3 months have passed since i left S.T.A.R labs and a lot has changed. I've discovered my powers and i found myself a new love.
His name is Gary, he's a metahuman, he's a good metahuman not one of Lenny's kind. At least, as far as i know.
I've been focussing a lot on training myself, i help people in need, but i'm not as good as Barry is. My powers are telekinesis i can move objects and people with my hands and eyes.
I never forgot about Harrison and his team, even though they took care of me for just a few days, it really felt like home.
I had a hard time dealing with what happend between Harrison and me.
The way he treated me, stone cold, it was unacceptable. If i saw him again, i didn't know what would happen.
"Amber, we have a problem." Gary said. I looked up, i was daydreaming once again, and Gary woke me up from that daydream.
"We need to move! there's a problem at Jitters!" i nodded. Gary's powers were telephaty, so he could send us anywhere we wanted to.
He grabbed my arm, and off we went.
"It looks pretty calm here sweetheart." i said. When i said that, there was a loud bang from within the café. "Looks like we have visitors!" Gary said, he rushed towards the door and barged in.
There was the Flash, laying on the floor. Looks like someone smacked him on the ground with a big force.
"It's the Flash!" Gary said, he ran up to him, and helped him up. "Are you alright there buddy?"
We wore costumes, just like Barry did, so he didn't recognize us right away.
"Who are you guys?" Barry groaned, as he helped himself up.
"No time to introduce ourselves, we need to stop this metamonster." i said. Barry recognized the voice, he looked up in shock.
"Looks like Barry has brought some friends, i think we can make a shot." it was Cisco's voice.
"Well hello there, Cisco, it's been a while." i said. "Umm... does this person know me?" Cisco wondered. "No time to play the guessing game here, get moving!" it was Harrison's voice. After those months, i always remembered his voice, when he told me to leave.
I bit my bottom lip in a rage. I ran toward the door. "Wait! it's not safe!" Gary said.
I kept on running, i wanted to prove Harrison that i wasn't the same woman he met months ago. I kept running and running until the door smacked into my face, and i fell to the floor, covering my nose with my hands.
"Amber!" Gary called out and ran up to me.
"Amber?" "Amber?" Barry and Cisco said.
I helped myself up, and looked at Barry, taking off my black mask. "It's nice to see you again."
Barry stared at me. "Wait are you..." Barry wondered. "Yes, i'm a metahuman, only discovered my powers a while back." i said. "I'm still learning how to use them."
"That's amazing..." "Wait so Amber's a metahuman too now?" Cisco wondered. "Wait... Amber? is she there?" it's Harrison's voice.
"Surprised to see i'm back? 'Harry'?" i wondered. The hostility in my voice was definatly clear. "Do you know each other?" Gary wondered.
"Just an old flame." i said, as i grabbed a weapon. "Are we going to get this done or what?" Barry was still standing there, frozen, in disbelief i was just like him.
After we beat the monster, we decided to meet up at S.T.A.R labs. It wasn't the place i would want to go after the last experience i've had there.
My costume was more of a black ninja outfit, with a mask showing half of my face, in the shape of cat ears.
I walked in, and dropped my weapon on a table somewhere.
"Amber!" Caitlin said, as she ran up to me, and pulled me in a hug. I took off my mask, and looked at her. "It's nice to see you again Cait." i said. "Everyone, this is my boyfriend and partner, Gary." Gary raised his hand as the others greeted him. Wells walked into the room, and froze as he saw us.
"Surprised to see me?" i wondered. "I told you to NOT come back here!" Harrison said. "I don't ever want to see you again!"
"Likewise, but i didn't choose this, we had to help Barry." Gary looked worried. "You sure you're okay with this dude?"
"He's dead to me." i said. Harrison frowned as i said that.
Everyone looked confused. "What happend between you two?" Cisco wondered.
"We have to keep it PG13 here." i said, looking at Harrison. He clearly wasn't amused by seeing me. "Did you guys...?" Caitlin wondered.
"We fucked." i said. Harrison made fists. "Yeah, it wasn't my proudest moment but i was a totally different person then." i said.
"Can we talk?" Harrison asked. "There's nothing left to talk about, honey." i said, grabbing my weapon and cleaning it.
Harrison then grabbed me by the wrist and dragged me into another room.
"What are you thinking?" Harrison hissed at me. "I hate you, doctor Harrison Wells." i said. "No you don't..." Harrison whispered. "You don't hate me, you hate me for rejecting you."
I made fists, ready to slap the taste out of his mouth. I swung my right arm in his direction, but he stopped me, and grabbed me by the wrists. He pushed me against the wall. "Don't you even dare." he whispered in my face. Our faces almost touched each other, that's how close we were.
I closed my eyes, i didn't want to look him in the eye, i was scared my feelings for him would return.
"I made a big mistake that night, and it's going to ruin my reputation." Harrison whispered.
"What reputation?" i whispered back, as he let go off me.
"Don't push it." he hissed at me.
"The things i could do to you right now." i said. "Oh i'm sure, but i won't let you." Harrison replied. "You might think you're amazing with your powers, but you won't stop me." Harrison said.
"You destroyed me!" i called out, breaking down into tears. I didn't know what happend, this mood change was a new thing for me.
"I thought you loved me, i thought you cared for me." i slammed a fist to the ground. "But you used me as a pawn."
"I would never do that, now get up." Harrison helped me back up. "Can we just... bury the hatchet and work together as a team?"
I shook my head. "I would do it for Barry, not for you." i said. And as i was about to walk back to the others, i collapsed. I got down on my knees, and felt dizzy. "Amber!" Harrison called out, as he ran up to me, and i fell into his arms, unconscious.
