manually open the relay. And the cycle of extinction will begin again"
"There's a comforting thought" Spider-man remarked
"Is there any way we could stop them?" Shepard asked, almost desperately
"There's a data file in my console" Vigil said "Take a copy when you go. When you reach the Citadel's master control unit, upload it to the station. It will corrupt the Citadels security protocols and give you temporary control over the station. It might give you a chance against Sovereign"
"A chance?" Spider-man wryly said "For some reason I don't feel so confident"
"Hang on a second" Garrus spoke up "Where is this, master control unit? I've been on the Citadel for years. I've never heard of anything like that"
"I as well" Liara added her two cents "Is it something that only the council is aware of?"
"Through the Conduit" Vigil said "Follow Saren. He will lead you to your destination"
"Saren's got enough of a head start" Shepard said to the group "Tali grab the file and let's head out"
"Shepard are you sure you wish to leave Vigil?" Liara spoke up, a bit passionately, but Shepard instantly saw what she was going for
"Liara, we have to stop Saren" Shepard said firmly "I understand your passion about this, but Saren and the Conduit take precedence over everything personal right now"
"I…You're right" Liara said shamefully "My personal desires clouded my judgement"
"Hey it's alright Liara" Spider-man said soothingly "We all have our moments, no one is exempt from that"
"The one you call Saren has not reached the Conduit" Vigil informed the group "There is still hope for you if you hurry"
"You heard the VI, let's go" Shepard said with authority and everyone ran back to the elevator
The elevator stopped at the floor where they left the Mako with Wrex, Kaidan and Ashley.
"Skipper?" Ashley said, seeing the team rush towards the Mako
"Anyone else explain the situation to Wrex, Kaidan and Ashley" Shepard said to the rest of the team
"Oh god, I'm gonna hurl" Garrus murmured as everyone piled into the Mako.
Shepard say in the drivers seat and gunned it.
Everyone lurched save for Wrex and Spider-man as Shepard drove deeper into the fortress.
"So" Kaidan asked "What did we miss?"
"Well…" Spider-man scratched his head when Garrus began firing the main gun
"Geth up ahead" Shepard said
"I've noticed" Garrus remarked, shooting down a whole row of Geth before Shepard drove past them.
Shepard began making sharp turns and taking hills, all the while fighting off Geth.
"There seems to be more Geth now" Tali noted
"That means we're on the right track" Spider-man stated
Citadel
The Citadel was calmly floating through space.
Of course, it was not to be.
The closest relay started up an in came a legion of Reapers, led by Sovereign himself.
Almost immediately, the Reaper fleet engaged the Citadel forces, effectively taking them all by surprise.
Back on Ilos
The Mako was swerving between shots as it was driving right towards the conduit.
Garrus by this point had given up on shooting and had chosen to hang on for dear life and trust in Shepards abysmal driving skills.
"Hang on" Kaidan yelled over the commotion "I just realized something"
"What?" Ashley asked/yelled
"You guys said that this Conduit is like a direct message or some kind of relay that will lead directly to the Citadel right?" Kaidan said
Those who were present in Vigils explanation of the Conduit glanced at one another, unsure of what Kaidan was going to ask.
"Yes?" Tali answered
"So doesn't that mean that this conduit is going to take us directly to the Citadel?" Kaidan asked
"Yes" Liara answered
"By Faster than light Travel"
A beat
Then horrified realization
"Ok then" Shepard said "Everyone, get ready for Faster than light Travel. Pray to god we don't die"
Everyone actually yelled in unison as Shepard practically slammed on the acceleration and used the jet thrusters to literally jump the Mako into the Conduit.
Next thing everyone knew, the Mako literally was travelling at light speed to the Citadel.
Short chapter I know, but the Ilos mission was mostly exposition.
The next chapter is going to be the last chapter of the first Mass Effect campaign. Possibly, maybe, I'm not sure but regardless we are reaching the end of the first Mass Effect story.
Thus we have now reached the 3 year gap in which Spider-man will become the total focus as he tries to find a way home while living in an ever growing chaotic galaxy.
That's all that needs to be said
OH except that all of you fuckers have to go see DEADPOOL
THAT MOVIE WAS THE SHIT.
