CHAPTER 5
MONDAY: Trish's House

TRISH'S POV
It was Monday morning. I had already gotten dressed and I was doing my makeup for school."Ugh! I hate Mondays!"

I stopped applying eyeshadow to my lid and glanced at my phone. It was a text message from John. I smiled and read the message.
John: "Morning Beautiful! I hope you're sexy ass is on the way to school! Can't wait to taste those gorgeous lips of yours again. I miss you, so you better not keep me waiting, Stratus! "
Me: " I'll get there when I get there, Cena! "
John: "Ok, Stratus! Don't get here on time! At the end of the day, that ass is mine!"
Me: " Hmm..really? I'll push my luck then
John:
I could feel my face turning fire red. I've never blushed so much in my life. All I could do was smile. The thought of John and I actually, like REALLY going out together as a couple is unreal. I can't believe he's all mine. "Hmm...mine that has a nice ring to it. Our first day as a couple and after winning the first game of the season. I can't stop thinking about our first kiss that night. It was perfect, especially after seeing Mickie's face when she saw John and I making out. Her facial expression was priceless. For her to think that she would actually have a chance with John is hilarious. She looked so sad and depressed. I chuckled sinisterly to myself and continued to finish my makeup "Hopefully she comes to school today. It would give me such glee to gloat in front of her and ruin her day some more." Once I finished with everything, I grabbed my phone and texted Mickie.
Me: Headed to the garage! You know the routine, DON'T BE LATE!
Mickie: K.
"K"I laughed to myself reading her reply. "Oh yeah. She's most definitely pissed. Today's gonna be soo much fun!" I grabbed my keys, my purse and my backpack and headed out.

Trish: Headed to the garage! You know the routine, DON'T BE LATE!
Me: K
I rolled my eyes and shoved my phone in my back pocket. I looked in the mirror and sighed. I looked horrible. My eyes were red and puffy, not to mention the huge dark bags under my eyes. My hair hasn't been touched since the football game. It looked like I had been electrocuted and someone used a whole bottle of hair spray on my hair. Some pieces of hair that were sticking up wouldn't even go down. I grabbed my backpack out of the corner and sighed again. I really didn't want to be in the same car as that bitch, Trish Stratus. I can't stand her. I've never hated anyone in my life, but Trish, I strongly disliked her with a passion. I shouldn't dwell on revenge, but I want revenge. I can't fake it. I want Trish to feel the hurt that I've been feeling these past two days. My weekend was terrible, not that my weekends are EVER exciting, but this past weekend was the worst weekend I have ever experienced in my life. I cried the whole two days. I can still see little flicks of Trish and John making out. That bitch! With her plastic smile and her stupid moaning. It wasn't even just Trish. John was all over her, which just made things even worse. I just want to get this day over with. It's not like my day could get any worse.
I slowly trudged my way down the stairs and into the garage to meet Trish. I hesitantly but surely opened the car door and sat in the back seat. Trish turned around from the driver's seat and stared at me with her perfect smile ,and her perfect hair ,and perfect face, and her perfect fucking everything. I wanted to slap that smile right off her face and choke her. Trish began laughing hysterically. I scolded and rolled my eyes."God! I can't stand her!"
"Wow! Mickie, are you okay? She said in between laughs "...because you look more disgusting than usual." I could feel my blood boiling inside of me. It took everything I had in my body not to hurt her just then. I felt like a wimp just sitting here allowing her to continue to laugh at me.
"Ok. Okay. I'm sorry. I'm going to stop laughing but I have a question." Trish said as her laughing subsided. I looked on intently, not wanting to hear what she had to say but it's not like I had a choice."This girl better not say something stupid."
"Ok soo...are you big mad or little mad?" Trish asked sarcastically whilst bursting into wads of laughter again."Alright. I'm gonna kill her."Ugh!! I wanted to beat Trish at her own game so badly but I didn't know how. She sees me as a joke! I'm so stupid! I'm the one who's allowing her to do this to me! Why don't I just say something back? I can't and she knows I won't. Why am I such a pushover? I will get her back. I just have to play the game her way."All I have to do is act like a fake, heartless bitch just like her and take everything that she cares about away from from her starting with John."An evil smirk arose upon my face as I scrolled past John's number in my phone."Ok, Trish. Let's see who gets the last laugh."

