Christina's Pov

I wake up feeling cold. Uriah's gone. I get up slowly. Where is he? I pass the office and I see him... ON THE COMPUTER. Oh no I didn't close the page what if he found out. Breath Christina, he is probably playing a game. I walk in.

"Hey Uriah," I say. He looks at me.

"What?" I say. Oh shit, he knows.

"Why are you looking at jobs?" He asks. I can't tell if he's mad or not.

"I need a job Uriah," I say.

"No, you don't why do you need a job anyways?" He ask.

"My phone got discounted and I need my phone." I say truthfully.

"Oh, why didn't you say so." He went to grab for his wallet. I grab his hand.

"No don't do that." I say. He looks at me confused.

"Why not?" He ask.

"Look Uriah I don't want your help on this one. It's time for me to do things on my own. Well, money wise." I say.

"Christina your to young." He says. My eyes widen. I'm too young. Wtf.

"In not young in almost 18 Uriah and don't you have a job at the car wash." I say.

"Well, that's different." He says looking down.

"How exactly is that so different?" I ask.

"I'm 20 and I have a place to pay bills on you don't. That simple." He says.

"So I must have my own place to get a job. You know what I'm done with this conversation." I walk out of the room. He pulled my arm.

"Look my mom was about your age when she got a job. She only got the job because she got pregnant with Zeke. She barely past high school with a C average. When she had Zeke she couldn't go to college and she ended up working a bunch of dead-end jobs trying to make ends meet. I don't want that to happen to you." He says.

"It wouldn't happen, Uriah," I say.

"How do you know?" He asks. I don't say a word.

Tris's Pov

When I walk in the house I sit on the couch. Today was a great day huh. Aka sarcasm. I hear footsteps. I see Uriah. His eyes widen.

"Tris where have you been?" He asks. He runs and hugs me. I hug back. I need a hug. He looks at me.

"Why are you crying?" He ask.

"Four," I say. We sit on the couch.

"Where's Chris?" I ask.

"We got into a fight, I guess but I thought I was doing the right thing." He says.

"What happened." I ask. He starts telling me how Chris wanted to get a job but he was going against it. She got mad.

"You can't make choices for her Uri. She has been through a lot you know. She doesn't need people to tell her things she can't and can do." I says honestly. He nods.

"I know but I wonder why she got so mad." He ask confusedly.

"Um, can I make a suggestion?" I ask. He nods.

"Maybe the reasons she's more mad is because maybe she wants to feel normal again." I say with a shrug.

"What do you mean." He says. I give him a look.

"Uriah haven't you noticed her shutting down, ever since the incident she's been waking up early probably from nightmares. Maybe this is her may of feeling normal I really don't know." I say. He nods.

"Thanks. So tell what's wrong with you and Four." He ask.

"Well, I went to his place to let him "explain" and when I get there a girl half-naked." I says. He looks mad and shocked.

"Wait are we talking about the same Four." He says still shocked. I nod.

"I'm sorry I can't believe he would do this." He says shaking his head." You want me to pay him a visit?" He ask. I smile and shake my head.

"We should get your mind off things." He says. I nod.

"But first go talk to Chris." He smiles and goes upstairs.

I lay on the couch and sleep take over.

Uriah's Pov

I walk up the stairs. When I get to Christina's room I walk in. She is spreaded on her bed sleep. I smile and take off my shoes and get in the bed. I grab her and pull her close. She mumbling.

"No, no, no MOM AHHHH!" She jumps awake. She looks shocked. Sweat forming on her forehead.

"What ate you doing her?" She ask. I pull her close.

"What were you dreaming about?" I ask her. She doesn't answer.

"I'm sorry about earlier, I had no right to do that to you." I say.

"It's... Okay." She says.

"Tris is back." I says. Her eyes widen.

"Omb." I look at her.

"What oh my bob duh." I nod.

"So I was thinking maybe we should go on a vacation," I say.

Wow, a vacation...

But where too?