"Yes! We finally here!" I pulled into the student parking and saw all of my friends standing next to their cars conversing with one another. I smiled when I saw a free parking spot next to John's car. He smiled and winked at me. "God! He's so sexy."
I bit my lip and gave him a flirty wave. "Oh, shit!" I could feel my face turning red once again, but this time I was more flushed than I was this morning. I felt a fluttering sensation going on inside my stomach. "Do I have butterflies? What the hell? I'm never this nervous when I see John. Damn it! Get it together, Trish!" I thought. I looked in the rear view mirror to check my hair and makeup and caught a glimpse of Mickie. She had her arms crossed while looking out the windows. "Damn! Who knew a little kiss would make her look like that?" I chuckled to myself. She still looked like a walking garbage disposal as usual. I normally don't care what she looks like, but this is unacceptable. I can't be caught dead getting out of the car with her looking like that. I rolled my eyes. I had to fix her up not because I wanted to but because my reputation was on the line.
"Um..Mickie..." I said. She gave me a little side eye and rolled her eyes. "Who the fuck does she think she is..and I'm sitting here trying to help her." I shrugged off that thought and gave an aggravated sigh. "Look! It's pretty obvious we're not too fond of each other. But if you would quit acting like a whiny bitch, you would see that I'm trying to help you. Now here!" I exclaimed shoving my Chanel brush in her hand. Mickie gave me a bewildering expression and eventually brushed her hair into a ponytail. I looked at her hair and frowned. The ponytail didn't even look like a ponytail. There were still knots and tangles in the whole ponytail.
"Seriously..that's the best you can do? Did you even use the brush? I scoffed.
"Well unlike you I don't get a high trend celebrity blowout every weekend." Mickie replied.
"Yeah, obviously." Give me that brush!" I said snatching the brush out of her hand. "Turn around." Mickie just sat there and didn't moved. "Either you let me fix your hair or you walk out there with all of those seniors looking like road kill." I said. Mickie stared out the window admiring the other seniors and then looked at herself. She slowly turned around and removed the hair tie from her hair. After that gesture, I attempted to dosomethingto her hair. After what felt like an eternity, I was able to remove the knots and gave her a smooth ponytail with two strands of hair pulled out to the side.
"There! I'm finally finished." I said grabbing a few wet wipes along with some hand sanitizer to clean her disgusting germs off my hands. I grabbed my keys and my backpack. I checked my appearance one last time before exiting the car. I saw Mickie admiring her hair. She grabbed my Chanel brush and tried handing it back to me. I shook my head. "You can keep it. It looks like you need it more that I do."I wouldn't use that brush ever again even if my life depended on it. I thought."See..I'm not always a bitch." with that being said I walked over to my favorite group people ever to start my day.

MICKIE'S POV
I sat in Trish's BMW admiring my hair one last time before getting out the car. I loved my hair. It looked amazing actually. My hair has never looked this good ever. I usually just wash it, run a brush through it and that's it. I can't believe Trish, for the first time since I've been here, was actually being nice to me. I grinned a little." Maybe she's not so bad after all."I sighed and glanced at her friends. I grabbed my backpack and binder and began walking towards her friends."Here goes another dreadful day."

WWE HIGH
STUDENT PARKING LOT
7:24 a.m.
Trish happily trotted her way over to her popular, yet envious group of friends. Mickie slowly trailed behind her, not really wanting to be seen by anyone since she looked like a bum that morning. The only thing that was decent on her was her hair and it was all because of Trish. There were so many mixed emotions. She didn't know whether to hate Trish or to like her. She was really just hoping to make a friend.
"Trishy!! exclaimed Torrie greeting her with a big hug, followed by Stacy.
"Sup, Trish!" Randy said giving her a hug as well. She raised her perfectly arched eyebrow.
"Where's Melz?" She asked looking through the crowd of people."The real question is where's John?" She thought.
" Fucking John as always." Stacy said pointing to the blue Camaro rocking in the very back of the parking lot.
"What the fuck?!" Trish yelled. Everyone was startled by her actions and jumped.
"What's the matter, Trish? You already know Melina and my boy JoMo have been at it all summer." Randy said throwing his arm over her shoulder. Trish gave an apologetic smile.
"Oh..um.well yeah! Of course I knew about her and John..Morrison." She said still looking for her John through the crowd.
"Oh you must've thought we were talking about ol' Johnny boy." Randy teased with a sly grin.
"No!...I was just..shocked that they would do that here on campus." Trish lied. Her friends didn't know that she made it official with John game night. She planned on showing them, along with the WHOLE school that they were a couple by walking in the school hand-in-hand and planting a big kiss on John in front of everyone.
"You already know Melina doesn't have a care in the world about anything or what people think. Them banging each other in the car shouldn't be that much of a surprise." Stacy responded. Everyone nodded and carried on with their previous conversation. Trish was the only one not talking and Torrie noticed that.
"Alright..what's up with you, Trish?" She asked crossing her arms with a small grin. Trish shrugged and shook her head.
"What do you mean, Tor? Nothing's wrong with me." She said casually. Stacy and Torrie gave Trish a look of disbelief.
"What?! Seriously guys nothing's wrong with me?" Trish persuaded. "Um...has anyone like...idk seen, John?" She asked trying to sound as casual as possible.
"Aww, look who misses ol' Johnny boy!" Randy cooed making kissy faces at her. Trish scolded and rolled her eyes.
"Whatever. It's just that he isn't here to annoy me that's all." She coaxed removing Randy's arm off her shoulders.
"Mm..hmmm..Trish just give it up. We know you're crushing, mama! Your sexy ass is just too stubborn to admit it. Randy exclaimed. She let out an aggravated sigh because she knew they were right.
"Looks like your little boyfriend is helping the Help." Stacy said pointing.
"What?!" Trish said trying not to sound too upset. She felt like punching a wall."God! What do I have to do to get rid of that bitch? How does she always end up with John?"Trish thought. She saw John bent down on one knee helping Mickie pick up some irrelevant papers of hers that were scattered on the ground. She saw Mickie smiling ear to ear while tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. John helped put her papers back in her backpack and gave her a quick hug. Trish stared at them wide eyed with her perfectly glossed lips pursed."NOW, I'm pissed!"
MICKIE'S POV
I trudged behind Trish lethargically with my head down. I felt like I was in another universe. All of these kids at this school were just too perfect. If I got $100 dollars for every time I said that, I'd be as rich as these other kids, then I could buy myself nice things like them so I could fit in. I feel like Cinderella, but without the bibbity bobbity boo! I really didn't want to go over there with her stuck up and snobby friends, who does nothing but talk about me behind my back and to my face." Man, I wish I was as bold as them."I thought. Maybe people would notice me more if I tried just the slightest bit to be a little more outgoing. I continued to walk slowly with my head down and then...
BOOM!!
I collapsed right onto the ground. Everything was black and then blurry."Ouch!..."I mumbled rubbing my head. It felt like someone just K.O. me right in the head with an old boot. My head was throbbing. I most definitely was going to have an excruciating painful migraine later. I looked up to see what hit me and then suddenly I quickly regained consciousness. It was John Cena."Why am I always bumping into him?"He reached out his tan, muscular hand for me to grab with an apologetic smile on his face, with his gorgeous blue eyes looking back at me. This was SO embarrassing! Everything that was in my binder was now scattered in the middle of the parking lot. My backpack barely broke my fall and to top everything off, I was the big red cherry on top of the rocky road disaster. I grabbed his hand and I was no longer lying down on the ground. I sat up on my butt and remained there for a little while because I was still kind of dizzy.
"Yo, Mickie! We've got to stop meeting like this." John chuckled. He moved my hand from the spot I was rubbing on my head and examined it. "Well luckily for you there's no knot there." He said rubbing my head with his thumb. I smiled and turned the other way, so he wouldn't see me blushing. "I'm really sorry by the way." John said.
"It's okay." I said softly avoiding eye contact with him. I began frantically picking up my papers. I felt people pointing and laughing at me. I was flushed due to major embarrassment. John grabbed a few papers himself and then stopped. I knew he was staring at me but I didn't look. I continued to avoid looking at him. He grabbed my chin and turned my head towards his. We were face-to-face literally inches away from our lips touching. I smiled from cheek to cheek."Omg!! I feel myself blushing again! Oh shit! What if he kisses me here with everyone watching!! That would make Trish so jealous! If John kisses me I won't need Trish to become popular because I'd be going out with the hottest, most popular guy in school! Ehh!!!"
"You know, Mickie...you should really smile more. You have a beautiful smile." He smiled handing me the rest of my papers. We both stood up and I placed the binder in my backpack.
"Thank you." I said softly. He gave me a quick hug. "Mm..he smells so good. I could stay here forever."
"I'll see you later, Mickie." He said walking away but he stopped in his tracks and slowly turned back around heading towards me. I got wide eyed."Oh god! He's coming back. Play it cool, Mickie." "One more thing, Micks." He trailed. "Aww, he called me Micks.." He placed both hands on my shoulders and stared into my eyes deeply. "Try looking up more. Stop trying to hide your pretty face all the time and you can protect this precious head of yours. M'kay?" John reassured with a smile. I nodded. He gave me one more hug, but this time it lasted longer. "This just feels so right. Maybe I do have a chance to be with John." Unfortunately our hug was cut short by a familiar voice clearing their throat. My heart dropped immediately. I knew exactly who it was and I wasn't excited to face them either.

TRISH'S POV
I casually walked towards John and Mickie. I wanted to march right over there and kick her ass, but I couldn't show my friends that I was upset. We're official but we didn't make it official to everyone else. The closer I got to them the more angry I was becoming. "Look at them. That should be me instead of her."I thought. I heard mumbling surrounding me. The whole parking lot was watching John hug the new girl instead of me. I had to make my move now. I cleared my throat and crossed my arms.
"I really pushed my luck this time, huh?" I asked rhetorically. John turned around and flashed his best smile with those perfect dimples and his flawless jaw structure. "Don't give in, Trish. He's needs to know how much more you're worth than the average girl."
"I told you not to keep me waiting, Stratus." He retorted pulling me closer by the hips. I removed his hands and took a step back.
"It was never a wait,Cena because I was never on the list." I replied keeping my distance.
"I don't need a list when I already have my number one girl." John said trying to wrap his arms around me once again, but to no avail. This time his smiled faded. I was never this distant with John. I was really pissed this time. I really, really like him a lot and I'd never thought I'd see the day when I would be so upset with him. This is partially my fault. I played hard to get for so long, I didn't realize how fast time was flying by. I never thought about other girls because somehow I just knew he was mine, official or not. I need to stop playing the games and just..let him in.
"Yeah, you do and it's pretty obvious that it's not me."I stated profoundly placing my hands on my hips. I cocked my head to the side looking pass him and glared at Mickie. John caught on and shook his head.
"Wait hold on, Trish. You think something's going on between Mickie and I?" He question. He placed his hands on his chest referring to himself. "I was helping her out. I bumped into her on the way over there with you guys."
"Look, I don't care, John. You kept me waiting." I said.
"But Trish, I wasn't try..
"Which means you're ass is mine."I said coquettishly. He smiled and pulled me closer. We were chest to chest. I wrapped my arms around his neck. I leaned in closer to kiss him, but John stopped and nudged me.
"Wait! So does this means you're officially my girl. No games. No strings attached. No more playing hard to get. Just me and you." He said. I grinned and rolled my eyes.
"Just kiss me dumb ass!!" I demanded kissing him on the lips. My tongue darted into his mouth not waiting for permission. John moaned. I smiled against his lips and continued making out with him. Everyone was watching. I could hear people clapping and cheering. There were mixtures of "Awwl" in the crowd. Our kiss was broken by Randy's crazy ass.
"YES!!" he shouted clapping abruptly. "YES!! It's about damn time!!" I giggled.
"I know man!! I finally got my girl!" John wrapped his arms around me from behind and kissed my neck. I bit my lip and rested my head back on his chest.
"Yay!! Trish we're so happy for you two!" Stacy exclaimed.
*RINNGGGGGGGG*
It was 7:40. That was the morning bell. Students began emerging from the student parking lot and entered the school building.
I smiled at John and gave him a few more pecks. He threw his arm over my shoulder. I peeked over my shoulder to see if Mickie was still there. She was gone. "Now I know for sure. She won't mess with my man again."
"Today couldn't have gotten any better."

MONDAY
CREATIVE WRITING
8:15 a.m
MICKIE'S POV
I sat in the back of my Creative Writing class. I was the first one there and alone. Other people eventually walked in the classroom and took their seats, but they sat in groups with their friends.Friends. Wish I could find a friend. Second week of school and I'm still following Trish around like the little puppet everyone thinks I am.I felt tears welling up in my eyes. I held them back and swallowed the huge lump in my throat. I can't believe what happened in the parking lot today! Trish and John are official now. Just thinking about it, I feel like my whole world is just came crashing down.
"Hey, stranger!" It was Lita, the cool, fiery red head I met last week.
"Hey." I replied with a small wave.
"I see you changed up your hair. For a second I thought you were one of Trish's dumb ass hoes that parade around the school." Lita retorted. "Ouch! I knew I looked bad today, but she said I looked like I belonged in Trish's posse. I don't know whether to take that as an insult or a compliment."
"Ohh...do I really look that bad?" I asked in sorrow. "I thought I looked kind of nice today." Lita scoffed with a small chuckled. I furrowed my eyebrows with dismay. "I swear these people at this school have no filter whatsoever..or care about my feelings for that matter." I sighed and began my assignment of the day. I copied my notes off the board effortlessly. I felt so miserable at this school. "Do I have a TORTURE ME sign on my forehead?" I glanced up and met a pair brown eyes. It was Lita. She was literally turned around watching me work. She was basically gawking at me. I was going to ignore her again, but I built up the courage to ask this time.
"Umm...what are you..
"What's wrong with you?" She said sharply. My eyes widen in shock of her small outburst towards me.
"Excuse me?" I questioned her the nicest way possible because I didn't want her to punch me in my face. Literally!
"I mean..I thought you were kind of cool, but now...I don't know. You hang out with Trish, everybody knows that, but you're different...well at least I thought you were. When you came in last week. You were yourself. You didn't try to act or dress up like her or the rest of them, but today..what happened to you?" She interrogated. I was shocked completely. I had no clue she felt this way for one and two: I'm speechless. I feel like a scatterbrain. I don't know what to say.
"I..I just wanted to fit in I guess..." I said softly. Lita shook her head.
"Why fit in when you can stand out? I mean come on look at me. Look around you! Why would you want to fit in with these morons!" She exclaimed. I shrugged. "They don't look like morons to me. I'm the peasant surrounded by princes and princesses. How could I NOT want to fit in and be apart of their world."
"I mean come on there's more. I know you didn't change up your hair just to fit in. Besides if you thought changing your hair would help you fit in, then you are a dumbass. Changing your hair makes you look like trash compared to these pampered prissified assholes. "They're not the ONLY assholes." I thought.
"You did it so someone can notice you. The question is who?" She asked waiting for me to answer. Lita urged me to answer with her impatient tapping and scoffing.
"Well, call me crazy, but I like John Cena." I answered reluctantly. Lita's expression went from extremely impatient to bewilderedness. My body temperature was rising and my palms were getting sweaty. I wasn't sure why but I was nervous about how she would react. She burst into wads of laughter. After that reaction, I wanted to crawl into a black hole and never come back out. "Geez! Am I going to continue being the joke of the day? This is the third time I had someone laughing at me today!"
"You actually think John Cena is going to talk to you?" She laugh-talked. I sighed and rolled my eyes. I was getting frustrated with everybody at this damn school. "And haven't you heard, he goes out with Tramp Stratus, weirdo!" "How many times do I have to get insulted? It's becoming a normal thing around here and I hate it."
"He has talked to me." I retorted. "It's just that every time I get a chance to talk to him, Trish always shows up and ruins everything. "God, she just makes me so mad sometimes!" I exclaimed. "Oh no! Did I just say that out loud?"
"Well, DO something about it then!" Lita enthused. I shook my head. I couldn't go against Trish. What could I possibly do? I'll be a bigger laughing stalk than I already am.
"Are you serious? I mean look at me. You think I can beat Trish at her own game by just being myself?" I asked with uncertainty. She glared at me with a scrunched up expression and shook her head rapidly.
"Of course not! Especially not looking like that. You're not cool enough." Lita assured. "Wow..way to get my hopes up."
"What am I going to do then?" No one even knows who I am besides being Trish's little pet. People will never notice me especially when Trish is around." I said.
"Au contraire my naive little friend people do know you. It is because of Trish, but you can use that to your full advantage."
"How?" Lita grabbed her chin and pondered deeply.
"You can dress to impress at Trish's party this weekend! "Party? What party? Of course I wouldn't know about it. She hates me!"
"All you have to do is look and act like one of them, but better and SHOW OUT! if you do that, John will most definitely notice you AND you can make your CHAPTER 5

There were still knots and tangles in the whole ponytail.
"Seriously..that's the best you can do? Did you evenusethe brush?
It looks like you need it more that I do."I wouldn't use that brush ever agin if my life depended on it.I thought."See..I'm not always a bitch." with that being said I walked over to my favorite group people ever to start my day.

Of course I knew about her and John..Morrison." She said still looking forherJohn through the crowd.
"Oh you must've thought we were talking about ol' Johnny boy." Randy teased with a sly grin.
"No!...I was just..shockedthat they would do thathereon campus." Trish lied. Her friends didn't know that she made it official with John game night. She planned on showing them, along with the WHOLE school that they were a couple by walking in the school hand-in-hand and planting abigkiss on John in front of everyone.
"You already know Melina doesn't have a care in the world about anything or what people think. Them banging each other in the car shouldn't bethatmuch of a surprise." Stacy responded.
"Looks like your little boyfriend is helping theHelp." Stacy said pointing.
All of these kids at this school were just tooperfect. If I got $100 dollars for every time I said that, I'd be as rich as these other kids, then I could buy myself nice things like them so I could fit in. I feel like Cinderella, but without thebibbity bobbity boo!I really didn't want to go over there with her stuck up and snobby friends, who does nothing but talk about me behind my backandto my face." Man, I wish I was as bold as them."I thought.
I most defiantly was going to have an excruciating painful migraine later.
Play it cool, Mickie.""One more thing, Micks." He trailed."Aww, he called me Micks.."He placed both hands on my shoulders and stared into my eyes deeply. "Try looking up more. Stop trying to hide your pretty face all the time and you can protect this precious head of yours. M'kay?" John reassured with a smile. I nodded. He gave me one more hug, but this time it lasted longer. "This just feels so right. Maybe I do have a chance to be with John."Unfortunately our hug was cut short by a familiar voice clearing their throat.

The whole parking lot was watching John hug thenewgirl instead ofme. I had to make my movenow.I cleared my throat and crossed my arms.
"I really pushed my luck this time, huh?" I asked rhetorically. John turned around and flashed his best smile with those perfect dimples and his flawless jaw structure."Don't give in, Trish. He's needs to know how much more you're worth than the average girl."
"I told you not to keep me waiting, Stratus." He retorted pulling me closer by the hips. I removed his hands and took a step back.
"It was never a wait,Cenabecause I was never on the list." I replied keeping my distance.
"I don't need alistwhen I already have my number onegirl." John said trying to wrap his arms around me once again, but to no avail. This time his smiled faded. I was never this distant with John. I was really pissed this time. I really, reallylike him a lot and I'd never thought I'd see the day when I would be so upset with him. This is partially my fault. I played hard to get for so long, I didn't realize how fast time was flying by. I never thought about other girls because somehow I just knew he was mine, official or not. I need to stop playing the games and just..let him in.
"Yeah, you do and it's pretty obvious that it's notme."I stated profoundly placing my hands on my hips.
"Look, I don't care, John.Youkeptmewaiting." I said.
"But Trish, I wasn't try..
"Which means you're ass ismine."I said coquettishly.
"Just kiss me dumbass!!" I demanded kissing him on the lips.
RINNGGGGGGGG*
It was 7:40. That was the morning bell. Students began emerging from the student parking lot and entered the school building.
I smiled at John and gave him a few more pecks. He threw his arm over my shoulder. I peeked over my shoulder to see if Mickie was still there. She was gone."Now Iknowfor sure. She won't mess with my man again."
"Today couldn't have gotten any better."

Trish and John areofficialnow. Just thinking about it, I feel like my whole world is just came crashing down.
"Hey, stranger!" It was Lita, the cool, fiery red head I met last week.
"Hey." I replied with a small wave.
"I see you changed up your hair. For a second I thought you were one of Trish's dumb ass hoes that parade around the school." Lita retorted."Ouch! I knew I looked bad today, but she said I looked like I belonged in Trish's posse. I don't know whether to take that as an insult or a compliment."
"Ohh...do I really lookedthatbad?" I asked in sorrow. "I thought I looked kind of nice today." Lita scoffed with a small chuckled. I furrowed my eyebrows with dismay."I swear these people at this school have no filter whatsoever..or care about my feelings for that matter."I sighed and began my assignment of the day. I copied my notes off the board effortlessly. I felt so miserable at this school. "Do I have aTORTURE ME sign on my forehead?"I glanced up and met a pair brown eyes. It was Lita. She was literally turned around watching me work. She was basically gawking at me. I was going to ignore her again, but I built up the courage to ask this time.
"Umm...what are you..
"What's wrong with you?" She said sharply. My eyes widen in shock of her small outburst towards me.
"Excuse me?" I questioned her the nicest way possible because I didn't want her to punch me in my face.Literally!
"I mean..I thought you were kind of cool, but now...I don't know. You hang out with Trish, everybody knows that, but you're different...well at least Ithoughtyou were. When you came in last week. You were yourself. You didn't try to act or dress up likeheror the rest of them, but today..what happened to you?" She interrogated. I was shocked completely. I had no clue she felt this way for one and two: I'm speechless. I feel like a scatterbrain. I don't know what to say.
"I..I just wanted to fit in I guess..." I said softly. Lita shook her head.
"Why fit in when you canstand out? I mean come on look at me. Look around you! Why would you want to fit in with these morons!" She exclaimed. I shrugged."They don't look like morons to me. I'm the peasant surrounded by princes and princesses. How could I NOT want to fit in and be apart of their world."
"I mean come on there's more. I know you didn't change up your hair just to fit in. Besides if you thought changing yourhairwould help you fit in, then you are a dumbass. Changing your hair makes you look like trash compared to these pampered prissified assholes."They're not the ONLY assholes." I thought."You did it so someone cannoticeyou. The questioniswho?" She asked waiting for me to answer.
This is thethirdtime I had someone laughing at me today!"
"You actually think John Cena is going to talk toyou?" She laugh-talked. I sighed and rolled my eyes. I was getting frustrated with everybody at this damn school. "And haven't you heard, he goes out with Tramp Stratus, weirdo!""How many times do I have to get insulted? It's becoming a normal thing around here and I hate it."
"He has talked to me." I retorted. "It's just that every time I get a chance to talk to him, Trish always shows up and ruins everything. "God, she just makes mesomad sometimes!" I exclaimed."Oh no!
"Of course not!Especiallynot looking like that. You're not cool enough." Lita assured."Wow..way to get my hopes up."
"What am I going to do then?" No one even knows who I am besides being Trish's little pet. People will nevernoticeme especially when Trish is around." I said.
"Au contrairemy naive little friend peopledoknow you. It is because of Trish, but you can use that to yourfulladvantage."
"How?" Lita grabbed her chin and pondered deeply.
"You can dress to impress at Trish's party this weekend!"Party? What party?Of course I wouldn't know about it. She hates me!"
"All you have to do is look and act like one of them, but better and SHOW OUT! if you do that, John willmost definitelynotice you AND you can make your move." She exclaimed.
"Make mymove?!" I don't have anymoves!I sound like an idiot every time he talks to me and you want me toflirt!?Nope! No way! Not happening!"
"Ok! Fine! Continue to be Trish's little puppy dog for the whole year then. I tried to help you!" Lita replied turning back around in her chair, facing the front. She placed her headphones in her ear and began her assignment. I sighed and rolled my eyes."Lita's right! I have todosomething and Idon'twant to be following Trish aroundanylonger."I tapped on Lita's shoulder. She removed one ear phone and glanced over her shoulder.
"I'm in! Tell me what I have to do." I surrendered. Lita had a smug grin on her face.
"Yes! Are you ready to give thatbitcha taste of her own medicine?!" She questioned eagerly. I nodded and she gave me a high five.
"Meet me after school by the stairs in the student parking lot." With that being said she turned back around and resumed her work. I had a small yet sinister grin on my face. This wasn't like me but I was willing to do anything to get back at that blond bimbo."She's going tofinallyknow what it feels like to be a victim."
